Please be advised that I met the above cited individual last week when I attended at Court with her for an eviction hearing at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch County Court on 20th March 2025 brought by Southwark Housing for Women, followed by a committal process.
In the second case of a committal hearing the Judge awarded a two year suspended custodial sentence of Mrs Mervelee Myers.
Please be advised that as an advocate in the community with significant experience of representing vulnerable individuals and communities I have experience representing the vulnerable who find themselves, homeless, dispossessed, not in receipt of benefits and advocating on their behalf mostly to a raft of disparate Councils as well as representations to the DWP for benefits / reinstatement of benefits and representations for access to health services and referrals.
Please be advised that I have volunteered for decades and also volunteer directly with refugees and indirectly (via Haringey Council historically) and am also recognised as a Family Mosaic Community Champion. I have also volunteered for Victim Support to give emotional and practical support for victims and witnesses of crime.
Please be advised that I met Mrs Myers and took a brief history from her last Thursday 20th March 2025 where she advised that she has no current GP and is unable to elicit the NHS for assistance, despite significant health problems, including but not limited to blood pressure problems, Parkinson’s and anxiety and panic attacks.
She also advised me that she has suffered discrimination and harassment and multiple safeguarding failings whilst resident at the above property.
Having decades of experience as a volunteer I am concerned for the well-being of Mrs Myers who I believe is suffering from historic and recent trauma and may suffer from cognitive impairment and is very overwhelmed. Mrs Myers advises me that she does not have a support worker If you could kindly expedite the relevant referral urgently to Adult Social Services I would be obliged wherein Mrs Myers may be able to expand on her challenges and limited circumstances.
I would be most obliged if you would be kindly enough to arrange a Needs Assessment urgently for this vulnerable individual at your earliest convenience and involve the appropriate Councillors for support including but not limited to Councillor Evelyn Akoto, Cabinet Member for Health and Well being and also Councillor Sam Dalton, Deputy Cabinet Member for Supported Housing.

I want to address this matter based on the fact that DJ Beecham did not preside over the case that was conducted by the MALE Member of HMCTS because of what I said to her after she gave the JUDGEMENT. For there to be no doubt in this matter, I told her that if I ended up becoming HCT Group Impact Report 2016 of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment, she is RESPONSIBLE. Housing for Women Customer Panel 2019 –
1. MM Minute Taker for Housing for Women Customer Scrutiny Panel In 2019 – 2024 Dr Phil Gregory visited 16 Alma Grove unannounced on the 21st November the day after I was on a ZOOM meeting with the Housing Ombudsman Service. The fact that I was with Lloyd Parker, might have been the only reason that he and the nurse did carry out their PLANS against me. He wanted me to stop recording the interview I was doing with Lloyd Parker. Yesterday I was with a supporter when I was called by Lloyd Parker who has sent me THREATS to visit my home today 24 March 2025.
2. MM sent a report to H4W detailing Debbie Gilchrist catalogue of HATE CRIMES against me April 2019 – H4W wiped the Customer Portal of my DATA in 2022 after my COMPLAINTS reached stage 2 of the Complaints Procedure.
3. Customer Panel disbanded by CEO Zaiba Qureshi in 2020 – I am sent invitation by email for opportunity to be a member of the Customer Panel in 2024. Regards must be given to ITV News DOCUMENTARY with Queen Camilla on my brother Ervin Nembhard birthday as this is linked to the date of my PROTEST at BIB www.leyf.org.uk Nursery. Because DJ Beecham insisted that she will not deal with any other ISSUES except the H4W. On the 20 March 2025 DJ Beecham refuse anyone speaking on my behalf despite the fact that she was AWARE of my STATE of MIND from the time she decided she wanted to keep the case. Based on information that are proven fact of breaches of the Equality Act Protected Characteristics by DJ Beecham and the Equality Act assessor Emua Ali on the 7th and 17th March 2025. MM is stating that DJ Beecham is/was party to the DISCRIMINATION in making me a voiceless, vulnerable victim of Housing for Women, Devonshires Solicitors LLP, the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and the Crown Prosecution Service dating back to my employment at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust 2003-2008. I had the first nervous breakdown after the death of my brother aged 56 years old with COLON CANCER.
4. Metropolitan Police visited Alma Grove 30 October 2020 – The Metropolitan visited my home under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn lecture on the 30 October 2020 to MURDER me to say I committed SUICIDE. I was on the telephone with my son Valdin Legister when Debbie Gilchrist came in DRUNK and started VERBALLY ABUSING me. She stood at my door shouting for me to open the door so she can MURDER ME so they say I commit SUICIDE. This is the reason that DJ Beecham was unable to continue with the other case. Because SUICIDE was used by Winsome Duncan, who was groomed by barrister Ryan Clement to send the Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service to my home on the 30 October 2017 to SECTION ME. That I wrote on Facebook that I was feeling SUICIDAL. The fact that the MALE judge who was RANTING and RAVING mentioned certain NAMES must be taken into EVIDENCE about the MISCARRIAGES of JUSTICE after bereavement and losses. This can be referenced IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE that DJ Beecham refused a copy. The fact that I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson research paper “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS must be evidenced. For why DJ Beecham refused to allow anyone to SPEAK in her COURT. But failed to finish the case when I made her RESPONSIBLE if I can no longer stop myself becoming HCT Group Impact Report 2016 statistic of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with UNEMPLOYMENT. Because my husband and I became 600,000 older people in the UK say they leave home once per week or less.
5. SENCO job offer for £46 – 55,000.00 in 2021 – I have been denied my ENTITLEMENTS to work from 2015 when I resigned with the second nervous breakdown https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 for more. I am still getting job offer from colleges as recently as February although I have not been able to secure a job. I was put on BENIFITS and sent to do CAPABILITY FOR WORK ASSESSMENT despite my QUALIFICATIONS.
6. Richard Harty called my mobile 27 September 2021 – I was KICKED out of UEL and this became the patterns of EXCLUSION leaving me ISOLATED from the time I wrote to LEYF Senior HR Dilys Epton am DEPRESSED and DYING SLOWLY of TORTURE. DJ Beecham insisting she will not deal with any other ISSUES breaching the Equality Act Protected Characteristics.
7. 27 September 2021 BARCLAYS BANK – This is the second time BARCLAYS BANK taken my money. The first time I begged the South London Press to publish my story on the 28 May 2004. The second time the money was taken at the counter and when I went to sort the matter I was locked in the BANK for over an hour waiting for the Metropolitan Police whilst my account was closed.During 2004 I had to report concerns to the CRB about practices to do with SAFEGUARDING at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. I had an abnormal pap smear and was treated for the next 5 years. In 2025 have HPV virus that can lead to CANCER. Yet a DISABLED NHS PENSIONER does not have a GP.
8. Visit to Decima Road Surgery 27 September 2021 – I did not get the DISABILITY FORM that Dr Joanna Pennack should have corrected and in 2025 I have been removed by 3 GP Practices between 6th December 2024 because I refused to take RESPIREDONE to stop me FUNCTIONING after the death of my HUSBAND.
9. Samantha Gibbs invitation to ASB meeting May 2022 – Samantha Gibbs started working with H4W in April 2022. By this time, I complained to Housing for Women and the Housing Ombudsman Service about the DISREPAIR. Dr Phil Gregory was witness to the disrepair and CMN Hawah Oweh made a report to H4W on my behalf after my visit to Marina House. I was a participant in University of Huddersfield DAMP and MOULD that must be EVIDENCED. Samantha Gibbs is on long-term-sick-leave after she coerced Ms Gilchrist instructed by H4W.
10. Trina Philbert and Candy Smith visit to Alma Grove June 2022 – Candy Smith interviewed my husband on behalf of Southwark Adult Social Care and decided to mediate with H4W on my behalf. She and Trina Philbert visited in June 2022.
11. SONGSTREET APP 2022 – I am the COMPOSER of Brixton Market for Border Crossings SONGSTREET APP. I recorded the song at Raw Material Robsart Street from where I ran to the Brixton Police Station in the summer of 2000 for rescue from DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. The 100 birthday CARD from the King and Queen will be EVIDENCE of H4W and Devonshires Solicitors LLP and HMCTS CPS CJS breaching the Equality Act Protected Characteristics. And DJ Beecham roles in the DEFAMATION and GASLIGHTENING to left me feeling SUICIDAL.

Summary
I was expected to commit SUICIDE as an HCT Group Impact Report 2016 statistic of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with UNEMPLOYMENT. When I did not commit suicide my HUSBAND and I became 600,000 older people in the UK say they leave home once per week or less. We became the victim of Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP and HMCTS INJUNCTIONS where I was gagged in breach of the laws, legislations, codes of conducts and practices. After the death of my HUSBAND I was EXCLUDED, HARASSED, BULLIED, INTIMIDATED by the Metropolitan Police, the London Ambulance Service, HATE MOB in Alma Grove. I am also a VICTIM of the social media CYBERBULLYING CRIMINALS and Mimi Owusu calling my Home Phone and Mobile 24/7.
I am a victim of the Banks and Building Societies making my life a living hell as I wrote to LEYF Senior HR Dilys Epton on the eve of Mothering Sunday 2015. ABANDONED and REJECTED by FAMILIES and FRIENDS am losing my IDENTITY. As the Expert Authority on Subjects from the Cradle to Grave who has created COMMUNITY HUBS across social media and have my intellectual property, copyright, images and CPPDP, website stolen am denied my FREEDOM of SPEECH to defend myself.

Hi i am absolutely exhausted after both court hearings and also a funeral this week for my cousin who died suddenly… (!)
i took some details from Mervelee which was advantageous to make representations to the Judge once the Court accepted me as a McKenzie friend. I will revert in due course with regard to the circumstances that Mervelee has been suffering from as well as my other notes and our opportunity to appeal.
i need some time to decompress and will revert in due course.
Anne brought papers which the court rejected. i left my home at 820 to arrive by 915 ish to meet Mervelee. your document arrived after ihad left home and i dont have opportunity or facility to use yahoo on my phone.

I will revert to you in due course. it was helpful taking a potted history of issues prior to the hearing. this is my usual “assessment” of people in order to indentify safeguarding failings and a needs assessment, it was very insightful otherwise i would not have had the information to request to be a McKenzie friend. the informaiton provided to me by Mervelee was successful in convincing the Judge of her vulnerability and inability to manage as a litigant in person. I will revert with more information in the next few days. i attended both hearings. It was great that Paul Deborah and Anne also attended. i had not planned to spend an entire day in court though.
today was an exception. i like to do a case assessment slowly and carefully. i will revert in due course

I found the second judge sympathetic and reasonable the first Judge was rather hostile to all of us.
May I have your permission to approach Southwark Council and escalate a Needs Assessment urgently on your behalf given what you have communicated to me verbally on Thursday and also after both court hearings and your distressed state today.
Please respond in the affirmative in writing and furnish me with your historic GP details name, Practice and telephone number and also please remind me of your housing provider for the time being.
I sympathasise at the lack of support inthe community. Unfortunately there are not enough good people doing volunteering and support in the collective community.
Please think about attending church and asking for help and outreach to Jamaican outreach in Southwark.

I want to address this matter based on the fact that DJ Beecham did not preside over the case that was conducted by the MALE Member of HMCTS because of what I said to her after she gave the JUDGEMENT. Housing for Women Customer Panel 2019 –
1. MM Minute Taker for Housing for Women Customer Scrutiny Panel In 2019 – 2024 Dr Phil Gregory visited 16 Alma Grove unannounced on the 21st November the day after I was on a ZOOM meeting with the Housing Ombudsman Service. The fact that I was with Lloyd Parker, might have been the only reason that he and the nurse did carry out their PLANS against me. He wanted me to stop recording the interview I was doing with Lloyd Parker. Yesterday I was with a supporter when I was called by Lloyd Parker who has sent me THREATS to visit my home today 24 March 2025.
2. MM sent a report to H4W detailing Debbie Gilchrist catalogue of HATE CRIMES against me April 2019 – H4W wiped the Customer Portal of my DATA in 2022 after my COMPLAINTS reached stage 2 of the Complaints Procedure.
3. Customer Panel disbanded by CEO Zaiba Qureshi in 2020 – I am sent invitation by email for opportunity to be a member of the Customer Panel in 2024. Regards must be given to ITV News DOCUMENTARY with Queen Camilla on my brother Ervin Nembhard birthday as this is linked to the date of my PROTEST at BIB www.leyf.org.uk Nursery. Because DJ Beecham insisted that she will not deal with any other ISSUES except the H4W. On the 20 March 2025 DJ Beecham refuse anyone speaking on my behalf despite the fact that she was AWARE of my STATE of MIND from the time she decided she wanted to keep the case. Based on information that are proven fact of breaches of the Equality Act Protected Characteristics by DJ Beecham and the Equality Act assessor Emua Ali on the 7th and 17th March 2025. MM is stating that DJ Beecham is/was party to the DISCRIMINATION in making me a voiceless, vulnerable victim of Housing for Women, Devonshires Solicitors LLP, the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and the Crown Prosecution Service dating back to my employment at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust 2003-2008. I had the first nervous breakdown after the death of my brother aged 56 years old with COLON CANCER.
4. Metropolitan Police visited Alma Grove 30 October 2020 – The Metropolitan visited my home under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn lecture on the 30 October 2020 to MURDER me to say I committed SUICIDE. I was on the telephone with my son Valdin Legister when Debbie Gilchrist came in DRUNK and started VERBALLY ABUSING me. She stood at my door shouting for me to open the door so she can MURDER ME so they say I commit SUICIDE. This is the reason that DJ Beecham was unable to continue with the other case. Because SUICIDE was used by Winsome Duncan, who was groomed by barrister Ryan Clement to send the Metropolitan Police and London Ambulance Service to my home on the 30 October 2017 to SECTION ME. That I wrote on Facebook that I was feeling SUICIDAL. The fact that the MALE judge who was RANTING and RAVING mentioned certain NAMES must be taken into EVIDENCE about the MISCARRIAGES of JUSTICE after bereavement and losses. This can be referenced IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE that DJ Beecham refused a copy. The fact that I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson research paper “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS must be evidenced. For why DJ Beecham refused to allow anyone to SPEAK in her COURT. But failed to finish the case when I made her RESPONSIBLE if I can no longer stop myself becoming HCT Group Impact Report 2016 statistic of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with UNEMPLOYMENT. Because my husband and I became 600,000 older people in the UK say they leave home once per week or less.
5. SENCO job offer for £46 – 55,000.00 in 2021 – I have been denied my ENTITLEMENTS to work from 2015 when I resigned with the second nervous breakdown https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 for more. I am still getting job offer from colleges as recently as February although I have not been able to secure a job. I was put on BENIFITS and sent to do CAPABILITY FOR WORK ASSESSMENT despite my QUALIFICATIONS.

Richard Harty called my mobile 27 September 2021 – I was KICKED out of UEL and this became the patterns of EXCLUSION leaving me ISOLATED from the time I wrote to LEYF Senior HR Dilys Epton am DEPRESSED and DYING SLOWLY of TORTURE. DJ Beecham insisting she will not deal with any other ISSUES breaching the Equality Act Protected Characteristics.
7. 27 September 2021 BARCLAYS BANK – This is the second time BARCLAYS BANK taken my money. The first time I begged the South London Press to publish my story on the 28 May 2004. The second time the money was taken at the counter and when I went to sort the matter I was locked in the BANK for over an hour waiting for the Metropolitan Police whilst my account was closed.During 2004 I had to report concerns to the CRB about practices to do with SAFEGUARDING at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. I had an abnormal pap smear and was treated for the next 5 years. In 2025 have HPV virus that can lead to CANCER. Yet a DISABLED NHS PENSIONER does not have a GP.
8. Visit to Decima Road Surgery 27 September 2021 – I did not get the DISABILITY FORM that Dr Joanna Pennack should have corrected and in 2025 I have been removed by 3 GP Practices between 6th December 2024 because I refused to take RESPIREDONE to stop me FUNCTIONING after the death of my HUSBAND.
9. Samantha Gibbs invitation to ASB meeting May 2022 – Samantha Gibbs started working with H4W in April 2022. By this time, I complained to Housing for Women and the Housing Ombudsman Service about the DISREPAIR. Dr Phil Gregory was witness to the disrepair and CMN Hawah Oweh made a report to H4W on my behalf after my visit to Marina House. I was a participant in University of Huddersfield DAMP and MOULD that must be EVIDENCED. Samantha Gibbs is on long-term-sick-leave after she coerced Ms Gilchrist instructed by H4W.
10. Trina Philbert and Candy Smith visit to Alma Grove June 2022 – Candy Smith interviewed my husband on behalf of Southwark Adult Social Care and decided to mediate with H4W on my behalf. She and Trina Philbert visited in June 2022.
11. SONGSTREET APP 2022 – I am the COMPOSER of Brixton Market for Border Crossings SONGSTREET APP. I recorded the song at Raw Material Robsart Street from where I ran to the Brixton Police Station in the summer of 2000 for rescue from DOMESTIC VIOLENCE. When I did not commit suicide my HUSBAND and I became 600,000 older people in the UK say they leave home once per week or less. We became the victim of Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP and HMCTS INJUNCTIONS where I was gagged in breach of the laws, legislations, codes of conducts and practices. After the death of my HUSBAND I was EXCLUDED, HARASSED, BULLIED, INTIMIDATED by the Metropolitan Police, the London Ambulance Service, HATE MOB in Alma Grove. I am also a VICTIM of the social media CYBERBULLYING CRIMINALS and Mimi Owusu calling my Home Phone and Mobile 24/7.

I will revert to you in due course. it was helpful taking a potted history of issues prior to the hearing. this is my usual “assessment” of people in order to indentify safeguarding failings and a needs assessment, it was very insightful otherwise i would not have had the information to request to be a McKenzie friend. the informaiton provided to me by Mervelee was successful in convincing the Judge of her vulnerability and inability to manage as a litigant in person. I will revert with more information in the next few days. i attended both hearings. It was great that Paul Deborah and Anne also attended. i had not planned to spend an entire day in court though.
today was an exception. i like to do a case assessment slowly and carefully. i will revert in due course
