Good day Mr Solicitor
After reading your response to my concerns raised and the letter dated 18 December 2024 from the Court and reflecting on events from Boxing Day when I was in my garden, I came up with this conclusion. I will share this to back up my arguments about the continuing DISCRIMINATION.

And the reasons Dr Phil Gregory was brought on board to entrap me with RESPIREDONE to SILENCE me.
There are inconsistencies in the letter dated 18 December 2024 making no mention about the EVACUATED cases. Instead, I was sent a long list for a trial on the 7 March 2025. However, the response from the Solicitors states the trial is due for the 10 March 2025. Because I have been passing on information to the Solicitors and nothing is done to add them to my arguments.
The DEFENDANT has permission to file and serve any updating evidence in response 14 days before the trial. Here is my UPDATED EVIDENCE in REVERSE.
1. CAD 2358/03Jany25 I was visited at home by 2924AS and 2499AS evidence online at YouTube.
2. The patterns of DISCRIMINATION by my Neighbour who is supported by Housing for Women and the Metropolitan Police must be taken into EVIDENCE from the time Met Police was sent to SECTION me from a malicious report I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL.
3. Between 30th October 2021 and 3rd January 2025 must be taken into evidence. Because it was DJ Sterlini who strike out my claims with Winsome Duncan after “Telephone Mediation” who labelled me a “Violent Nuisance” without me knowing about the ORDER.
4. I was provoked when I looked out my window on 3rd January 2025 and evidence of Ms Gilchrist and Barbara McCoy’s HATE CRIMES can be verified online. Mention was made about the INJUNCTION and obviously my Neighbour was fed information about the outcome of the EVACUATED cases. Whilst I was left in the dark, because the Solicitor did not inform me and there was no mention made in the letter dated 18 December 2024 that I got on Christmas eve.
5. The actions of the Met Police Officers above can be verified online.
6. The actions of Joe Hooper kicking my door has not been dealt with. Refer to CAD 6326/03Jany25 and CAD 5227/03Jany25 and CAD 3020/03Jany25 and CAD 2824/03Jany25 and CAD 2052/21Dec2024 to get an understanding of how I am treated by the Met Police.
7. I was DEPRESSED during the Festive Season because I suffer with SAD and the fact I am excluded does not help. I am living at Alma Grove like a prisoner. I am a DISABLED NHS Pensioner without a GP.
8. I was in the kitchen cooking when I noticed my Husband’s Angel Trumpet flowering, so I went out to capture the BLOOMS in his memory. I could hear a dog barking and then I heard my name called MYERS. I responded by asking Ms Gilchrist if she was talking to me, she began her TIRADE. This can be evidence from the recordings. When I realised Ms Gilchrist was videoing me, I asked why she was doing it. She responded she needs it for her DEFENCE.
9. I returned to my kitchen because I decided I will not let Ms Gilchrist provoke me to return to the DARK PLACES I am coming from over the past 10 years.
10. The PROVOCATIONS continued that I only feel safe when I bolted the door.
11. Some days I don’t open my curtains and if I do so and look through the window I will get VERBALLY ABUSED from across the street.
12. I received a letter about an appointment on the 19 December 2024 which I did not receive. This is patterns of GASLIGHTING and MISOGYNY to make Dr Phil Gregory’s Medical Gaslighting Report Factual that EVERYTHING am saying is in my HEAD.
8. I was made an INACTIVE PATIENT by Silverlock Medical Centre on 5 December 2024.
9. I received THREATENING LETTERS after raising concerns about Dr Phil Gregory.
10. On 21 November 2024 Dr Phil Gregory and the Nurse made unannounced visit to my home. I think if I had turned off the recording as he DEMANDED, despite having a FRIEND in my home, he would have done what he came to do.
11. The fact I was on the Housing Ombudsman ZOOM on the 20 December 2024 as a member of the Resident Panel must be evidence. I discussed this with the Solicitor who refused to use it for my ARGUMENTS.
12. I am invited to apply for the post of Customer Panel after I was the Minute Taker for the disbanded “Scrutiny Customer Panel” in 2020.
13. Ms H Presley found me online when Ms Hermoine Cameron was advocating on my behalf. I asked the Solicitor to represent Ms Presley to have a STRONG case against the CLAIMANT.
14. I am a victim of the Alma Grove Hate MOBS. The aim is to PROVOKE me to get a reaction so they can say I am the AGGRESSOR.
15. Dr Phil Gregory called my son in Jamaica to ask if he thinks I will be PHYSICAL with the NEIGHBOURS.
16. I was locked out on the 23 October 2024.
17. On the 9 August 2024 I was visited at home by 2 Female Police Officers. I raised a complaint, and it goes the way of others. The Police is still INVESTIGATING.
18. On 8 August 2024 Joe Hooper surrounded my window shouting for Kevin to come outside for him to sort him out.
19. The Police who came treated me and my son as CRIMINALS.

Because there is no CONSISTENCY FAMILARITY CONTINUITY coming out of the way how information is shared. I must come to the conclusion that I am getting treated this way to cover the fact that there has been SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION against me. I will as the Solicitor and Barrister Ms Miranda Grell to ask for a REVIEW of my CASES dating back to Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. I will provide any EVIDENCE that is RELEVANT. What does it mean when the CLAIMS are EVACUATED? Because I have had claims in which I represented myself evacuated without EXPLANATIONS. I will end by saying Dr Phil Gregory is/was not my psychiatrist and I was not diagnosed with psychosis. Nor was I treated under Dr Gregory’s TEAM, prescribed any medication. The Solicitor must disclose the Psychiatric Assessment I attended on 15 April 2024. Failure to do so constitute breaches of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. The fact that Dr Phil Gregory failed to respond to my concerns is proof that Housing for Women unlawful injunction K05EC530 will be going in the PUBLIC DOMAIN to help Ms H Presley and other tenants targeted by landlords.
