Dear Mrs Myers,
I note you have not responded to my initial email below, but I have been notified that the MPS Complaints Resolution Unit have received further notice of an email which you have sent to the Commissioner’s Office on 01/04/2025. This is to be considered within the complaint reference PC/1514/25 rather than duplicating efforts.
Please note, I will only be dealing with complaints that relate to officers, staff, contractors or volunteers exercising police functions on behalf of the MPS. I am not able to investigate allegations or concerns made by you toward external agencies or organisations, including the CPS, HM Courts & Tribunals Service, and the NHS. I am also unable to re-investigate concerns of yours that have already been answered by previous complaints. I have therefore reviewed your complaints history in order to ascertain what, if any concerns within your submission, have already been answered.
I understand that a recent complaint made by you under reference PC/2268/24 which you were provided with an outcome report on 07/02/2025 is currently with the IOPC for an appeal. This complaint was made on 03/03/2024 which you have again mentioned in your email to the Commissioner’s Office. This complaint dealt with numerous ASB reports and a number of police reports prior to February 2025. It would not be right for me to comment on any part of that investigation that is under appeal at present.
I have gone through your complaint submission and have addressed each point as follows. Please see below the table for the actions I will be taking.

I have therefore found one concern from your initial complaint submission that I understand is new and not addressed already by previous complaints including but not limited to PC/2268/24, PC/8721/24, PC/8735/24 or PC/8745/24. I have also reviewed one attachment you sent to the Commissioner’s Office named ‘Myers Mervelee – Chronology of police Harassment in Conspiracy’ and have identified three further dates you mention police involvement that I do not believe have been addressed by complaint PC/2268/24. I have decided to summarise all of these dates in to your concern summary as they are very similar in nature, which is as follows:
1. I am dissatisfied with the police response on 03/01/2025, 18/01/2025, 20/01/2025 and 30/01/2025
Please respond within 7 days, by 14/04/2025, confirming that you agree the above concern addresses your entire (new) complaint and that you wish for me to investigate this as such? If I do not hear from you I will investigate based on my understanding as outlined above.

I am writing in relation to the complaint you made on 11/02/2025 concerning your experience with the Metropolitan Police. I am sorry to learn of this experience and would like to thank you for taking the time to contact us about this.
Your complaint has been assigned to Central South Professional Standards Unit and I have been assigned as your Complaint Handler. The first step is to agree the terms of reference for me to look in to. I wondered if in the first instance you would be available for a phone call to discuss this.
