Find out more on gov.uk website STAIRS – Social Tenant Access to Information Requirements Scheme A consultation run by MHCLG which proposes the introduction of STAIRS to: enable residents to request information about their home require housing associations to proactively publish information via a publication scheme The consultation also sets out how complaints about the scheme would be addressed, with the Housing Ombudsman Service nominated as the preferred body to handle complaints. MM Response: The world will be informed as DJ Sara Elizabeth Beecham refused to accept IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE, that could have helped her in not breaching the Equality Act Protected Characteristic in the future. We will host focus group sessions to discuss the roll-out of this scheme towards the end of this year. Awaab’s Law Legislation in the Social Housing Regulation Act (2023) requires landlords to fix health hazards in social housing within specific timeframes. MM Response: What about Ms H Presley and Mervelee Myers’ experiences, leaving us being pushed to the edge to commit SUICIDE? The law was introduced following the death of 2-year-old Awaab Ishak, who died from exposure to damp and mould in his social rented home. MM Response: I did a RESEARCH for the University of Huddersfield about DAMP and MOULD. Dr Phil Gregory was shown the MOULD and DISREPAIR when he visited 16 Alma Grove. The first set of legislation around damp and mould will be rolled out in October 2025. We will be hosting sessions with MHCLG over the next couple of months to discuss how the introduction of Awaab’s Law will impact landlords’ services to residents. MM Response: By then, those involved with the HMCTS, DJ Sara Elizabeth Beecham, breaching the Equality Act Protected Characteristics, grooming Tristan Salter of Five Paper Chambers, should be safely in JAIL where they belong. Meet BSI to hear about its new guidance on managing residential buildings Join us and the British Standards Institution (BSI) on 18 June at 5pm-6pm to find out about their new guide for people who manage residential buildings. The guidance has been written to help understand legislative competency requirements and standards.
