Based on my Arguments that Devonshires Solicitors LLP Narin Masera and Charles Hills & CO Solicitors Stephen Agera set out to pervert the Course of Justice. I, Mervelee Ionie Ratty Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson is asking the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch to grant me an ADJOURNMENT when I attend on the 16th January 2024.
As a person who is affected by DISABILITIES some of which have been exacerbated over the years since I wrote to the Senior HR Dilys Epton of LEYF that I am DEPRESSED and DYING SLOWLY of TORTURE. I think it is only fair for JUSTICE to be served for the COURT to hear my side of the STORIES about 22 years of HATE CRIMES living at 16 Alma Grove, Bermondsey, London SE1 5PY.
I will based my arguments on certain pertinent FACTS that will have to be viewed like the POST OFFICE SCANDAL and JEFFERY EPSTEIN CASE FILES. This will prove my case about why Housing for Women wiped the CUSTOMER PORTAL of DATA from 2000. Why they sent me letter in July if my MEDIATION offer with my neighbour was still open and then sent me letter from Devonshires Solicitors Narin Masera in July also.
When I telephoned Ms Masera on the number she provided in the letter, my intention was to MEDIATE. Because H4W have disgruntled TENANTS who are being treated unfairly by Devonshires Solicitors. WE are seeking to take H4W to court for breaches of the TENANCY AGREEMENT we signed. WE have complained to the Housing Ombudsman that is failing US like the POST OFFICE SCANDAL. Some big NAMES will be called and are already published online. This matter did not just start when Narin Masera got in touch with me on behalf of H4W with their band of FEMALES who I have on record DISCRIMINATING against me. That’s the only reason I am GAGGED with an UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site for more. I will stay off social media until I give the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch time to amend the ACTIONS of their DISTRICT JUDGES involved in why I was labelled a VIOLENT NUISANCE behind my back. Are they behaving like those involved in the POST OFFICE SCANDAL?
I am in the process of getting a DOCUMENTARY about the MISCARRIAGES of JUSTICE I experienced why I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson’s “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS. As the face of Windrush 70 and composer of Brixton Market with Jessie Lloyd from Australia. I was introduced to her by Tony Cealy and my SONG is on Border Crossings SONGSTREET App. Is Ms Masera going to get away with saying she is fearful of any REPRISALS from the DEFENDANT should they give evidence in support of the CLAIMANT H4W?
Ms Masera coerced Stephen Agera to abandoned me, he told me so himself. I was in the office when she phoned and she relayed the information to me. At the HEARING on the 19th December 2023 I was represented by the Duty Solicitor. There was no mention about COMMITTAL. Until Stephen Agera fulfil his DUTY to the court, I have not been given proper representation to understand the LEGALITIES of the INJUNCTION that labelled me a VIOLENT NUISANCE behind my back.
Barrister Angela Delbourg who Stephen Agera sent to court to talk for me was only interested in telling me to be WHITER than WHITE. After the hearing she said she was SCARED I would SHOUT at the JUDGE.
I will leave my ARGUMENTS for the ADJOURNMENT here and give the COURT time to do the research about MERVELEE MYERS and agree an understanding of how I can DEFEND myself online from the DEFAMATION to cover up the A-Z of abusers by the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Crown Prosecution Service, the Criminal Justice System. The CLUE I will leave is I started WRITING for THERAPY when my FATHER was stricken with PARKINSON’S and I experience TRUAMAS from DISABILITIES and POVERTY. But I refused to let PTSD get the better of me until June O’Sullivan sanctioned DISCRIMINATION at BIB after I fronted OFSTED and label me UURICA-LE after the death of my mother with dementia. I am a forgiving person and that’s why I am lenient, but before the 16th January 2024 when am expected to be committed I will refrain from putting anything online for them to say I breach their UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION. I pass Bible Knowledge with CREDIT before I went to Secondary School. If my DNA was not a hinderance I would be in the same STATUS like the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin. By the way her grandmother and my mother are related. Can they imagine when I find out who else is in my ANCESTRY DNA. I was at CLCC on 2/9/2020 for Claim Number: F03CL973 with Barrister Samantha Jones to be conducted by Designated Civil District Judge HHJ Marc Dight. Upon doing my research I found HHJ Dight had a misconduct issued on 19/5/2020. At Court there were whisperings between the Judge and Mr Bradley and that became evident when I got the written judgment with the name HHJ Parfitt. I was not considered good enough to be informed of the changes.
Let me share an insight into HHJ Parfitt and the way he set about acting like the obviously RACIST BIGOT he is. I was not allowed to argue my case, and this is just how I was treated by the Judiciary Of England And Wales in the long running saga of Institutional Discrimination against me. I have since made a Complaint against him. The caseworker name is Vincent Umeukeje who is to contact me from 8/10/2020. The case CRM: 0055203 with Reference – 33448/20 is still outstanding. This joins the lists of complaints that have gone to Reviews. Or the Claims sent to CLCC for HHJ Dight to impose Restraint Order.

I was at CLCC on 2/9/2020 for Claim Number: F03CL973 with Barrister Samantha Jones to be conducted by Designated Civil District Judge HHJ Marc Dight. Upon doing my research I found HHJ Dight had a misconduct issued on 19/5/2020. At Court there were whisperings between the Judge and Mr Bradley and that became evident when I got the written judgment with the name HHJ Parfitt. I was not considered good enough to be informed of the changes.
Let me share an insight into HHJ Parfitt and the way he set about acting like the obviously RACIST BIGOT he is. I was not allowed to argue my case, and this is just how I was treated by the Judiciary Of England And Wales in the long running saga of Institutional Discrimination against me. I have since made a Complaint against him. The caseworker name is Vincent Umeukeje who is to contact me from 8/10/2020. The case CRM: 0055203 with Reference – 33448/20 is still outstanding. This joins the lists of complaints that have gone to Reviews. Or the Claims sent to CLCC for HHJ Dight to impose Restraint Order.
Let me share “HHJ Dight has been subject to an investigation into his conduct following complaints of a serious delay in producing a judgment. The Lord Chancellor and Lord Chief Justice found that the delay was unacceptable and concluded that HHJ Dight’s behaviour amounted to misconduct having fallen below the standards expected of a member of the Judiciary. They have issued HHJ Dight with formal advice”.

My woes actually started with the Dental problems, until the Dentist asked if there is history of #Diabetes in my family..? I didn’t know then that it was both sides.
That’s until I went to chat with my Auntie Mellie in January 2014. Now I understand why I extract 2 teeth when during #pregnancy. I am still paying the price for my DNA over which I don’t have a choice.
I need to strengthen the muscles in my back and legs. Realise my left side is stronger than my right. Thought it would be the other way around. I am right handed.
Come with aging. But I have mine from my first pregnancy when I fall. I am having physio. Check the Internet for exercise. I am a testament that they work. Don’t rely on too much prescription medicines. Natural is best. Only take when necessary.

So, the world understands why those responsible for the 23 years of TERRORISM by Deborah Agnes Gilchrist whose alcoholism and racism have taken sinister turns and if I am not careful I will become another statistics of Housing For Women, the Metropolitan Police and Devonshires Solicitors Systemic Discrimination. Let me begin by saying if the “Lion Don’t Learn to Write, the Hunter Will Always Tell the Story”. I have given Housing For Women enough chances to rectify this matter. Instead, they decided to continue the vendetta by coercing Ms Gilchrist and her DRUGS Taking Friends and her Partner to make my life a LIVING HELL. I reached out to the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin who I meet at the AGM in April 2014 to mediate. My life has been turned upside down since the death of my mother in June 2014. I will refute H4W breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. They MUST answer why everything started in May 2022 after I lived here from December 2000.
The Injunction is UNLAWFUL because I was made a VICTIM during the time I experienced CRISIS from 21 July 2023 – 31 July 2023 when I had to take my husband for his Diabetes Eye Check. I had no time to deal with the BUNDLE that was delivered on a Sunday. Threats of ARREST and IMPRISONMENT are triggers to my DISABILITIES because of my brother who died in jail age 37+ years old.
UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION.
The Injunction is based on 23 years of Hate Crimes by my neighbour that H4W colluded with her to discriminate against me and made out I am the aggressor. Refer to the Housing Ombudsman Service Complaints that I have sent to interested parties in this case.
The Injunction that was held behind my back was UNLAW breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. Because of what was happening to me at the time as a person with Mental and Physical Impairments. I had a CRISIS and had to be visiting the GP Surgery and hospital for treatment. My brother was dying of cancer, and another was in Intensive Care, a blood vessel burst in his head. I am also the carer for my 100-year-old husband who is TRAUMATISED.

On the 25th October 2023 I got home from Mr Tony Cealy’s training “Theatre of the Oppressed” to revive my husband from a HYPO after he was visited at home by PC James Murphy who left a letter. I only learned from Stephen Agera that Ms Masera contacted him, and he advised her to contact the Police. This matter added to the STRESS and exacerbated my husband and my PTSD.
Advice for Hearing Why was the BUNDLE sent to me and not Stephen Agera? Then Ms Masera keeps calling Mr Agera asking if he is still representing me. I was in the office when he called telling Mr Agera to destroy copies of the BUNDLE, she sent me and she would send him a new bundle. Because Mimi Owusu should not be in the listing. Who is Mimi Owusu the witness for H4W? She is the CEO of http://www.blac.org.uk who scammed me £10,000.00 after I was introduced to her at an event. How did she become H4W witness? The photo of me and Liz at the Communal Door was captured without my knowledge and used to DEFAME my name. I have never taken photos of Liz and Mimi inside my home because they asked me not to. In case H4W is not aware the GDPR 2018 and Charter of Rights 12 Codes come into play in this case.

Sometimes they don’t knock and leave notices on the mat.

Refer to recent events most of which are/were captured when am doing LIVE BROADCASTING. Ms Gilchrist partner was kicking the door and shouting abuses at me. According to Barrister Angela Delbourg, I must be WHITER than WHITE.
(b) has been convicted of – I was made a CRIMINAL needing ERT to cover for Richard Harty MIC Abusers at www.leyf.org.uk after Police were sent to MURDER me under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture to say I commit SUICIDE. I was beaten up and taken out half clothe. My husband who was in the kitchen did not know what was happening. I was not allowed to use my phone to call my stepson. Read the MOPAC report of Neil Solliss and Nikki Babb to understand why Sir Mark Rowley who signed my BOOK at Briton will be accountable for those who came to home and tried to SECTION, MURDER and KIDNAP me between 30/10/217 to date. Unreasonable Noise – Shouting or Screaming – Refer to Malicious Report of Ms Gilchrist for 10/1/23. The Police is still investigating. But refused to act about 13/12/2023 incident of kicking of the door and shouting CUNT. The constant banging of doors and stomping upstairs. Breaking the lock on her door. Breaking the glass to the Communal Area twice. I am a PERFORMER and SINGER but I am not shouting and screaming.
Criminal Damage to Landlord’s or Neighbours Property – Ms Gilchrist cut the garden every time it starts growing. My husband invested in the garden. My husband used to keep the environment clean, including washing of the bins. Killed the plants and replace with pebbles. Ms Gilchrist flooded the bathroom causing damage to Lighting Fixtures. Ms Gilchrist stomping and throwing furniture could be responsible for the Casing to fall from the ceiling narrowly missing my husband. Refer to the letterH4W claim they were not responsible for replacing it as well. I had it in the corner for a while.
Dumping or Hoarding rubbish in Communal Area: Ms Gilchrist used the Communal Area and the Garden to store stuff for her BUSINESS before she removed them. When Samantha Gibbs coerced her to target me and she abused me so I spoke about her BUSINESS and she removed the stuff. She recently put boxes on the stairs knowing I would report her. She then targeted me. She removed them before the Police came. Whatever the Police said to them caused her partner to come to my door to verbally abuse and threaten me. Reasons he kicked the door on the 13/12/23 and Police said I have no proof.

Mervelee Ratty Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson came to Great Britain from Jamaica to settle the second time after visiting to find out if I could manage to live in this country. I was inspired to make use of the opportunity to settle in the UK because of my English Teacher, at Frome Secondary School, Ms. Anderson. I did not reach my individual potential because my “Childhood Traumas” developed from my father was stricken by Parkinson’s disease. But I did not let my deficits and limitations restrict me from making the most of my chances to gain the best education available. I was educated at Basic School attached to the Baptist Church. The Townhead Primary School was across from where my mother was born. This was where I was taught to develop the resilience to cope with the life I was blessed with. The Frome Secondary School was located where my father worked when he walked from St Elizabeth to Westmoreland to find work and settle. After getting pregnant my Form Teacher Mr. Felix Rose advised me to go back to studying and I attended “Evening Classes” at Mannings High School. I was a Basic School Teacher that built on my early beginning of being a carer from the date my youngest sibling was born and my father hand him to me to hold so mum could rest. The foundation for my passion for working with younger children was formed when I was at home, not working and my cousin Candy Gooden told the Head Teacher of the Townhead Primary School to send and call me to offer me the job. I worked as a “Contract Cleaner” all over London and was searching for the consistency, familiarity, and continuity of having a steady job to go to. I was working at the BBC in White City when I discovered the “Workplace Nursery” and enrolled at Lambeth College. I had done a “Care Assistant” course in 1996 and realised I would not be able to take on the job of caring full time because of my “Personal Experiences” of being an informal carer from the age of 7 years old when my brother was born.
