Claim: 566MC567 and Claim: 570MC618 Mevelee Myers V Devonshires Solicitors The Defendant applies to have the following claims struck out in their entirety pursuant to CPR 3.4 (2)(a) – (c): 1. 566MC567 (1st Claim) 2. 570MC618 (2nd Claim) Together (the Claims). For clarity, the Defendant wishes to make it clear that, in accordance with CPR 3.4(7), it is has not filed Defences to either of the Claims as it is applying to strike them both out. MM Response: The Defendant did not file any response because they are in CONFUSION about how swiftly the Claimant is acting against their UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCTS targeting VULNERABLE TENANS on behalf of their client Housing for Women. Background Both the 1st and 2nd Claim were issued by the Claimant via the Online Civil Money Claims Pilot (the Pilot) on 27 August 2024 and 6 September 2024 respectively. The 1st Claim was transferred by the Court of its own volition out of the Pilot to Mayor’s & City County Court on 23 September 2024 together with another claim (Claim No. 567MC716) the Claimant made via the Pilot but against a different defendant that is not the Defendant. The Court stated they were transferring these Claims out of the Pilot as they included allegations of โdefamationโ and because Mayors & City was the Defendantโs local court. Upon being informed by the Court of the transfer of the 1st Claim, the Defendant wrote to the Court on 25 September 2024 and 26 September 2024 to request that the 2nd Claim also be transferred to the Mayors & City County Court to be heard together with the 1st Claim as the 2nd Claim is near-identical in form and content to the 1st Claim. The Defendant is awaiting confirmation that the 2nd Claim has been transferred to the Mayors & City County Court but applies now for both claims to be struck out. MM Response: I am putting on record the fact that District Judge Sterlini who labelled me a “VIOLENT NUISANCE” on 1st August 2023 was involved in the strike out of my claims against Winsome Duncan who stole my manuscript for IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE with DJ Zimmel and Rand after reaching “Telephone Conciliation“. Devonshires is seeking that both the Claimant’s Claims are struck out in their entirety under CPR 3.4. Application to strike out Claims The Claimantโs Claims were brought improperly via the Pilot, disclose no reasonable grounds for bringing the Claims and have no merit as they fail to coherently or properly plead any genuine cause of action. MM Response: Must make the Court aware that District Judge Bell sent 7 cases from Clerkenwell and Shoreditch County Court including Barrister Ryan Clement judgement passed for him to pay me ยฃ9,455.00. I was not paid and 4 years later Court Enforcement Services LTD contacting me about payments for judgement I did not get my money. Further, the allegations contained therein are spurious and entirely unparticularised. Devonshires denies that it is liable to the Claimant for damages as claimed or at all. The Claims are an abuse of the courtโs process given that it appears the Claimant is claiming damages relating to the fact that Devonshires have acted and continue to act for their client, Housing for Women (“H4W”), in relation to on-going injunctive committal (Claim No. K02CL827) and possession proceedings (Claim No. K05EC530) brought against the Claimant in the Clerkenwell & Shoreditch County Court. MM Response: When the facts are revealed about the role of Devonshires Solicitors LLP in the cases of Ms H. Presley and Mervelee Myers the world will be watching. Devonshires need to find out about Mervelee Myers contributions to “British Values” and whose photo was portrayed across ITV News for Windrush 70 ahead of Prime Minister Theresa May. Before DEFAMATION of my NAME and CHARACTER any further. Therefore, the actions the Claimant is complaining of are those of a firm of solicitors bringing entirely legitimate claims against her on behalf of their client. MM Response: No, this is/was not a legitimate claim and the world knows this to be a lie. Including my MP Neil Coyle and the Housing Ombudsman Service Richard Blakeway. If in doubt reference Complaints 2022000052 after which my data was removed from the Customer Panel. I had to do another complaint 2024000031 which was not upheld because by then Devonshires Solicitors LLP sent me POSSESSION letter in July 2023 on behalf of H4W. An injunction order was made against the Claimant on 1 August 2023 in Claim No. K02CL827, for the period of a year (โthe Injunctionโ) in relation to proven incidents of anti-social behaviour, including incidents whereby the Claimant committed incidents of anti-social behaviour against members of both H4W staff and Devonshires staff. MM Response: This is where the DEFAMATION is applicable and Social Media will be my source of evidence leading up to the 1st of August 2023 when that INJUNCTION was issued by DJ Sterlini. The Reasonable Adjustment prepared by Trina Philbert in the BUNDLE is source of proof about Defendant’s depravity acting for H4W against tenants who raised concerns about our homes when asked via SURVEYS. The Claimant breached the Injunction order dated 01 August 2023 on multiple occasions in August 2023 and committal proceedings for contempt of court were subsequently brought against her on 31 August 2023. MM Response: There should be no INJUNCTION ORDER if the DEFENDANT had accepted my attempt at MEDIATION when I called to discuss the matter on receiving the letter from Narin Masera in July. Please check what was happening to me in July 2023. Then check my engagement with the Metropolitan Police at Elim House to meeting Sir Mark Rowley at the launch of “A New Met for London” on 2nd September 2023 where I was recorded asking to VOLUNTEER. He signed IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE dedicated to a #Strong #Jamaican #woman. The committal hearing duly took place on 12 June 2024 at which the Claimant admitted breaching the terms of the Injunction and all the allegations against her contained in the contempt application. MM Response: The Court will have to take some RELEVANT factors relating to my Mental and Physical Impairments on board by H4W releasing my DATA wiped from the Customer Portal about who is guilty of ASB. Reference letter dated April 2019 detailing what the neighbour did to me and my husband from the time I moved to 16 Alma Grove December 2000. A copy of the order dated 12 June 2024 is enclosed. The is my source of proof. MM Response: My source of proof is linked to the Metropolitan Police handling of Concerns raised and their response from the 30th October 2017 to 9 August 2024. During that period attempts made to #section #murder #kidnap me. I was even beaten in my home on 30th November 2020 under cover of http://www.leyf.org.uk Margaret Horn Lecture by Holly Sweeney P255654 and Nikki Wright P240060 and Harry Stack P255641 and Ben Godfrey P255842. Claimant is therefore now awaiting sentencing for the same and the sentencing hearing has been scheduled to take place on 20 January 2025. MM Response: Since the Court failed to use any of the evidence provided after DJ Sterlini 2nd miscarriages of justice labelling me a VIOLENT NUISANCE during the time I was experiencin a personal CRISIS along with bereavement and losses I ask that the court take https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 into consideration as RELEVANT. Given that the Claimantโs Claims are vexatious and spurious, the Defendant considers that they also amount to further breaches of the injunction order dated 01 August 2023 granted to H4W against the Claimant which prohibits her from causing a nuisance, annoyance or distress, towards any member, employee, consultant, or agent of Devonshires or harassing or attempting to harass any of the above. MM Response: Is the Defendant hereby saying that the COURT in issuing my CLAIMS and allowing the Requested Judgement breaches of the IINJUNCTION that is open to SCRUTINY about the way it was obtained by failing to stop the NEIGHBOUR and others from TERRORISING me? Why did H4W failed to respond to any of the claims that were issued? The Claimantโs claims have caused a nuisance and annoyance to Devonshires as well staff members expressly named within the Claims, who are merely carrying out the requirements of their employment. MM Response: Is the Defendant aware of Complaint 20240000274 prepare by H4W staff for failures by their Contractor MCP. MCP was supposed to visit my home to carry out repairs on the toilet that was installed after a request was made. They have changed the appointment to 2/10/2024. My visitor and I are using the toilet without any seat. The water is not filling up so we have to catch water in container to flush the toilet when we use it. But to make matters worse both my visitor and I were left TRAUMATISED when her phone fell in the bowl. I had to borrow money to get the phone fixed at the shop. Further, a claim for possession was also issued by Devonshires on behalf of H4W against the Claimant on 7 November 2023 in relation to breaches of tenancy and/or anti-social behaviour. MM Response: The role of the Metropolitan Police will be considered by the Court as ROBERT.Lewsley@met.police.uk on behalf of DPSMailbox-.CRUTeam1@met is dealing the matter of HATE CRIMES by the Police. Let me put on record that Narin Masera on the advice of Stephen Agera who she coerced sent Police to my home on the 25th October 2023. Luckily I reached home from Tony Cealy Augusto Boal’s Theatre Of the Oppressed training to take husband out of the HYPO he was left in when a letter was delivered. My husband and I were robbed in Peckham PC/08721/24 for 3034363/24. I am still waiting for resolution. The claim for possession as originally issued relied on grounds 12 and 14 of Schedule 2 of the Housing Act 1988 and, following the committal hearing on 12 June 2024 and the finding of breach of the Injunction order, the claim was amended to include ground 7A, which is a mandatory ground for possession. MM Response: This will depend on the failures of H4W to address the concerns raised and Housing Ombudsman Service managing the COMPLAINTS. I was a member of the H4W Customer Scrutiny Panel as the minute taker in 2019. I am a member of the HOS Resident Panel. The possession hearing is scheduled to take place on 13 December 2024 and H4W expects to obtain an outright possession order against the Claimant at the same. MM Response: Can the Court consider Ms. H. Presley who has found herself a victim of H4W and the Defendant and bring her Case as evidence with mine, please. Proof that the Defendant is targeting VULNERABLE TENANTS for raising concerns. The Housing Department is recruiting volunteers from the HOS Resident Panel for RESEARCH into how Landlords communicate with tenants and empowering tenants to raise concerns. Given the facts that (i) the Court has made findings of fact that the Claimant engaged in anti-social behaviour when making the Injunction and (ii) she has admitted to multiple breaches of the Injunction, it is clear that H4W have acted entirely appropriately by issuing injunctive, committal and possession proceedings against her and, by extension, Devonshires have acted entirely appropriately by acting for H4W in those proceedings. MM Response: My “Experience of Multiple Discrimination” finding as a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson research paper recommended to ACAS made me the ideal tenant to shed light on how H4W coerced my neighbour to target me after the 13th December 2021 when she broke the glass to the communal door. The Court will have to accept that whatever ASB I was asked to accept were precepted by the need to SAFEGUARD my elderly husband who was TRAUMATISED at this point of TRANSITION in his life. The court refused to accept any of the argument that any ASB on my part was because of how the neighbour started MISTREATING us after Samantha Gibbs and Trina Philbert started working for H4W. Accordingly, it is our position that the Claimantโs claims disclose no reasonable grounds for bringing the same, have no merit and/or are an abuse of process and should accordingly be struck out forthwith. MM Response: The Defendant is the one abusing the system using my VULNERABILITY against me. Devonshires wrote to the Claimant on 12 September 2024, encouraging her to withdraw the 1st Claim. MM Response: This is another Barrister Samantha Jones case who took out ECRO against me after using a CONMAN John Fenton to represent LEYF as if he was a lawyer. I have the names of those involved to make public. A copy of the same is enclosed with this application for the Court’s information. MM Response: This is just another case of UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT like the judge who tried to trick me to take LEYF ยฃ58,000.00 NDA knowing I would be taking it in one hand and handing it back with the next. The Claimant responded with the attached emails dated 19 and 20 September 2024, indicating that she had no intention to withdraw the claim. MM Response: The Defendant in acting UNPROFESSIONALLY from the time I phoned Narin Masera to mediate and continued with the DEFAMATION will have to understand why I invested in https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site to share stories of cases like H4W. Devonshires subsequently were served with the 2nd Claim. In light of the above, Devonshires respectfully requests the Court to strike out both the Claimant’s claims in their entirety. Application for Civil Restraint Order Further, Devonshires also requests that the Court make a civil restraint order against the Claimant under CPR 3.4 (3), 3.3 (9), 3.4 (6) and 23.12 in order to restrict her from being able to bring any such further claims against Devonshires without the permission of the court. MM Response: I have already address the RESTRAINT ORDER by Barrister Samantha Jones and repeat that I have not received the judgement from Barrister Ryan Clement. Devonshires aver that the history of the Claimantโs conduct to date makes it abundantly clear that she will continue to act as she has done to date by issuing further, vexatious and entirely unmeritorious claims against Devonshires and their staff unless she is formally restrained from doing so. MM Response: Once more I will bring to the Court’s attention the DEFAMATION by the Defendant. Let me know which JUDGE will perform the request by the Defendant to check if they are listed amongst those involved in the miscarriages of justice against me from Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust 2003-2008 and the NEGLECT of my husband and ASSAULT of MM in April 2024. This will make headline news in the wake of Black History Month and Windrush Scandal and MM preventing a Grenfell at Alma Grove. Barrister Samantha Jones bragging to Michael Carter of BSB she was given a reference to be on the Grenfell Tower Inquiry Panel. Transfer to Clerkenwell & Shoreditch Country Court for consideration of applications. Lastly, the Defendant respectfully suggests that the Court may consider transferring the Claims to the Clerkenwell & Shoreditch County Court so that the applications laid out in this notice can be heard together with the possession claim (Claim No. K05EC530) at the listed hearing on 13 December 2024. District Judge Beecham sitting at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch County Court has reserved both the possession claim and the sentencing hearing for the committal application to herself so already has knowledge of this matter and the Defendant would aver that it makes practical sense for one Judge who has knowledge of this matter to hear all of the matters together.

But as children begin the new school year, we know this is a critical time especially for children in their final year of primary school and those starting secondary school. Transitioning to secondary school can be a big step, filled with both excitement and challenges. That’s where our mentoring comes in.ย
Last year,ย 93%ย of the children on our programme reported feeling more confident after completing mentoring with TKN, andย 85%ย felt better prepared for the transition to secondary school.ย ๐

One of ourย #LittleLondonersย struggled with Speech and Language issues and lacked confidence during Year 5. Initially silent in class, he blossomed over the year with his mentor’s support, focusing on creative expression through playful dancing and nature activities.
By yearโs end, he was so confident and engaged that his teacher had to manage his enthusiastic contributions! His newfound self-esteem also made his transition to secondary school much smoother.
This is one of many feedback stories we get that showsย how tailored mentoring can unlock a child’s potentialย and change lives.
We were so thrilled to be training 22 more amazing mentors in September to match withย #LittleLondonersย this year, with another group set to join training this weekend!

Because I refused to give up my Fight4justice campaign when I refused LEYF ยฃ58,000.00 NDA to cover up HMCTS involvement in the miscarriages of justice at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Mapother House Day Nursery 2003-2008. I was left to represent myself again with LEYF. After exhausting the Legal System and investing in sharing my stories and having my intellectual property, copyright, images and CPPDP harvested by social media. I was pushed over the edge to become HCT Group Impact Report 2016 of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with UNEMPLOYMENT. In denying me my RIGHTS I was given BENEFITS to strip me of my DIGNITY having to attend CAPABILITY for WORK ASSESSMENT in order to receive my entitlements. But as if this was not enough, I became the target of the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Services for becoming a SUICIDE Statistic. That was when my husband and I became 600,000 older people in the UK say they leave home once per week or less. The “Cultural Ambassador, Social Butterfly” was excluded. The MISOGYNY started in full as my “Mental Health” was used to marginalised me from 30th October 2017 when the Metropolitan Police refused to act about “Verbal Threats” from Winsome Duncan and Barrister Ryan Clement that I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL. If you are wondering what’s the relevance of this I would like you to understanding my arguments are based on DJ Pigram instructions at Court when the issues involved in Housing for Women actions with Devonshires Solicitors LLP pushed my husband over the edge. He was to spend his transition worried about the fact DJ Sterlini labelled me a “Violent Nuisance” and none of the other District Judges ere prepared to look at the evidence. The fact that was asking the PUBLIC for support especially during July 2023 when Narin Masera contacted me about POSSESSION of the property I lived in because of “Domestic Violence” is the reality of “No Blacks, No Dogs, No Irish”.

I have received your complaint, made online on 10th September 2024. I have logged your complaint under the following reference: PC/08743/24.
I am sorry to learn of your experience and thank you for taking the time to contact us. MM Response: I will address this with the same amount of seriousness that has been put on my complaint. Why I am under threats to be IMPRISONED and EVICTED via threats of Contempt of Court because of the failures of the Metropolitan Police to safeguard me and my husband who was traumatised from the racist, terrorist Deborah Agnes Gilchrist who was coerced by Samantha Gibbs. Samantha Gibbs joined Housing for Women in April 2022 and sent me invitation to ASB meeting in May. I have proof on YouTube Live of the times I called for support and the RACIST IGNORANT Members of the Metropolitan Police come here to join in the hate crimes.
I am aware that you have made multiple complaints in quick succession. I have received three of these today and will address each one independently. This is complaint 3 of 3. MM Response: Whose fault is it that I have to raise these complaints?
From reviewing your complaint form, I understand that you are complaining regarding two female officers who have visited you on 09th August 2024, regarding a twitter post. I have been unable to locate any records or body worn camera footage from this incident. Please accept this letter as a FORMAL COMPLAINT for 23 years of Housing for Women breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics and the Tenancy Agreements, I signed throughout the time I am living at 16 Alma Grove Bermondsey, London SE1 5PY December 2000 to date.
This COMPLAINT is in addition to REF: 20240000273.
I am requesting a Subject Access Request from H4W to replace the data wiped from the Customer Portal after I became a target of H4W when Samantha Gibbs and Trina Philbert were employed in April and May 2022.
I will therefore list the Complaint from todayโs date to the times I raised concerns to the Housing Ombudsman Services and MP Neil Coyle who contacted H4W twice on my behalf.
Areas of Concerns โ MCP Contractors
I would like MCP Contractors to be included in this COMPLAINT based on the handling of the matter by the person/female I spoke to on the 23 September 2024. When I spoke to the person from H4W earlier I was advised that MCP should have contacted me to do the repairs. I was told the matter would be escalated. When I did not hear from MCP I called and the person who already knows about the โLady with the Toilet Seatโ was so offensive I will be raising a separate COMPLAINT based on the shoddy work that was done and MCP insisting I am responsible for the toilet. Despite getting confirmation from H4W that the issues must be sorted by MCP.
Trauma from Mobile Phone Falling in Toilet
Because of MCP and H4W both my visitor and I are TRAUMATISED from her mobile phone falling in the toilet. We had to go get it fixed at the โPhone Shopโ paying money I can hardly afford. I will be seeking compensation. There is no toilet seat, and the toilet is left uncovered. Since my visitor arrives the water is not filling up to flush the toilet. We have to use container to pour water in to flush it.

Letter dated 30th September 2022 is proof that H4W had plans to make me HOMELESS. Ms. Gilchrist told Ms Thomas that someone in H4W wanted me out. Please note that my previous clinical interaction with Mervelee consists of 3x 10minute consultations since 2017. MM Response: I have no memory of those consultations. However, 2017 was one of the most difficult year for me and the GP Practice should have been aware. Please note that time allocated by the surgery for completion of this letter was 20minutes, MM Response: Working as an EYFS Coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator am appalled at Dr. Pennack having the nerves to admit that the SURGER allocated her only 20 minutes to write a report that can determine if am IMPRISONED and EVICTED after the death of my 101 year old husband.
I am note able to be as thorough as I would have liked, and I am also not sure that I am going to be able to add much to the thorough psychiatric report that was completed in April. MM Response: You have no reason to make any decisions about been as thorough as you like. All you had to do is put information together from DATA in the system. You ask for specific mental health conditions โ she was diagnosed with anxiety and depression several years ago (first coded in 2018). MM Response: Where do you get this information from about 2018? My Chronic Anxiety diagnosis was July 2006 for my Health and Social Examination with the Open University. The only exam I had to do because I chose courses to be able to achieve because of my IMPAIRMENTS.
There was a query of bipolar disorder made by my colleague Dr Evans due to paranoid behaviour, pressure of speech, labile mood MM Response: I will have to find out more about this as I have no memory of this. Hence, I contacted you after you put the Aids Test in without being honest what your thoughts were when I visited you about Weight Loss noticed by the Professionals at appointment at the Hospital. (please note formal bipolar disorder diagnoses are not generally made by GPs, this is something our psychiatry colleagues do). A CMHT referral was done but rejected, they asked she see the mental health nurse first, but it appeared this never happened, although she does now have an appointment at the end of August with the mental health nurse at the surgery โ if the nurse feels CMHT input is needed she may then do a re-referral. Of note, CMHT did assess her in 2022 and found no evidence of bipolar disorder or psychosis. MM Response: When I organise my online Live Broadcasting under Mervelee Myers Consultancy Fight4justice as a Mental Health & SEND Advocate for the Early Intervention Strategies KEY to SURVIVAL. For my grandson with Speech and Language Delay, I will expose those covering for my former employers at http://www.leyf.org.uk and Nexus Health Group for breaches of the Equality Act.
Mervelee also reports that she has an eating disorder (Describes some days she cannot eat or drink anything at all), although I cannot find evidence of a formal psychiatric diagnosis of eating disorder. MM Response: Here we go again. Did I not say that my father and uncle had Parkinson’s? I developed “TRAUMAS” as a result of Disabilities and Poverty, but because I do not have a “Medical Diagnosis for Parkinson’s I cannot claim Parkinson’s as a DISABILITY. What you claim colleague Dr Evans due to paranoid behaviour, pressure of speech, labile mood is none other than the signs and symptoms of my “Atypical PARKINSONISM”. That is hard to diagnose and treat. I don’t need a diagnosis to say if I eat or not. My mother had the same condition.
You mentioned โdisability issuesโ โ I am not quite sure what you are asking? MM Response: Shame on you Dr. Pennack.
She has a past medical history of type 2 diabetes and knee osteoarthritis, although I cannot see any recent documentation on how the arthritis has affected her. MM Response: I did have Physio, and I do lots of walking. With aging come the exacerbation of any conditions. Sometimes my feet are swollen and painful and my toes dropped, and reason am visiting the hospital and was asked to make appointment for review. There are times when my hands crumble and I cannot use them.
There are no documented complications of her diabetes, it is well controlled. MM Response: Controlled as all my other CONDITIONS until I am pushed over the edge and triggered. Reasons Nexus Health Group will be exposed with NHS England and Maudsley NHS and Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Southwark Council Adult Social Care and Southwark Health Ambassador and Housing for Women and Housing Ombudsman Service and Devonshires Solicitors LLP. Others will be listed.
It is such a SHAME that it has come to this after the support I was given over the years to live a normal and fulfilling life until Dr. Joanna Pennack and Nexus Health Group decided to use Medical Gaslighting and Misogyny against me.

Why I am under threats to be IMPRISONED and EVICTED via threats of Contempt of Court because of the failures of the Metropolitan Police to safeguard me and my husband who was traumatised from the racist, terrorist Deborah Agnes Gilchrist who was coerced by Samantha Gibbs. Samantha Gibbs joined Housing for Women in April 2022 and sent me invitation to ASB meeting in May. I have proof on YouTube Live of the times I called for support and the RACIST IGNORANT Members of the Metropolitan Police come here to join in the hate crimes.

On 6 September 2024, the Claimant issued a claim against the Defendant for a total sum of ยฃ9,500 in damages. This was broken down as follows: a. ยฃ3,000 for breach of the Equality Act 2010; b. ยฃ2,000 for Misogyny; c. ยฃ3,000 for Traumas [sic]; and d. ยฃ1,500 for Misconduct.

The Claimant appears to allege that the Defendant has caused the Claimantโs losses by โsigning the Witness Statement of Samantha Gibbsโ (see page 4). The reasons for the claim are not particularised, nor set out clearly or coherently. MM Response: Please excuse the incoherence as I am the victim of the neighbours and the Met Police that come to empower them.
Neither I, nor anyone else at the Defendant was involved in the preparation of Ms Gibbsโ Witness Statement or have any knowledge of its contents or the matters to which it relates. Upon receipt of the claim, I made enquires with Devonshires Solicitors (โDevonshiresโ) who are also referenced in the particulars of claim. I was informed by Devonshires that on 31 August 2023 I witnessed the swearing and signing of an affidavit for Ms Gibbs. MM Response: You signed to the LIES of H4W and Devonshires Solicitors LLP. Do you know why Ms Gibbs is on “Long Term Sick Leave?“
I frequently witness the swearing of affidavits or statutory declarations for Devonshires as the firm is in the same building as the Defendant. Whilst I do not recall this specific affidavit, I am sure that I signed the affidavit, printed my name and then stamped it with the Defendantโs address to signify that the affidavits had been sworn and signed in my presence and that the person signing had given the appropriate oath/affirmation. I am sure that this is what happened as this is what happens on each occasion that I perform this service for Devonshires (or anyone else). I believe that the Claimant may have misunderstood the role played by the Defendant in relation to the affidavit of Ms. Gibbs. MM Response: No I did not misunderstand. It is clear that you are party to Devonshires Solicitors LLP Discrimination. I will give Ms. H. Presley’s name as reference.
The Defendant has received no prior correspondence from the Claimant before issuing the claim. On 23 September 2024, the Defendant wrote to the Claimant (see page 6) explaining that the claim has no merit and that it has been brought incorrectly. MM Response: I did not receive or know about Devonshires Solicitors LLP until Narin Masera sent me a REPOSSESSION letter in July 2023. Druces requested that the Claimant discontinue the claim, and informed her that, if she did not do so, the Defendant would file an application to have the application struck out. MM Response: Based on the amount of STRUCK OUT against me, I am waiting for the outcome.
That same day, 23 September 2024, the Claimant replied to the Defendantโs letter (see page 7) making no indication that the claim would be withdrawn, in fact encouraging the Defendant to apply for the claim to be struck out. MM Response: This is based on my experiences of HMCTS miscarriages of justice. Statement of Truth I believe that the facts stated in this witness statement are true. I understand that proceedings for contempt of court may be brought against anyone who makes, or causes to be made, a false statement in a document verified by a statement of truth without an honest belief in its truth. MM Response: You did exactly that when you signed Ms. Samantha Gibbs Witness Statement without checking the FACTS.
The clamant has not set out a coherent set of facts or a legally recognisable claim against the Defendant and as such the claim should be struck out. I am not a Legal Expert and is reading to help myself not sent to PRISON and EVICTED because HMCTS and the Housing Ombudsman Service and Metropolitan Police and Nexus Health Group and Southwark Council failed me as a disabled person. Mervelee Myers must address this matter after my grandson’s Kevin Murray JNR 20th birthday as the WRITER who writes for therapy after my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease or as I knew then “He was sick with his nerves”. Because I spent the past 10 years after the death of my mother with dementia writing to clear my name from DEFAMATION, I try to be concise and use pointers to get some of those involved to accept why I am staying within the guidelines of the rules of laws to share my stories of 32 years of “Systemic Discrimination” to the world. Therefore, threats of IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION via CONTEMPT of COURT by HMCTS District Judges Sterlini, Richard Hayes, Pigram, Naidoo and Bell at the County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch will make me part of the Windrush Oral History Resources as the wife of ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON.
Approaching “Black History Month 2024” I will use Ms Lou’s “Colonisation in Reverse to Decriminalise Mervelee Myers” and demand those involved to be named. In order to achieve this, I will use Dr Maria Hudson’s research paper for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” recommended to ACAS. As a participant of research and the person who conducted the “A Voice of a Child project for LEYF CEO June O’Sullivan at Luton Street Community Nursery in August 2010. I will recommend that IN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHERE that was endorsed by Sir Mark Rowley at the launch of “A New Met for London”. Dedicated to a Strong Jamaican Woman a month after District Judge add a “Violent Nuisance” to the labels of “Unprofessional, Uncooperative, Rude, Intimidating, Confrontational, Aggressive and Lacking Empathy after I fronted Ofsted at BIB Nursery and overturned the poor Ofsted ratings. A head teacher committed SUICIDE since I have been denied my ENTITLEMENTS and laws are changed. But still I am left trying to get justice from https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 that made me a victim from it was posted online. The “Cycle of Gaslighting” started with the allegations at BIB after the death of my mother with dementia.
Because I refused to give up my Fight4justice campaign when I refused LEYF ยฃ58,000.00 NDA to cover up HMCTS involvement in the miscarriages of justice at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Mapother House Day Nursery 2003-2008. I was left to represent myself again with LEYF. After exhausting the Legal System and investing in sharing my stories and having my intellectual property, copyright, images and CPPDP harvested by social media. I was pushed over the edge to become HCT Group Impact Report 2016 of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with UNEMPLOYMENT. In denying me my RIGHTS I was given BENEFITS to strip me of my DIGNITY having to attend CAPABILITY for WORK ASSESSMENT in order to receive my entitlements. But as if this was not enough, I became the target of the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Services for becoming a SUICIDE Statistic. That was when my husband and I became 600,000 older people in the UK say they leave home once per week or less. The “Cultural Ambassador, Social Butterfly” was excluded. The MISOGYNY started in full as my “Mental Health” was used to marginalised me from 30th October 2017 when the Metropolitan Police refused to act about “Verbal Threats” from Winsome Duncan and Barrister Ryan Clement that I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL. On 30th November 2020 Holly Sweeney P255654 led Nikki Wright P240060 and Harry Stack P255641 and Ben Godfrey P255842 to my home to MURDER me to say I commit SUICIDE. Have a read of the MOPAC response to understand how I was made a “Criminal Needing Emotional Regulation treatment at the Croydon Magistrates Court.
If you are wondering what’s the relevance of this I would like you to understanding my arguments are based on DJ Pigram instructions at Court when the issues involved in Housing for Women actions with Devonshires Solicitors LLP pushed my husband over the edge. He was to spend his transition worried about the fact DJ Sterlini labelled me a “Violent Nuisance” and none of the other District Judges ere prepared to look at the evidence. The fact that was asking the PUBLIC for support especially during July 2023 when Narin Masera contacted me about POSSESSION of the property I lived in because of “Domestic Violence” is the reality of “No Blacks, No Dogs, No Irish”.
The following is to be read to give an insight into how I have been let down by HMCTS, CPS, CJS, IOPC, JCIO, BSB, SRA, DBS, CCMCC, HMPPS, MOPAC, CLCC, FOS, HOS, LEA… I have written “Open Letters” to Prime Ministers, Members of Parliament, individuals, organisations to help me resolve the matter of the “Systemic Discrimination” only to end up being denied my RIGHTS to Medical Treatment by a petulant Dr. Joanna Pennack of Nexus Health Group. As Nye Bevan founder of the NHS stated “No Society Can Legitimately Call Itself Civilised If A Sick Person Is Denied Medical Aid Because of Lack of Means”.

I have received your complaint, made online on 10th September 2024. I have logged your complaint under the following reference: PC/08743/24.
I am sorry to learn of your experience and thank you for taking the time to contact us. MM Response: I will address this with the same amount of seriousness that has been put on my complaint. Why I am under threats to be IMPRISONED and EVICTED via threats of Contempt of Court because of the failures of the Metropolitan Police to safeguard me and my husband who was traumatised from the racist, terrorist Deborah Agnes Gilchrist who was coerced by Samantha Gibbs. Samantha Gibbs joined Housing for Women in April 2022 and sent me invitation to ASB meeting in May. I have proof on YouTube Live of the times I called for support and the RACIST IGNORANT Members of the Metropolitan Police come here to join in the hate crimes.
I am aware that you have made multiple complaints in quick succession. I have received three of these today and will address each one independently. This is complaint 3 of 3. MM Response: Whose fault is it that I have to raise these complaints?
From reviewing your complaint form, I understand that you are complaining regarding two female officers who have visited you on 09th August 2024, regarding a twitter post. I have been unable to locate any records or body worn camera footage from this incident. Please accept this letter as a FORMAL COMPLAINT for 23 years of Housing for Women breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics and the Tenancy Agreements, I signed throughout the time I am living at 16 Alma Grove Bermondsey, London SE1 5PY December 2000 to date.
This COMPLAINT is in addition to REF: 20240000273.
I am requesting a Subject Access Request from H4W to replace the data wiped from the Customer Portal after I became a target of H4W when Samantha Gibbs and Trina Philbert were employed in April and May 2022.
I will therefore list the Complaint from todayโs date to the times I raised concerns to the Housing Ombudsman Services and MP Neil Coyle who contacted H4W twice on my behalf.

When I spoke to the person from H4W earlier I was advised that MCP should have contacted me to do the repairs. I was told the matter would be escalated. When I did not hear from MCP I called and the person who already knows about the โLady with the Toilet Seatโ was so offensive I will be raising a separate COMPLAINT based on the shoddy work that was done and MCP insisting I am responsible for the toilet. Despite getting confirmation from H4W that the issues must be sorted by MCP.
Trauma from Mobile Phone Falling in Toilet
Because of MCP and H4W both my visitor and I are TRAUMATISED from her mobile phone falling in the toilet. We had to go get it fixed at the โPhone Shopโ paying money I can hardly afford. I will be seeking compensation. There is no toilet seat, and the toilet is left uncovered. Since my visitor arrives the water is not filling up to flush the toilet. We have to use container to pour water in to flush it.

Please note that my previous clinical interaction with Mervelee consists of 3x 10minute consultations since 2017. MM Response: I have no memory of those consultations. However, 2017 was one of the most difficult year for me and the GP Practice should have been aware. Please note that time allocated by the surgery for completion of this letter was 20minutes, MM Response: Working as an EYFS Coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator am appalled at Dr. Pennack having the nerves to admit that the SURGER allocated her only 20 minutes to write a report that can determine if am IMPRISONED and EVICTED after the death of my 101 year old husband.
I am note able to be as thorough as I would have liked, and I am also not sure that I am going to be able to add much to the thorough psychiatric report that was completed in April. MM Response: You have no reason to make any decisions about been as thorough as you like. All you had to do is put information together from DATA in the system. You ask for specific mental health conditions โ she was diagnosed with anxiety and depression several years ago (first coded in 2018). MM Response: Where do you get this information from about 2018? My Chronic Anxiety diagnosis was July 2006 for my Health and Social Examination with the Open University. The only exam I had to do because I chose courses to be able to achieve because of my IMPAIRMENTS.
There was a query of bipolar disorder made by my colleague Dr Evans due to paranoid behaviour, pressure of speech, labile mood MM Response: I will have to find out more about this as I have no memory of this. Hence, I contacted you after you put the Aids Test in without being honest what your thoughts were when I visited you about Weight Loss noticed by the Professionals at appointment at the Hospital. (please note formal bipolar disorder diagnoses are not generally made by GPs, this is something our psychiatry colleagues do). A CMHT referral was done but rejected, they asked she see the mental health nurse first, but it appeared this never happened, although she does now have an appointment at the end of August with the mental health nurse at the surgery โ if the nurse feels CMHT input is needed she may then do a re-referral. Of note, CMHT did assess her in 2022 and found no evidence of bipolar disorder or psychosis. MM Response: When I organise my online Live Broadcasting under Mervelee Myers Consultancy Fight4justice as a Mental Health & SEND Advocate for the Early Intervention Strategies KEY to SURVIVAL. For my grandson with Speech and Language Delay, I will expose those covering for my former employers at http://www.leyf.org.uk and Nexus Health Group for breaches of the Equality Act.
Mervelee also reports that she has an eating disorder (Describes some days she cannot eat or drink anything at all), although I cannot find evidence of a formal psychiatric diagnosis of eating disorder. MM Response: Here we go again. Did I not say that my father and uncle had Parkinson’s? I developed “TRAUMAS” as a result of Disabilities and Poverty, but because I do not have a “Medical Diagnosis for Parkinson’s I cannot claim Parkinson’s as a DISABILITY. What you claim colleague Dr Evans due to paranoid behaviour, pressure of speech, labile mood is none other than the signs and symptoms of my “Atypical PARKINSONISM”. That is hard to diagnose and treat. I don’t need a diagnosis to say if I eat or not. My mother had the same condition.
You mentioned โdisability issuesโ โ I am not quite sure what you are asking? MM Response: Shame on you Dr. Pennack.
She has a past medical history of type 2 diabetes and knee osteoarthritis, although I cannot see any recent documentation on how the arthritis has affected her. MM Response: I did have Physio, and I do lots of walking. With aging come the exacerbation of any conditions. Sometimes my feet are swollen and painful and my toes dropped, and reason am visiting the hospital and was asked to make appointment for review. There are times when my hands crumble and I cannot use them.
There are no documented complications of her diabetes, it is well controlled. MM Response: Controlled as all my other CONDITIONS until I am pushed over the edge and triggered. Reasons Nexus Health Group will be exposed with NHS England and Maudsley NHS and Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Southwark Council Adult Social Care and Southwark Health Ambassador and Housing for Women and Housing Ombudsman Service and Devonshires Solicitors LLP. Others will be listed.
It is such a SHAME that it has come to this after the support I was given over the years to live a normal and fulfilling life until Dr. Joanna Pennack and Nexus Health Group decided to use Medical Gaslighting and Misogyny against me.

I am sorry to learn of your experience and thank you for taking the time to contact us. MM Response: I will address this with the same amount of seriousness that has been put on my complaint. Why I am under threats to be IMPRISONED and EVICTED via threats of Contempt of Court because of the failures of the Metropolitan Police to safeguard me and my husband who was traumatised from the racist, terrorist Deborah Agnes Gilchrist who was coerced by Samantha Gibbs. Samantha Gibbs joined Housing for Women in April 2022 and sent me invitation to ASB meeting in May. I have proof on YouTube Live of the times I called for support and the RACIST IGNORANT Members of the Metropolitan Police come here to join in the hate crimes.
I am aware that you have made multiple complaints in quick succession. I have received three of these today and will address each one independently. This is complaint 3 of 3. MM Response: Whose fault is it that I have to raise these complaints?
From reviewing your complaint form, I understand that you are complaining regarding two female officers who have visited you on 09th August 2024, regarding a twitter post. I have been unable to locate any records or body worn camera footage from this incident. MM Response: There goes my argument that I am the target of the STUPIDIEST member of the Metropolitan Police thinking they dealing with an idiot. If I am to send you a link, are you willing to share with me the footage that you have which captures the issues that you are complaining about? Based on the fact I am busy trying to get my life back after 10 years of Systemic Discrimination including the Metropolitan Police. I also note that you have mentioned issues relating back to 30th October 2017. MM Response: You are very observant, and this will be the basis of my exposure of the Metropolitan Police GASLIGHTING and MISOGYNY. I am aware that you have another ongoing complaint which is recorded under the following reference: PC/2268/24 which is being processed by the Central South (AS) Professional Standards Unit. Have these issues already been raised in relation to PC/02268/24 or are you making a new complaint? MM Response: I refuse to waste my precious time over any matters that the Metropolitan Police should have addressed from 2017. If this is new, please provide me with as much information as possible to help me fully understand your concerns. Mervelee Myers the Author of โIN HONOUR OF STRONG WOMEN EVERYWHEREโ is privilege to be celebrating the life of Mr. Eric J. Porter aka Man-Man with his family and friends with my tribute. I must, therefore, apply a saying from Nelson Mandela โThe Purpose of Freedom is to Create for Othersโ. I was honoured to meet Mr. Porter when I was sent to Elim House to find Aubyn Graham by a lady I meet in Bermondsey Southwark where I have been living the past 23 years 2000.
I will share the story about how Mr. Porter and Mervelee Myers became friends playing DOMINOES. Sometimes we were playing alone until we are joined by Fitz, the Driver of Elim House. My visits to Elim House were my escape from what my life had become after the death of my MOTHER with DEMENTIA in 2004.
As Mr. Porterโs generation are on transitions like my 101-year-old husband ARNOLD EBENEZER TOMLINSON who died in April 2024. I must confess that I was attracted to Mr. Porter because he and my husband were BORN in March. To share one of Marcus Garveyโs PHILOSOPHY. โIf We as a PEOPLE Realised the GREATNESS from Which We CAME We Would be Less Likely to DISRESPECT Ourselvesโ.
Mervelee Myers must use the passing of Mr. Porter to highlight the LIVITY and UPLIFTMENT of the AFRICAN CARIBBEAN PEOPLE with our CONTRIBUTIONS and CONDOLENCES for the loss of another STALWART from the local communities. Who rendered his services and has gone on before to RIP.
People Of Mr. Porterโs age are known as โThe Windrush Generationโ. The Windrush Generation made valuable contributions to the United Kingdom UK from the Empire Windrush arrives here in June 1948. In honouring Mr. Porter for his contributions, we must be aware that DISCRIMINATION is taking tolls on โFuture Windrush Generationโ in 2024.
Today as we gather to celebrate the life of Mr. Porter let us start by honouring and acknowledging the roles of some of the persons amongst US. They are non-other than Rastafari Birdlegs as I must share my story of how Rastafari Birdlegs featured me on his Black Perspective Exhibition at Elim House. When I reached the end of my tether, caring for my HUSBAND. His place was where I found REFUGE โCreating the Legaciesโ from stories of the INJUSTICES faced by the โWindrush Generationโ still happening in 2024.
Let me give Mr. Porterโs son Louis who I meet at Rastafari Birdlegs place a โSpecial Mentionโ. Growing up with seven (BROTHERS) I can understand why a SON would give up his worldly POSSESSION and DEDICATE his LIFE to CARING for his FATHER. Can I ask everyone celebrating with the PORTER Family to spare a thought for the โWindrush Generationโ missing out on CARE.
May the ANCESTORS bless and guide Mr. Porterโs FAMILY and FRIENDS at this time of TRANSITIONING.
Housing Ombudsman Service Responsible For Mervelee Myers Scared Of Acting On Suicidal Thoughts.
As a member of the Resident Panel, Mervelee Myers is exercising my rights as a vulnerable person who has been let down by the Housing Ombudsman Services and Mr. Richard Blakeway in particular to the point where after attending Court on Wednesday 18th September 2024, I came away feeling SUICIDAL. After leaving Court I attended my appointment with Dennis Kamara and was in time to hear him talking with a female on the phone. The purpose of the talk was Dennis was arranging support for me with Mental Health Older Adults Service 02032286920. After leaving the appointment I had to take my “Marriage Certificate” to the Job Centre to get it scanned to send off to get Bereavement Support Payment. I visited a friend of mine and was too SCARED to come back to my home where I no longer feel SAFE. I sleep on his sofa and leave early next morning. I have not eaten a proper meal in days and having DIABETES does not help my situation. I had to call the Police again when my neighbour started shouting abuse at me and threatening to come down to SORT me out. CAD 7435/16SEP24 and I have an appointment to be interviewed on the 22/09/2024. I have been living like a PRISONER at Alma Grove London SE1 5PY since I was forced to barricade myself in on Christmas eve 2022 for over an hour. The Safer Neighbourhood Team was supposed to contact me from then, am still waiting. Let me share more recent information about my engagement with the Metropolitan Police that will expose “A New Met for London” as a cover for GASLIGHTING and MISOGYNY in breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics in the UK in 2024. No Blacks No Dogs No Irish. CAD 5710/12SEP/24 and CAD 5309/0Aug24 and CAD 3200/19May24 and CAD5569/17May24 and CAD 4631/17May24. Make Things Right Campaign: Mervelee Myers wants to share information about the Systemic Discrimination and Miscarriages of Justice starting at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust 2003-2008 when I had the first nervous breakdown after the death of my brother wit colon cancer. To 2024 when my husband was neglected on BYRON ward and on the 6th April 2024 after attending the Windrush Vigil in Brixton Nurse Betty called Security I was ABUSING STAFF. I was removed from my husband’s bedside and ended in A&E at St Thomas’ Hospital. I never saw my husband again until he died on the 8th and they waited 6 hours to inform me. Since LEYF CEO sanctions the DISCRIMINATION and labels me Unprofessional, Uncoorporative, Rude, Intimidating, Confrontational, Aggressive – Lacking Empathy (UURICA-LE) after I fronted OFSTED at BIB in September 2014 and was given the CEO Long Service Award. Let me put the Government in the spotlight. In 2011 I meet Michael Gove at LEYF Annual Conference. I represented LEYF at a Consultation with the Communities Secretary Eric Pickles. I wrote an Open Letter to PM David Cameron in October 2015. I write another Open Letter to PM Theresa May in 2017 and take out a PETITION that was rejected. This was the same year when Winsome Duncan sent me 3 REVIEWS on LEYF website about the abuses at LEYF Nurseries. By this time I was able to access LEYF websites. I was removed by LinkedIn that ended stealing 3 accounts, the first with 69 PUBLICATIONS.
Let me put on record that the Housing Ombudsman Service must be accountable for the Ms. Presley and Mervelee Myers who have been made VOICELESS by INJUNCTIONS because of the failures to act when we raised concerns. If I did not promise to stop SWEARING I would. What is meant by the GOVERNMENT is seeking volunteers from the Housing Ombudsman Resident Panel to participate in an EXCITING research project? The campaign aim to EMPOWER housing TENANTS to raise issues and make COMPLAINTS if they have PROBLEMS with their HOME or LANDLORD.
Let me tell the Housing Ombudsman Service that I have signed up, but the world will know more about how HOS is responsible for Mervelee Myers’ predicament where am SCARED of acting on my SUICIDAL thoughts.
As a participant in consultation with CRISIS and Adrian Jackson as a member of Cardboard Citizens let me say I have averted a Grenfel Tower where I have been living the past 23 yeas as a result of “Domestic Violence” because of greedy contractors. I was a member of the Housing for Women Scrutiny Panel as the minute taker. Ms. Presley found me online because Hermoine Cameron was advocating on my behalf on Twitter.
My complaints reached “Stage2” and then my DATA was wiped from the Customer Portal. I will end by saying it is a dying shame on the Housing Ombudsman Service to be operating like WOLVES in SHEEP clothing whilst Housing for Women tenants like Ms. Presley and Mervelee Myers are GAG with threats of IMPRISONMENT and EVICTION via CONTEMPT of COURT because H4W employ Devonshires Solicitors LLP to send me letter of repossession in July 2023. I want the HOS to go track my online RECORD of seeking help. I even contacted my MP Neil Coyle who has been in touch with H4W. I am sat in doors hoping they will come and fix the toilet seat again, before my visitor arrives from abroad. I told the person I have spoken to I don’t want my vistor to come see me in the state am in.
I have an appointment for an interview next Friday, I got up feeling SUICIDAL. The person at CRISIS 08007312864 Victor has only made matters worse. As an EYFS coordinator SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator at LEYF, I will take back control and let the world know how the person who was the face of “Windrush 70” is being treated in the UK after the contributions I made.

Resident Panel update – 19 September 2024 Dear Resident Panel member
We recently released our severe maladministration report on temporary moves โ which is where residents are moved out of their home due to required works. This report comes ahead of the introduction of Awaabโs Law, which has specific requirements for landlords on temporary moves where there are risks to the health and safety of residents.
Severe maladminstration is the most serious failure the Housing Ombudsman can make, where there is evidence of serious detrimental impact to the resident so these reports are vital for learning and highlighting where things can be improved across the sector.
The impact of our recruitment drive Between April and July this year we completed 713 more investigations than in the same period last year โ a 41% increase. We would like to thank anyone that has an open case with us for their patience as we continue to grow and evolve to meet demands on the service.
How the Housing Ombudsman investigates complaints Invite to take part in government research about landlords communication with residents The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) would like your views to help support and inform their Make Things Right campaign. The government is seeking volunteers from the Housing Ombudsman Resident Panel to participate in an exciting research project. The campaign aims to empower social housing tenants to raise issues and make complaints if they have problems with their home or landlord.
The Government is looking for volunteers to join 2 focus groups to understand peopleโs experiences in how their landlord communicates with them about their reporting and complaints process, including any pain points that exist, and what they would like to see in how their landlord communicates with you.
The sessions will be led by our marketing agency, 23red, who will create the final campaign. The focus groups will bring together a small group of tenants to answer questions and discuss experiences around landlords communicating their social housing complaints processes.
When are the focus groups? To participate, you need to be free to join both of the focus groups via Zoom on the dates below.
Wednesday 25 September from 5pm to 6pm
The first focus group is a guided discussion around resident’s experiences.
Thursday 17 October from 5pm to 6pm
The second focus group is to build upon discussions and give feedback on ideas being developed

Please note there are a limited number of slots therefore we will confirm if you have been selected as a participant for the focus groups.

During the Resident Panel meeting in June, over 55% of you told us that you had been approached or seen an advert for a disrepair claim company. We have been hard at work informing regulators, the Financial Conduct Authority and the Solicitiors Regulation Authority of their actions and to push for change, and had conversations with the Ministry of Justice. This is a great example of how the input from our Resident Panel really can make a difference across the sector.
