Here is the fact I was in www.hctgroup.org.uk Impact Statement where the statistic of 1 in 5 of all sucides are associated with unemploynent was used by https://www.ryanclement.com/ to scam me. I went to www.moneyclaim.gov.uk to get redress. Just want to point out the Social Media is abusing the power of their authority and taking MONEY FROM TERRORISM TO MAKE US VICTIMS. Lack of Sleep is creating havoc on my Emotional Health & Overall Wellbeing.
I have sum Wicked-Brats-of-a- Wutless Money Grabbers who are trying to take away my VOICE to thank for sum of these states of affairs. But even thou I am reduced to living from hand to mouth, I am paying my dues… Because sumady, supn or HOS will have to give an account & stand up at the Judgement seat to answer Questions why these things are allowed to continue!

I am mindful of my blessings for many reasons and this came into play last night. My Tomm was watching the Snooker Live Pro on the TV & I was busy on the computer. I could hear him willing #RannyOSullivan on… Went to the kitchen to tidy up & came back & my Tom was #Jubilant… He had his disappointment early when despite me telling him not to just back a horse to #Win, he did & lost all his money. The horse placed #2nd. To be honest that is minior to TOM because he #Gambles!!!
In bed he said he had a #Dream in the week that he won “Three Hundred & Fity Thousand Pounds”. I asked him where that is going to come from & he siad must be the #Lottery. I saiud to him ok, we will watch this #Dream.
But strangely enough I woke this morning & the 1st thing that came to my mind was what happened at my #AuntieMelliehome when I visited JA for my #2Son Mr Valdin Legister wedding in 2014. On the day my #Cuz Mr Hayden Salmon took me out by the #SpanishTownHighway, I don’t know if he remembers his parting conversation to me…? This is exactly what came back to me this morning. Us #NEMBHARD are #CHRISTIANS regardless of the #Denomination we choose to #Worship. That’s why this morning I am up & deciding to let the Lord do Thy will & leads me wherever He wants me to follow?

Yesterday was 1 Interesting & Productive day & I got the opps 2 be Challenged from I left my home until I got back indoors… So BTU 2 all my colleagues at LEYF-LS – Suzanne, Michelle Hoofong, et al who supported me all the way! With Ur help I was empowered to brighten 1 LEL on the day she celebrated her 83rd BD.
I am sure my CEO who is an advocate of Multi-Intergenerational would be more than plzed about the work WE continue to do at LS to make this a Reality? Lets hope Eileen Parker whom I sometimes escorted home when I see her at the BS at Alscot Rd really appreciated the card the children made 4 her? Next time I see her am sure she will tell me even if when I talk she says “I CAN’T HEAR U, I AM DEAF…” So it was from 1 end of the MIG process of the ELDERLY to the very YOUNG! Changes of any kinds do have an IMPACT on the VO as well as the VY, so these groups just don’t do things differently because they want to make OUR life a Living Nightmare? The morale of the story WE are never too OLD to LEARN?
Sumtimes I do get besides myself when the CofW seem to tumble down on ME & I get STRESSED>>> But as Suzanne would say Mervelee has a Big Heart & even when I go under my BH will always be there for EVERY1!

My time at #LutonStreet from April 2010 – 22.7.2014 were the best years of my working life in the UK with any organisations. Little did I know what was in store for me at #BIB, then #HOC and finally at #NewCross.

I have seen off the Director of HR & Organisational Development, #NEILKING. Noticed that #AlisonStokes has been demoted back to manager and is no longer Operations Manager. #MarionBreslin resigned in February 2016 soon after I was forced out of New Cross.
My Fight4justice is for all whom LEYF Nurseries discriminated against over the years. This is inclusive of #Employees, #Children & #Parents!

Now this is the kind of life I am used to. My #Papa was sick for 10+ years and I have to learn about #Caring4Sick from an early. That is in addition to caring for my younger siblings and other extended families.

I will carry on doing what I know I am good at with my Fight4justice campaign. I am a Carers UK and knows exactly what life is all about. Despite the #CEOJuneOSullivan sanctioning my #CPPDP in writing, BIB have a different agenda and the #AreaManagerHildaMiller decided BIB did not have to do anything that was part of the #Ethos, #CoreValues & #DNA from Luton Street.

The discovery I made is that the PM Theresa May was an only child. Therefore as an only girl, I think we share that aspects of our life in common and that is more than enough for me. I was always headstrong and have a mind of my own. I believe that was due in part to the fact that I have to #Champion my own causes and did not always rely on anyone to do so for me. But I don’t want anyone to get the wrong impressions that my #7Bredas were not #Protective of me. However I loved to do things my way. I have #5Bredas left and we are one unitied family. All when we just finish having a go at each other, please keep your distance!

‘SAD to hear of the death of Andrew Sachs. Can you imagine now if there was a sitcom with a Spanish waiter? There would be cries of racism and Fawlty Towers would never see the light of day’. All I need to do is point this in the right directions and hope they take #Responsibilities and be #Accountable for how they have directly & indirectly #Discriminated against me at the instigations of LEYF Nurseries. If I wasn’t a determined person who dedicates myself to my Fight4justice I would not have regained my #VOICE. I have turned the tables on LEYF Nurseries because during the time 1.9.2009 – 27.9.2016, I built up my #CPPDP. Whilst they were short paying me, refusing to allow me up the career ladder and expecting me to apply my #IntellectualProperties to make the organisation a #Beacon. I was busy ensuring I have the Copyright to my work without breaching their #Contract. Now I have the #Handle & they have the #Blade!

I refuse to say much about this matter except that I will be using my Fight4justice campaign to call for another Leveson Enquiry from the Centre for Inquiry UK in how the Early Years Service is been delivered in the EYFS and Ofsted. It is time for LEYF Nurseries to be called to give an account to what they have done to breach the Human Rights Act 1998, Data Protection Act 1998, Equality Act 2010. International Laws, Home Country Legislations, Codes of Practices & Conducts.
It’s no use others bury their heads in the sand and pretend they were not warned about the scales of #Discrimination in workplaces in the #EarlyYearsSector in particular. I have myn #DefensivePractice which will be part of my Fight4justice campaign. So if none of the recipients want to acknowledge the #OpenLetters, it will be my words against theirs. Now this for me is to go do more #Research about the different types of Dementia. It is stated that John Sachs said his father used Manuel’s moustace to hide behind because he did not want to be recognised.
Then I noticed another thing about me and it is that my spellings is not as good as I once thought it was? For the first time, I noticed how to spell moustace. It is not spelt the way I pronounce it as “mouthstash”. It took me all this time to realise.
I done Dyslexia training for the first time a couple months ago. But I have been aware of the different types of Dyslexia Centers from I was working at King’s College Hospital. So now I am of the opinion after the training that I have more than #1formsofDyslexia namely Dyscalculia, Dysorientation & a little Dyspraxia UK thrown in for good measures. As proof of my #Dyslexia, I am still to remember where I use the wrong hand to put the #TrainingCertificate.

I have an interest in this story because of my #Mother and an area of concerns I have re #MultigenerationalWorkingPartnerships. Meeting this #ElderlyLady in East Street Market have given me much food for thoughts. I must have experience Dementia Friends without knowing from a young age. However with knowledge comes power and I have to give thanks for the opportunities I have had since living in the UK. I studied with the The Open University, and is a force to be reckon with. That’s why I refuse to give LEYF Nurseries & the #Establishment the satisfactions of destroying my life. The life that my #Mother worked like a #Man in order to see her children make something of our lives.
Mama had #Dementia which I diagnosed. I lived her dementia with her even when I was not home, because my #Family made sure I had a telephone conversation every weekend without fail with her. But the most poignant memories I have is the time I spent with her during the time I was in Jamaica for my #1Son Mr Valdin Legister & Naheel Julene Brown Legister wedding.
I helped Mama rediscovered the life she once knew, even if she didn’t remember and recognise her #1Daughter. Then I went back to bury Mama, came back, got transferred to BIB, LEYF Nurseries, where my life was turned into a living hell.
Therefore LEYF Nurseries & the #Establishmsnt must be heald accountable with my Fight4justice campaign. Some are pretending that they were not informed, or that I did not seek their support to stop the #Discriminations. But time is the master in all we do?
I am taking a different approach to how I interact on Facebook as of now. I will not therefore be sticking to any one formatt, but whatever happens to take my fancy daily. Today I will start with reviewing the Daily Express to see if I have anything in common with #FeaturedStories?
Page 1&3: Please Don’t Go LEN – Meeting up with a former colleague when I was coming from the East Street market led me to realise the significance of this story. I worked with briefly this Afriacan Lady at #PeckhamSettlement from January – July 2009. We greeted each other and stopped to chat as is the norms with people of our generations with similiar cultural backgrounds. She could not believe anything that I was telling me about what happened to me at #BIB, #HOC and #NewCross LEYF Nurseries with the #Establishment and the #System conspiring and colluding to making my life a living hell.
The lady stopping to chat, sharing of her experiences that are similiar to mine and reassuring me… help with restoring my faith in the human beings that continue to let me down when I needed their support the most.
Telling me it was a good thing I left when I did, she related how she had to stand her grounds and demands her rights not to be discriminated against. She eventually left with her #RundantPay that they did not want to give her.
The #Moral of the story is “some will support you, but some wont”. Take it from someone who has been in a few scrapes where I believed that no matter the outcome, I am going to stick to my principles. I have had to face some consequences over the years. I would advice you all never to depend on anyone, no matter who to come to your defence when you reach rock bottom. You can make your maker and knows who will be at your side when the time comes?
When one is a celebrity and living in the public eye, then that is a totally different experience all together. Some of my experiences in the UK since 2004 have not left me with much faith in the #Establishment, #System or even the #HumanSpecies. So good on all those who are rallying around and saying ‘Please Don’t Go LEN’!

I am glad for the way I was brought up by my #Grandma & #Parents. They did not take any nonsense from any of us. All when I am #BigWomaninmy30s with 2 children, my #Mother would not think nutn bout clipping me round the ears if she thinks the way I acted was wrong. Living with my father’s Parkinson’s disease and my grandma’s #diabetes and death from a broken heart. Her son was brutally #murdered. Chronic Anxiety – linked to the signs and symptoms of Parkinson’s disease: #tremors, shakes, slurred speech, immobility/stiffened joints, #emotional. Chronic Anxiety diagnosis in July 2006. Atypical Parkinsonism – signs and symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, with the Mental Health and Physical conditions linked. Hard to treat and diagnosed. Obsessive Compulsive Disorders (OCD). Always trying to be in control. I managed to work and carry out #normal day to day activities, despite developing the condition from #puberty. That is until my childhood traumas were #triggered into PTSD from the 23rd July 2014 to 27th September 2015. Paranoia developed as result of the ill treatments from the 23rd July 2014 to the 27th September 2015 when I was #forced to resign with Nervous Breakdown. Depression, leaving me unable to carry out normal day-to-day activities. I was passed #fit to go back to work after the Medical Suspension. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy recommended by Dr Laura Crawford. Recommendations made for Reasonable Adjustments. Hidden Disabilities results of childhood traumas. Dyslexia. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders (PTSD). Had #counselling at the Maudsley Hospital Maudsley Hospital after Dr Laura Crawford from the Occupational Health Medical Suspension advised me to get Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to find out why I #react the way I do to certain situations. Medical Reports was Judges Case Management Order in the Bundles. Physical Disabilities: Back Pains – results of #injuries from a fall when I was #pregnant with first child. Reoccurring problems from I arrived in the UK. Hence the reason I accepted the job with the condition that I do not work with #younger children/babies. Information in the Bundles. Sciatica & Cramps – Now getting #physio to strengthen back and leg muscles. Arthritis – Diagnosed 2010. Information contained in the Bundles. Diabetes – Information contained in the Bundles. The Equality Act 2010 states that a person has a disability if she has a physical or mental impairment, which has a #substantial and long term #adverse effect on her ability to carry out normal day-to-day activities. I worked with LEYF prior to transferring to BIB, HOC and New Cross with a Contingency Plan at Luton Street. All the #sensitive and confidential Data about how I manage and control my disabilities are contained in my FILE. LEYF refused to give me access from before I transferred from Luton Street. The Equality Act 2010 states that there is no need for me to #establish a medically diagnosed cause for the #impairment. What is important to consider is the effect of the impairment. The Judges Court Management Orders ask me to present Medical Reports and they were provided. Role of Carer I would like the EAT to take into considerations that these days, anyone of my disabilities can #flare up without any notice. There are days when I am unable to get out of bed. I am also carer for my elderly husband which can have bearings on this as well. Feeling Pressurised I would like to bring to the EAT attention about the fact that I am being #pressurised and this impacts on my disabilities and how I am able to carry out normal day to day activities. As can be ascertained from Dr Laura Crawford’s Medical Report, I have to prepare everything in advance. However I think I am been #penalised for taking all the measures and applying early intervention strategies to be in #compliance with the EAT orders. I was told at the CAB that the papers must be returned to the EAT before the 5th January 2018. But what did the EAT do, send another letter to be returned to them by the 5th January 2018. However I did not receive the letter until after the date it was to be returned. I will therefore have to continue with my Defensive Practice Fight4justice justice @to help me hopefully get this matter dealt with. I need to move on with my life. I have not even #grieve for my mother yet. Another thing, I have been made a target and a sitting duck for everyone to take advantage of because of my #vulnerability of having disabilities. The Equality Act 2010 states that “if an employer’s agent or employer (such as an OH advisor, or HR Officer) knows in that capacity, of a worker’s disability, the employer will not usually be able to claim that they do not know of the disability, and that they cannot have subjected a disables person to discrimination arising from disability”. “Therefore where information about disabled people may come through different channels, employers need to ensure there is a means – suitably confidential and subject to the disabled person’s consent –for bringing that information together to make it easier for the employer to fulfil their duties under the ACT”. In sofar as the postings naming Mr. Lewis and Ms. Masera are concerned (which since they only involved a failure to act should only breach point 6 of the injunction), it seems to me that whilst the Claimant might be able to prove the first two points, they could struggle to establish the third beyond reasonable doubt. MM Arguments: How did Mervelee Myers and Ms. Masera and Mr. Lewis have contacts? It seems, from what was said in the statement supporting the Claimant’s application for an injunction, that the Defendant is a prolific poster of videos on the internet with over 100 posted on YouTube alone. The screen shot of the clip concerning Mr. Lewis did not (so far as I could see) identify that he was a solicitor Devonshires whereas the reference to Devonshires in the screen shot of the clip concerning Ms. Masera is in a speech bubble, so if the Defendant relied on a word search to identify video postings which needed to be taken down those two could have inadvertently been missed. MM Arguments: My videos are evidence of 22+ years of HATE CRIMES against me and my husband. The evidence was presented to the solicitor. Housing for Women cleared the JOURNAL of my DATA claiming I am living at Alma Grove since 2020. No doubt once alerted to the lapse the Defendant will have taken down those two videos. MM Arguments: Since the INJUNCTION was the MALICIOUS LIES of Housing for Women and Deborah Agnes Gilchrist by breaching the Equality Act 2010. There were no lapses and expecting me to remove my videos is to cover up the HATE CRIMES from 2001. It would be helpful if that could be confirmed. MM Arguments: The videos are telling the stories of my experiences living at Alma Grove from December 2000. It is more difficult to defend the postings on 3rd, 6th and 7th August 2023 – subject perhaps with reference to the Defendant’s mental health problems. MM Arguments: The Barrister consistently continue her BIASES from the time she started talking to me until she left. What does my MENTAL HEALTH have to do with this matter? How many videos have been posted seeking support? How many times I called for support and the Police turned up trying to trick me to SECTION me? The Barrister was influenced by the Multiple Discrimination posted in the SAR by Southwark Council. If the Defendant could produce more medical evidence of her mental health conditions, it could be useful. MM Arguments: This is breaching of the Equality Act Protected Characteristics. The fact the Barrister claim she was SCARED I would SHOUT at the judge is clear evidence of the BIASES.
However, it is clear from what was said in her letter to the court that as at 7th August 2023 she was unrepresented. MM Arguments: I should not have had to face any Court Hearing. The Court take advantage of the fact I am victim of SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION. I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” for the Policy Studies Institute recommended to ACAS www.org.uk/researchpapers. She has since obtained legal representation and it seems that there have been no further such breaches. MM Arguments: I did not breach anything.
The sanctions for contempt are very much in the judge’s discretion but they not intended to be purely punitive – rather the objective is to secure compliance with the injunction. MM Arguments: Housing for Women is guilty of TERRORISM. If the Defendant has ceased posting videos which breach the injunction and has taken down those which were extant on 31st August 2023, it may seem that the objective has been achieved especially since, despite the injunction being very widely framed, no other breaches are alleged. MM Arguments: I was not given best representation.
Indeed, the injunction seems overly widely framed – especially where it refers to ‘visitors’ to the premises. Not only would the Defendant not necessarily know that a particular person had been such a visitor but also it would apparently include the Defendant’s own visitors – and it would seem an unreasonable restriction on the Defendant’s freedom of express to prohibit her from posting videos of her own visitors. MM Arguments: My online Profile will tell stories of Housing for Women TERRORISM to cover up 22+ years of HATE CRIMES.
Accordingly, it may be possible to cut down the width of the injunction to make it easier for the Defendant to comply with it. MM Arguments: Why should I comply with any injunctions breaching my RIGHTS?
However, I am not sanguine about the prospects of getting the injunction removed completely – unless it were to be replaced with an equivalent undertaking. The court is likely to want to keep the peace. MM Arguments: The Court is GUILTY of denying my RIGHTS not to be discriminated against.
Whether mediation is an option will depend very much on the attitude of the other side. MM Arguments: Refer to the letter from Housing for Women about my offer for MEDIATION. I wrote to the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin to mediate on my behalf.

I, Mrs Mervelee Myers of 16 Alma Grove London SE1 5PY make this statement and WILL SAY:
I make this statement in respect of my defense in this claim for an injunction against me. I believe that the facts that I state herein are true. I rely on matters within my knowledge and where any fact stated is not directly known to me, this will be highlighted.
I have lived at my home for 22 years with my 100-year-old husband whom I care for and look after.
I believe that there is systemic discrimination perpetuated by the Claimant and its agents in so far as complaints of harassment raised by me are never investigated by the Claimant who instead have placed me on close scrutiny and are determined to disposes me of my liberty and my home.
Below is a chronology of all the harassment and intimidation and systemic discrimination in reverse and Police racism:
The Claimant got Contractors to TERRORISE me on Monday 13/11/ 2023. The Contractor by turning up at my home, gained entrance to the Communal Door with keys without notice to me so I started recording them for safeguarding purposes. I was asked to give access on knock on my door by contractors to do work inside my house on Monday 13/11/2023. I explained to the Contractor the reasons I was recording which was for Safeguarding. Refer to email customer.service@h4w.co.uk on the 10/11/2023 at 11:51. Based on the Injunction that I am to give access to ALL who the Claimant think fit to come to my home to carry out TERRORISM against me.
I have raised concerns that I am not SAFE in my home after I was beaten by the Police on 30/11/2020 and thereafter made a CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. Hence the reason set out to treat me as a CRIMINAL to cover their tracks.
I was visited by Samantha Gibbs on the 12/01/2023 with a man who tried to ASSAULT me at my door. The Police took ages to turn up and then accused me.
A malicious report was made to the Police about an incident that happened at Alma Grove on 10/01/2023. I will add the information about that.
On 22/8/23 KEYSTONE Fire Safety LTD 01234854014. I was at home when this was left outside my door. This was part of the TERRORISM to label me VIOLENT NUISANCE.

The Met Police have not contacted me via letters as was done with my husband.
The Met Police contacted me via telephone to provide information about the incident on the 19th October 2023. I am still waiting to hear from the Police.

The actions by Members of the Met Police must be equated to TERRORISM that can be proven online.

This is just a SUMMARY of my experiences of HATE CRIMES from the above mentioned after Deborah Agnes Gilchrist broke the glass to the Communal Door on the 13th December 2021. The HORRORS played out from then until I was visited at home on 26th January 2023 whilst celebrating my mother’s 99th birthday.
Since I started keeping a DEFENSIVE PRACTICE I have been recording and doing LIVE whenever possible. Let the world see who the CRIMINALS is/are needing ERT and the VIOLENT NUISANCE.
In regard to the contempt of court allegation I apply for the court to wave all sanctions against me as I was not represented and only knew the details after my Solicitors were instructed.
The court has discretion in this matter and I am urging the court to change the injunction which is too widely drafted to an undertaking for me to comply with terms of the injuction which the court considers appropriate.
