I was refused access to my PORTAL by H4W after they WIPED it of all DATA claiming they were updating the system. After several attempts I was treated with disrespect. Refer to the COMPLAINTS to the Housing Ombudsman Services. H4W used my VULNERABILITY against me to coerced Ms Gilchrist to target me. I have always raised concerns over the phone and in writing to be kept on record. These have been posted on my Social Media. To say I am not to post my concerns about 23 years of discrimination by H4W is in breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. It is known fact that H4W target the VULNERABLE. It is not my responsibility if Devonshires Solicitors LLP seek to profit from the MISERY of TENANTS and my 100 year old husband who is TRAUMATISED.

I had access to the H4W Customer Portal where my DATA was secured from 2000. Why did H4W wiped the Portal of DATA and refused me access. Same way they refused me contacting them by email. I was threated with EVICTION over the phone by Peju Awoye who then hang up the phone on me. Sometimes I phone up to get advice and ended up having someone hanging up on me. Since I recorded as DEFENSIVE PRACTICE these must be used in EVIDENCE instead of calling me a LIAR.

Mervelee Ratty Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson came to Great Britain from Jamaica to settle the second time after visiting to find out if I could manage to live in this country. I was inspired to make use of the opportunity to settle in the UK because of my English Teacher, at Frome Secondary School, Ms. Anderson.
I did not reach my individual potential because my “Childhood Traumas” developed from my father was stricken by Parkinson’s disease. But I did not let my deficits and limitations restrict me from making the most of my chances to gain the best education available.
I was educated at Basic School attached to the Baptist Church. The Townhead Primary School was across from where my mother was born. This was where I was taught to develop the resilience to cope with the life I was blessed with. The Frome Secondary School was located where my father worked when he walked from St Elizabeth to Westmoreland to find work and settle. After getting pregnant my Form Teacher Mr. Felix Rose advised me to go back to studying and I attended “Evening Classes” at Mannings High School.
I was a Basic School Teacher that built on my early beginning of being a carer from the date my youngest sibling was born and my father hand him to me to hold so mum could rest. The foundation for my passion for working with younger children was formed when I was at home, not working and my cousin Candy Gooden told the Head Teacher of the Townhead Primary School to send and call me to offer me the job.
I worked as a “Contract Cleaner” all over London and was searching for the consistency, familiarity, and continuity of having a steady job to go to. I was working at the BBC in White City when I discovered the “Workplace Nursery” and enrolled at Lambeth College. I had done a “Care Assistant” course in 1996 and realised I would not be able to take on the job of caring full time because of my “Personal Experiences” of being an informal carer from the age of 7 years old when my brother was born.
My Book has been in the making since 2017 after I experienced the second nervous breakdown losing my mother to dementia that I diagnosed. Studies at Lambeth College and the Open University empowered me to become the advocate challenging the discrimination resulting in the two miscarriages of justice that changed my prospects after the death of my mother. My stories are documented online.

I am proud to style myself as an expert authority on subjects from the cradle for many reasons. The reasons are documented via my oral, written, and participation in research from the time my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease. To represent me at the Employment Tribunals when I was abandoned by the unions, I paid my money on two occasions.
The fact that allegations were used to trigger my PTSD after bereavement and losses in toxic workplaces is one of the key factors for getting my findings of Richard Harty of the University Of East London. And his links with the CEO of LEYF Nurseries June O’Sullivan. I carried out “A Voice of a Child” research for June O’Sullivan in August 2010, whilst working at Luton Street Community Nursery. Therefore, Mervelee Myers decided to get off the conveyor belt of discrimination and the “Cycle of Grief” keeping me a prisoner with a criminal record with Emotional Regulation Treatment entrapment to last until weeks before my husband’s 100th birthday in 2023.

Once again, the CLAIMANT is using my DISABILITIES against me claiming there was a HEARING Before District Judge Naidoo that I did not attend.
The Solicitor Stephen Agera did not inform me that he was no longer representing me until I got home from Court and saw the email, he sent on the 19th November 2023. This proves my ARGUMENT that the Solicitor was coerced by Ms Narin Masera not to represent me.
No notice of legal aid or notice of acting appearing on the Court File, but the Defendant’s Solicitors having made an application dated 21st August 2023 to set aside the INJUNCTION Order, I am now saying the Solicitor Stephen Agera failed to act in my best interest to get the outcome proving the INJUNCTION is UNLAWFUL. I did not have any time to look at the BUNDLE and attend the HEARING because of the CRISIS affecting me from the 21st July 2023 to 31st July 2023 when I take my husband for his Diabetes Eye Checks.
The CLAIMANT is no longer pursuing its application to vary the INJUNCTION order dated 29th November 2023 because they know the INJUNCTION is UNLAWFUL.
The COURT must take Ms Masera and Solicitor Stephen Agera UNPROFESSIONAL conducts into consideration. I was in the office when they spoke and he told me she was trying to coerce him not to represent me. She asked him to destroy the BUNDLE she sent to me that I gave him to copy.
Solicitor Stephen Agera took Medical Reports from me that he said he would use to vary the INJUNCTION order dated 29th November 2023.
I am not aware of the Proceedings via email by the CLAIMANT and Solicitor Stephen Agera. However, I can say Housing for Women barred me sending email and wiped the Customer Portal of DATA from 2000.
I am applying the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics, the GDPR and Charter of Rights in my DEFENCE.

Since I was STRESSED out Preparing the DEFENCE over the CHRISTMAS SEASON, I was unable to take care of myself and do my CARING DUTIES for my HUSBAND. I will, therefore, be using the DEFENCE I prepared already. However, in order for Ms MASERA not to get away with her UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT am sending this to the COURT ahead of the HEARING on the 16th January 2024. So, the world understands why those responsible for the 23 years of TERRORISM by Deborah Agnes Gilchrist whose alcoholism and racism have taken sinister turns and if I am not careful I will become another statistics of Housing For Women, the Metropolitan Police and Devonshires Solicitors Systemic Discrimination. Let me begin by saying if the “Lion Don’t Learn to Write, the Hunter Will Always Tell the Story”. I have given Housing For Women enough chances to rectify this matter. Instead, they decided to continue the vendetta by coercing Ms Gilchrist and her DRUGS Taking Friends and her Partner to make my life a LIVING HELL. I reached out to the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin who I meet at the AGM in April 2014 to mediate. My life has been turned upside down since the death of my mother in June 2014. I will refute H4W breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. They MUST answer why everything started in May 2022 after I lived here from December 2000.
The Injunction is UNLAWFUL because I was made a VICTIM during the time I experienced CRISIS from 21 July 2023 – 31 July 2023 when I had to take my husband for his Diabetes Eye Check. I had no time to deal with the BUNDLE that was delivered on a Sunday. Threats of ARREST and IMPRISONMENT are triggers to my DISABILITIES because of my brother who died in jail age 37+ years old.
UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION.
The Injunction is based on 23 years of Hate Crimes by my neighbour that H4W colluded with her to discriminate against me and made out I am the aggressor. Refer to the Housing Ombudsman Service Complaints that I have sent to interested parties in this case.
The Injunction that was held behind my back was UNLAW breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. Because of what was happening to me at the time as a person with Mental and Physical Impairments. I had a CRISIS and had to be visiting the GP Surgery and hospital for treatment. My brother was dying of cancer, and another was in Intensive Care, a blood vessel burst in his head. I am also the carer for my 100-year-old husband who is TRAUMATISED.

On the 25th October 2023 I got home from Mr Tony Cealy’s training “Theatre of the Oppressed” to revive my husband from a HYPO after he was visited at home by PC James Murphy who left a letter. I only learned from Stephen Agera that Ms Masera contacted him, and he advised her to contact the Police. This matter added to the STRESS and exacerbated my husband and my PTSD.
Advice for Hearing Why was the BUNDLE sent to me and not Stephen Agera? Then Ms Masera keeps calling Mr Agera asking if he is still representing me. I was in the office when he called telling Mr Agera to destroy copies of the BUNDLE, she sent me, and she would send him a new bundle. Because Mimi Owusu should not be in the listing. Who is Mimi Owusu the witness for H4W? She is the CEO of http://www.blac.org.uk who scammed me £10,000.00 after I was introduced to her at an event. How did she become H4W witness? The photo of me and Liz at the Communal Door was captured without my knowledge and used to DEFAME my name. I have never taken photos of Liz and Mimi inside my home because they asked me not to. In case H4W is not aware the GDPR 2018 and Charter of Rights 12 Codes come into play in this case.

My husband used to keep the environment clean, including washing of the bins. Killed the plants and replace with pebbles. Ms Gilchrist flooded the bathroom causing damage to Lighting Fixtures. Ms Gilchrist stomping and throwing furniture could be responsible for the Casing to fall from the ceiling narrowly missing my husband. Refer to the letterH4W claim they were not responsible for replacing it as well. I had it in the corner for a while.
Dumping or Hoarding rubbish in Communal Area: Ms Gilchrist used the Communal Area and the Garden to store stuff for her BUSINESS before she removed them. When Samantha Gibbs coerced her to target me and she abused me so I spoke about her BUSINESS and she removed the stuff. She recently put boxes on the stairs knowing I would report her. She then targeted me. She removed them before the Police came. Whatever the Police said to them caused her partner to come to my door to verbally abuse and threaten me. Reasons he kicked the door on the 13/12/23 and Police said I have no proof.
Garden: Ms Gilchrist throws rubbish into the back garden. Bits of broken wood from Ms Gilchrist window with nails sticking out fall in the garden. This is the responsibility of H4W failing to carry out repairs. I am DIABETIC and if the nails run through my shoes can be affected.
Ms Gilchrist always have cats. Faeces have been walked from outside into the Communal Area. Reasons for the mats.

By the time am finished with Devonshires Solicitors and Housing For Women, I will get tenants terrorised to come together to take claims against them. Also, the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch must explain about their role in this matter.
When was this HEARING done?
Since Statement of Cost for Hearing held on the 18/12/2023 have nothing to do with Mervelee Myers, I am charging for CYBERBULLYING by way of emails to trigger my MENTAL and PHYSICAL Impairments in breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. My constituent is concerned that she is being penalised by Housing 4 Women criticizing her neighbour who destroyed the plants and flowers she and her husband planted in the communal garden for everyone to enjoy. It would appear that this neighbour dispute escalated between the 2 with my constituent videoing her neighbour’s antisocial behaviour from the safety of her own property (not an illegal activity), which has also resulted in police involvement.
She is also concerned that her journal on the H4W Portal, where she documented all her concerns and also included various communications with your organisation including a history of her repairs to her property, including other issues pertinent to her.
Can Housing4Women please confirm what issues remain outstanding from her neighbour dispute and when do they expect the Portal to be back online, and will she be able to access her journal and all its previous content?
I would be grateful if you could look into the points raised, and advise what options are available to resolve the situation.

I was given your information when I called, and I am contacting you in the hope that you will help me in sharing my story of discrimination after the death of my mother. I have written a Report “Is Modern Slavery Thriving in the UK” and at this point I have reached the end of my tether. I wake up this morning and my eyes is hurting me and weeping. Since Friday am unable to walk properly because of pains in my foot. All the symptoms are on my left side. I am shaking like a leaf and the last time I had to call out the Ambulance because I couldn’t stop the shakes.
I have been made a victim of taking care of my health because disabilities were part of my traumas. I am 61, my husband is 97 and am his carer. Instead sometimes he is my carer. He does not deserve what is happening to us. He has weathered his storms when his solicitor was told Mr Tomlinson has a small illusion of one day becoming a property tycoon.
I am fearful that despite my Religion I might end up the statistic of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment www.hctgroup.org/. I became the victim of a young lady who introduced me to her employment barrister to scam me. He groomed her to find vulnerable black people for him to scam. In the end they sent the Police to section me on a malicious report. Our own people are our worse enemies.

Instead, they decided to continue the vendetta by coercing Ms Gilchrist and her DRUGS Taking Friends and her Partner to make my life a LIVING HELL. I reached out to the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin who I meet at the AGM in April 2014 to mediate. My life has been turned upside down since the death of my mother in June 2014. I will refute H4W breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. They MUST answer why everything started in May 2022 after I lived here from December 2000.
The Injunction is UNLAWFUL because I was made a VICTIM during the time I experienced CRISIS from 21 July 2023 – 31 July 2023 when I had to take my husband for his Diabetes Eye Check. I had no time to deal with the BUNDLE that was delivered on a Sunday. Threats of ARREST and IMPRISONMENT are triggers to my DISABILITIES because of my brother who died in jail age 37+ years old.
UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION.
The Injunction is based on 23 years of Hate Crimes by my neighbour that H4W colluded with her to discriminate against me and made out I am the aggressor. Refer to the Housing Ombudsman Service Complaints that I have sent to interested parties in this case.
The Injunction that was held behind my back was UNLAW breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. Because of what was happening to me at the time as a person with Mental and Physical Impairments. I had a CRISIS and had to be visiting the GP Surgery and hospital for treatment. My brother was dying of cancer, and another was in Intensive Care, a blood vessel burst in his head. I am also the carer for my 100-year-old husband who is TRAUMATISED.

On the 25th October 2023 I got home from Mr Tony Cealy’s training “Theatre of the Oppressed” to revive my husband from a HYPO after he was visited at home by PC James Murphy who left a letter. I only learned from Stephen Agera that Ms Masera contacted him, and he advised her to contact the Police. This matter added to the STRESS and exacerbated my husband and my PTSD.
Advice for Hearing Why was the BUNDLE sent to me and not Stephen Agera? Then Ms Masera keeps calling Mr Agera asking if he is still representing me. I was in the office when he called telling Mr Agera to destroy copies of the BUNDLE, she sent me and she would send him a new bundle. Because Mimi Owusu should not be in the listing. Who is Mimi Owusu the witness for H4W? She is the CEO of http://www.blac.org.uk who scammed me £10,000.00 after I was introduced to her at an event. How did she become H4W witness? The photo of me and Liz at the Communal Door was captured without my knowledge and used to DEFAME my name. I have never taken photos of Liz and Mimi inside my home because they asked me not to. In case H4W is not aware the GDPR 2018 and Charter of Rights 12 Codes come into play in this case.

My husband used to keep the environment clean, including washing of the bins. Killed the plants and replace with pebbles. Ms Gilchrist flooded the bathroom causing damage to Lighting Fixtures. Ms Gilchrist stomping and throwing furniture could be responsible for the Casing to fall from the ceiling narrowly missing my husband. Refer to the letterH4W claim they were not responsible for replacing it as well. I had it in the corner for a while.
Dumping or Hoarding rubbish in Communal Area: Ms Gilchrist used the Communal Area and the Garden to store stuff for her BUSINESS before she removed them. When Samantha Gibbs coerced her to target me and she abused me so I spoke about her BUSINESS and she removed the stuff. She recently put boxes on the stairs knowing I would report her. She then targeted me. She removed them before the Police came. Whatever the Police said to them caused her partner to come to my door to verbally abuse and threaten me. Reasons he kicked the door on the 13/12/23 and Police said I have no proof.
Garden: Ms Gilchrist throws rubbish into the back garden. Bits of broken wood from Ms Gilchrist window with nails sticking out fall in the garden. This is the responsibility of H4W failing to carry out repairs. I am DIABETIC and if the nails run through my shoes can be affected.
Ms Gilchrist always have cats. Faeces have been walked from outside into the Communal Area. Reasons for the mats.

By the time am finished with Devonshires Solicitors and Housing For Women, I will get tenants terrorised to come together to take claims against them. Now Devonshires Solicitors will be charged with Housing for Women for 23 years of “Systemic Discrimination” against me. Please refer to the “Content Pages” and find out from Housing for Women why they breached the “Tenancy Agreement” and wiped the “Portal”?
Housing for Women will be charged for “Coercive Control” of Deborah Agnes Gilchrist after she broke the glass to the “Communal Door” the first time on the 13th December 2021. I have been asking for help since Christmas eve 2021 when I had to barricade myself inside. As an EYFS Coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator in my last job with www.leyf.org.uk, I recognized the changes in Ms Gilchrist behaviour. Instead I was made the victim, Samantha Gibbs invitation to ASB. I have been verbally abused by Ms Gilchrist, her friends and partner. A malicious reported resulted in the Police storming my home on 26/1/2023. Results I had to attend Croydon Magistrates Court the next day or I would be arrested. Refer to the patterns of threats to ARREST me with visit to my home by PC James Murphy on Ms Masera on 25th October 2023. Days after we were robbed in Peckham. I had to attend CMC 3 times for another Malicious Report of Ms Gilchrist resulting in a REPORT by Julie Olayinka DEFAMING my name. I had to go for interview at Walworth Police Station on 3/2/2023. The Police are still investigating. My husband and I got separated. In the BUNDLE that Ms Masera asked Stephen Agera to DESTROY it is said that the Police was called by a neighbour I abused.
Samantha Gibbs bring man to my door to introduce my “New Housing Officer” he tried to ASSAULT me.
The Police will be held accountable for their role in this HATE CRIMES when they failed to act when Ms Gilchrist partner kicked my door. I have most of everything recorded. Reasons the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION is ILLEGAL.
As for Ms Masera sending me COSTS and other documents about Hearing before District Judge Bell. This is fabrication and DJ Bell must address such discrepancies.
I still believe in giving H4W the opportunity to redeem because they rescued me from HOMELESSNESS in 2000. However, the world must be informed how H4W have changed the same as Ms Gilchrist.

I have one contact with TRINA PHILBERT when she visited my home with Candy Smith of Southwark Adult Social Care who arranged a MEDIATION with H4W. I was supposed to speak to the Barrister before the Hearing, but Stephen keeps making excuses. I eventually spoken to her on the day of the Hearing. From the time she met me she was drumming in my ears that I must be WHITER than WHITE. I find this very concerning when she continued the same theme after we came out of the Hearing. Because she asked that the “Witness Statement of Mimi Owusu be disregarded as prejudicial”. But my biggest concerns were hearing Barrister A saying she was SCARED I was going to SHOUT at the judge. Stephen sent me messages that although I might not understand certain issues, I was to let Barrister A do the talking. I never said a word, so now that Stephen withdrawn, I am asking for an explanation. Also, I want to know who is Housing for Women witness Mimi Owusu. The only Mimi I know is Imani Zenawii the CEO of www.blac.org.uk who scammed me £10,000.00.

So, the world understands why those responsible for the 23 years of TERRORISM by Deborah Agnes Gilchrist whose alcoholism and racism have taken sinister turns and if I am not careful I will become another statistics of Housing For Women, the Metropolitan Police and Devonshires Solicitors Systemic Discrimination. Let me begin by saying if the “Lion Don’t Learn to Write, the Hunter Will Always Tell the Story”. I have given Housing For Women enough chances to rectify this matter. Instead, they decided to continue the vendetta by coercing Ms Gilchrist and her DRUGS Taking Friends and her Partner to make my life a LIVING HELL. I reached out to the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin who I meet at the AGM in April 2014 to mediate. My life has been turned upside down since the death of my mother in June 2014. I will refute H4W breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. They MUST answer why everything started in May 2022 after I lived here from December 2000.

Narin Masera Unprofessional Conduct
On the 25th October 2023 I got home from Mr Tony Cealy’s training “Theatre of the Oppressed” to revive my husband from a HYPO after he was visited at home by PC James Murphy who left a letter. I only learned from Stephen Agera that Ms Masera contacted him, and he advised her to contact the Police. This matter added to the STRESS and exacerbated my husband and my PTSD.

After we were robbed in Peckham on the 19th October 2023. CAD 3899/19OCT23 and 3034363/23 and CHS28919/07DEC23. We have no forms of ID and the Police only came to get the Witness Statements signed on the date my stepson joined my neighbour to target me.

The Injunction is based on 23 years of Hate Crimes by my neighbour that H4W colluded with her to discriminate against me and made out I am the aggressor.

Why was the BUNDLE sent to me and not Stephen Agera? Then Ms Masera keeps calling Mr Agera asking if he is still representing me. I was in the office when he called telling Mr Agera to destroy copies of the BUNDLE, she sent me, and she would send him a new bundle. Because Mimi Owusu should not be in the listing. Who is Mimi Owusu the witness for H4W? She is the CEO of www.blac.org.uk who scammed me £10,000.00 after I was introduced to her at an event. How did she become H4W witness? The photo of me and Liz at the Communal Door was captured without my knowledge and used to DEFAME my name. I have never taken photos of Liz and Mimi inside my home because they asked me not to. In case H4W is not aware the GDPR 2018 and Charter of Rights 12 Codes come into play in this case.

The Tenant or Person residing or visiting the dwelling house –
has been guilty of conduct causing or likely to cause a nuisance or annoyance to a person residing, visiting, or otherwise engaging in a lawful activity in the locality. Refer to letter for Copy of KEY to Mark Murphy. The Key has been given to almost everyone who attends H4W Premises to open the Communal Door and knock my door. Sometimes they don’t knock and leave notices on the mat.
Ms Gilchrist has installed CCTV cameras and lets in people through the Communal Door to knock on my door. CHS 33436/18DEC23 ASB Neighbour let my stepson in through the Communal Door. He was targeting me. He opens the door to the neighbour despite me telling my husband not to. He told me she is seeking Legal Advice against me. CHS 30812/18DEC23
When I reported the kicking on my door, the Police claim it was my neighbours’ words against me about whether he kicked my door. CAD 6390/13DEC23
The BT Engineer informed me that anyone who kicked on my door will be captured on the CCTV.

Samantha Gibbs visit to Alma Grove, let herself in with the keys they got from me. Claim she came to introduce me to my new “Housing Officer”. She does not need to give me warning she is coming to visit. I have never had my “Housing Officer” brought to my door to be introduced to me. He tried to ASSAULT me at my door. Ms Gilchrist and Ms Gibbs were congregating outside. The Police came because Ms Gibbs called them and started making ALLEGATIONS against me. Date: 12/01/2023.

Ms Gilchrist partner was kicking the door and shouting abuses at me. CAD 6390/13DEC23 captured on Live with the DISCRIMINATION of the Police Officers who came. One of whom was here on the 12/12/2023. CAD 4186/12DEC2023 – 1268AS & 3348AS– Am still waiting to be contacted by the relevant authorities.
Ms Gilchrist started slamming doors and shouting abuse when she was leaving. She came back later hurling more abuses and threatening me.

I was made a CRIMINAL needing ERT to cover for Richard Harty MIC Abusers at www.leyf.org.uk after Police were sent to MURDER me under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture to say I commit SUICIDE.
I was beaten up and taken out half clothe. My husband who was in the kitchen did not know what was happening. I was not allowed to use my phone to call my stepson.

Breaking the glass to the Communal Area twice. I am a PERFORMER and SINGER, but I am not shouting and screaming.
Criminal Damage to Landlord’s or Neighbours Property – Ms Gilchrist cut the garden every time it starts growing. My husband invested in the garden. My husband used to keep the environment clean, including washing of the bins. Killed the plants and replace with pebbles. Ms Gilchrist flooded the bathroom causing damage to Lighting Fixtures. Ms Gilchrist stomping and throwing furniture could be responsible for the Casing to fall from the ceiling narrowly missing my husband. Refer to the letterH4W claim they were not responsible for replacing it as well. I had it in the corner for a while.
Dumping or Hoarding rubbish in Communal Area: Ms Gilchrist used the Communal Area and the Garden to store stuff for her BUSINESS before she removed them. When Samantha Gibbs coerced her to target me, and she abused me, so I spoke about her BUSINESS, and she removed the stuff. She recently put boxes on the stairs knowing I would report her. She then targeted me. She removed them before the Police came. Whatever the Police said to them caused her partner to come to my door to verbally abuse and threaten me. Reasons he kicked the door on the 13/12/23 and Police said I have no proof.
Garden: Ms Gilchrist throws rubbish into the back garden. Bits of broken wood from Ms Gilchrist window with nails sticking out fall in the garden. This is the responsibility of H4W failing to carry out repairs. I am DIABETIC and if the nails run through my shoes can be affected.
Ms Gilchrist always has cats. Faeces have been walked from outside into the Communal Area. Reasons for the mats.

2.30 Landlord’s Objective
Housing for Women has the charitable objective of housing, women, and their dependants. Any act or omission in contravention of this objective will be treated as a breach of covenant upon which the Landlord might seek to recover possession.

1. Purpose of this Policy – MM Updates: Based on my qualifications, experiences and trainings Mervelee Myers will go through this Policy and point out how Housing For Women changed from when I was rescued from Domestic Violence and provided with a HOME in December 2000 to coercing Ms. Deborah Agnes Gilchrist to terrorising me and my husband.
1.1. The purpose of this policy details how Women’s Pioneer Housing (WPH) will seek to
safeguard adults and children at risk. – MM Updates: Mervelee Myers will prove otherwise.
2. Our commitment – MM Updates: Mervelee Myers is committed to sharing with the world that H4W is now a TERROR CELL of women who abuse the tenants.
2.1. Women’s Pioneer is committed to ensuring that concerns about safeguarding
residents are reported to designate officers and acted on effectively. – MM Updates: Why has H4W wiped my Portal of all DATA after they accepted the complaints from the Housing Ombudsman Service? Complaint 202209405 – Housing For Women 13th October 2022. Housing Ombudsman Service Tele: 0300 111 3000
2.2. Concerns about the actions of a colleague must be raised with the relevant line
manager or a designated safeguarding lead. MM Updates: Mervelee Myers have issues with H4W cowardly women who discriminated against me and they will be named and exposed at the highest levels, starting with Samantha Gibbs.
2.3. We will take preventative action where possible. This includes, but is not limited to
identifying abuse, acting on our own concerns and reports from others, and liaising
with the relevant agencies. MM Updates: Mervelee Myers will take H4W to court for compensation. I will call on the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin who I meet in April 2014 at the AGM to mediate. I have contacted her office already and she claimed she is unable to help. But am sure next time she will be eager to help or she will be known for her reluctance to resolve matters affecting the BAME Community.
2.4. All employees have a duty to be alert to any signs of abuse or potential abuse and to
act, immediately, by escalating their concern to one of the designated safeguarding
leads. Safeguarding is everyone’s business. MM Updates: How very interesting when Mervelee Myers present evidence of H4W reign of terror against TENANTS.
2.5. We expect external partners and contractors to have appropriate safeguarding
procedures of their own in place. MM Updates: Mervelee Myers will relish exposing H4W and some of their contractors. Like preventing a Grenfell Tower for me and my neighbour at 18 Alma Grove advocating on her behalf. Now H4W can restore my DATA to the Portal.

3. Legal framework – MM Updates: Mervelee Myers represented myself at 2 Employment Tribunals where I gained the knowledge to challenge H4W Systemic Discrimination and allowing contractors and Devonshires Solicitors to TERRORISE me.
3.1. As a registered provider of social housing, we are required under the terms of the
Care Act to co-operate with local authorities in matters regarding safeguarding. MM Updates: Southwark Council will be charged with H4W discrimination based on the 300+ pages of SAR. Along with Southwark Adult Social Care and other organisations involved in the hate crimes against me and my husband.
Legislation and best practice include:
The Care Act, 2014 (Designed to place the safeguarding of adults at risk on a
statutory footing for the first time, with local authorities given clearly defined

and legal responsibility to work with WPH once a case is referred or highlighted to

Sexual Offences act- 2003 – MM Updates: Samantha Gibbs bring a man to my door to introduce as my “Housing Officer” on 12/1/2023. Gaining entry with the keys I was asked for by H4W Mark Murphy to use to do maintenance work. The man tried to ASSAULT me when Samantha Gibbs started verbally abusing me. I never had a MALE Housing Officer before and none of my H/O was introduced to me on my doorstep before. The Police who came terrorised me as is/was the norm. All Contactors have keys to enter and come to my door. Of biggest concerns is the person who started leaving letters on the MATS about the mats that have been at the door since 2001. Someone sneaked in and removed them in October 2023. After I was tried behind my back and Devonshires Solicitors said ALL should gain entrance. The MATS were to prevent substances walked on shoes into the house.

I am hoping to incorporate my experiences of being TRAUMATISED from my father was stricken with Parkinson’s and the impact of disabilities on my life and that of my family. I was a teenage mother with a son who did not talk early. My father reassured me his condition was family related. He was misdiagnosed as deaf and dumb. I had to deal with the labelling and stigmas.
My work as a graduate of Lambeth College and the Open University as well as being a Basic School Teacher in Jamaica empowered me to use my knowledge and experiences in helping children and their families.
My grandson is 2+ years old and not talking, same as his father. I am trying to set up online to help him and others. I will be grateful if you can include me on the Parent Panel. I come with a wealth of personal experiences and additional knowledge as an EYFS coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator.

Most in-person attendees were able to join us for an evening meal which gave a further opportunity to informally socialise. With the ongoing cost of living crisis; the potential for cold weather, and the ongoing threat from COVID-19 and flu, we know that this winter will be challenging for many of our residents.
Join colleagues from Public Health, Exchequer Services and partner organisations for a webinar which will showcase available cost of living and energy efficiency support available for Southwark residents this winter, and how staff can support residents to access it. We will also share up to date data to help you identify people you work with who are most at risk this winter, and highlight some ways staff can help residents keep healthy this winter.
The webinar will take place on Thursday 23rd November, between 12 and 1pm and is open to all Southwark Council staff, as well as frontline staff from partner organisations, including the voluntary & community sector. Concerns about KEYS to Communal Area
Sexual Offences act- 2003 – MM Updates: Samantha Gibbs bring a man to my door to introduce as my “Housing Officer” on 12/1/2023. Gaining entry with the keys I was asked for by H4W Mark Murphy to use to do maintenance work. The man tried to ASSAULT me when Samantha Gibbs started verbally abusing me. I never had a MALE Housing Officer before and none of my H/O was introduced to me on my doorstep before. The Police who came terrorised me as is/was the norm. All Contactors have keys to enter and come to my door. Of biggest concerns is the person who started leaving letters on the MATS about the mats that have been at the door since 2001. Someone sneaked in and removed them in October 2023. After I was tried behind my back and Devonshires Solicitors said ALL should gain entrance. The MATS were to prevent substances walked on shoes into the house.
5.3. A child is a person under 18. All children are considered to be in need of protection.
