Based on my Arguments that Devonshires Solicitors LLP Narin Masera and Charles Hills & CO Solicitors Stephen Agera set out to pervert the Course of Justice. I, Mervelee Ionie Ratty Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson is asking the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch to grant me an ADJOURNMENT when I attend on the 16th January 2024.
As a person who is affected by DISABILITIES some of which have been exacerbated over the years since I wrote to the Senior HR Dilys Epton of LEYF that I am DEPRESSED and DYING SLOWLY of TORTURE. I think it is only fair for JUSTICE to be served for the COURT to hear my side of the STORIES about 22 years of HATE CRIMES living at 16 Alma Grove, Bermondsey, London SE1 5PY.
I will based my arguments on certain pertinent FACTS that will have to be viewed like the POST OFFICE SCANDAL and JEFFERY EPSTEIN CASE FILES. This will prove my case about why Housing for Women wiped the CUSTOMER PORTAL of DATA from 2000. Why they sent me letter in July if my MEDIATION offer with my neighbour was still open and then sent me letter from Devonshires Solicitors Narin Masera in July also.
When I telephoned Ms Masera on the number she provided in the letter, my intention was to MEDIATE. Because H4W have disgruntled TENANTS who are being treated unfairly by Devonshires Solicitors. WE are seeking to take H4W to court for breaches of the TENANCY AGREEMENT we signed. WE have complained to the Housing Ombudsman that is failing US like the POST OFFICE SCANDAL. Some big NAMES will be called and are already published online. This matter did not just start when Narin Masera got in touch with me on behalf of H4W with their band of FEMALES who I have on record DISCRIMINATING against me. That’s the only reason I am GAGGED with an UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site for more. I will stay off social media until I give the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch time to amend the ACTIONS of their DISTRICT JUDGES involved in why I was labelled a VIOLENT NUISANCE behind my back. Are they behaving like those involved in the POST OFFICE SCANDAL?
I am in the process of getting a DOCUMENTARY about the MISCARRIAGES of JUSTICE I experienced why I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson’s “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS. As the face of Windrush 70 and composer of Brixton Market with Jessie Lloyd from Australia. I was introduced to her by Tony Cealy and my SONG is on Border Crossings SONGSTREET App. Is Ms Masera going to get away with saying she is fearful of any REPRISALS from the DEFENDANT should they give evidence in support of the CLAIMANT H4W?
Ms Masera coerced Stephen Agera to abandoned me, he told me so himself. I was in the office when she phoned and she relayed the information to me. At the HEARING on the 19th December 2023 I was represented by the Duty Solicitor. There was no mention about COMMITTAL. Until Stephen Agera fulfil his DUTY to the court, I have not been given proper representation to understand the LEGALITIES of the INJUNCTION that labelled me a VIOLENT NUISANCE behind my back.
Barrister Angela Delbourg who Stephen Agera sent to court to talk for me was only interested in telling me to be WHITER than WHITE. After the hearing she said she was SCARED I would SHOUT at the JUDGE.
I will leave my ARGUMENTS for the ADJOURNMENT here and give the COURT time to do the research about MERVELEE MYERS and agree an understanding of how I can DEFEND myself online from the DEFAMATION to cover up the A-Z of abusers by the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Crown Prosecution Service, the Criminal Justice System. The CLUE I will leave is I started WRITING for THERAPY when my FATHER was stricken with PARKINSON’S and I experience TRUAMAS from DISABILITIES and POVERTY. But I refused to let PTSD get the better of me until June O’Sullivan sanctioned DISCRIMINATION at BIB after I fronted OFSTED and label me UURICA-LE after the death of my mother with dementia. I am a forgiving person and that’s why I am lenient, but before the 16th January 2024 when am expected to be committed I will refrain from putting anything online for them to say I breach their UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION. I pass Bible Knowledge with CREDIT before I went to Secondary School. If my DNA was not a hinderance I would be in the same STATUS like the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin. By the way her grandmother and my mother are related. Can they imagine when I find out who else is in my ANCESTRY DNA. I know about the LAND BARONS and my brother ASHTER SERENER URELLA NEMBHARD died in jail because he was BISEXUAL.
I am aiming to get a DOCUMENTARY out to celebrate my HUSBAND 101 birthday. It will tie in with “Mr Tomlinson has a small illusion of one day becoming a property tycoon”. The fact his jaw was broken whilst on his job with Southwark Council because he is BLACK.
