Please see initial assessment report of Joseph Mukuba Community Psychiatric Nurse dated 08/10/2024. Also attached is the letter for an appointment with Dr Phil Gregory Consultant Psychiatrist on 16 October 2024. MM Response: As far as I am concerned and based on the Report of Dr Phil Gregory how do I know he is not a QUACK?
We were provided with the same by our client during our appointment with her held yesterday. MM Response: Why did the Solicitor not share the information about Kings College London RADAR-CNS that I gave him?
Following the appointment with Dr Phil Gregory on Wednesday, he has scheduled a further appointment on 25 October to take place at her home address so that he can factor in her living circumstances and day to day experiences. MM Response: As a qualified Early Years Practitioner and SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator at http://www.leyf.org.uk and volunteering in “Communities of Practice”. This has been proven to be a breach of my RIGHTS from the time HMCTS conducted the second miscarriages of justice. I have proven that Dr Phil Gregory’s visit to my home was for his own PERVERSE delectation when he wormed his way in my confidence. I even confided to him that I did not think I was getting the proper representation.
While we rely on the initial assessment report we would also seek to rely on any further report prepared by Dr Gregory. MM Response: Dr Phil Gregory’s report does not count. He is a GASLIGHTING MISOGYNIST.
Even on the basis of the initial assessment report we say that it is more likely than not that our client suffers from a disability, consequently we invite you to agree that an Equality Act assessor is required. MM Response: The Equality Act Assessor will be working. There is no question of whether Mervelee Myers suffer with MENTAL and PHYSICAL DISABILITIES.
We should be grateful for your urgent response as to whether or not you agree so if need be we will apply to Court for an Equality Act assessor to be appointed. ย MM Response: Based on the continuing DEFAMATION about MERVELEE MYERS during the BEREAVEMENT and LOSS of my husband that has profound impact on my MENTAL and PHYSICAL HEALTH I am requesting that An EQUALITY ACT ASSESSOR is required. This is because Dr Phil Gregoryโs report is not FACTUAL, and he has furthered continued to breach my RIGHTS by calling me to meet with him to fix the errors in the report. He has admitted to knowingly omitting facts and not aware of how to transmit the REPORT to me except by post. Since he only knew it could be sent by posts why is it signed ELECTIONALICAL? Dr Gregory also abused his AUTHORITY when talking to my son. Another glaring mistake is the fact Dr Gregory is using CRB instead of DBS. ย
