1. On 1^st August 2023 A Final Injunction Order was made against the Defendant, under Part 1 of the ASB, Crime and Policing Act 2014.

So, the world understands why those responsible for the 23 years of TERRORISM by Deborah Agnes Gilchrist whose alcoholism and racism have taken sinister turns and if I am not careful I will become another statistics of Housing For Women, the Metropolitan Police and Devonshires Solicitors Systemic Discrimination. Let me begin by saying if the “Lion Don’t Learn to Write, the Hunter Will Always Tell the Story”. I have given Housing For Women enough chances to rectify this matter. Instead, they decided to continue the vendetta by coercing Ms Gilchrist and her DRUGS Taking Friends and her Partner to make my life a LIVING HELL. I reached out to the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin who I meet at the AGM in April 2014 to mediate. My life has been turned upside down since the death of my mother in June 2014. I will refute H4W breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. They MUST answer why everything started in May 2022 after I lived here from December 2000. 

• The Injunction is UNLAWFUL because I was made a VICTIM during the time I experienced CRISIS from 21 July 2023 – 31 July 2023 when I had to take my husband for his Diabetes Eye Check. I had no time to deal with the BUNDLE that was delivered on a Sunday.  Threats of ARREST and IMPRISONMENT are triggers to my DISABILITIES because of my brother who died in jail age 37+ years old.

UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION.

The Injunction is based on 23 years of Hate Crimes by my neighbour that H4W colluded with her to discriminate against me and made out I am the aggressor.  Refer to the Housing Ombudsman Service Complaints that I have sent to interested parties in this case.

The Injunction that was held behind my back was UNLAW breaching the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. Because of what was happening to me at the time as a person with Mental and Physical Impairments. I had a CRISIS and had to be visiting the GP Surgery and hospital for treatment. My brother was dying of cancer, and another was in Intensive Care, a blood vessel burst in his head. I am also the carer for my 100-year-old husband who is TRAUMATISED.

On the 25th October 2023 I got home from Mr Tony Cealy’s training “Theatre of the Oppressed” to revive my husband from a HYPO after he was visited at home by PC James Murphy who left a letter. I only learned from Stephen Agera that Ms Masera contacted him, and he advised her to contact the Police. This matter added to the STRESS and exacerbated my husband and my PTSD.

1. Advice for Hearing Why was the BUNDLE sent to me and not Stephen Agera? Then Ms Masera keeps calling Mr Agera asking if he is still representing me. I was in the office when he called telling Mr Agera to destroy copies of the BUNDLE, she sent me and she would send him a new bundle. Because Mimi Owusu should not be in the listing. Who is Mimi Owusu the witness for H4W? She is the CEO of http://www.blac.org.uk who scammed me £10,000.00 after I was introduced to her at an event. How did she become H4W witness? The photo of me and Liz at the Communal Door was captured without my knowledge and used to DEFAME my name. I have never taken photos of Liz and Mimi inside my home because they asked me not to. In case H4W is not aware the GDPR 2018 and Charter of Rights 12 Codes come into play in this case.

(aa)  has been guilty of conduct causing or likely to cause a nuisance or annoyance to the landlord of the dwelling house, or a person employed (whether or not by the landlord) in connection with exercise of the landlord’s housing management functions, and that is directly or indirectly related to or affects those functions) Refer to Mimi Owusu Witness Statement for H4W. Refer to recent events most of which are/were captured when am doing LIVE BROADCASTING. Ms Gilchrist partner was kicking the door and shouting abuses at me. I have posted videos of Ms Gilchrist ASB from she first cut the garden.

Example of what may cause nuisance or annoyance may include:   Refer to Safeguarding Policy of H4W updated by Mervelee Myers to relate to H4W TERRORISM.

1. Verbal or Physical abuse – Refer to Complaint April 2019  
2. Unreasonable Noise – Shouting or Screaming – Refer to Malicious Report of Ms Gilchrist for 10/1/23. The Police is still investigating. But refused to act about 13/12/2023 incident of kicking of the door and shouting CUNT. The constant banging of doors and stomping upstairs. Breaking the lock on her door. Breaking the glass to the Communal Area twice. I am a PERFORMER and SINGER but I am not shouting and screaming.
3. Criminal Damage to Landlord’s or Neighbours Property – Ms Gilchrist cut the garden every time it starts growing. My husband invested in the garden. My husband used to keep the environment clean, including washing of the bins. Killed the plants and replace with pebbles. Ms Gilchrist flooded the bathroom causing damage to Lighting Fixtures. Ms Gilchrist stomping and throwing furniture could be responsible for the Casing to fall from the ceiling narrowly missing my husband. Refer to the letter H4W claim they were not responsible for replacing it as well. I had it in the corner for a while.
4. Dumping or Hoarding rubbish in Communal Area: Ms Gilchrist used the Communal Area and the Garden to store stuff for her BUSINESS before she removed them. When Samantha Gibbs coerced her to target me and she abused me so I spoke about her BUSINESS and she removed the stuff. She recently put boxes on the stairs knowing I would report her. She then targeted me. She removed them before the Police came. Whatever the Police said to them caused her partner to come to my door to verbally abuse and threaten me. Reasons he kicked the door on the 13/12/23 and Police said I have no proof.  
5. Garden: Ms Gilchrist throws rubbish into the back garden. Bits of broken wood from Ms Gilchrist window with nails sticking out fall in the garden. This is the responsibility of H4W failing to carry out repairs. I am DIABETIC and if the nails run through my shoes can be affected.
6. Ms Gilchrist always have cats. Faeces have been walked from outside into the Communal Area. Reasons for the mats.

This was the day that the Court was sending back the Order when I was tried behind my back and labelled a VIOLENT NUISANCE. Refer to Social Media. H4W has to change the bathroom fittings more than once because Ms Gilchrist caused her bath to overflow.

2.30 Landlord’s Objective

Housing for Women has the charitable objective of housing, women, and their dependants. Any act or omission in contravention of this objective will be treated as a breach of covenant upon which the Landlord might seek to recover possession.  Refer to the complaints online about H4W treatment of tenants.  

Particulars Of Breach

1. Examples of behaviour detailed below: Mervelee Myers must allow H4W time to address their continuing DEFAMATION as I am a WRITER for Therapy from my father was stricken with Parkinson’s. The fact that H4W wiped the Portal and is focusing on events from May 2022 proves my argument that Deborah Agnes Gilchrist was coerced by H4W to target me. H4W and Devonshires Solicitors LLP and Stephen Agera are in possession of documents proving my argument about when the TERRORISM by H4W started. I must be given time with my husband to have our sides of the stories told.  
2. 5 May 2022 – Report to Police – Barrister A said I must be WHITER than WHITE re Malicious INJUNCTION. This is discrimination and am I expected to behave like Ms Gilchrist who needs URGENT help, so I don’t become a STATISTICS like 4 members of the same family MURDERED in Bermondsey by someone they know.
3. 14 May 2022 – Police – Posters – Mervelee Myers is a Content Creator. Some of the Posters in my window showcase my work. There was 1 of Jessie Lloyd and our work for Border Crossings SONGSTREET App. I am the Composer of Brixton Market.  
4. 20 May 2022 – Police – Locked Resident out – 2^nd Time Glass Broken – This was when Ms Gilchrist broke the glass after opening a letter from Samantha Gibbs. The Police failed to show up. My Posters was charting the DISCRIMINATION by Ms Gilchrist coerced by H4W.
5. 20 June 2022, verbally abused Employee of Landlord – Trina Philbert – start with H4W a month before coming to my home. Refer to her Response Letter. Social Worker – Candy Smith arranged the MEDIATION.
6. 30 September 2022 – Letter re ASB by Landlord – Harassment
7. 29 November 2022 – Harassing Neighbour of Alma Grove – Police
8. 1 December 2022 – Video YouTube, Blog Post & Further Posters – Terror Cell
9. 24 December 2022 – Argument with Resident called them TERRORIST – Had to barricade myself in my home. The Police take over an hour to arrive. After they left Ms Gilchrist returned beating down my door. My Christmas was RUINED.

Dear Narin Masera the Corrupt

Yes, I was let down by Stephen Agera, who you coerced. I was in the office when you called him to destroy the BUNDLE.

As per usual you got everything twisted same as when I contacted you about mediation and if you knew about Housing for Women treatment of TENANTS.

Which Hearing are you talking about for the 20^th December 2023 at 10:00AM? By the time am finished with Devonshires Solicitors and Housing For Women, I will get tenants terrorised to come together to take claims against them. Also, the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch must explain about their role in this matter.

When was this HEARING done?

Since Statement of Cost for Hearing held on the 18/12/2023 have nothing to do with Mervelee Myers, I am charging for CYBERBULLYING by way of emails to trigger my MENTAL and PHYSICAL Impairments in breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. Whilst am at it am including the visit to my home on 25^th October 2023 by PC James Murphy. If I did not arrive home when I did, my husband might have died from the HHYPO caused by PC James Murphy’s visit.

Samantha Grix is a thief and so is Narin Masera. In response I will be seeking COMPENSATION for 22 years of Deborah Agnes Gilchrist hate crimes against me and my husband. I will be seeking compensation for DISREPAIR and DEFAMATION.

District Judge Richard Hayes: I was advised by Stephen Agera not to say anything and allow Barrister Angela Delbourg to do the talking. All am going to say I was stitched up and hung out to dry by Stephen and Barrister AD. I was not given appropriate advice and representation. I even told Stephen about how  I was not represented and made a CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. Stephen Agera should be reported to the SRA and Barrister AD the BSB. But I won’t waste my time, because all I will get is what happened before. However, I have my platforms, to share those documents on..

The INJUNCTION was UNLAWFUL in the first place. District Judge Sterlini was involved in striking out my claim against Winsome Duncan after it went to “Telephone Mediation”. Therefore, he will be charged for DEFAMATION labelling me a VIOLENT NUISANCE.

1. Application dated 21/08/2023 is dismissed. The world will hear more about this.
2. We will see who is paying whom.
3. The world will know about Deborah Agnes Gilchrist the racist, junkie terrorist and the role of the Metropolitan Police in the matter.
4. Like Samantha Gibbs, I contacted about invitation ASB Meeting, the person who prepared this document don’t have a clue. It seems as if Ms Narin Masera who sent me the BUNDLE and phoned Stephen Agera to destroy it still did not get her plots in? Now the County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch have questions to answer about this sordid affair.    4         

Before District Judge Bell

DJ Bell is a person of interest because he was involved in other CLAIMS I had taken out. Which were sent to the CLCC. In the end they were EVACUATED, and I was never told what that was about. But I have time to publish documents online, so the world knows how CORRUPT the Judiciary of England and Wales, the Criminal Justice System and the Crown Prosecution Are.

I am at a loss in making sense of the letter about the HEARING. Therefore, DJ Bell has some explaining to do. Just remember I was never SECTIONED under the Mental Health Act. Nor registered DEAF.

So, Stephen Agera Sold out to Narin Masera showing the world that the PHYSICAL SCARS from our ANCESTORS sold into SLAVERY are now the MENTAL SCARS of TRAUMAS.

Housing for Women will be charged for “Coercive Control” of Deborah Agnes Gilchrist after she broke the glass to the “Communal Door” the first time on the 13^th December 2021. A malicious reported resulted in the Police storming my home on 26/1/2023. Results I had to attend Croydon Magistrates Court the next day or I would be arrested. Refer to the patterns of threats to ARREST me with visit to my home by PC James Murphy on Ms Masera on 25^th October 2023. Days after we were robbed in Peckham. I had to attend CMC 3 times for another Malicious Report of Ms Gilchrist resulting in a REPORT by Julie Olayinka DEFAMING my name. I had to go for interview at Walworth Police Station on 3/2/2023. The Police are still investigating. My husband and I got separated. In the BUNDLE that Ms Masera asked Stephen Agera to DESTROY it is said that the Police was called by a neighbour I abused.

Samantha Gibbs bring man to my door to introduce my “New Housing Officer” he tried to ASSAULT me.       

The Police will be held accountable for their role in this HATE CRIMES when they failed to act when Ms Gilchrist partner kicked my door. I have most of everything recorded. Reasons the UNLAWFUL INJUNCTION is ILLEGAL.

As for Ms Masera sending me COSTS and other documents about Hearing before District Judge Bell. This is fabrication and DJ Bell must address such discrepancies.

I still believe in giving H4W the opportunity to redeem because they rescued me from HOMELESSNESS in 2000. However, the world must be informed how H4W have changed the same as Ms Gilchrist.

I had access to the H4W Customer Portal where my DATA was secured from 2000. Why did H4W wiped the Portal of DATA and refused me access. Same way they refused me contacting them by email. I was threated with EVICTION over the phone by Peju Awoye who then hang up the phone on me. Sometimes I phone up to get advice and ended up having someone hanging up on me. Since I recorded as DEFENSIVE PRACTICE these must be used in EVIDENCE instead of calling me a LIAR.

Mervelee Ratty Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson came to Great Britain from Jamaica to settle the second time after visiting to find out if I could manage to live in this country. I was inspired to make use of the opportunity to settle in the UK because of my English Teacher, at Frome Secondary School, Ms. Anderson.
I did not reach my individual potential because my “Childhood Traumas” developed from my father was stricken by Parkinson’s disease. But I did not let my deficits and limitations restrict me from making the most of my chances to gain the best education available.
I was educated at Basic School attached to the Baptist Church. The Townhead Primary School was across from where my mother was born. This was where I was taught to develop the resilience to cope with the life I was blessed with. The Frome Secondary School was located where my father worked when he walked from St Elizabeth to Westmoreland to find work and settle. After getting pregnant my Form Teacher Mr. Felix Rose advised me to go back to studying and I attended “Evening Classes” at Mannings High School.
I was a Basic School Teacher that built on my early beginning of being a carer from the date my youngest sibling was born and my father hand him to me to hold so mum could rest. The foundation for my passion for working with younger children was formed when I was at home, not working and my cousin Candy Gooden told the Head Teacher of the Townhead Primary School to send and call me to offer me the job.
I worked as a “Contract Cleaner” all over London and was searching for the consistency, familiarity, and continuity of having a steady job to go to. I was working at the BBC in White City when I discovered the “Workplace Nursery” and enrolled at Lambeth College. I had done a “Care Assistant” course in 1996 and realised I would not be able to take on the job of caring full time because of my “Personal Experiences” of being an informal carer from the age of 7 years old when my brother was born.

My Book has been in the making since 2017 after I experienced the second nervous breakdown losing my mother to dementia that I diagnosed. Studies at Lambeth College and the Open University empowered me to become the advocate challenging the discrimination resulting in the two miscarriages of justice that changed my prospects after the death of my mother. Our goal is for every person with MS who is eligible for Sativex to be able to access it and although we’re off to a strong start, we have a long way to go to make this a reality. Mervelee Myers survivor of Childhood Traumas has made my life an “Open Book” providing a support network for anyone who might benefit from knowing my story and how giving up was never an option at any stages of my transition. I am proud to style myself as an expert authority on subjects from the cradle for many reasons. The reasons are documented via my oral, written, and participation in research from the time my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease. To represent me at the Employment Tribunals when I was abandoned by the unions, I paid my money on two occasions.
The fact that allegations were used to trigger my PTSD after bereavement and losses in toxic workplaces is one of the key factors for getting my findings of Richard Harty of the University Of East London. And his links with the CEO of LEYF Nurseries June O’Sullivan. I carried out “A Voice of a Child” research for June O’Sullivan in August 2010, whilst working at Luton Street Community Nursery. Therefore, Mervelee Myers decided to get off the conveyor belt of discrimination and the “Cycle of Grief” keeping me a prisoner with a criminal record with Emotional Regulation Treatment entrapment to last until weeks before my husband’s 100th birthday in 2023.

Jamaican has seen almost 60,000 births to mothers under age 20 over the last decade.
A whopping total of 59,591 births to adolescents were recorded between 2009 and 2019, according to data provided by the Statistical Institute of Jamaica (Statin). This number accounts for 16 per cent of total births within the period. “While many of the students would’ve got pregnant courtesy of these young boys, many are done by adults, not schoolboys — adults 21 and upwards. Adults that are in jobs and not young boys. But if young boys are a part of the issue, it’s going to come down to education and letting them understand the importance of education in its true sense and that to carry a child in this world is a responsible activity,” he said. Otisa Wilmoth, past head girl of Green Pond High School, also got pregnant during high school. With six grade ones in grade 11, Wilmoth was the top CSEC performer at Green Pond in 2020. She hopes her success, despite her pregnancy, shows other young girls in a similar situation that it is not the end of the road.
“My words of advice are to never give up and they should believe in themselves and know that if they weren’t strong, they would not have been able to survive child-birth. It’s not the end of the road for them as there will always be trials and struggles, but we are mothers now and our children need us to pave the way for a better future for them,” she said. She added that many teen moms get pregnant a second time because their families turn their backs on them.
“Don’t let that stop you. People will always leave when things aren’t in their interest or going their way anymore. Just know that a higher education is what’s going to prove to the world that we are survivors, and one wrong judgement in life can’t spoil our futures forever. We are going to continue to work hard and excel because we are not just living for ourselves, we are living for our child as well. I will never let anyone, or anything, stop me because my son is counting on me,” Wilmoth told the Sunday Observer.

“I don’t know where the fathers are who can help these young men to understand that listen, what is between your legs is not something that you throw all over the place. It’s something that you manage under control. And I can’t say it any plainer. It makes no sense I pretty up this. Boys getting these girls pregnant… adults getting these girls pregnant… soldiers are getting these girls pregnant… all pastors get involved in it too. “They believe that they can go around and become sperm donors because it’s an image in our society. It’s an image that we need to get rid of.
