I was at CLCC on 2/9/2020 for Claim Number: F03CL973 with Barrister Samantha Jones to be conducted by Designated Civil District Judge HHJ Marc Dight. Upon doing my research I found HHJ Dight had a misconduct issued on 19/5/2020. At Court there were whisperings between the Judge and Mr Bradley and that became evident when I got the written judgment with the name HHJ Parfitt. I was not considered good enough to be informed of the changes.

Let me share an insight into HHJ Parfitt and the way he set about acting like the obviously RACIST BIGOT he is. I was not allowed to argue my case, and this is just how I was treated by the Judiciary Of England And Wales in the long running saga of Institutional Discrimination against me. I have since made a Complaint against him. The caseworker name is Vincent Umeukeje who is to contact me from 8/10/2020. The case CRM: 0055203 with Reference – 33448/20 is still outstanding. This joins the lists of complaints that have gone to Reviews. Or the Claims sent to CLCC for HHJ Dight to impose Restraint Order.

Let me share “HHJ Dight has been subject to an investigation into his conduct following complaints of a serious delay in producing a judgment. The Lord Chancellor and Lord Chief Justice found that the delay was unacceptable and concluded that HHJ Dight’s behaviour amounted to misconduct having fallen below the standards expected of a member of the Judiciary. They have issued HHJ Dight with formal advice”.

In light of the Charter Of Rights 12 Codes I must challenge the Judiciary Of England & Wales and the Criminal Justice System for the discrimination against me with the 2nd miscarriages of justice and Police coming to section me from malicious report. Back 3 years later to murder me to say I committed SUICIDE.

I have been targeted by Social Media where I was once an influencer. I only have Facebook left but the terrorism triggering my PTSD, I only go to get my FB Memories. I was targeted by a James Jones and my account locked for 3 days, this was to eventually close me out. I refused to play FB hate games. All was to be revealed later and that’s when HHJ Dight strike. Letter 24/2/2020 Before His Honour Judge Dight CBE sitting at the County Court at Central London… Upon considering correspondence from the Defendant IT IS ORDERED THAT: 1. List application for a ECRO before HHJ Dight CBE, HHJ Backhouse or HHJ Luba QC on first open date with a time estimate of 1 hour. Let me just say this Claim ended on 2/9/2020 at CLCC. What about my outstanding Claims waiting?

PM… I will end by saying those involved with this TERRORISM of MERVELEE MYERS will be brought to justice along with LEYF and the Abuse RINGS as recorded in the REVIEWS online. Those responsible are using my vulnerability against me as LEYF claim to have no data for me and ET Judge Freer hide my Medical Reports. The EAT allowed Samantha Jones to argue the EAT about Parkinson’s disease. I don’t have a Medical Diagnosis so can’t claim it as a DISABILITY. HHJ Shanks claim I made up disabilities. So the Career Criminals at the Judiciary Of England & Wales will be named as part of LEYF abuse RINGS.

Dear Mervelee,

Mum gave me the phone to tell you something from the deepest depths of my heart (not for real ) that you are the person who taught me good manners, to make friends and to say what you believe in. I am turning 11 in 3 days my birthday wish will be for you to have a great life and that you succeed in what ever you are doing. Stay strong you are a solider with no armour expect for knowledge use it wisely or you will get beaten up by the big bully who has all the armour and weapons but no knowledge. I miss you so much!

By the way Tom is stronger than his nephew, who had a #stroke. And Mass Dudley calls me #Auntie because I am married to his uncle. Now in case LEYF Nurseries don’t know how to promote and implement the EYFS, and British values, Mine Conkbayir is doing a course about Neureoscience on the 12th. Only reasons I am not going is because I have to change my physio appoinment from last week owing to funeral to this week.

I am laughing because I hear my 94+ years old husband and his 75+ years old nephew arguing in the kitchen about GOD & Christainity to do with take up thy stick and walk. My Tom is like me when it comes to Religion and Politics. But he knows who is voting for and what part of Religion to take seriously.

My lip is parched, dry and peeling. This is all sign and symptoms of my #Disabilitities. Now I have documents to prepare and I don’t want to be negligence of my husband’s needs as his #Carer.

That’s why I am going to cook saltfish and food and vegetables so he have food to eat to take his medication.

As for me I don’t know when next I’ll eat a proper meal, sleep or even perform normal day to day activities?

So I tried working within my Deficit and Limitations only for the tables to be turned on me using your deadline to trap me.

That’s why the #EmploymentTribunals affirm the Discrimination and presided over another miscarriage of my. #MERVELEEMYERS is being penalised for my DNA. But I won’t role over and give in to #LEYF. They are COWARDLY RACIST THUGS TERRORIST. Tell them to come with the litigation. Her Majesty Prestigious Prison will have to cater for my needs. The #DWP will have to provide carer for my husband and pay out when he frets himself and die before his 100th birthday.
