WITNESS STATEMENT OF BARBARA MCCOY

I, Barbara McCoy, resident of 9 Alma Grove, SE1 5PY, London, WILL SAY AS FOLLOWS:

I make this statement in support of the Claimant’s possession proceedings. I am Miss
Myers’ neighbour and have suffered with my mental health due to Miss Myers’s
behaviour. MM Response: Is Ms McCoy responsible for calling the Met Police and London Ambulance Service to come to my house on the 20th Record ID: 012025221651 Power On: 20 Jan 25 22:16:51Total Shocks: 0 – 3313494-817 28P55RRB8ABBUP LP1550588756 and 22nd January 2025 MIM CAD 1804 Mental Health Team. Assessment Advice Referral to CMHT. SLAM Crisis Number: 0800732864. Register with your GP – Re Diabetes & High Blood Pressure – Son Kevin Murray spent 2 weeks in hospital with HBP. Engage with the Community Mental Health Team. If you feel at risk to yourself, to others or from others, call 999 for Police/LAS. She has harassed me and makes derogatory and racist comments about me, shouting at me on our street. MM Response: Ms McCoy works at London Ambulance Service NHS Trust, Patient Experience Department, 220 Waterloo Road, SE1 8SD. I have been living at 9 Alma Grove for six years and have only spoken to Miss Myers twice. MM Response: Does the 2 times included the time she offerred me a lift and how long have I lived at Alma Grove? The issues of harassment started three years ago. MM Response: Should we ask if Ms McCoy coerced her brother Tony to harass his partner and her son to get out of 9 Alma Grove for her to move in? The partner was living at Debbie Thomas before moving away. I believe this started as I would regularly visit Debbie Gilchrist for a glass of wine and to feed her cat. MM Response: Ms Gilchrist is known for smashing up the place with other partners before Mr Hooper moved in. Ms Gilchrist was imprisoned for “Drink Driving”. There were reports to Housing for Women about Ms Gilchrist ASB. This was no innocent glass of wine, there was ASB that would last for hours. Debbie Thomas told me that they were selling or using DRUGS upstairs. As for the cat, what about the grey cat, Ms Gilchrist teach me to communicate with. How many times I have to let the BLACK cat in?

prepared based on the supporting documentation provided to the Claimant’s solicitors
who then sent it to me for approval. I made any amendments necessary and thereafter
signed the statement of truth.
Incidents of Anti-Social Behaviour
On 4 November 2024, Ms Gilchrist’s Ring doorbell captured Miss Myers saying, “its
invasion of my privacy, they know when I’m here, when I’m coming in… and over there
Barbara who takes drugs from the NHS with her brother”. I refer to a true copy of a
screenshot exhibited on page 1 of BM1. MM Response: If Ms Gilchrist’s Ring Doorbell is to be used as EVIDENCE, then the times that I had to call the Police and when the London Ambulance Service are called on malicious reports must be accounted for, as well as Dr Phil Gregory and Haweh, Georgina and Dr Peter Ocansey unannounced visits, the delivery persons and Devonshires Solicitors LLP and H4W employees coming to harass, bully and intimidate me. When did Ms Gilchrist instal Ring Door Bell and what is the purpose? Ms Gilchrist Ring Door Bell is her evidence, like my mobile phone and Live Broadcasting is my “Defensive Practice“.
On 11 December 2024, Miss Myers uploaded a YouTube video recording me walking to
my property. She says, “silly motherfucker…bombaclaat, racist, mixed race girl … have
no identity…bambahole…them can’t come in here and do as them please,…they know
what them man do fi’ trigger me… about seven cars come…my house…bring it on” I refer
to a true copy of a screenshot marked and exhibited on page 2 of BM1. MM Response: My YouTube is PUBLIC where YouTube stop subscribers from subscribing, making money from my CONTENT, remove videos from complaints by those with something to hide, allowing trolls to target me and hiding my videos to CENSOR and SILENCE me. Where was Ms McCoy walking from?
On 13 December 2024, Miss Myer uploaded a YouTube short video and sings “do
therapy, do therapy with dirty Barbara, the depression gone…” I refer to a true copy of
a screenshot and link marked and exhibited on page 3 of BM1. MM Response: Based on my “Defensive Practice” I refuse to waste my time arguing about the videos I uploaded to YouTube. I will, however refer to my participantion in RESEARCH and the contents I created sharing information and applying “Early Intervention Strategies” to help others.
On 14 January 2025, I sent a video to Devonshires Solicitors which showed Miss Myers
shouting across the road at me saying “keep on recording, keep on recording, who the
fuck you are talking to…maybe you can talk to the Psychiatrist when he comes”. I refer
to a true copy of a screenshot and link marked and exhibited on page 4 of BM1. MM Response: Where am I when I am recording and what is the role of Dr Phil Gregory in this matter?
On 12 February 2025, Miss Myers recorded two police officers leaving her property and
from her window she says, “these are the two racist bastards that I tell to come out from
my house.. yeah” I refer to a true copy of a screenshot marked and exhibited on
page 5 of BM1. MM Response: Its obvious Ms McCoy is delusional. Who called the Police and this incident happened on the 3 January 2025 my brother’s birthday. This is a pattern of ASB by Ms Gilchrist and the HATE MOB in Alma Grove when I am celebrating Significant EVENTS. We reference 26th January 2023 when the Police raided my home and what happened after.
I can recall sometime last year; Miss Myers threatened me verbally with acid attacks and
has waved knifes at me from her living room window. MM Response: Ms McCoy definitely need to see the Psychiatris and sectioned under the “Mental Health Act”. So she chose ACID to claim I threatened her with ACID, instead of me talking about how my brother died in prison age 37+ years. Why would I be waving knife from my living room window when I am on record saying I weighed about all the possibilities when I reached rock bottom and she comes in here on her own. The Ring doorbell camera from my
neighbour, Debbie Gilchrist’s house does not pick up Miss Myers, I believe Miss Myers
is aware that she will not be recorded by the Ring doorbell camera. MM Response: I told Dr Phil Gregory the reason the Ring Door Bell was installed and Ms McCoy has proven me right. But how about EVIDENCE is taken about ASB against me. Good case in point is one of the PC threatening me on 3rd January about EVIDENCE.
Miss Myers has not only been causing a nuisance to myself and the community, but she
has been posting videos of myself and the neighbours on her YouTube channel. MM Response: My YouTube is providing a Community Service SAFEGUARDING me from the Hate Mob in Alma Grove, the Metropoitan Police, the London Ambulance Service, my husband NEGLECTED in hospital.
Miss Myers behaviour is having a negative impact on me and my neighbours and is not
allowing us to live peacefully in our Property. I therefore humbly request the Court to grant
the Claimant possession of Miss Myers’ Property. MM Response: The Court will have to take my contributions to British Values into account. Then ITV News Documentary with Queen Camilla will be used to measure the extent of the “Windrush Scandal” and how I as captured as the face of ITV News Windrush 70. The court will be exposed for the miscarriages of justice I encountered and those responsible will be named.

SECOND WITNESS STATEMENT OF DEBBIE GILCHRIST

I, Deborah Gilchrist, resident of 16A Alma Grove, London, SE1 5PY, WILL SAY AS FOLLOWS: MM Respnse: Ms Gilchrist is a SICK PERSON who needs help to not MURDER me and get away with it. Ms Gilchrist came in after 12AM started shouting at me whilst my son, Valdin Legister was on the phone. She went upstairs and came back down, asking me to “open my door, so she can MURDER me for them to say I committed SUICIDE”. PC Frisby 3348AS and PC West 1580AS 469/18JAN25 acted unprofessionally. I called the Police out but they went upstairs to speak to Ms Gilchrist first and came down treating me like a criminal. After they left they called the London Ambulance Service making malicious reports. I was called and threatened, this is to trigger me. The Ambulance did not show up, but came on the 20/01/2025 attempting to force entry to my home.

I make this second statement in support of the Claimant’s possession proceedings.

signed the statement of truth. MM Response: Here is why HHJ Richard Roberts General Civil Restraint Order will be proof of how I am a VICTIM of the HMCTS, CPS, CJS to silence me and cover up the http://www.leyf.org.uk where this started after the death of my mother with dementia.

Historic Incidents of Anti-Social Behaviour

On 12 July 2023, I received a handwritten note from Miss Myers saying “Debbie I told you
Housing for Women is responsible for causing TROUBLE between us, if you want a copy
of the letter, you can have it. I am addressing the matter in writing before taking it
further…” I enclose a true copy of this note marked and exhibited to page 1 of DG2. MM Response: How does this note constitute ASB when I was trying to SAFEGUARD Ms Gilchrist from what I idenditified as Housing for Women coercive control after Samantha Gibbs started working with H4W. Maybe we should ask H4W why the Customer Portal was wiped of my DATA after the Complaints reached “Stage 2 of the Procedures” in 2022. The POSSESSION letter was dated 13 July 2023. Let me reference https://thewestminsterhub.com/news/fwhy-would-a-human-rights-lawyer-attack-her-neighbour where my Book is featured. I gave a copy of my Book to Ms Gilchrist, but I know she would no understand what that means why I tried to open her eyes to the fact H4W is using her to do the dirty work.
On 16 September 2023, I received a handwritten note from Miss Myers saying “Notice of
intent Equality Act 2010 in line with GDPR Meverlee Myers serves notice to Deborah
Agnes Gilchrist I do not hold her responsible for hate crimes in breach of above… housing
for women is …” I enclose a true copy of this note marked and exhibited to page 2
of DG2. MM Response: DJ Equality Act assessor Emua Ali can address this I am wondering what the D I Solicitor and Barrister Miranda Grell have to say about this.
On 26 July 2024, I was at home and was awoken to Miss Myers screaming, swearing
and shouting which went on for hours this was at approximately 8am. Once it got to
10.30am I decided to make a cup of tea and a sandwich and call the Anti-Social
Behavioural Team to report Miss Myers. By the time I got through it was 10.45am and I
started to feel funny physically. I had pins and needles in my left leg which continued up
and down my left side. The police officer I was speaking to on the phone could hear my
speech had changed as I was slurring, to which he said he would call an ambulance
which he did as before I knew it the ambulance had arrived, and I was at Kings College
Hospital. I was treated for a stroke and advised later by my GP this more than likely
happened due to stress as I am ordinarily fit and healthy. It was absolutely her behaviour
that had stressed me out then and continues to do so now. My GP has placed me on
anti-depressant tablets as of the last year and a half. I am a fit and healthy person that
did not have any health issues. MM Response: Is Ms Gilchrist for real? Let us examine the date, 26 July 2024 and why Ms Gilchrist will blame me for her condition. But why was Ms Gilchrist getting priority treatment for whatever it is she brought unto herself and blaming it on me. Let me go through each sentence and prove Ms Gilchrist a liar and a DANGEROUS person who needs help. Why would Ms Myers be screaming and shouting for hours, when I usually, uploaded my MEMORIES to YouTube? Why would Ms Myers achieve by screaming and shouting for hours when I spent my time writing so I don’t succumb to the temptation to commit SUICIDE? Here is the proof about who is making malicious report against me. My son Kevin Murray was here supporting me from June until he left in September 2024. Would Ms Gilchrist condition be due to the fact she is an alcoholic with a substance abuse problem. I posted a video about Ms Gilchrist sketelel body once she came down the stairs to get a parcel I collected for her. Let me tell Ms Gilchrist I know about slurred speech because my grandmother had a first stroke that altered her speech. I have been advocating with Derek Draper down the Blue who lost his voice after a mini stroke. Whenever Joe Hooper kicked my door I lose my voice for days. I have never seen an Ambulance come to Alma Grove for Ms Gilchrist, maybe Dr Phil Gregory need to check her out. Now the NHS will be listed and another reason HHJ Richard Roberts will be charged with the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch Criminals needing Emotional Treatment and Violent Nuisances. Ms Gilchrist seems to be using reverse psychology to explain how she and Joe Hooper and the Hate Mob in Bermondsey set out to harass, bully and intimidate me to have a “Heart Attack or a Stroke”. I am the one who has been affected by the ASB and having to call the Ambulance. Despite the fact I developed an EATING DISORDER, I tried to maintain a health lifestyle. The fact I was made INACTIVE PATIENT twice in three months by the NHS is testament to the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION am experiencing. Ms Gilchrist health is due to her being an alcoholic substance abuser.
On 31 August 2024 I received a handwritten note from Miss Myers saying “Debbie, I
Mervelee Myers is prepared to forgive you because of the help you gave to me and Tom
over the years. You teach me to talk to your cat. I have to protect myself from
conversations with you now. I might in the future??? Us mentally challenged must cling
together to protect Future Generation. You love a drink & I CUSS. Am preparing my
Defence…” I enclose a true copy of this note marked and exhibited to page 3 of
DG2. MM Response: Any sensible person would have taken this with the good intentions it warrants, but not Ms Gilchrist, because she is intent on carrying out H4W hate crimes and this will be evidenced with the 3 pages CONCERNS I write to H4W April 2019.
On 27 September 2024, Miss Myers uploaded a video on YouTube and in the first few
seconds she says, “do you know my neighbour the junky racist terrorist Debbie
Gilchrist…”. I enclose a true copy of this screen shot and link marked and exhibited
to page 4 of DG2. MM Response: Why is Ms Gilchrist concerned about my “Defensive Practice?” They are in the PUBLIC DOMAIN unlike her saying no one kicks my door.

1. On 11 October 2024, It was approximately 7.30am and I was leaving for work when I
  noticed Miss Myers was at her window filming me with her mobile phone through her front window. I said to her, “Again? What is this going up on YouTube”. I asked her to stop recording me but she continued to record and shout. I know she is recording as she has put the videos up on her YouTube channel. She continued which got me irate and I ended up telling her to “fuck-off” by the time I unlocked my car. I got into my car and drove off. MM Response: Ms Gilchrist would kick my door every morning when she leaves for work in the morning to disturb me and say I am lying. When I report the kicking of the door the Police claim that because I did not see who kicks the door they can’t do anything. Therefore, I started recording her coming out of the house, proof that I see who kicks the door.
  Again, this is all on my Ring Doorbell Camera. I enclose a true copy of this screen shot
  marked and exhibited to page 5 of DG2. MM Response: Is Ms Gilchrist saying I am captured on her Ring Door Bell standing at my window?
  On 22 October 2024, Miss Myers was wailing and shouting all night long from
  approximately 6.30pm. At 3.15am the ambulance service was called to Miss Myers as
  she had got herself into such a state. The ambulance service stayed with Miss Myers for approximately 30 – 40 minutes and when they left, they did not take her with them, so I assume she was checked over and confirmed okay. I know she was not taken as I could see on my Ring Camera doorbell. I tried to go back to sleep for a while as I had work later that morning. MM Response: Ms Gilchrist needs to stop procrastinating. Let me put the facts for the world to know how DEPRAVED Ms Gilchrist is. I came home from a performance to find my husband grandneice had left my home without saying goodbye. This impacted on me, so I called for support. I was not wailing and shouting all night and I am the one who called the Ambulance. Why was Ms Gilchrist monitoring how long the Ambulance stayed with me, I was not? I have never called the Ambulance for my Mental Health because I know what their PLANS are. Can you see the purpose of the Ring Door Bell is to monitor my MOVEMENTS to target me. I went to the new GP Surgery on the 23 October. I went to get some stuff from Paul Graham after I got back and when I returned home on the 23 October the door was locked and only got in because I had Paul Graham with me. When Ms Gilchrist broke the glass to the communal door on the 13 December 2021 she accused me of locking her out.
On 25 October 2024, I was at work but when I got home a neighbour and friend asked if
they could have access to footage of my Ring Doorbell camera as she had been verbally
abused by Miss Myers at 11.46am. I could see and hear on the camera Miss Myers was
screaming and shouting and swearing at my neighbour and friend who was standing
across the street. This incident went on for 5 minutes. I refer to a true copy of the video
footage and screenshot of the video footage exhibited at page 6 – 7 of DG2. MM Response: Can I refer to the report of the incident when Ms Gilchrist reported to the Police that she came home from work on 10 January 2023 heard screaming and shouting, went upstairs, opened her window and I shouted at her. Is this another of those situation?
On 03 November 2024, it was approximately 8.30am and I heard Miss Myers screaming
at the top of her voice for about an hour. At approximately 11.30am the singing stopped,
and she started swearing making up a song saying, “He’s a bloodclart paedophile, and a
bloodclart terrorist” and a lot more vulgar and inappropriate language. This went on all
Sunday almost nonstop. MM Response: Ms Gilchrist need to be SECTIONED so she don’t MURDER me and get away with it.
On 13 November 2024, the Defendant uploaded another YouTube video of her whilst
talking to her psychiatrist, which I understand she has now taken down (but the Claimant
has an MP3 version of the conversation). MM Response: This is a good one that should put Dr Phil Gregory in JAIL and YouTube charged for CYBERBULLYING and J I Solicitors exposed for collaborating with H4W and Devonshires Solicitors to entrap me with RESPIREDONE making me unable to function. DJ Beecham and her Equality Act Assessor will be charged for DEFAMTION and MISCONDUCT. I now refer to a YouTube Link of the video uploaded by the Defendant, marked and exhibited on page 8 of DG2. The Defendant
appears to tell the psychiatrist, that his diagnosis is ‘not her’ and it is her ‘neighbour’ that
needs help. Where she refers to a neighbour, I believe she is referring to me. The
Defendant further states that she will not be taking any medication and considers it an
entrapment to make her unable to function and that she will edit his report. This was

upsetting as the injunction didn’t work and whilst she continues to target me, she doesn’t
seem to want to help herself get any better. I cannot see a solution to Miss Myers’
behaviour. MM Response: The world will know who needs help.
On 14 November 2024, I went out the door at 7.22 and Miss Myers was filming me from
her window which she does constantly. She was screaming at me that I’m going to get it
and the Queen is a racist. She was given me warning that her psychiatrist Dr Phill Gregory
both need help. She then went on that the whole of Alma grove is racist and that I’m a
sick woman and will be call up to the judgment table with Dr Phill Gregory to be charged
with misogyny. I refer to a true copy of the video footage and screenshot of the video
footage exhibited at page 9 of DG2. MM Response: Now the shoe is on the other foot, Ms Gilchrist has problems. Her Ring Door Bell is breaching my RIGHTS whilst my recording from my window is capturing evidence Ms Gilchrist need HELP not to MURDER me. Refer to In April 2022, Joshua Jacques murdered four people in a brutal attack at a home in Bermondsey, South-East-London. How did the Police get involved? The Police were called by neighbours who heard shouting at home. Police broke into the home and tasered Jacques. Read Neil Solliss and Nikki Babb MOPAC report where it stated I was in handcuffs, wrestling with Holly Sweeney and grabbing the Taser Handle of Nikki Wright on the 30 November 2020. What did Jacques admit to ? Manslaughter tried for MURDER. Will Mervelee Myers be MURDERED by Ms Gilchrist and Joe Hooper before anyone acts?
On 27 November 2024, the police went for an appointment with Miss Myers. She put this
live out on YouTube and was saying that Joe Hooper my boyfriend and I were kicking
down her door and giving her verbal abuse. She was also saying that I was going to
murder her and call it suicide which she has put up posters in her window accusing the
police of the same thing. Unfortunately, I do not have a copy of this video as Ms Myers
has since taken the video down. However, I do have footage from my Ring doorbell
showing the Police officer attending and leaving the Property. I came home from work,
and she was shouting for around two hours then started singing at the top of her voice.
This went on until 10.45 pm. I refer to a true copy of the video footage and screenshot
of the video footage exhibited at page 10 of DG2. MM Response: Ever since Holly Sweeney came to murder me under cover of http://www.leyf.org.uk Margaret Horn Lecture and I was not allowed to use my mobile to call my stepson, I have resorted to recording. Will Ms Gilchrist continue saying no one kicks my door when there is evidence captured in YouTube videos. Any videos taken down is done by YouTube to SILENCE me.
I was expecting the trial to take place on 13 December 2024, but the Claimant’s solicitors
contacted me on 9 December 2024 confirming that the Claimant agreed an adjournment
with the Defendant on the basis that she will engage with treatment. I was surprised to
hear this I had heard what she said about her doctor on 13 November and what she said
to her doctor on 14 November 2024 and I didn’t think she accepted that she needed
treatment. I was also very stressed to hear that this matter was continuing to drag and
there was no resolution for me and others she is affecting. MM Response: Proof that Housing for Women coerced Ms Gilchrist to target me.
On 9 December 2024, Miss Myers uploaded a video on YouTube in which she
appeared to be reporting to someone on the phone. She says “partner of the neighbour
came in and the lady is in and is kicking door and shouting… she just came in now,
kicking the door and shouting….”. She said I am “not going to get away with it…. This is
an ongoing situation, and I am not even expecting anyone to come, just making sure it’s
on record … today is court day, they are triggering me”. I enclose a true copy of this
screenshot and link marked and exhibited to page 11 of DG2. MM Response: Those involved from the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch, J I Solicitors, Barrister Miranda Grell, Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP will be named.

On 9 December 2024, Miss Myers uploaded a video on YouTube and in a few seconds,
she says, “…. threatened with eviction and all that is happening in terms of the
neighbour from hell and her partner and her friends who come in here and do what they
are doing for us.”
On 19 December 2024, Miss Myers uploaded a video on YouTube and starts shouting
“they are mimicking me, you will stand there and mimic me”. I respond back and say,
“stop shouting”. Miss Myers responds, “I’m not shouting, it’s in your head, it’s in your
head, you and Doctor Phil Gregory, it’s all in your head, not in mine, I’m singing sweety
pie, you’re narcissist, terrorist junky, I’m entitled to have my voice heard; I’m singing”. I
enclose a true copy of this screen shot and link marked and exhibited to page 12
of DG2.
On 24 December 2024, Miss Myers uploaded a video and said, “Let Debbie Gilchrist
know I am not scared of no girl, no racist, terrorist girl”. I enclose a true copy of this
screen shot and exhibited to page 13 of DG2.
On 27 December 2024, Miss Myers was on the phone with PC Alan, and says “the
diagnosis is not me, it’s my neighbour, who needs help so she don’t murder me or
damage me, she came from outside and my blood pressure went high”. I enclose a
true copy of this screen shot and exhibited to page 14 of DG2.
On 3 January 2025, Miss Myers uploaded a video on YouTube which the police have
attended to the Property. The Police tell Miss Myers that “we are here because it was
reported that you were shouting at them”. The Police were referring to me. Miss Myers
says she will not repeat what had happened earlier to the Police. Miss Myers starts
shouting at the Police. The Police say to Miss Myers stop shouting at your neighbours,
she then proceeds to loudly shout “get out, because you are a racist bastard”. I enclose
a true copy of this screen shot and exhibited to page 15 of DG2.
On 3 January 2025, Miss Myers uploaded a video on YouTube and recorded me
sweeping the floor, she starts shouting through the window at me. I respond back and
said, “why are you recording me now”. I respond back and told her “to shut up” as all
morning Miss Myers was shouting. I was only sweeping the floor outside and she
started to record and shout at me. I said, “I will call the police” and told her repeatedly to
stop recording me. She then calls me “rubbish”, and says we are “all mental”. Despite
this she persisted to record me. I enclose a true copy of this screen shot and

On 3 January 2025, Miss Myers uploaded a video of me outside the Property, calling
me “a racist, terrorist junk, can you see how fucking bare face they are”. I was with
Barbara McCoy when Miss Myers started recording me. I enclose a true copy of this
screen shot and exhibited to page 17 of DG2.
On 4 January 2025, I sent a video to Devonshire Solicitors that Miss Myers had
recorded of me outside the Property, she started shouting “the injunction is unlawful and
you’re responsible”. I responded and said, “it is your responsibility”. She responded to
me that I “bring paedophiles, rapists, drug transporters”. I enclose a true copy of this
screen shot and exhibited to page 18 of DG2.
On 5 January 2025, Miss Myers uploaded a video on YouTube, and at 0:47 on the
video she says “what is Debbie Gilchrist defence”.
On 7 January 2025, Miss Myers uploaded a video on YouTube and says “they are
spaced out on drugs”, which I think she is referring to me. “is that why they want me on
risperidone so I can join them”. I enclose a true copy of this screen shot and
exhibited to page 19 of DG2.
Miss Myers recorded a video of me leaving for work, in the video she says, “no problem
darling I’m collecting my evidence, what’s her defence about, we don’t have a case in
court”. I enclose a true copy of this screen shot and exhibited to page 20 of DG2.
On 14 January 2025, Miss Myers uploaded a video and recorded me outside the
window saying, “do you know now, the reason you are recording me talking about the
injunction, District Judge Beecham will settle this matter, where’s the terrorist man that
you change…”. I enclose a true copy of this screen shot and exhibited to page 21
of DG2.
On 17 January 2025, Miss Myers uploaded a video and recorded me outside the
Property and said, “all of sudden now they kick doors, the terrorist and the racist taking
their time, she’s the cause of it, and she coerced her man, idiot girl, go to work, I’m in
my place, you will get it, stupid idiot junky”. I enclose a true copy of this screen shot
and exhibited to page 22 of DG2.
On 18 January 2025, Miss Myers uploaded a video on YouTube. At 55:44 on the video,
Miss Myers starts shouting, “Debbie Gilchrist, is an alcoholic, alcoholic, drink driver”.
Miss Myers uploaded a video and at 9:51, “Miss Myers shouts there is a drugs den in
this place, that’s why they want me out of here”. She referred that I went to prison for
drug chargers, and such there is a drugs den in my flat.

Miss Myers uploaded a video and records me leaving my flat. Within the video Miss
Myers says, “silly mother fucker, racist girl has no identity, they can come and do what
they please”.
There are many more incidents noted, written down and video footage to support the
nuisance and stress Miss Myers has been causing myself and the neighbourhood for the
last four and a half or five years. Miss Myers has not only been causing a nuisance to
myself and the community but she has been posting videos of myself and the neighbours
on her YouTube channel.
Miss Myers behaviour is having a negative impact on me and my neighbours and is not
allowing us to live peacefully in our Property. I therefore humbly request the Court to grant
the Claimant possession of Miss Myers’ Property.

RE: Police Misconduct, Discrimination, and False Court Orders (03/03/2024 Complaint)

Dear Ms. Lovekin,

Summary of Key Issues

1. Discrimination and Sexual Discrimination Background

· The discrimination began in 2017 when my long-standing employment was terminated due to LEYF’s discriminatory “Men in Childcare” policy, an example of sexual discrimination. Instead of investigating LEYF’s conduct, the police unfairly targeted me and my protest, resulting in a fabricated court order branding me a criminal and destroying my career prospects.

1. Fabricated Warrants, False Court Orders, and Data Misuse

1. Harassment and Trespass

· Numerous officers trespassed into our home without lawful authority, causing alarm, distress, and humiliation, in breach of Section 5 of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997 and Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).

· The abusive entry, use of battering rams, and reliance on non-existent warrants constitute trespass under civil law (Entick v Carrington [1765] EWHC KB J98) and potential criminal misconduct under Section 6 of the Criminal Law Act 1977.

1. Conspiracy and Misconduct in Public Office

· The coordinated actions of MPS Constables, involving fabricated documents and repeated failure to investigate counterclaims, amount to a conspiracy to pervert the course of justice (R v Rafique [1993] 96 Cr App R 133) and misconduct in public office (Attorney General’s Reference (No. 3 of 2003) [2004] EWCA Crim 868).

· These criminal acts carry potential prison terms:

· Perjury (Section 1 of the Perjury Act 1911) – up to 7 years’ imprisonment.

· Conspiracy to pervert the course of justice – up to life imprisonment in serious cases.

· Misconduct in public office – up to life imprisonment depending on the severity.

Responses to Your Questions (IOPC Discrimination Inquiry)

1. Discriminatory Actions:
The discriminatory conduct began when the police unfairly targeted me instead of the employer during the LEYF incident. The assumption that I was the aggressor reflects a clear gender bias, constituting indirect discrimination under the Equality Act 2010.

2. Assumptions:
Officers consistently assumed that due to our vulnerable status, we were incapable of defending ourselves, resulting in the wrongful issuance of fabricated warrants and court orders.

5. Witnesses and Body Cam Evidence:
Multiple incidents were captured on body-worn cameras, confirming abusive behaviour, the use of battering rams, and reliance on fabricated warrants.

6. Impact:
The continuous harassment has caused severe distress, loss of trust in law enforcement, and compelled me to launch my Fight4Justice campaign as a citizen journalist to expose police misconduct.

7. Good Outcome:
A proper investigation that examines all fabricated warrants, court orders, and injunctions, and accountability for those responsible, including criminal prosecution if necessary.

Demand for Immediate Action

1. Produce Evidence of Warrants and Court Orders:

· I require a Sealed signed and dated copy of all warrants, court orders, and injunctions relied upon by MPS Constables from 2017 to 2025. Failure to produce these instruments will be treated as an admission that they do not exist and that unlawful actions were taken.

· Your response must be in writing and signed in wet ink, to ensure accountability. I will not accept unsigned or electronic responses.

Without Prejudice Mervelee Myers put on record the roles of J I Solicitors Sola Obajuluwa and Barrister Miranda Grell in the GASLIGHTING and MISOGYNY on the date my father IVAN SANDYMAN NEMBHARD was laid to RIP in our yard at Townhead Westmoreland Jamaica West Indies. Because I have given both parties copies of my book, IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE. That was signed by Sir Mark Rowley at the launch of “A New Met for London” in Brixton on the 2^nd September 2023, a month after I was labelled a violent nuisance by DJ Sterlini on the 1^st August 2023. I want the Solicitor and Barrister to take notes of the fact that my book IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE is being used by Westminster HUB to motivate TENANTS to challenge the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Service. I was given training to use TEAM, and I volunteered to run an ADVOCACY if J I Solicitors were prepared to set one up. The fact that I introduced Ms H Presley to J I Solicitors, and they refused to take her case is clear indication that VULNERABLE TENANTS are not getting representations.

I told J I Solicitors about the claims I had taken out only to be told they can’t help me. But HHJ Richard Roberts can put a Civil Restraint Order on me after DJ Swan strike out 5 of my claims. Let me put on record how J I Solicitors and Barrister Miranda Grell have acted unprofessionally to entrap me with the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION. During the time when I considered myself VULNERABLE after the death of my husband, I was coerced into accepting Barrister Miranda Grell’s representation. She would only take my case if I agreed to accept, I had breached the injunction that was decided behind my back. My sons Kevin Murray and Valdin Legister were brainwashed into not believing in their mother anymore. Barrister Grell even went as far as telling us about her own “Personal Experiences” and why she trained to be a BARRISTER. I can’t understand why Barrister Grell has decided to entrap me. Since the ZOOM with my sons, I have not had a CONSULTATION with Ms Grell. She comes to Court take the stand and share what she wants with the judge. I recalled once I was trying to tell her how I was made a CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment after the Police came to MURDER ME under cover of www.leyf.org.uk Margaret Horn Lecture on the 30^th November 2020. Her response was “If you are a CRIMINAL I don’t want to hear about it. Since my BOOK is being used to INSPIRE TENANTS, I want Barrister Grell to use it in my UPDATED EVIDENCE.

The attitude of the Solicitor leaves much to be desired, and concerns have been raised about his unprofessional conducts with Housing for Women, Devonshires Solicitors LLP and Dr Phil Gregory and the NHS. I confided in Dr Phil Gregory that I was not getting proper representations before realising that Dr Phil Gregory was in the plots to DESTROY me to cover up the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION. Let me put on record when I find out that Sola Obajuluwa was not working in my favour. After I buried my husband and had the time to go through the BUNDLES from the Court and Devonshires Solicitors. I found the Court Order presided over by DJ Greenidge, DJ Swan, DJ Sterlini and realising I was not informed about them, I decided to take the EVIDENCE with the SENCO job offer from Smart Teachers to be EVIDENCED. I was told that the Court could do as they please and my Witness Statement was already prepared. Representing myself at Employment Tribunals and Small Claims Court, and ECRO, I was confused. That’s when I started looking at the patterns of how I have been treated by the Legal System from Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

Although the Psychiatric Assessment I did on the 15^th April 2024 stated I can instruct my “Legal Team” I was treated with disrespect. The Solicitor actually asked for the report to be rewritten and no EVIDENCE I provided was taken into consideration. I was in SHOCK when the Solicitor contacted me on behalf of Dr Phil Gregory after his unannoinced visit to my home on the 21st November 2024. His coercive control demanding that I removed YouTube EVIDENCE triggered me and this nearly pushed me over the edge. The Solicitor blames me for not having a GP, when I was made an INACTIVE PATIENT on the 6th December 2024. I don’t understand why the Solicitor gave the Court Dr Phil Gregory’s Medical Report as this is DEFAMATION. But let me make it known that the Solicitor has been colluding with Devonshires Solicitors LLP for me to take RESPIREDONE so they can make MONEY out of me.

That’s another reasons why the ITV News documentary with Queen Camilla will be presented as RESEARCH. I did an interview with the University of Huddersfield about DAMP and MOULD. The fact I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson research paper for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” recommended to ACAS. Before I did “A Voice of a Child” for LEYF CEO June O’Sullivan will be reasons why the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin will be called to give evidence that I asked her to MEDIATE because I meet her at Housing for Women AGM 2014. I will wrap up saying that Samantha Gibbs started working with H4W in April 2022. In April 2022, Joshua Jacques murdered four people in a brutal attack at a home in Bermondsey, South-East-London. The victims were Samantha Drummonds, her mother Tanysha Ofori-Akuffo, her grandmother Dolet Hill, and Denton Burke, Ms Hill’s partner. How did the Police get involved? Police were called by neighbours who heard shouting at home. Police broke into the house and tasered Jacques. What did Jacques admit to? Manslaughter but tried for MURDER claiming MENTAL HEALTH condition. Prosecution: 3 generations of one family murdered. JJ was only 29 years old who FAILED him? BBC News 4/12/2023. BBC 1 March 2024 Jailed for at least 46 years. I have lost four family who won’t come back. I applied for the role of grandmother for grandson with MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES. RE: Police Misconduct, Discrimination, and False Court Orders (03/03/2024 Complaint)

Dear Ms. Lovekin,

Thank you for your response dated 04/02/2025. However, this response falls short of addressing the longstanding pattern of misconduct, discrimination, and conspiracy involving the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS). Since my initial complaint, my 100-year-old husband, Arnold Tomlinson, has passed away, and I firmly believe the continuous harassment we experienced was a significant contributing factor to his demise. This response highlights how the MPS failed to follow lawful due process, including reliance on fabricated warrants, false court orders, and data misuse, all of which are actionable under civil and criminal law. I am therefore compelled to restate my demands and request accountability, with reference to case law and potential criminal consequences. MM Response: The evidence about the breaking of the glass to the Communal Door on the 13^th December 2021 must be considered. The fact that the Police who was sent as EMERGENCY left claiming I was shouting, and the act was not MALICIOUS because I locked Ms Gilchrist out is key to why Ms Gilchrist continued making MALICIOUS reports resulting in me having to attend Croydon Magistrates 3 times. I also had to attend Walworth Police Station for INTERVIEW when my husband and I got SEPARATED. The Police is still investigating the MATTER.

Summary of Key Issues

1. Discrimination and Sexual Discrimination Background

· The discrimination began in 2015 when my long-standing employment was terminated due to LEYF’s discriminatory “Men in Childcare” policy, an example of sexual discrimination. Instead of investigating LEYF’s conduct, the police unfairly targeted me and my protest, resulting in a fabricated court order branding me a criminal needing Emotional Regulation Treatment and destroying my career prospects. MM Response: I refused LEYF £58,000.00 NDA.

· This constitutes discriminatory misconduct contrary to Equality Act 2010, Section 13 and relevant case law (Nagarajan v London Regional Transport [1999] UKHL 36), which recognises indirect discrimination through systemic practices. MM Response: As an EYFS Coordinator SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator in my last employment I did training “UNDERSTANDING STATUTORY ASSESSMENT” in 2009. The fact I was offered the job of SENCO for £46-55,000.00 by Smart Teachers in 2021 from an old CV from 2015 in proof I continued training despite my ENTITLEMENTS denied.

1. Fabricated Warrants, False Court Orders, and Data Misuse

· My sensitive data was unlawfully disclosed to Dr. Phil Gregory, who falsified a psychiatric report citing eight non-existent court orders, which led to the loss of my GP services and further victimisation. MM Response: District Bell requested the Psychiatric Assessment which I did on the 15^th April 2024 after the death of my husband. This is the ASSESSMENT that the court requested. As stated in the conversation between me and Dr Phil Gregory his report is not factual. Why did he want me to meet with him to correct his mistakes to send to the solicitor?

· The police acted repeatedly on fabricated warrants and injunctions, as proven during staged incidents and court hearings where no genuine investigation of both sides occurred False statements by police officers acting as witnesses constitute perjury (R v Andrews [1993] 4 All ER 559). MM Response: I will be relying on my CONTRIBUTIONS to British Values from the time I had the first nervous breakdown at Kings College Hospital London NHS Foundation Trust and started FUNDRAISING for CHARITIES to prove that Dr Gregory’s DIAGNOSIS is a DISTORTATION of me. Dr Gregory visited my home on the 21^st November 2024 with the nurse Hawah Oweh unannounced and upon inviting him in, demanding that I stopped my RECORDING. He claimed he was concerned about my WELFARE. I was on the Housing Ombudsman Zoom on the 20^th November 2024 because I am a member of the “Customer Panel”. I was sent email from H4W for opportunity to be on the “Customer Panel” recruitment. I was the “Minute Taker” for the H4W Customer Scrutiny Panel that was disbanded in 2020. That is how Ms H Presley became aware that H4W was discriminating against me because Hermoine Cameron was ADVOCATING on my behalf online. Ms Cameron visited me at home twice. The same way HCT Group Impact Report 2016 statistic of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with unemployment was used by Barrister Ryan Clement and Winsome Duncan to send Police to SECTION me. That I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL. I showed Dr Gregory the BOOK and explained how this was misconstrued and used against me. IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE was signed at the launch of “A New Met for London” by Sir Mark Rowley. A month after District Judge Sterlini labelled me a “VIOLENT NUISANCE” without me knowing about the INJUNCTION proceedings started in the court from 24^th July 2023. The month I was sent POSSESSION letter, and I was having CRISIS which were posted online as a “Content Creator”. DJ Sterlini is listed with DJ Rand and DJ Zimmell for striking out my claim with Winsome Duncan that reached “Telephone Conciliation”.

1. Harassment and Trespass

The Met Police

We further note videos in which she claims to be barricading herself in her property for fear that Police or other organisations will kill her, or where she claims not to be eating or opening curtains. MM Response: The Met Police failed me from they came to SECTION me from a malicious report made by Winsome Duncan. The Police and Ambulance Service turned up at my home on the 30^th October 2017. I have proof of the NEGLIGENCE by the POLICE from then to date. Some of these visits can be put in the same category as members of the BAME COMMUNITY who were MURDERED or HARMED as in the case of Cherry Grouse son who I recorded speaking about his experience as a child.

Threatened with EVICTION

I was threatened with EVICTION by Peju Awoye via telephone on 7/6/2022 because Barclays stole my money on the day I was called by Richard Harty who later kicked me out of UEL. My account was closed whilst I was locked in the bank for over an hour waiting for the Police. I was told by Debbie Thomas who since turned against me that Ms Gilchrist told her H4W wanted me out.

Nevertheless, our client has made multiple referrals to adult safeguarding. MM Response: Did Mimi Owusu’s 12 pages “Witness Statement” the reasons for the REFERRALS to “ADULT SAFEGUARDING?” If so the EQUALITY ASSESSOR for the case will have address because no offer of help was forthcoming from the time, I write to LEYF Senior HR Dilys Epton on the eve of “Mothering Sunday” 14 March 2015 am DERESSED and DYING SLOWLY of TORTURE. My BOOK is just one of the types of evidence I am expecting to be used. I gave copies to the solicitor, barrister, Joseph and Dr Phil Gregory that they should have used as reference about whether I am making up things.

2. Started volunteering with Resources for Autism in 2015 after I was sent on Medical Suspension and got myself a “NIGERIAN Family”. The mother was pregnant at the time and the child has his own YouTube channel. I was asked to help with the child’s “Care Plan” by the school because of the noticeable progress when I started visiting the family.

3. Started fundraising with Parkinson’s UK in 2017 and was in their 2018/2019 BROCHURE.

4. I was asked by Southwark Council to do a video to encourage the BAME Community to take the COVID-19 vaccine.

5. I took out a petition during the ET/EAT for an “Inquiry in the Early Years Sector that was rejected.

6. My Neighbour TESS was left to die on her own despite my husband cried and ask me to get help for her. I contacted the authorities several times.

7. I averted a Grenfell Tower at Alma Grove because of GREEDY CONTRACTORS. 8. Barrister Samantha Jones bragged to SRA Michael Carter that Judge Freer gave her REFERENCE to be on the Grenfell Tower Panel Inquiry.

Even on the basis of the initial assessment report we say that it is more likely than not that our client suffers from a disability, consequently we invite you to agree that an Equality Act assessor is required.

We should be grateful for your urgent response as to whether or not you agree so if need be we will apply to Court for an Equality Act assessor to be appointed. MM Response: Based on the continuing DEFAMATION about MERVELEE MYERS during the BEREAVEMENT and LOSS of my husband that has profound impact on my MENTAL and PHYSICAL HEALTH I am requesting that An EQUALITY ACT ASSESSOR is required. If you listen carefully, you will understand that I was called by Dr Phil Gregory because I did not attend the appointment, I requested to discuss the information for the recommended MEDICATION. I was unable to attend because I had to call the AMBULANCE out again and was taken to A&E. I am telling Dr Gregory that the neighbours continuing to TRIGGER me with their UNREASONABLE BEHAVIOURS which is the NORM especially when they realised am not well. Dr Gregory always calling on PRIVATE number and because I am getting CYBERBULLYING online and via my home phone and mobile, I do not always answer PRIVATE/WITHHELD calls. If you listen carefully, you will hear me correcting Dr Gregory about some minor mistakes that I would not be expecting from people I MENTORED in my job. Dr Gregory breached the Protected Characteristics. He didn’t just leave it there he got YouTube involved. YouTube is all I have left to share my stories.

I’ve attached information sheets and consent forms for both my project and my colleague Ayana’s, who I mentioned will join us. It’s a standard part of the University’s ethics process, to show that people speak to us with informed consent.

Ayana’s main focus is on the role of retrofit in addressing damp and mould for homeowners. But her work, like mine, is also interested in the experiences of tenants and the challenges they face in getting damp and mould problems fixed. Her information sheet indicates a Yorkshire focus, but the work is also looking across England as well.

In our research we’re doing interviews with residents and others who have experience of living with and/or responding to damp and mould problems. We’re asking people about its impacts and about what has and hasn’t worked in addressing these problems as well as what they feel needs to change so such issues are dealt with better.

Its usually myself and my colleague Ayana, cc’d in, who carry out the interviews. Ayana is doing a PhD in architecture, on a related but separate project on damp and mould.

The interviews we do are semi-structured, usually online via Teams and they last 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on how much people want to say. They are semi-structured and quite informal. As its a university led project we do give everyone an information sheet about the project and a consent form.

How does that sound to you? I’m not sure if it helps with the experience you want to build. But if you have any questions about research let me know, and I’ll see if I can answer them.

Matters Leading up to Police Visit to my Home

Sunday at 17.44 there was a call 020-8780-4180 from a female sounding voice who asked if this is Mervelee. The gist of the conversation was I was to attend Walworth Police Station for an interview on 1 December 2020 at 10.00 AM about Criminal activities. I told the person I have an appointment for my Flu Jab so I would prefer to have an alternative date. I also said I prefer not to attend at Walworth Police Station and would be grateful to be interviewed at home or another convenient location. The person shouted if you do not come for the interview you will be arrested because you are a CRIMINAL and hung up. I set about recording videos as this is my Defensive Practice for the past 6 years. I contacted my family abroad and stepson in the UK to let them know what happened.

Monday, I called the number 020-8780-4180 on my House phone and recorded on my mobile. There was no response, so I said as per usual this was LEYF winding me up as they have been doing since I got back from burying my mother. And denying me my entitlement.

At about minutes after 2:00 I heard my buzzer, am sat near the window, looked outside, and see the Police van parked up out there. I went put my front door on the latch and opened the communal door. I came back and sat continuing my work at the computer. I heard one of the Officers asking where is the door and I invited them in and she mentioned it is a funny sort of door. I was not expecting them, 3 Officers, a male and 2 females came in and I thought they came to interview me as I had asked. The female Officer said I was going to be taken to Walworth Road and I should get dressed and pack a bag. I responded I was told to be there on 1/12/2020 for an interview. I need to phone someone to let them know the latest development. She said I am not allowed to use my phone or any electronics I must put my phone away. I did and got up saying I need to go talk to my husband in the kitchen. That is when the 3 Officers assaulted me and handcuffed me and taken me through the door to the van. I was only dressed in my top and shorts. I had taken off my jeans because my husband needs the heating so at times, I take off some layers to balance and meet both our needs.

The Handcuffs

I was bundled into the back of the van and the male Officers was sat observing me, told him the handcuffs were hurting my hands. The van was parked, and I was sat in the back and by this time I started shivering causing the handcuffs to become more painful. I called the attention of the male Officer and told him I was shivering and the last time I had to call out the Ambulance on 3/9/2020. Because I was unable to stop the shakes. I explained about my disabilities and that I have Parkinson’s disease in my DNA, but not a Medical Diagnosis. Without Prejudice he began to treat me the same way HHJ Parfitt did on 2/9/2020 at Central London County Court and that triggered my traumas. I began to swear which bring lots of Officers standing behind the van. The Officer offered to loosen the handcuff and asked me to turn around. The next thing he asked me to bend over. I would not have minded if it were the Officers who accompanied were there. But there were a few gathered, and I was wearing nothing more than a short. In the end he said he was unable to unlock the handcuff. I had the handcuff on, until I was stood before Sargant Patel and he commented about the bruises on my hands.

Updates: I was explaining to the Officers about the handcuff saga on my way back from Brixton Police Station and she was trying to bring in training into it. I counteracted her argument when she claimed that being on the same level was why I was asked to bend over. I told her I was stood in the van. I am of the assumption asking me to bend over is a form of ridicule. There is a SONG that can take on derogatory connotes and discriminatory at the same time. I am feeling vulnerable and the least thing can trigger my traumas. Getting trolled on Social Media and Facebook can affect me.

PC SWEENEY

PC Sweeney was the one who decided to refuse me from using my phone and 3 of them wrestled and inflicted the bruises and handcuffed me. She was abusive calling me a CRIMINAL. Whilst she was stood outside the van watching she keep making faces at me. I know she was trying to smile, but this was rather unnerving, and I felt I was being ridiculed. By this time, I was shivering, my body shaking and the handcuffs banging, causing frictions on my hands. She did not notice later as an afterthought she asked if I have any COVID-19 systems. I asked her if she had only just considered and if she asked me about any disabilities I have.

At one stage I ask PC Sweeney if she do not mind, how old she was. She said 24 and I told her I could be her grandmother.

Later on PC Sweeney was trying to be nice to me, but the harm she done can not be rectified.

Requesting the Toilet

I am diabetic and stressful situations can trigger my PTSD and I get stress incontinence. I asked for the loo and was becoming anxious after PC Sweeney came back with the answer. I was becoming concerned that I would leak on myself as this happened to me before.

Inside the Station

When I was eventually led inside, I am in handcuff yet PC Sweeney have to hold unto me and I was become concerned she did accuse me of any attempts on her person because of my ANXIETY and SHAKES. As we were approaching the PC who upset me and caused me to swear come back to provoke me asking if I had “Calmed Down”. So, I swear again and this I included the other 2 Female PC who began treating me like a CRIMINAL again. Saying they trying to help me. Their tokenism just brings back 6 years of injustice and why I am in this situation. I told them blatantly I would PISS where I was if I could not hold it.

Sargant Patel

He noticed the bruises on my arms. I do not understand why he asked if I have a BRITISH PASSPORT. Because I have been threatened with Criminal Record and labelled to trigger my PTSD after the death my mother. Made a victim in https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016. Then the EAT claim I made up disabilities to my complaint to http://judicialconduct.gov.uk I do not know how I am surviving the past 6 years.

Whilst I was standing waiting and asked by PC Sweeney how am feeling, I told her I feel like punching her, but I blog and will let the Officers who came to my house and treat me like a criminal star in their own show.

The Appropriate Person

She was incredibly supportive throughout and waited late until I got a lift to come home.

The Solicitor

He was told I was offered to come in for interview and refused. He obviously believed them and what can I do? Despite having my records out in PUBLIC I am once again not CREDIBLE WITNESS. However, I am thankful for his support.

The Second Arrest

The 2 Female Officers started out acting heavy handed until I let them know I am aware of my rights. I told them that their colleagues who visited my home yesterday was in breach because I was asked to attend the interview on the 1/12/2020 at 10:00 AM. How come they turned up on the 30/11/2020?

If they had acted professionally, they could have completed the investigation. Instead of putting me through the traumas.

My Concerns

I am in my own home and cannot use the toilet without the Officer, keeping the door open with her boots. In case she does not know some people cannot use the toilet in the presence of others. I suffer stress incontinence, and this do not help. Even my husband was questioning her actions. I left my husband with tears in his eyes. But at least the Officers behaviours were acceptable, compared to how I was treated by the others. This is the yardstick I want anyone to use when judging how I could be treated like this after my contributions of 28 years in the UK.

Brixton Police Station

All I can say is look at the way I was treated at Brixton and the 2 Officers who dealt with the case and that at Walworth Road and you know why BAME People are crying DISCRIMINATION by the POLICE.

The name PS 2450 AS Tanner, PC 2344AS Hunte, PC 2624AS Martinez, PC 1147AS Maddock and 2 other PCs whose names were not written down visited your home when you heard a knock on your door and there was no ringing of the buzzer. Upon inviting those in you were asked if you know Arnold Tomlinson. That’s when you realised that one of the PCs had a battering ram, because he puts it at the door to come inside. Since the incident was captured on YouTube LIVE. You would like YouTube to be used as evidence. The fact you called the Met Police 3 times about the kicking of your door must be part of your arguments that the actions of the 6 Police who came to your home with a battering ram are part of the systemic discrimination against you from you reporting Winsome Duncan and Barrister Ryan Clement for verbal threats in October 2017. The Police claim this was none of their concerns but turned up at your home on the 30th of November 2017 to section you for a malicious report, you wrote on Facebook, that you were feeling SUICIDAL based on your participation with “A New Met for London” that can be verified online. You are giving the Met Police the opportunity to redeem themselves by revisiting your complaints to IOPC and MOPAC and how your complaints were dealt with.

Your husband who is TRAUMATISED by the discrimination is dying and it would be good if he can have reassurance from the Met Police that you will be safeguard before he dies. MM Response: It seems that the entire Met Police need their HEADS examined. Because the 27th February 2024, I was STRESSED out trying to get the bed for my HUSBAND to return home to DIE. Any SENSIBLE PERSON would have made the difference about an uploaded video and one that I was LIVE STREAMING. They would seen that the ENVRONMENT where the elderly lady is/was, was different from the UK. And where would I get this elderly lady to tie up? Upon police arrival it was noted that you said you were filming them live on you tube and did not know why they were there. • I have considered the IOPC Discrimination procedures of asking officer for an account, however I do not deem this reasonable and proportionate given the communication I have received from you. MM Response: But you stated I did not send you any information, so where did you get this from. The fact that you sent the REPORT back before the 7 days you asked me to give you information is relevant to the covering up of the GASLIGHTING and MISOGYNY by those with something to hide and AXE to GRIND.

4 Official 5 Official • I have considered the IOPC Discrimination procedures of conducting comparable data checks, however I do not deem this reasonable and proportionate given that your circumstances are that you are poorly and you need to receive medical care. MM Response: You will be charged for breaches of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. You will be responsible for the attempts to SECTION MURDER KIDNAP me between 30 October 2017 to 22 January 2025 for why I am POORLY according to you. Maybe you are aware why I am not receiving MEDICAL CARE. “No society can legitimately call itself civilise if a SICK person is DENIED Medical AID because of lack of means” Nye Bevan founder of the NHS 1948. MM Response: Maybe you need to get Police Scotland to go through YouTube to pinpoint the OFFICERS who attend my home and are catured on LIVE. A case in point is the 3rd January 2025. I do not feel it is fair to name these officers when I do not have more specific information from you to be able to identify which ones you alleged to have done something. MM Response: Am not bothered because you will be judged by the world and not MERVELEE MYERS.

Rationale After reviewing your complaint submission, your subsequent emails and also conducting a search for any police dealings you have had in the past, I have noted many calls by you for ASB and Nuisance Neighbours, I also note that you are a suspect for harassment against your neighbours and you have a crime report on for an incident involving your step son, whose father, your husband sadly passed away, please accept my sincerest condolences. MM Response: How about you check my engagement with Nigel Pearce at Elim House in August 2023? I have noted that you feel you are being discriminated against, you have not provided me with any information other than GP medical records that you would like everyone to keep due to medical negligence. MM Response: Here is the PROOF that you need to be admitted to an INSTITUTION for treatment. I note that this is born from your mental health issues, however I feel this is due to you feeling like you are not getting the medical help you require. MM Response: The Met Police will pay for your DISCRIMINATION. I do not feel confident in being able to address this matter without any further information from you, for example the responses to my questions. MM Response: How about you cut the CRAP? I also feel it would be unfair of me to address this with the named officers due to this reason. MM Response: I refuse to engage with an ASSHOLE like you. It seems your GP is aware you are poorly as per your screen shots of your medical record and you sent me a sickness note, explaining you were not fit for work due to stress. MM Response: There is no doubt you are SICKER than my neighbour Deborah Agnes Gilchrist.

6 Official While I appreciate that you have been poorly with your mental health, this is not a police matter, this is a medical matter and as such, I would urge to you seek help from the relevant medical areas. MM Response: I will recommend that you be treated for DELUSIONS of GRANDEUR. Our Guide To Your Complaint What will this guide tell you? This guide explains the principles of our complaints system, how we handle complaints, and the possible outcomes. What can I complain about? If you think you have been treated unfairly by the police or the standard of service you received was unacceptable you have the right to make a complaint. A complaint can be made about the conduct of any person serving with the police, i.e. a police officer, police staff member, special constable, designated volunteer or a person contracted to provide services to the Met Police. You can also complain about how a police force is run. For example, you can complain about force-wide crime initiatives, the organisation of policing resources and general policing standards. There is no time limit for making a complaint. However, if you complain about something that happened more than 12 months ago, you should explain why you didn’t complain sooner. Who can make a complaint? You can make a complaint if: · You were directly affected by the behaviour of our police officers, special constables, members of police staff, volunteers or contractors. · Witnessed an incident – for example, you were present when an incident took place or were close enough to see or hear the incident (you cannot claim to have witnessed an incident if you have seen it on television or social media). · Have been adversely affected by the conduct or matter complained about – this means that the actions of the police have indirectly affected you, for example you have suffered any form of loss, damage, distress or inconvenience as a result of the matter complained about, or you have been put in danger or otherwise put at risk of being adversely affected. 1 You could be acting on behalf of someone in any of the people listed above – for example, a family member, friend, legal representative or any other person of their choosing. You may be able to make a complaint if you are a parent or guardian. Persons serving with the police force cannot make a complaint about incidents and officers in their own force. This does not mean they are unable to raise concerns, there are other ways to do this such as internal conduct investigations and the staff resolution process. This just means that they will not have the statutory rights of a complainant. What can you expect when you complain? You can expect: · Contact from us to get some further details · To be asked what you would like to happen · To be listened to and treated fairly · To be updated about the progress of your complaint · To be told the outcome of your complaint when it has been finalised · If your complaint has been formally recorded and you are not happy with the outcome, you can request an independent review How will my complaint be handled? By law all complaints against the police must be logged. We make an initial assessment of how your complaint may be dealt with and we will contact you to find out what you would like to happen. Your complaint may be dealt with in one of the following ways: · Early contact – A complaint handler will make contact with you as soon as possible after you raised your concerns. They may be able to provide an explanation or an apology, or other information to assure you that appropriate action is being taken. Their aim is to try and resolve your issues and create an environment for learning where people learn from mistakes made. · By investigation – If the complaint is serious enough to warrant disciplinary action then it will be investigated and an investigator will be appointed. · In some circumstances, no further action may be taken. 2 We’ll ask you how you’d like to be contacted, keep you informed on the progress, write to you to tell you the outcome and explain your right to an independent review. However we deal with your complaint, it is important to us. Will my complaint be referred to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC)? When we receive your complaint, we consider whether it should be referred to the IOPC. The most serious incidents must be referred to the IOPC – whether someone has made a complaint or not. For example, if police actions result in a member of the public being seriously injured or dying: · while in custody · after they’ve had contact with the police · as a result of a police shooting · in a road accident involving the police We can also refer incidents to the IOPC if we have concerns, for instance about the conduct of our officers or staff. The IOPC can direct us to record incidents and then ‘call them in’. The IOPC may choose to investigate these cases themselves, independently of us. Keeping you informed is one of our key priorities; our updates should be regular and meaningful. Our first update will be provided promptly, in writing, and, at the latest, within four weeks of the start of the handling of your complaint. Further updates will be provided at least every four weeks. How long will my complaint take to deal with? We aim to deal with complaints in timely a manner, however there is no time limit on how long we will take to deal with your complaint. The person dealing with your complaint should be able to tell you how long it is likely to take. 3 Who will be involved in dealing with my complaint? This depends on how your complaint will be handled. Your point of contact will be either a: · Complaint handler – if your complaint is being dealt with through early contact, or · Investigator – if your complaint is being investigated as there is an indication a criminal offence may have been committed or the behaviour may justify disciplinary proceedings. Learning from complaints helps to improve the way we do things and stop the same thing from happening again. As well as learning from individual cases, we use information from our complaints system to monitor performance and identify potential learning for us as an organisation. 4 What if I am still unhappy? If we were dealing with your concerns through early resolution and you aren’t happy, we will record your complaint and appoint a complaint handler. If you are still unhappy after we have handled your complaint, you can ask for a review. Reviews are dealt with by either the Independent Officer for Police Conduct (IOPC) or the Mayor’s Office for Policing and Crime (MOPAC). The report we send you when we have finished dealing with your complaint tells you the review body for your complaint. You need to apply within 28 days or your application won’t be accepted, unless there are exceptional circumstances for the delay. Money cannot be awarded via the complaints procedure, regardless of the outcome. February 2025Dear Media Volunteer,As many of you will know, today is World Cancer Day. This annual event gives us the opportunity to remember those lost to cancer but also the progress we have made in cancer research over the years. It also acts, of course, as a reminder of why we must keep raising awareness and funds for research.

We’ve been marking the day with activity including Tommy (pictured above with his grandson) featuring in emails from Ticketmaster, one of our Corporate Partners.

Tommy, who appears in our “We Are” Brand campaign, took part in our TUXEDO clinical trial after he was diagnosed with bladder cancer.

It has also been a busy start to the year in other respects, with more information below about the relaunch of Race for Life, new films for our Legacy campaign and new posters in our shops supporting our work on cancers affecting children and young people – all supported by media volunteers like you.

Jenny, from St Albans, spoke of how much her two best friends, Alison and Jane (pictured from left to right, Alison, Jenny and Jane), mean to her and why they’ve inspired her to take part in Race for Life. The trio have known each other for 60 years and all three have been treated for breast cancer. We’ll be screening the film for project participants in April, and putting it online after that. If you weren’t able to make it to the show (or even if you were!), this will be a chance to experience the opera in a different form.

Dear Mervelee,

Thanks so much for reaching out. We really appreciate it.

It’s usually myself and my colleague Ayana, cc’d in, who carry out the interviews. Ayana is doing a PhD in architecture, on a related but separate project on damp and mould.

The interviews we do are semi-structured, usually online via Teams and they last 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on how much people want to say. They are semi-structured and quite informal. As it’s a university led project, we do give everyone an information sheet about the project and a consent form.

How does that sound to you? I’m not sure if it helps with the experience you want to build. But if you have any questions about research let me know, and I’ll see if I can answer them.

If you are still keen to speak with us, I can send you sometime of these dates or let me know if you have any preferences.

Funding for protected research time

Applications are now open for the Centre for Translational Medicine (CTM) Research Partnership Catalyst Award.

The scheme offers one day a week (20% FTE/two PA) of protected research time for up to 24 months for postdoctoral health professionals at the consultant or senior practitioner stage of their career.

The scheme is open to any research experienced consultant or senior health professional not currently undertaking any substantial research activity. Individuals currently employed at one of the King’s Health Partners NHS Trusts (Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, or South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust) are eligible and welcome to apply.

New clinical definition for obesity

Introducing: The Lancet Diabetes & Endocrinology Commission on Clinical Obesity

Endorsed by 76 medical organisations around the world, The Lancet Diabetes & Endocrinology Commission sets out a new diagnostic model of obesity based on objective measures of illness at the individual level and introduces two novel categories of obesity – clinical obesity and pre-clinical obesity. In this video Commission Chair Prof Francesco Rubino, Chair of Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, King’s College London, explains more. Our last rebrand was 15 years ago. A lot has changed since then, including the priorities of the Parkinson’s community. So, we needed to shift our focus to better meet their needs.

Over 1,000 members of the Parkinson’s community were involved in our brand refresh. We’re so grateful to everyone who took part in the process, from people with Parkinson’s, family, friends and carers, to scientists and health and social care professionals. Jane, Alison and I have been friends for over 60 years. We do everything together, including supporting one another through cancer treatment. My treatment is ongoing, but thanks to the work of Cancer Research UK, I’m able to lead a full, active life, and Jane and Alison are still right beside me.
