Thank you for your emails and for the voicemails you left me. I’ll add everything you’ve sent me to the complaint, but unfortunately it doesn’t change what I have said in my view.
When we assess a complaint we have to take all the information you gave us, as well as all the information that Barclays have given us and make a decision based on that. In this case, I cannot find any factual evidence that Barclays have your missing £1,000. So I can’t say they need to give it back or reopen your account. I am sorry about that as I know it’s very disappointing and not very helpful for you. But we are an evidence based organisation.
I know that you are caring for your husband at the moment and I don’t want to add to your stress or worry. If you don’t agree with my findings, I can ask for an ombudsman to review your case again and make sure what I have said is correct. Would you like me to do that?
You asked in one of your emails what qualifications I have. I am part of the additional support area and we do receive extra training around mental health issues and complaints where someone has had an effect on their health. I hope that helps reassure you that I have looked at everything as thoroughly as I can.
If you’d like me to put the complaint to an ombudsman for a review then please let me know. Do you still want me to call you at 1pm or is this email response sufficient?

But FOS Inspector says I have to go to court after I exhausted the ET/EAT and now CCMCC and CLCC making sure I am tied to an ECRO. So am to be 600,000 older people in the UK say they leave their home once per week or less with my husband who will be 99 in March. So why was my image portrayed across the Internet as page 1 of Windrush 70?

I learned from the Daily Express. Since LEYF Nurseries deny me my Basic Human Rights after I told #DilysEpton about my childhood traumas. And the #EmploymentTribunals claim to have dealt with the fact. Even though I copied them in about Mr #JohnFenton noncompliance, as well as the Telephone Mediation stitch up.
Well I have a diagnosis of chronic anxiety and maybe the Judges need to update their knowledge about the Disability Act 1995 and Equality Act 2010. Not to mention the Modern SLAVERY Act and the Counter Terrorism and Security Act with the British Values Act. Because I don’t know what fact out of my 67 page Witness Statement they read? Why did Barrister Samantha Jones manufacture Contagious SICKIE become unfortunate but the Medical Reports of the professionals were not considered.
My horoscope state I should not be intimidated by anyone. Least of all #LEYF the brand I help to build. I even do work for #JuneOsullivan. My intellectual property is part of the Nursery World Magazine NWS 2018 seminar. How clever of them to get the idiot to #assult me. The rest is history about Chef Gloria.

Suh if U wan play fucking dumbo as part of Ur Culture mi doan hab nuh probs wid U!!! Saturday dat CSMF Bastards from Asia ring mi phone again saying she calling from Microsoft… She wants to help me sort out problems on my computer? When I refused to comply with her orders… The SC bitch tun round called mi IDIOT!!! Mi neva mek fun to Cuss har Rass since all the grief I had got throughout the week was coming from dem kinda peeps… So now who is going to judge me? Don’t worry there was a SS involved in 1 of the incidents… & I have the remedy fi all a dem!!! GRABLOOSASES?
