Community concerns about… Let Mervelee Myers gives an insight into the date of the publication of the Action Plan and what the Metropolitan Police has done to me after. November is a date that is important in my history and how my life is playing out especially on the 11/11/2020. Please take notes of dates in my story.

The following is from the Metropolitan Police and will be proof of the role they are playing in the Institutional Discrimination and Hate Crimes against me. Because I refuse to give up my Fight4justice campaign against LEYF discrimination after the death of my mother.

MM Updates: In line with Discount for early plea I have made use of the circumstances that made you plead guilty to send my plea to the Prosecutor and the Court. Since the Solicitor is advising me that there is nothing in law for me to plead guilty with explanation, I refuse to be led like a lamb to the slaughter on the 16/04/2021 at Croydon Magistrates Court. My naivete in believing in the procedures of the Rules of Law has left me to conclude that I have no trust in the Judiciary of England and Wales and the Criminal Justice System.

About CROs

A CRO is a court order issued by a judge.

They’re usually given when a person’s application for a court hearing is refused but they won’t accept the judge’s decision. MM Updates: I have not made any new Application for Court Hearing. All my Claims sent to CLCC are outstanding from 2019.

A CRO then stops that person from re-applying to court. MM Updates: With my limited knowledge representing myself as a Lay Person the CCMCC and the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch are complicit in discrimination striking out my Claims starting with Winsome Duncan. We reached Telephone Mediation and then my Claim was struck out. That was to be the pattern of the discrimination from then to now when Barrister Jones and HHJ Dight cooked this up on the 24 February 2021 after I did not allow James Jones to provoke me further. For Facebook to close my account. I have been targeted by Facebook from 18/9/2015 on behalf of LEYF.

MM Arguments: The CCMCC www.moneyclaim.gov.uk is complicit in the discrimination against me from the time I saved up to take Winsome Duncan to Court. My claims reached Telephone Mediation and was struck out. I was advised to reapply. The same pattern of discrimination continues where Claims were defended and struck out by County Court at Clerkenwell and Shoreditch for no reason that am a target of the Judiciary of England & Wales that presided over the two miscarriages of justice. Different types of CRO

The judge will decide which is the most suitable type of order to issue.

MM Arguments: The List of HMCTS Judges involved in Discrimination of Mervelee Myers:

1. HHJ Nicholas Parfitt – CLCC Triggered my PTSD Called the Ambulance 3/9/2020 & 8/9/2020. Why is http://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk failing to act after naming a caseworker?

2. HHJ Dight was the Designated Civil Judge listed for the CLCC on 2/9/2020 and was swapped with HHJ Parfitt when I discovered he has a MISCONDUCT against him on my DOB 2020. How can His Honour Judge Dight CBE be making decisions in any matter to do with Mervelee Myers, when HMCTS is in breach of every Rules of Law and acted unlawfully https://www.gov.uk/…/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years… in 2017?

3. All the Judges from County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch involved in striking out my claims www.ico.org.uk Subject Access Request – Data Protection Act – 117119.

4. President of the Employment Appeal Tribunal Justice Ingrid Simler – In www.express.co.uk advocating on behalf of criminals not to be deported to Jamaica. I contributed to the Daily Express Mental Health CRUSADE. Refer to my letter/email to LEYF on the eve of Mothering Sunday 14/3/2015. Now refer to www.ofsted.gov.uk as I was the EYFS coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator at LEYF 2009-2014 when I was stripped of my Rights after CEO June O’Sullivan sanctioned discrimination after Ofsted visited BIB and I was used for how they deliver Reasonable Adjustment in line with the Equality Act 2010. But LEYF can say they have no data for me with my Image Rights in www.nurseryworld.co.uk in July 2011 and on http://skynews.co.uk on the 5/9/2011 “The Cost of Childcare”.

5. JCIO – Paul Kernaghan & Adam Jones – Agreeing with Claims I made up disabilities by the EAT www.ico.org.uk SAR.

6. President of the Employment Tribunal – Brian Doyle www.wslaw.co.uk GDPR 2018

7. EAT – Justice Simler who sent my Claim to EAT with caveats for disabilities and agreed with HHJ Shanks I made up disabilities. What fact did she used when sending my Claims to the EAT?

7B. HHJ Shanks – Described in the Law Society Gazette as the “Shouting Judge”. Surely, he should understand why I resorted to Passive Aggressive Behaviours under threats from LEYF the Abusers and Cohorts. My STORIES are online. Including the fact my brother was provoked, until he takes the Law into his hands and sat in Church waited for the POLICE. Therefore, my VIDEOS must be used as EVIDENCE about all involved in the discrimination that pushed me over the edge. After I attended CLCC and reverted/transgressed to my Childhood Traumas. I could not stop myself SHAKING. I called the Ambulance on 3/9/2020. HHJ Parfitt is responsible for triggering my PTSD on 2/9/2020 at CLCC.

Limited CRO (LCRO)

If a person is issued with an LCRO, it means they have to get the judge’s permission before making any application to the court covered by the order.

The County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch seems to take the greatest pleasure in striking out my Claims.

Barrister Ryan Clement: Claim Number: F56YJ215 Registry Trust Limited Writ of Control Our ref: Myers/011119/NICEACK/AD – I have not received my money from the Judgment. This is among the Claims sent to CLCC. Ryan Clement groomed Winsome Duncan to find BLACK People for him to scam.

The Metropolitan Police Service: F45YM082 – 29/11/2019 Threats of Civil Restraint Order. I was not supported in any way despite having diagnosis of disability from 2006.

Conclusion: Proof CCMCC is involved with the Judiciary of England & Wales in the Institutional Discrimination. All Claims sent to Central London County Court after the CCMCC was tired of me sending them back. Even those that were been defended G08YJ214. But of interest is Barrister Ryan Clement – the Judgment was made, and all the Procedures done. So why is it sent back to CLCC? Proof that I am the target of HMCTS for not accepting DISCRIMINATION.

Extended CRO (ECRO)

If the person continues to go back to the court, a judge can issue an ECRO.

This order is limited to a specified group of courts. ECROs last 2 years, but can be renewed for a further 2 years. MM Updates: This is the one that is been used against me. Why? This ties in with the CRIMINAL DAMAGE ACT 1971.

General CRO (GCRO)

In the most extreme cases, the judge will grant a GCRO.

This order applies to all the county courts and the High Court. GCROs last 2 years, but can be renewed for a further 2 years.

If this order is ignored, the person will be in contempt of court and may receive a prison sentence.

The Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics

As a participant in www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers by Dr Maria Hudson for the Policy Studies Institute “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” when I was interviewed at my home in 2010. This was the year the Equality Act was implemented. I started working with LEYF on 1/9/2009, however the Contract I signed was not updated in line with the Act. The point am making is I am viewing the above as a threat, the same kind of threat as why PC Holly Sweeney was sent to my home on 26/1/2021 to deliver the envelope. Like the visit, the letter is/was delivered to exacerbate and trigger my PTSD on my mum’s DOB. Everything the Police is doing is geared towards impacting on my mental and physical disabilities. The fact I was arrested unlawfully is another factor to be taken into consideration. At every stage from the time PC Holly Sweeney called me on 29/11/2020, threat of ARREST was used. Therefore, the fact that the Police came to my home to SECTION me on 30/10/2017 after refusing to act on my concerns will be another of the Hate Crimes listed against the Police. I have a Chronic Anxiety diagnosis from 18/7/2006. As a result of LEYF discrimination from I transferred to BIB 23/7/2014 to sending the Police to MURDER me on 30/11/2020 is an indication of the kind of TERRORISM the Police is involved in.

Nelson Mandela “The Purpose of Freedom is to Create for Others”.

Mr Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson arrived in the UK Easter time of 1956 travelling on a ship that he boarded in Kingston staying overnight at his brother Percival’s home. He was the first member of his Tomlinson Clan to settle in the UK and bring his nephew Dudley, his adopted son whom his father, John advised him to take when his brother died at an early age. Two of his brothers joined him later. Arnold is the only member of the original Tomlinson family who came over from Jamaica who is alive. His extended family living in the UK.

Meeting Arnold via introductions by Mrs Cleghorn, a lady who I know from doing Early Morning Cleaning Job, who knows my story of Domestic Abuse, led to us becoming partners for life. The year 2014 marks an important milestone for Tom and I. My son got married, I heard mum’s story and said my final goodbyes to her, days before her 90th birthday. Tom and I got married days after my birthday. I returned to bury my mother and attended my eldest grandson’s graduation. He was the valedictorian and I have Image Rights of an entire year to remind me of the time that I will never forget and will be embedded in my history. I am determined to create the legacies for my future generation of my family.

I would like to focus on the “Strong Women” who influenced and touched my life and help me become the person who I am today.

Mothers & Grandmothers & Godmother: I grew up knowing my grandmothers, my grandfathers died before I was born. Other mothers were instrumental in my upbringing.

Teachers: Ms Una Perry who taught me to develop resilience from a young age takes top honours. My Primary School Teachers, who are female, influenced my early life in terms of my educational achievements, despite my Hidden Disabilities. Maybe this can be attributed to the fact I looked up to them as the big sister I did not know.

Families: All my Families who have contributed to making me the person who I am.

Friends: I have scaled down the list, but I value the friendships that lasted over the years.

Housing For Women: I have been living in H4W Premises from December 2000 when I was made homeless by Domestic Abuse.

Proud of my Multiple Identity:

Meeting Speaker Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin Chaplain to the Speaker to the House of Commons on Tuesday 25 March 2014 at the Annual General Meeting of Housing For Women led to revelations that inspired me to continue creating legacies as can be found in Nelson Mandela’s “Sayings”. The fact that she was going home to interview her mother for her “Autobiography” resonated with me. Because I had said my final goodbyes to my mother days before her ninety birthdays, knowing that I would not be seeing her again in the mortal flesh. Rev Rose’s upbringing was like mine, but the bombshell came later when this down to earth lady stuck up a conversation with me. She asked where I was from and in the next breath saying my grandmother is from Burnt Savannah, and Dockey is my cousin left me in no doubt who her family is. I did not tell her at the time, but I knew she was related to my mother. I can write a book about why it is important to know our family, but this will be another volume. However, I will use this occasion to share why we should educate the future generation about the old-fashioned values that I was brought up with and leave them to add to their moral fabric during their journey through life to accept the outcomes that will empower them to be the best they can become. I will tell you briefly about the old saying, “bring up a child in the way they should grow and when they are old, they will not depart from it” is true today.

A Scholar of my Father’s Teaching

As can be ascertained from my publications from I joined Social Media and invested in my website “My Vision”, I have been sharing stories about my journey. However, let my document that it is the responsibility of adults to safeguard children, young people, and vulnerable adults in any societies we inhabit. I was attending Frome Secondary School at the time and was impressionable. I recall teasing this woman because she behaved differently to others I know. I was in for the shock of my life when I returned from school and the lady was at my house. My mother introduced her as Cousin Eula Desport aka Ms Walker, who is from England. You could have knocked me out with a feather. The good thing about it, if Cousin Eula knew she has been teased, she did not take note of those involved. On reflections, she might not have realised. Guess who benefitted the most from finding out I have a Cousin Eula who I used to tease? Me of course because she was living at Frome and I used to visit her house and treated to all kinds of goodies. That would have helped my mother as by this time my father was stricken with Parkinson’s disease. All is well that ends well except I must share information about my English Teacher, Ms Anderson, who was English. In retrospect, she might have influenced me to excel at the English Subject. I passed GCE O’Level English Language attending Evening Classes at Mannings High School. When Ms Anderson was leaving to come back to UK, she took photos of 8A Class of 1973. I would love to see that photograph and know I would stand out as one of the tallest girls in the Class.

My Carbon Footprints: My journey started from the time my father was struck down by Parkinson’s disease and I developed Hidden Disabilities. That is why I am Focusing on Women Who Challenge the Systems.

B4 I go to bed and ask God to prepare me for the following 4 days, I’ll tackle another of the #NewsHeadlines_MentalHealthIssues. I was traumatised from entering Puberty because my Papa’s health conditions & Parkinson’s deprived me of MY FATHER for 10+ years. Despite my #HiddenDisabilities I function in every aspect of my life until 2008 – 2009.

During this period, I experience the Menopause, Bereavement, #endofStudies, Discrimination which triggered and exacerbated my Mentalhealth.gov. I have a #ChronicAnxiety diagnosis from the GP when I was to do an exam re Open University UK studies sponsored by UNISON. The discrimination resulted in me becoming Paranoid and sell referring to #OccupationalHealth. I was passed fit to go back to work. In the end I was forced to resign to protect myself.

It didn’t stop there, and my career was destroyed by blacklisting and networking.

Fast forward to 2017 and I am facing even more of the same. The difference is I empower myself because of the way my Mental Health was affected and the way the establishment and systems conspired and colluded against me.

My Fight4justice will expose those that are paying lip service to Mental Health Issues whilst turning blind eyes to people who are used as scapegoat and #VICTIMS to appease some psychopath’s egos.

As the Daily Express Columnist state “Tech don’t Lie”. Now I go to bed because I have #4OpenLetters to go get out and remind those I sent them to. Just listening to the case of the lady who was deported to Singapore on BBC Radio 5 live . The information resonating with me is the fact it’s said she exhausted her #RightstoAppeal. Cue my situation which started after I got back from burying my mother in July 2014. After fighting my #DISCRIMINATION the union solicitor called to advise me not to appeal the trumped up #Disciplinary.

The #RIH, but it didn’t stop there. The Establishments & Systems colluded with the culprits breaching the Human Rights Act 1998, Data Protection Act 1998, Equality Act 2010 & other #RulesofLaw to make out I am like Jimmy Savile. Well as @JudgeRinder states it have to be in writing. I have my #DefensivePractice to continue my Fight4justice into #ADVOCACY.

If I was not resolute, I might have ended up #Homeless, provoked to #Commit_CriminalActs, ended up in a #MentalInstitution, etc…

But I have been stripped of my #DIGNITY and left to depend on #BENEFITS and I am being robbed of my #Entitlements.

Dah TB ended at the back asking the YLWB to tek his case out of the way. Not long after the TYB give out that the man should hold his case & not let it ketch her mobile – (of course she have earphones in) Had to say supn cause she chooses to squeeze herself in the space… The HTB then decided to vent her spleen pon me describing me to no ends? All I did was laugh & grind my teeth! Next thing sumady got off & she put herself on the end of the seat across from me & began to look pon me like when WW throw dutty clothes a door MM… Well me show her she couldn’t outstare me? Time 4 my stop so I kindly asks the lady beside me to excuse me & stand aside so I don’t brush on di DG? So I stand up at the door & she trying to outstare me again… So I chat in me JA chat & ask if she wawn cum jump in me Chest? She asks why I decided to talk now & she knows me cause she work at Maudsley. Dat was my cue to tell her dat she is Fucking Mad das why she wuck deh? Although I am MAD I have never had no occasion to end up at the Maudsley yet anyway? In my eyes Bullying & Harassments are obnoxious no matter who is the perpetrators & as to cum talk about she paid her fare so she have rights to a seat! That’s what’s wrong with this country, we have too much frigging RIGHTS. The Bloated Black Bitch needs to go get her own Private vehicle & leave Public Transport alone!

I am under #siege and a prisoner in my own home. My biggest concern is for my #Tom. He don’t deserve any of this. LEYF Nurseries is being allowed to get away with discrimination. But they have friends in high places, what more do I expect?
