I am a GP working at the surgery Mervelee is registered at. Please note that my previous clinical interaction with Mervelee consists of 3x 10minute consultations since 2017. Please note that time allocated by the surgery for completion of this letter was 20minutes, so I am note able to be as thorough as I would have liked, and I am also not sure that I am going to be able to add much to the thorough psychiatric report that was completed in April. You ask for specific mental health conditions – she was diagnosed with anxiety and depression several years ago (first coded in 2018). There was a query of bipolar disorder made by my colleague Dr Evans due to paranoid behaviour, pressure of speech, labile mood (please note formal bipolar disorder diagnoses are not generally made by GPs, this is something our psychiatry colleagues do). A CMHT referral was done but rejected, they asked she see the mental health nurse first but it appeared this never happened, although she does now have an appointment at the end of August with the mental health nurse at the surgery – if the nurse feels CMHT input is needed she may then do a re-referral. Of note, CMHT did assess her in 2022 and found no evidence of bipolar disorder or psychosis. Mervelee also reports that she has an eating disorder (Describes

About the project
The Experimental Cancer Medicine Centre (ECMC) Paediatric Network are developing a new platform to bring together data sets on paediatric patients who have relapsed. Our work aims to improve the clinical trials landscape for children and young people and increase access to new medicines.
Why we’re writing to you
We’re looking for someone who is or has been diagnosed with cancer when under the age of 25 OR has a close family member/friend who was under the age of 25 when diagnosed.
In this role, you’ll work with one other patient representative and a range of stakeholders. As we develop this new database, You’ll help us ensure that the voices and priorities of people affected by pediatric cancer are represented in all that we do.

I CALLED FOR SUPPORT ON THE 8TH AUGUST 2024 AFTER MY DOOR WAS KICKED BY JOE HOOPER AS SOON AS MY SON LEFT TO GO TO THE BARBER. AS PER USUAL WITH THE MET POLICE TREATING ME LIKE A CRIMINAL I HAD TO WAIT FOR AGES BEFORE ANYONE SHOWED UP. A MALE PC ENTERED MY HOME WANTING TO LEAVE THE DOOR ON THE LATCH FOR HIS COLLEAGUE TO COME IN. I TOLD HIM I WOULD LEAVE THE DOOR ON THE LATCH. I USE A DEFENSIVE PRACTICE SINCE THE TIME HOLLY SWEENEY LED HER THUGS TO MURDER ME UNDER COVER OF LEYF MARGARET HORN LECTURE. THE CATALOGUE OF HATE CRIMES ARE LISTED AND WILL BE USED TO CONVICT SIR MARK ROWLEY AND SEB ADJEI-ADDOH AND NIGEL PEARCE THUGS WHO ARE DOCUMENTED AT THE LAUNCH OF A NEW MET FOR LONDON.

WHEN THE FEMALE CAME TO JOIN HIM THEY WERE CHATTING CRAP SO I LET THEM CONTINUE. BECAUSE THEY WERE JUST ADDING TO THE EVIDENCE I HAVE BEEN GATHERING FROM 30TH NOVEMBER 2020 WHEN HOLLY SWEENEY LED HER THUGS TO MURDER ME.

THE MET POLICE SENT 2 OFFICERS TO MY HOME ON 8TH AUGUST 2024 AFTER SEVERAL CALL OUT ABOUT THE KICKING OF MY DOOR. THE DOOR WAS KICKED IMMEDIATELY MY SON LEFT TO GO TO THE BARBER. I MADE SURE TO CALL TO GET A CAD REFERENCE FOR MY RECORDS. I LEFT HOME TO COLLECT MY SON’S BIRTHDAY GIFT AND AFTER COMING BACK HOME I HAD TO PUT UP WITH JOE HOOPER ASB AS IS THE NORM. HE KEEPS SHOUTING OBSCENITIES THAT HE IS NOT SCARED OF KEVIN.
I WAS IN MY HOME WHILST THE MOB IN ALMA GROVE WAS GATHERING OUTSIDE NUMBER 14 COLIN’S RESIDENT. AS WELL AS MEMBERS OF COLIN’S HOUSEHOLD, BARBARA WAS THERE STIRRING UP THE SHIT. THE NEXT THING I NOTICE JOE HOOPER WAS OUTSIDE THE WINDOW SHOUTING FOR KEVIN TO COME OUTSIDE FOR HIM TO SORT OUT THE MATTER. THE MOB WAS OUT THERE STROKING THE FLAMES. NEXT THING I NOTICED TONY JOINED THE MOB BUT GUIDED STUPID RACIST JOE AWAY FROM THE WINDOW. I WAS IN A PANIC AND I KNOW MY SON WAS SCARED. BECAUSE JOE HOOPER TRIED INTIMIDATING HIM BEFORE.
DEBBIE GILCHRIST MADE ALLEGATIONS AGAINST MY SON BEFORE AND HE IS AWARE SHE IS CRAZY AND OUT TO MAKE MY LIFE A LIVING HELL.
BY THE TIME THE POLICE SHOWED UP ONE MALE CAME IN TRYING TO KOTCH MY DOOR OPEN I TOLD HIM I WOULD LEAVE IT ON THE LATCH. THIS MAN WAS SO OBNOXIOUS SHOWING HIS MISOGYNISTIC ATTITUDES ACTING AS IF HE IS SUPERIOR.
HIS VISIT WAS RECORDED. HE WENT BACK OUTSIDE TO HIS COLLEGUE WHO WAS INTERVIEWING THE MOB. HE CAME BACK IN WITH HER AND SHE WENT TO QUESTION MY SON IN MY BEDROOM WHILST HIS CAME BACK TO DISRESPECT ME ABOUT WHAT THE MOB SAID ABOUT ME.
LATER I ASKED MY SON WHAT WAS SHE ASKING HIM. THE NEIGHBOURS MALICIOUS REPORTS ABOUT MY SON. THEY REPORTED MY SON WAS LEAVING HOME EVERYDAY AND WAS HE WORKING. LET ME TELL THE MET POLICE THAT THEIR VISIT WAS NOT ABOUT THE NEIGHBOURS DISCRIMINATION BUT CONTINUING THE HATE CRIMES AGAINST ME.
THE WORLD WILL ME MADE AWARE OF THE ROLE OF THE POLICE IN THE MISOGYNY OF MERVELEE MYERS.

Why you believe you’re owed the money:MERVELEE MYERS will apply my implicit and explicit knowledge and experiences as a person who experienced traumas as a result of DISABILITY and POVERTY to address this. Pages 141 to 147 must be read in its entirety. First and foremost let me mention meeting the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin at the H4W AGM in April 2014 after saying my final goodbyes to my mother on the 24th January 2014, 2 days before her 90th birthday. Equality Act, Public Sector Equality Duty and Proportionality Review. Tenant: Mrs Mervelee Myers Address: 16 Alma Grove SE1 5PY. Issue: Continuous ASB to neighbour and landlord. Action Subject to Consideration: We are seeking possession and injunction against this tenant due to the ongoing ASB towards both her neighbour and landlord. The Duty: A public authority should have due regard when when exercising its function to the need to: (a) Eliminate discrimination, harassment, victimisation and any other conduct which is prohibited by or under this Act; (b) Advance equality of opportunity between persons who share a relevant protected characteristic and persons who do not share it (which involves having due regard, in particular to the need to.
