I have to tag the Solicitor representing me in this email because there is information that is relevant to K02CL827 and for nothing to do with the Claim that Nexus Health Group rejected. I will deal with this matters as I have just responded to the rejection via my Portal before the deadline on the 21st October 2024. 

For Nexus Health Group information, I did not ask for any Consultation dated 18/01/2024 but 18/9/2024 when I was in Court for the above mentioned. I know it can be hard to get my speech out when am under pressure and getting targeted VERBALLY and PHYSICALLY and in WRITING and over the TELEPHONE. Please accept my apologies.   

I will use the following to briefly address the matter of why I have to seek the COURT to address the Medical Gaslighting and Misogyny and breaches of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics by the failure of Dr. Joanna Pennnack in filling the DISABILITY form correctly when I was accepted by the University of East London. Nexus Health Group has been given every chance to correct the MISCONDUCT but instead chosen to deny me access to treatment. As the face of ITV News page 1 coverage Windrush 70 Mervelee Myers must use “No Society Can Legitimately Call Itself Civilized If A Sick Person Is Denied Medical Aid Because Of Lack Of Means” Nye Bevan Founder of the NHS 1948. Am positive the NHS have more to lose if the stories from 2003-2008 at Kings when I had the first nervous breakdown after the death of my brother was to surface? But to neglect 101 year old ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON on BYRON Ward and assaulted me after removing me from his bedside is another matter. I have another appointment on the 26th September at the Hospital. Let me add that Dr. Joanna Pennack “Report Writing” left much to be desired.

In response to your request for a letter with more information, please see below. I am a GP working at the surgery Mervelee is registered at. Please note that my previous clinical interaction with Mervelee consists of 3x 10minute consultations since 2017. MM Response: I have no memory of those consultations. However, 2017 was one of the most difficult year for me and the GP Practice should have been aware. Please note that time allocated by the surgery for completion of this letter was 20minutes, MM Response: Working as an EYFS Coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator am appalled at Dr. Pennack having the nerves to admit that the SURGER allocated her only 20 minutes to write a report that can determine if am IMPRISONED and EVICTED after the death of my 101 year old husband.  

I am note able to be as thorough as I would have liked, and I am also not sure that I am going to be able to add much to the thorough psychiatric report that was completed in April. MM Response: You have no reason to make any decisions about been as thorough as you like. All you had to do is put information together from DATA in the system. You ask for specific mental health conditions โ€“ she was diagnosed with anxiety and depression several years ago (first coded in 2018). MM Response: Where do you get this information from about 2018? My Chronic Anxiety diagnosis was July 2006 for my Health and Social Examination with the Open University. The only exam I had to do because I chose courses to be able to achieve because of my IMPAIRMENTS

There was a query of bipolar disorder made by my colleague Dr Evans due to paranoid behaviour, pressure of speech, labile mood MM Response: I will have to find out more about this as I have no memory of this. Hence, I contacted you after you put the Aids Test in without being honest what your thoughts were when I visited you about Weight Loss noticed by the Professionals at appointment at the Hospital.  (please note formal bipolar disorder diagnoses are not generally made by GPs, this is something our psychiatry colleagues do). A CMHT referral was done but rejected, they asked she see the mental health nurse first, but it appeared this never happened, although she does now have an appointment at the end of August with the mental health nurse at the surgery โ€“ if the nurse feels CMHT input is needed she may then do a re-referral. Of note, CMHT did assess her in 2022 and found no evidence of bipolar disorder or psychosis. MM Response: When I organise my online Live Broadcasting under Mervelee Myers Consultancy Fight4justice as a Mental Health & SEND Advocate for the Early Intervention Strategies KEY to SURVIVAL. For my grandson with Speech and Language Delay, I will expose those covering for my former employers at www.leyf.org.uk and Nexus Health Group for breaches of the Equality Act

Mervelee also reports that she has an eating disorder (Describes some days she cannot eat or drink anything at all), although I cannot find evidence of a formal psychiatric diagnosis of eating disorder. MM Response: Here we go again. Did I not say that my father and uncle had Parkinson’s? I developed “TRAUMAS” as a result of Disabilities and Poverty, but because I do not have a “Medical Diagnosis for Parkinson’s I cannot claim Parkinson’s as a DISABILITY. What you claim colleague Dr Evans due to paranoid behaviour, pressure of speech, labile mood is none other than the signs and symptoms of my “Atypical PARKINSONISM”. That is hard to diagnose and treat. I don’t need a diagnosis to say if I eat or not. My mother had the same condition.   

You mentioned โ€˜disability issuesโ€™ โ€“ I am not quite sure what you are asking? MM Response: Shame on you Dr. Pennack. 

She has a past medical history of type 2 diabetes and knee osteoarthritis, although I cannot see any recent documentation on how the arthritis has affected her. MM Response: I did have Physio, and I do lots of walking. With aging come the exacerbation of any conditions. Sometimes my feet are swollen and painful and my toes dropped, and reason am visiting the hospital and was asked to make appointment for review. There are times when my hands crumble and I cannot use them

There are no documented complications of her diabetes, it is well controlled. MM Response: Controlled as all my other CONDITIONS until I am pushed over the edge and triggered. Reasons Nexus Health Group will be exposed with NHS England and Maudsley NHS and Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Southwark Council Adult Social Care and Southwark Health Ambassador and Housing for Women and Housing Ombudsman Service and Devonshires Solicitors LLP. Others will be listed.   

It is such a SHAME that it has come to this after the support I was given over the years to live a normal and fulfilling life until Dr. Joanna Pennack and Nexus Health Group decided to use Medical Gaslighting and Misogyny against me.

Since when is my concerns taken seriously? And if we have let you down, we want to put it right and make sure we learn from our mistakes. MM Response: You know blinking well Nationwide deliberately let me down. How many chances did Nationwide get to put it right? Is Nationwide telling me that after DEFAMING my name, this is when you are going to learn from your mistakes! Breaching Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristic 2010. For clarity let me point Nationwide to information that will be relied on. Please Reference: Claim Number 567MC716. When I read Samuel Christopher Andrews CRAP, it makes me realise how utterly WICKED Nationwide Buildiing Society is. Because I gave Nationwide every opportunity to deal with the matter in a manner that is mutually amicable for both of us because of the STRAINS I was under at the time. And Nationwide continued treating me with disrespects of my person and my money. I will take my https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site to the public. So, the world understand that Banks and Building Societies are targeting the vulnerable.        What happens next?We will write to you by 28 October 2024 when we will provide you with an outcome or update about your concerns. MM Response: The Witness Statement of SAMUEL CHRISTOPHER ANDREWS is proof of Nationwide Building Society Gaslighting and Misogyny rolled into one. I could understand if after Nationwide got Mr. Andrews to prepare a Witness Statement knowing its A Contempt of Court Matter for supplying false information making him believe they are fact. Nationwide set out on a campaign of HATE to cause additional STRESS on top of what happened when Nationwide sent the first letter to me dated the 10th May 2023. Maybe Nationwide need to scrutinise the trail of events from that letter was sent and what occurred after. Please be aware that the person who came into Nationwide in Brixton for the first ยฃ5,000.00 to be transferred to her account is responsible for writing a 12 page “Witness Statement” for Housing for Women implicating Nationwide in all the PERSECUTION of Mervelee Myers from the 28th April 2023. Mimi Owusu’s Witness Statement will be used as evidence in the above Claim. As if that was not enough, after I came into the Brixton Branch to get the matter sorted. Nationwide did even worse and my online payment for under ยฃ10.00 resulted in my card blocked again. I am still getting notifications that bills have not been paid. Since when is my concerns taken seriously? And if we have let you down, we want to put it right and make sure we learn from our mistakes. MM Response: You know blinking well Nationwide deliberately let me down. How many chances did Nationwide get to put it right? Is Nationwide telling me that after DEFAMING my name, this is when you are going to learn from your mistakes! Breaching Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristic 2010. For clarity let me point Nationwide to information that will be relied on. Please Reference: Claim Number 567MC716. When I read Samuel Christopher Andrews CRAP, it makes me realise how utterly WICKED Nationwide Buildiing Society is. Because I gave Nationwide every opportunity to deal with the matter in a manner that is mutually amicable for both of us because of the STRAINS I was under at the time. And Nationwide continued treating me with disrespects of my person and my money. I will take my https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site to the public. So, the world understand that Banks and Building Societies are targeting the vulnerable.        What happens next?We will write to you by 28 October 2024 when we will provide you with an outcome or update about your concerns. MM Response: The Witness Statement of SAMUEL CHRISTOPHER ANDREWS is proof of Nationwide Building Society Gaslighting and Misogyny rolled into one. I could understand if after Nationwide got Mr. Andrews to prepare a Witness Statement knowing its A Contempt of Court Matter for supplying false information making him believe they are fact. Nationwide set out on a campaign of HATE to cause additional STRESS on top of what happened when Nationwide sent the first letter to me dated the 10th May 2023. Maybe Nationwide need to scrutinise the trail of events from that letter was sent and what occurred after. Please be aware that the person who came into Nationwide in Brixton for the first ยฃ5,000.00 to be transferred to her account is responsible for writing a 12 page “Witness Statement” for Housing for Women implicating Nationwide in all the PERSECUTION of Mervelee Myers from the 28th April 2023. Mimi Owusu’s Witness Statement will be used as evidence in the above Claim. As if that was not enough, after I came into the Brixton Branch to get the matter sorted. Nationwide did even worse and my online payment for under ยฃ10.00 resulted in my card blocked again. I am still getting notifications that bills have not been paid. Our Reference: NBS8128554MyersWe have got your complaint / MM Response: It seems as if Nationwide takes pleasure in getting complaints from me?  Dear Mrs MyersAt Nationwide, we believe you should be able to expect the best from us. MM Response: So why have Nationwide waited so long from the time they set out to trigger me in April 2023 to send me letter of threats about closing my account? That is why we take your concerns seriously. MM Response: Who is Nationwide fooling? Since when is my concerns taken seriously? And if we have let you down, we want to put it right and make sure we learn from our mistakes. MM Response: You know blinking well Nationwide deliberately let me down. How many chances did Nationwide get to put it right? Is Nationwide telling me that after DEFAMING my name, this is when you are going to learn from your mistakes! Breaching Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristic 2010. For clarity let me point Nationwide to information that will be relied on. Please Reference: Claim Number 567MC716. When I read Samuel Christopher Andrews CRAP, it makes me realise how utterly WICKED Nationwide Buildiing Society is. Because I gave Nationwide every opportunity to deal with the matter in a manner that is mutually amicable for both of us because of the STRAINS I was under at the time. And Nationwide continued treating me with disrespects of my person and my money. I will take my https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site to the public. So, the world understand that Banks and Building Societies are targeting the vulnerable.        What happens next?We will write to you by 28 October 2024 when we will provide you with an outcome or update about your concerns. MM Response: The Witness Statement of SAMUEL CHRISTOPHER ANDREWS is proof of Nationwide Building Society Gaslighting and Misogyny rolled into one. I could understand if after Nationwide got Mr. Andrews to prepare a Witness Statement knowing its A Contempt of Court Matter for supplying false information making him believe they are fact. Nationwide set out on a campaign of HATE to cause additional STRESS on top of what happened when Nationwide sent the first letter to me dated the 10th May 2023. Maybe Nationwide need to scrutinise the trail of events from that letter was sent and what occurred after. Please be aware that the person who came into Nationwide in Brixton for the first ยฃ5,000.00 to be transferred to her account is responsible for writing a 12 page “Witness Statement” for Housing for Women implicating Nationwide in all the PERSECUTION of Mervelee Myers from the 28th April 2023. Mimi Owusu’s Witness Statement will be used as evidence in the above Claim. As if that was not enough, after I came into the Brixton Branch to get the matter sorted. Nationwide did even worse and my online payment for under ยฃ10.00 resulted in my card blocked again. I am still getting notifications that bills have not been paid. If you would like to issue a claim for money or property you can do so 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by visiting:

www.moneyclaim.gov.uk or

www.possessionclaim.gov.uk

You may be able to save ยฃ30 by issuing a claim for possession of property online rather than sending it to the court.

The fees for issuing a money claim are also cheaper, with savings ranging from ยฃ10 to ยฃ105 depending on the sum you are claiming.

Dear Ms Myers, MM Response: Gayle Lewis is discriminating against me and I will explain how, why, where and when. 

My name is Gayle Lewis, and I am a Patient Complaint Officer at Kingโ€™s College Hospital. MM Response: Let Mervelee Myers share with the world how Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is continuing the discrimination against me so the world can understand how my husband was NEGLECTED on BYRON ward and died on the 8th April 2024. My reason for contacting you is to introduce myself and to confirm we are taking the concerns you raised about your recent experience at Kingโ€™s forward through the formal complaints process.  MM Response: Since I was contacted before and I adhered to the procedures and amended any misconstructions. I consider this to be an extension of the discrimination at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The Trust aims to have investigated your concerns within 40 working days. MM Response: This is another of the ways that my vulnerability is being used against me. My complaint was submitted and I amended what needs amending and I am told that it will take 40 working days. What happened to the time from the complaint was submitted. I would advise Gayle Lewis to access the evidence online. Once our investigations are complete we will send you a formal response in a letter from one of our Executive team.  MM Response: Based on personal experiences the outcome is already decided. However, unlike the miscarriages of justice after the first nervous breakdown after the death of my brother BYRON NEMBHARD with colon CANCER in 2008, I have recordings of the NEGLECT of my husband on BYRON ward. If at any stage we find we need more time to complete our investigations we will contact you to inform you of this. MM Response: Since I was contacted and I submitted an updated concerns this is DISCRIMINATION in breach of the Equality Act Protected Characteristics. I have buried my husband and Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust did not have the decency to send an apology about the circumstances of his death and the NEGLECT. Not to mention me having to visit A&E. I did not see my husband after he was taken from his bedside by the RACIST TERRORIST WHITE SECURITY. My husband was still alert despite him dying and must have died in agony wondering what happened to me.  I did not see my husband after I was taken away from his bedside by the RACIST WHITE TERRORIST Nurse Betty called. My husband was dead 6 hours before I was contacted.  

I have read your account of what happened and apologise that this led to you raising a complaint. MM Response: This is blatant DISCRIMINATION. 

To aid our investigation into your concerns, I have listed key points that you have asked us to respond to.

ยท        Complainant arrived to witness Mr Tomlinson falling out of bed, the nurse accompanying the complainant did not notice this. MM Response: The videos are on YouTube and Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is across the world as a TERROR CELL where a 101 year old was ABUSED and NEGLECTED.  

ยท        Complainant decided to video events as wanted a record of the incidents that took place. MM Response: The videos from Guys Hospital will prove that KINGS is a TERROR CELL where 101 who was readmitted after he was sent home to die was abused and neglected. The STAFF and KINGS are recorded trying to get me to take my husband home without the support needed.  

ยท        Complainant states that nursing staff were abusive towards her and not caring for her husband appropriately

ยท        Security staff were called and ejected (roughly handling her, causing her fingernail to break) her from the building โ€“ she asked for her coat which was returned with money missing from the pocket. MM Response: Gayle Lewis is making it look like my only concerns were my BROKEN FINGER NAIL. 

ยท        Was safeguarding in place for complainantโ€™s husband. MM Response: One was in place at GUYS. But at KINGS there was none. Reasons the STAFF did what they done. I have the recordings. Then I will go back to 2003-2008 at Mapother House Day Nursery when I had to contact CRB/DBS about safeguarding.  

To ensure we understand the key points within your complaint that you would like answered and to ensure a thorough investigation takes place, I want to ensure that I have accurately presented your key concerns.  MM Response: Gayle Lewis it is obvious you are aware of my VULNERABILITY and using it against me.

I would be grateful if you could confirm this is a fair reflection of your concerns for our investigation.  MM Response: Can I advise Gayle Lewis to find my letter addressing this matter as I will do a LIVE about Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation the TERROR CELL where my husband was NEGLECTED. If this is not correct, or you have additional issues you would like us to investigate, then please contact me to confirm these points. MM Response: Gayle Lewis please access YouTube for this. Age 60+, I am unable to find a job in my chosen #Career field as an Early Years Practitioner with various qualifications. I consider myself an #Expert_Authority on subjects from the cradle to grave. I was called by Smart Teachers that saw my CV online. But according to the lady, they can’t help me, because I haven’t worked since 27th September 2015.

So LEYF Nurseries used my vulnerability against me to trigger my childhood traumas into PTSD from the time I get back from burying my MOTHER. Just hearing on #BBCRadio5Live about #AdrianTomlinson from #StGeorgesHospital and what he’s been through when allegations of theft was made against him after #15years services. See what I am talking about. I can’t take my foot off the pedal with my Fight4justice campaign.

The same thing happened to my colleague when she refused to LIE about alleged incidents at a wedding on the #4thJanuary2015 that were fabrication. The person wasn’t even present at the time.

If U are already in my @Facebook #FriendsList, I will not be accepting any other request unless I am notified specifically. I know now some people have more than one account, but please inform me.

With all the cloning going on, I already have it up to the top of my head with some #CRIMINALS trying to get into my #Circles.

I have had it via #Emails, Skype, Facebook Messenger for Android, #Telephones, U name it and they are still trying.

As I’ve stated b4, I don’t want ton loads of People on my #SocialMedia that I can’t communicate or relate to. I prefer my #SelectiveFew who know what I am about.

In the meantime I have sent you two letters as well as an attendance note of the hearing on 9th December 2024 attended by Ms Grell, barrister. MM Response: I will have to check Ms Grell online.
Contrary to what you state in your email below the hearing was not in fact either a sentencing hearing but rather a hearing listed to determine the appointment of an Equality Act assessor for the intended possession trial listed on 13 December. MM Response: Why was there need to appoint Equality Assessor?
It transpired that the possession trial on 13 December 2024 and committal/sentencing hearing on 20 January 2025 were both vacated, which forms the content of the letters sent to you. MM Response: What does this mean? I have had cases VACATED before and no explanations. .

Please see attached Notice of hearing in the injunction proceedings now listed on 10 March 2025 at 10:00am. MM Response: I got a letter dated 18 December 2024 from the court saying 7 March. Let me hope someone is not trying to stitch me up like Dr Phil Gregory who turn up at my home on 21 November 2024 with the African Nurse in tow?

Furthermore, I understand that Dr Gregory has now been replaced with a new consultant. MM Response: Dr Gregory should not be mentioned when it comes to Mervelee Myers. Maybe you can explain what his role is and who employed him. Please let me know if you have been contacted and if you will engage with the newly appointed consultant. I am waiting for Dr Gregory to respond to the concerns raised. I got a threatening letter from the Maudsley NHS reminding me of the email you sent me from Devonsires Solicitors LLP after your telephone which sent me into meltdown. Subject: Grave Concerns Regarding Procedural Irregularities and Potential Criminal Breaches

Dear CEO

Further to your call on Friday, 7th December 2024, informing me of a “criminal trial” to take place at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch County Court on Monday, 9th December 2024, I must raise serious concerns regarding procedural breaches and potential criminal misconduct.

Grave Procedural Concerns

  1. Failure of Proper Service:
    ย I have not been served with any proceedings issued by the court, as required byย Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) 6.3. The absence of service constitutes a breach of due process and undermines the fairness of the proceedings, in violation ofย Article 6ย of theย European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR), which guarantees a right to a fair trial.
  2. Case Law:
  • Anufrijeva v Southwark LBC [2003] EWCA Civ 1406: Establishes that parties must be properly informed of proceedings affecting their rights. Failure to do so invalidates the legitimacy of any such proceedings.
  1. Jurisdictional Error:
    ย It is procedurally and legally flawed to claim that a “criminal trial” can occur in a County Court, as County Courts do not have jurisdiction over criminal matters. This raises questions of judicial propriety and adherence to statutory functions.
  2. Case Law:
  • R v Manchester Crown Court, ex parte DPP [1993] 1 WLR 1524:ย Clarifies the specific jurisdictional boundaries of courts and the necessity of proper venue for proceedings.
  1. Questionable Claimant Identity:
    ย The documents list the claimant as โ€œH4W,โ€ an entity that I cannot identify as a legal person or corporate body capable of initiating legal proceedings. Furthermore, I have no contractual relationship with this entity, rendering any claim invalid.
  2. Case Law:
  • MacFoy v United Africa Co Ltd [1961] 3 All ER 1169:ย A defective claim by an entity without standing is a nullity and cannot confer jurisdiction upon the court.
  1. Breaches of the Companies Act 2006:
    ย Your companyโ€™s website lacks a registered address and company number, which are mandatory underย Sections 82 and 1200 of the Companies Act 2006. These omissions constitute a criminal offence underย Section 1112, which criminalizes the failure to comply with disclosure obligations.
  2. Negligence and Indemnity Insurance:
    ย Given the potential for negligence, malpractice, and fraud in conspiracy, I request a copy of your companyโ€™s indemnity insurance certificate to verify coverage of at least ยฃ5,000,000, as required byย Regulation 3 of the Employers’ Liability (Compulsory Insurance) Regulations 1998.

Formal Requests

Pursuant to Rule 99 of the Magistrates’ Courts Rules 1999, I formally request:

  1. A copy of theย Lay of Information, Issued by the court, to substantiate the basis for the alleged committal proceedings.
  2. A copy of your indemnity insurance certificate.
  3. Clear documentation evidencing the legitimacy of “H4W” as a legal entity capable of making claims.

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to address the above concerns may constitute:

  • Failure to disclose information (Fraud Act 2006, Section 3), particularly if material facts are knowingly withheld.
  • Abuse of process, as perย Johnson v Gore Wood & Co [2002] 2 AC 1, where proceedings are used for an improper purpose.

Mervelee Myers must address this letter dated 27/12/2024 so the world know how those responsible for the systemic discrimination continuing to LIE. I did not get any appointment for psychiatrist Dr Peter Ocansey on the 19th December 2024 at 1:30 at the Maudsley Hospital. More over I don’t know why an appointment was made for me at the Maudsley. I muset therefore assume this is another cover up and trying to make out that I do not “Mental Capacity”.

I did not attend any appointment because I was not informed about it and I did not need one. By the way was it Dr Phil Gregory who made the appointment? He has a habit of calling my mobile on private number and then going crying to YouTube about his PRIVACY. He also got chased out of my house when he turned up unanounced with his African Nurse.

No, thank you, I don’t need to receive treatment under your service. I think from Dr Phil Gregory’s actions what to expect. I will not be making any appointment, instead I will be going public. I am not an idiot, I can see it, unlike Dr Phil Gregory who did not know I could get his report by email. You will not be hearing from me in that way, but how can you be discharging me from the service I was not a part of. I will also not be contacting you in the future for nothing. However, I will address the matter about referrals. There is no way I can benefit from your service.

I wish to address REFERRALS am aware of over the years, because I intend to get to the bottom of who is responsible for trying to turn me into a ZOMBIE. If I remember correctly there was a referral made by the Metropolitan Police Lulu of the Southwark Police Station in 2017 when I reported about Winsome Duncan sending the Police and Ambulance Services to section me on the 30th October 2017. From a malicious report I wrote on Facebook I was feeling suicidal.

I have a 12 page witness statement from Mimi Owusu the CEO of Blac Awards that Housing for Women relied on to label me a violent nuisance. Let me put on record who the violent NUISANCES are. I did not appear before a DJ Greenidge and had not knowledge of the Court Order. Neither did I know about DJ Swan. I was not aware of the Order that DJ Sterlini claim that I did not attend and label me a VIOLENT NUISANCE on 1st August 2023. DJ Sterlini might be a criminal needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. Because he was involved with striking out Winsome Duncan claim after it reached “Telephone Conciliation”. DJ Rand and DJ Zimmell name appeared on documents for Ms Duncan’s claim. The fact that there was the unlawful injunction that’s why I had to put up with hearing Barrister Angela Delbourg drumming in my head I have to be whiter than white. That is of course racism, after the hearing she said she spent the time worrying I was going to shout at the judge.

I got to court and had to be represented by a “Duty Solicitor” because Stephen Agera sent an email to be removed from the case. In the matter of DJ Pigram he was going to remove Debbie Thomas from the court. He said I can use what was relevant but I think he was not aware of how TRAUMATTISED my husband was when he said in his notes that I was supported by my husband. I was in shock when I realised the DJ Bell is female and not male. Barrister Miranda Grell was scared of her. I know the name because she sent 7 of my claims to CLCC ncluding Barrister Ryan Clement that judgement was passed. I am still waiting to be paid after I paid to find Ryan Clement with 15 Companies listed online. DJ Bell requested a Psychiatric Assessment which I attended the appointment on the 15th April 2024. That is the only assessment I know to be legitimate. I did not appear before a DJ Naidoo on the 21st December 2023 because I was not aware of this case. Furthermore, I had an appointment at Decima Street Surgery that I was requested to make to have a “Medical Review”. Yet the Order claimed I did not attend.

DJ Beecham has been conducting the case since, but I am not sure she is aware of matters that impacted on me during July 2023 when I was sent POSSESSION LETTER. Because I have not been having any consultation with Barrister Miranda Grell. I recall her once saying if you are a CRIMINAL I don’t need to know. It was revealed in court on the 4th April 2024 about Trina Philbert’s pregnancy. She later PROVOKED me after court to get a reaction. I doubt whether the court was informed about my husband in the hospital. I was not allowed to talk in court.

I have proven that the solicitor intends for me to be IMPRISONED and EVICTED. Why is counsel asking for Equality Act Assessment to prove if I have “Mental Capacity” when the Psychiatrist Report stated I can INSTRUCT my legal team.

We will get to the bottom of who got Dr Phil Gregory involved in this and the world will be informed. My TRUMP CARD is the 100 birthday card the King and Queen sent my husband. Who was caring for him and why did they waith for him to die before targeting me.
