I think I should end my CPPDP with my #FIGHT4JUSTICE campaign in pursuit of LEYF Nurseries with the #Culpritwho is responsible for starting the #DISCRIMINATION against me. This started at #Fitzrovia soon after I joined in 2009. I was in fear for my #MentalHealth as #MariaGoncalves set out to make sure I not pass the Contract Sections & in particular Section 8. Probationary Period, 12. Absence from Work, 15. Our Expectations of You, 16. Confidentiality, 17. Disciplinary Policy & Procedures, 18. Grievance Policy & Procedures, 19. Performance Improvement Policy & Procedure, 22. Equal Opportunities, 23. Harassment & Bullying, 24. Computers, 25. E-mail & Internet, 26. Use of Personal Internet & Social Networking Sites, 28. Data Protection 30. Change of Circumstances. The RIH as I like to say until every single information is in the #PublicDomain to show the world how #ModernDaySLAVERY is been covered up by the #Establishment because LEYF Nurseries have Friends in High Places. Friends who are prepared to abandon their #HighMoralStandards to sell a few extra pieces of furniture to buffer their #Coffers!

Warwick Nursery has a bright and spacious indoor environment with two well-resourced outdoor areas, enabling children to be confident learners and make independent choices. My name is Joelle, I have worked for LEYF since 2001. I was at my previous nursery for twelve years and we received an OUTSTANDING from OFSTED and the LEYF ‘Fun’ Award in 2015/2016. I grew up in New Cross so was delighted to have the opportunity to manage New Cross Community Nursery as I am passionate about the local area! The nursery is already a vibrant part of the community and has already made its mark on the local area since its opening in June 2015! We have a highly qualified staff team; practitioners’ knowledge and skills help to support and extend children’s learning to their full potential. Practitioners are particularly skilled at supporting children during their transition period which is extremely important as this separation between parent and child needs to be planned well in order to ensure children adapt well to their new environment. The forming of secondary attachments is a crucial foundation for children’s learning journeys. The nursery is situated in a beautiful building, with four play rooms that all have direct access to outdoor space. There are extensive grounds which the children love to explore on a daily basis! We benefit from having a real urban city garden, in which the children can enjoy a range of stimulating experiences such as growing and exploring nature first hand. This is just one example of keeping our children fit and healthy from an early age to ensure they have the best possible start in life. We also benefit from having an onsite chef, who produces nutritionally balanced food on a daily basis and enjoys running cooking groups with the children! Hello, my name is #MerveleeMyers and I have worked with LEYF Nurseries1st September 2009 – 27th September 2015. Despite refusing me access to my #Datab4 my transfer from #LutonStreet2BIB, my legacy is part of the “TECH don’t LIE” that the Daily Express Columinst brought to my attention.
I was sent to HOC under a cloud of suspicion when LEYF Nurseries was trying everything to say I breach the contract I signed on 7th October 2009. On the day the Senior HR Dilys Epton came to put their #PlanofRadicalisationTerreorism in place is the day I will never ever forget in my life because of the way I was treated by the HOC manager.
The manager chose to escort me out of the buildings asserting that I did not have a #Pass, #SecurityHighAlert, etc… Now the crux of the matter is why did LEYF Nurseries breach their #Contract & every #Laws, #Legislations, #CodesofPractice, #Conducts when I was sent to HOC after #IsabellaGlenvisited BIB on the 13thMarch to carry out an #Investigation?
The Senior HR Dilys Epton was also complicit in my #Discrimination, but all that will be revealed in due course. Because whether Dilys Epton wants to admit or not she too faced #AGEDiscrimination, but maybe she is not aware. The same way she was not aware that in filling the #MedicalReferralshe has to take #EmploymentLaws into considerations? The RIH as they say, & I did warn Dilys Epton in the final correspondence – an email that I might be considering writing a #BOOK to celebrate my #GrandmaIRENEMILLSNembhard having 3 children #born27thOctober!
