Updated EVIDENCE

Based on the following ENGAGEMENTS with the Metropolitan Police and the NHS Ambulance Service the following must be considered as MERVELEE MYERS’ updated EVIDENCE Claim K05EC530 listed for the 7 March 2025 at 10:00, time estimate 1 day, reserved to DJ Beecham.   I also want to put on record about the unprofessional conduct of the Solicitors Sola Obajuluwa and Barrister Miranda Grell representing me. I received the 2 letters via emails on the  24 January 2025 after complaints were raised, but the complaints have not been addressed. The date he told for the case is 10 March 2025 and I got the COURT ORDER on 26 December 2024 with INACURRACIES.

It is obvious that the Counsel for Mervelee Myers is misleading me about the case and doing everything to make me a VICTIM of Housing for Women and Devonshires Solicitors LLP.  This is the pattern of the Systemic Discrimination leading to HMCTS miscarriages of justice from Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust 2003-2008 when I had to resign with a NERVOUS BREAKDOWN after the death of my brother with Colon Cancer. Bereavement and losses playing important factors in the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION during July – August 2023. Because I was not informed about the Court Order until after the stages from DJ Greenidge to DJ Sterlini labelling me a VIOLENT NUISANCE. The breaches of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics to be addressed are documented online as social media and YouTube in particular MUST be EVIDENCED.

NHS MEDICAL GASLIGHTING TO COVER BREACHES OF EQUALITY ACT

Date: 22 January 2025 NHS Ambulance Service CAD 1804 was sent by the Metropolitan Police re a MALICIOUS REPORT. The pattern of the MR goes back to 30 October 2017 when the Met Police and NHS Ambulance came to SECTION me from Winsome Duncan and Barrister Ryan Clement MR.  Georgina and Dr Ocansey 02032282240 unannounced visit to my home. I am awaiting an invitation to meeting and letter to clarify what STATE I was in when they visited. https://www.youtube.com/live/oLbPBnx9e7o?si=tWRW97jxZgty3grP.

Date: 20 January 2025 the NHS Ambulance Service was let into 16 Alma Grove Bermondsey London SE1 5PY by Deborah Agnes Gilchrist. I could hear Ms Gilchrist and people outside my door for hours until I fall asleep. When I wake up the next morning a note was pushed under the door. I must put on record the fact that the Met Police and NHS Ambulance Service visited my home on the 30th of October 2017 to SECTION me from a malicious report by Winsome Duncan that I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL is when the fact my photograph was across from a STATISTIC was used to make me a VICTIM. There has been a pattern of breaches of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics since the 30 October 2017 to SECTION, MURDER and KIDNAP me from my home at Alma Grove based on the MALICIOUS reports of INDIVIDUALS from I decided to challenge my former employers http://www.leyf.org.uk.

Call Out To 999

1. 7026/20Jany25 – NHS Ambulance outside trying to break down the door – Refer to note left under door.  Marcus Garvey PARDONED in USA Mervelee Myers made a VOICELESS VULNERABLE VICTIM of HMCTS. Marcus Garvey “If we as a people realised the greatness from which we came we would be less likely to disrespect ourselves”. As the Face of ITV News page one of Windrush 70 Mervelee Myers will share my story about why I will use the 100th birthday CARD from the King and Queen to ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON to inform the world about how Housing for Women changed after Zaiba Qureshi changed H4W into a HOLOCAUST LONDON SYNDROME TERROR CELL the same how June O’Sullivan changed Westminster Children Society into LEYF to facilitate Richard Harty MIC into a PAEDOPHILE Ring. Because I did the “A Voice of a Child” research project for LEYF CEO in August 2010. After I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson http://www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS.

2. CAD 4455/20Jany25 – Police came to my home and left because I am recording – If there were no recording there would be no “BLACK LIVES MATTER” for George Floyd.  I was rescued by a BLACK Security at UEL on 5 October 2021. Refer to Dr Phil Gregory FICTITIOUS Medical Report that Counsel presented as the Defendant PSYCHOSIS diagnosis.

3. CAD 4349/20Jany25 – The Operator could hear Ms Gilchrist outside my window and outside my door.  Are those responsible for SAFEGUARDING Mervelee Myers waiting for me to become a STATISTIC like the 4 members of the same family MURDERED at Verney Road where Silverlock Medical Centre that made me an INACTIVE PATIENT is located. Leaving me without a GP. “No society can legitimately call itself civilised if a sick person is denied medical aid because of lack of means”. Nye Bevan founder of the NHS 1948. A disabled pensioner of the NHS I am a VICTIM because I refused taking Dr Phil Gregory prescribed RESPIREDONE to make me unable to FUNCTION to cover up the 10 years of PTSD my husband and I experienced after the death of my MOTHER with DEMENTIA.

4. CAD 469/18Jany25 – PC Frisby 3348AS was searching my home without my consent. I am treated like a CRIMINAL whenever the Police bother to show up at my home. I was on the phone with my SON.  PC West 15880AS acted like a BULLY. I was reported to the NHS Ambulance Service and was called by a female who THREATENED to send the Ambulance to get me. Freedom of Information – request. Citizen Advice Bureau. Civil Injunction.  I must advise DJ Beecham to get a copy IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE. It was signed by Met Police Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley at the A New Met for London launch. A Month after I was labelled a VIOLENT NUISANCE. I will be using this COMPLAINT and updated EVIDENCE as the TEMPLATE for another BOOK.

Attempts to SECTION MURDER KIDNAP me to Cover for LEYF

This happened between 30 October 2017 to 20 January 2025 at 16 Alma Grove Bermondsey the results of MALICIOUS REPORTS about my MENTAL HEALTH. HCT Group Impact Report 2016 statistic of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with UNEMPLOYMENT was used by Barrister Ryan Clement who groomed Winsome Duncan to send the Police to SECTION me despite refusing to act about verbal threats. When I did not commit SUICIDE my husband and I became 600.000 older people in the UK say they get out of the house once a week or less. The past 10 years since the death of my MOTHER I have been excluded and the final straw that breaks the camel’s back is how I was excluded from the DRUMOLOGY at Moonshot after meeting the Artistic Director of IRIE. The only reasons I can think of is the same way I was kicked out of the University of East London after I was called by Richard Harty. The fact that Dr Phil Gregory mention the UEL in his DEFAMATORY Medical Report that is not FACTUAL must be taken into EVIDENCE.

BORDER CROSSINGS TURNS 30!

30 years ago today, on 30th January 1995, Border Crossings was officially registered as a company in the UK. We’re going to be marking this milestone with commemorative events throughout the year, looking back over past projects and forwards to future developments.

As part of this anniversary programme, we’ll be putting out 30 social media posts at intervals through 2025, each one featuring a significant moment on our journey so far.  Follow the story with the hashtag #bordercrossings30

Today’s posts recall a very early project: FAITH HEALER by Brian Friel. Directed by Richard Allen Cave, who co-founded the company with Michael Walling, this piece toured to Brazil, Egypt, France and Hungary for the British Council. On our blog, Michael reflects on how FAITH HEALER paved the way for subsequent ideas and developments at Border Crossings. Here are the wonderful cast, all still working today, 30 years on!

THE MOUTH OF THE GODS – PROJECT NEWS

The shows may be over, but the project is not. Since THE MOUTH OF THE GODS had its last performance at Hoxton Hall back in December, we’ve been working on a digital version of the piece, which not only encapsulates many inspiring moments from the performance, but also traces their development through a deep and searching exploration of Latin American histories and cultural heritage. We’ll be screening the film for project participants in April, and putting it online after that. If you weren’t able to make it to the show (or even if you were!), this will be a chance to experience the opera in a different form.

SUPPORT US IN OUR ANNIVERSARY YEAR

THE MOUTH OF THE GODS was presented without charging for tickets, and we are working hard to apply this policy across as much of our work as we possibly can. We strongly believe that art and culture are not commodities but spaces for shared thought and celebration, which have to be genuinely accessible to our whole society. If you would like to make a financial contribution to support our future work, please go to our Just Giving page.

Subject: Re: Research

 Dear Mervelee,

Thanks so much for reaching out. We really appreciate it.

In our research we’re doing interviews with residents and others who have experience of living with and/or responding to damp and mould problems.  We’re asking people about its impacts and about what has and hasn’t worked in addressing these problems as well as what they feel needs to change so such issues are dealt with better.

Itโ€™s usually myself and my colleague Ayana, cc’d in, who carry out the interviews. Ayana is doing a PhD in architecture, on a related but separate project on damp and mould.

The interviews we do are semi-structured, usually online via Teams and they last 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on how much people want to say. They are semi-structured and quite informal. As itโ€™s a university led project, we do give everyone an information sheet about the project and a consent form.

How does that sound to you? I’m not sure if it helps with the experience you want to build.  But if you have any questions about research let me know, and I’ll see if I can answer them.

If you are still keen to speak with us, I can send you sometime of these dates or let me know if you have any preferences.

Let me know if you have any questions. Look forward to hearing back.

Best,

Diagnosing Mumsโ€™ DEMENTIA

Hi Mervelee,

Every day, our dementia specialist Admiral Nurses offer a lifeline to people affected by dementia. They provide families across the UK with expert dementia support; share practical information and advice; and help to break down stigma and misunderstandings around the condition.

To shine a light on some of these misconceptions about dementia, weโ€™ve created a quick myth-busting quiz.

Take the quiz >

Need some hints? You’ll find all the answers in our ‘Living with dementia’ guide, along with lots of other helpful advice written by Admiral Nurses.

This guide is just one of the ways we support people affected by dementia. Whether itโ€™s through our โ€˜Dementia: what next?โ€™ online sessions, on our free Helpline or in virtual clinic appointments, weโ€™re here to help every step of the way.

Best wishes,

Mervelee Myers In Parkinsonโ€™s UK Brochure 2018/2019

Hi Mervelee,

I hope you and your loved ones are enjoying a great start to 2025.

Here at Parkinson’s UK we kicked off the year with the launch of our refreshed brand. Want to take a peek?

See our refreshed brand

Our last rebrand was 15 years ago. A lot has changed since then, including the priorities of the Parkinson’s community. So, we needed to shift our focus to better meet their needs.

Refreshing our brand better reflects who we are as a charity and means we can be there for you when you need us.

Over 1,000 members of the Parkinson’s community were involved in our brand refresh. Weโ€™re so grateful to everyone who took part in the process, from people with Parkinsonโ€™s, family, friends and carers, to scientists and health and social care professionals. You spoke, we listened, and together weโ€™ve shaped something powerful.

Parkinson’s new tulip

A Tulip

So, why a tulip? Our new logo incorporates a tulip symbol, which represents a pretty special tulip variety. Itโ€™s called the Dr James Parkinson tulip, created in 1980 and named after the scientist who first documented the condition in 1817.

For every Parkinson’s journey

Our new strapline is ‘For every Parkinson’s journey’. Whether you have Parkinsonโ€™s, or know or care for someone who does, we’re here for you when you need us.

Explore our refreshed brand

Thank you for being a part of the Parkinsonโ€™s community. We hope you love our new look and focus as much as we do.

Harriet

Parkinsonโ€™s UK

P.S. You might spot our old brand appearing in places for a little bit longer as we work to update everything.

Hi Mervelee,

I hope you and your loved ones are enjoying a great start to 2025.

Here at Parkinson’s UK we kicked off the year with the launch of our refreshed brand. Want to take a peak?See our refreshed brand Our last rebrand was 15 years ago. A lot has changed since then, including the priorities of the Parkinson’s community. So we needed to shift our focus to better meet their needs.Refreshing our brand better reflects who we are as a charity and means we can be there for you when you need us.Over 1,000 members of the Parkinson’s community were involved in our brand refresh. Weโ€™re so grateful to everyone who took part in the process, from people with Parkinsonโ€™s, family, friends and carers, to scientists and health and social care professionals.ย You spoke, we listened, and together weโ€™ve shaped something really powerful.ย A TulipSo, why a tulip? Our new logo incorporates a tulip symbol, which represents a pretty special tulip variety. Itโ€™s called the Dr James Parkinson tulip, created in 1980 and named after the scientist who first documented the condition in 1817.For every Parkinson’s journeyOur new strapline is ‘For every Parkinson’s journey’. Whether you have Parkinsonโ€™s, or know or care for someone who does, we’re here for you when you need us.Explore our refreshed brandThank you for being a part of the Parkinsonโ€™s community.ย We hope you love our new look and focus as much as we do.ย

All enquiries to civil courts and family courts can be received by email.

ยท    You can send all letters and documents (exemptions are listed below) relevant to the case including adoption cases. However, due to the sensitive nature of adoption work, the court will only send emails to secure email accounts.

ยท    An email account is considered secure when security measures are in place to make sure the data in the email canโ€™t be accessed by users without the relevant approval. Any account that ends in the following is considered secured: gsi, pnn, gsx, gcsx, gse, cjsm, and nhs.net.

ยท    If you are attaching a copy of an order from a hearing for the Court to process, please ensure that you are submitting it in Word format only.

SENDING BUNDLES

ยท    Please note that court bundles are not part of this process and we will not print them. 3. EMAIL SPECIFICATIONS AND EXEMPTIONS FOR HMTCS

ยท    All Civil and Family process, applications and documents will be accepted by email as long as when the entire email is printed out it is not more than 50 pages. ยท    The total size of the email, including any attachments, must be less than 10mb.

Please note that:

ยท    A page is one side, so 50 pages equals 25 pieces of paper printed on both sides.

ยท    Requests for the issue of Specified or Unspecified civil claims are excluded from this process. However, any subsequent process that leads from this following the issues of the claim will be accepted.

ยท    Do not use more than one email to take any step in a case which requires a document or documents to be filed.

4.  SENDING EMAILS WITH ASSOCIATED FEES

ยท    In both Civil and Family cases court processes that carry a fee can also be received by email and processed by court staff. However the same conditions as above must apply and in addition:

ยท    the party issuing the process must either quote a Fee Account number (see below), or

ยท    the party who wants to pay has a valid credit or debit card. If you wish to pay using this method please say this on the email and include a contact number for the Court to contact you to take payment.

ยท    Please note Local Authorities are exempt from this provision.

ยท    What is a Fee Account?

ยท    This is a Direct Debit function that is quick, safe and easy to use. It is available for solicitors and large organisations. Once you have set up an account all you need is to provide your fee account number within the body of the email. The fee will then be deducted from your account.

ยท    For more information and to apply for Fee Account please visit www.justice.gov.uk/courts/fees/payment-by-account

Dear participant,

I hope you are well. Thank you very much for taking part in the RAPSODI/PD Frontline  Study. I am reaching out to you today, as we are recruiting participants for an in-person study with us at University College London Hospital.

Itโ€™s an MRI study based at University College Hospital investigating small bowel motility in Parkinsonโ€™s Disease. During your visit, we will complete a few short questionnaires and a short motor examination. You will then have your first MRI scan which will take a maximum of 15 minutes. You will then drink some liquid slowly over an hour before your second scan. This drink contains mannitol, a sugar that is not absorbed by the small bowel. Although this does not taste particularly pleasant, it is a safe medicine and will help us to visualise the small intestine during your scan. You will be then scanned again for around 15 minutes.

As the scans take place early in the morning (around 8-9am), we can cover for an overnight stay at a nearby hotel if the journey to London would be too long in the morning, as well as travel costs. You would be asked not to take any Parkinsonโ€™s meds in the morning, and to come on an empty stomach (i.e. only water in the morning).

This study is suitable for participants with no contraindications for MRI scans (i.e. no metal in their body), with or without Parkinsonโ€™s, who are either not on Levodopa or on 4 or less doses per day. Please find the Information Sheet attached here.

Does this sound like something you might be interested in?

I appreciate this is a lot of information, so please do take your time to read through this and let me know if you have any questions or concerns! I would be more than happy to schedule in a phone call to answer any questions you might have.

Best wishes,

Dear Mervelee,

Thanks so much for reaching out. We really appreciate it.

In our research we’re doing interviews with residents and others who have experience of living with and/or responding to damp and mould problems.  We’re asking people about its impacts and about what has and hasn’t worked in addressing these problems as well as what they feel needs to change so such issues are dealt with better.

Its usually myself and my colleague Ayana, cc’d in, who carry out the interviews. Ayana is doing a PhD in architecture, on a related but separate project on damp and mould.

The interviews we do are semi-structured, usually online via Teams and they last 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on how much people want to say. They are semi-structured and quite informal. As its a university led project we do give everyone an information sheet about the project and a consent form.

How does that sound to you? I’m not sure if it helps with the experience you want to build.  But if you have any questions about research let me know, and I’ll see if I can answer them.

If you are still keen to speak wit us, I can send you some dates/times or let me know if you have any preferences.

Let me know if you have any questions. Look forward to hearing back.

Best,

Pratichi

Hi Mervelee, This is our first newsletter of the new year, and itโ€™s tempting to look back at the year that was, or make predictions about what the future holds. But what about the here and now?
As our CEO and co-founder Avery writes in a new post, weโ€™re already living in the future, from a tech perspective. Most people have access to computational power that wouldโ€™ve seemed unimaginable just a few decades (or even years) back. It can be easy to miss the march of progress, but in many areas of the tech world it is undeniable.
At Tailscale, weโ€™ve made it our mission to help people make small networks, so you donโ€™t have to worry about all the problems that come with everything being connected to everything else. Averyโ€™s post on living in the future is a good reminder that even those small networks can be very powerful.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Weโ€™d love to hear your thoughts on Tailscale. Filling out this feedback form helps us build a better product for you and other users.
Product Updates
10,000 customers, a new Operations SVP, and the bigger pictureToday, weโ€™re celebrating two milestones at once: First, weโ€™ve surpassed 10,000 business customers. Just 10 months ago, we were at 5,000 โ€” a number that took us over four years to reach. Second, weโ€™re welcoming Grace Lin as our new SVP of Operations. Grace isnโ€™t just an expert in scaling companies; sheโ€™s an expert in doing it with thoughtfulness, integrity, and precision. Better Apple device management with Jamf Pro, integrated with TailscaleFor teams managing fleets of Apple devices, Jamf Pro is well-known as a leading MDM solution. Those teams can now count on an integration with Tailscale to simplify installing and configuring Tailscale on those devices, and to keep the networking access requirements under control. Better node monitoring with new client metrics for PrometheusTailscale client metrics are now available for local or remote examination, and can be directly ingested by Prometheus. These are especially useful for keeping tabs on the health and connectivity of subnet routers, and we think theyโ€™ll be an immediate upgrade for users that rely on those, such as users with site-to-site network configurations or teams using Tailscale with Kubernetes. Video: Installing Tailscale on macOSIf youโ€™re installing Tailscale on macOS, the best way to do it is through what we call the โ€œstandalone variantโ€. But the standalone variant is just one of three official versions available for macOS. In this post โ€” and the accompanying video โ€” weโ€™ll discuss all three options, and when you may want to wander off the beaten path. Tailscale crossword: Any port in a stormThe holiday season includes a little bonus holiday for the cruciverbalists out there: December 21 is National Crossword Puzzle Day. To mark the holiday we published a new Tailscale crossword puzzle, which is just as good a month later. Want to build something using these new releases?

Hey there,
The scandal of unequal pay for in-store workers at Tesco is likely to become a landmark case of collective redress – where ordinary people come together to take effective legal action against large companies.  If you or someone you know has ever worked in-store for Tesco on an hourly-paid wage, then you or they could become part of this historic case.ยญAre you eligible?ยญ
