Dear all
Thank you so much for participating in the workshops to discuss whether Hate Crime categories should be expanded to include homelessness. I wanted to give you a quick update, and to let you know that Crisis have heard the audio recordings and the testimonies, and have decided to prepare a response to the Law Review consultation that:
Calls for the Hate Crime categories to be expanded to include homelessness
Highlights the further work that will be needed to make a difference, including building trust with the police, and building awareness and understanding of the issue and rights that people experiencing such crimes would have under the law.
The consultation response won’t be submitted until mid January, as Crisis are taking advice on how the legal case can be best made in their response to the Law Commission, and to develop recommendations on the work that would be needed for any change in the law to make a real difference.
Above all, there is a recognition that the kinds of abuse and experiences that were discussed in the workshops are unacceptable, and a change in the law would be a step to recognise this.
We will keep you updated on how this progresses. Thank you so much for being involved in these sessions which covered such difficult experiences – it’s great that your views have clearly informed the position that Crisis will take on this issue.

Let me get to the nitty gritty of why I am pissed off with the Employment Tribunals Laws and Legislations and all manner of evil that they used to keep strong minded people who don’t put up with crap in their place. When Mr AETomlinson came to this UK in 1956, he was his own boss in Jamaica. He owned property and doing his own business. But once he came here and have ambitions to make supn of himself that was another story. He got knocked down several times but he rise to the challenges each time. Until once when he reached rock bottom and applied for a Mortgage, he was greeted with “Mr Tomlinson, you have a small illusion that one day you can become a Property Tycoon”? Surfice it to say, he went and got the loan for the mortgage at the highest rates. That’s why when people come to me with their stupid advice, I honestly don’t want to know. From my ex-husband Mr Myers pulled the rug from under my feet and I was homeless, I was in the Refuge until I got this place. I am not moving into anybody’s place again for niether love nor money. When I get back to Jamaica God’s willing, I am going back to my Comfort Zone, my Yard a GaGa Street. That’s why I will be forever telling stories about the evil that is LEYF Nurseries. My 2 #husbands past and present. I never deal with Toy Boys, give me my Sugar Daddy any day. But the honest truths was I was always searching for my Father who I lost to Parkinson’s. I have finally come to terms with losing my Papa, but not yet my Mama.

Now I have to tell the story about why today has had such a profound effects on me. When Mr T and I got together, he wanted to do so much for me. Starting my own business, encouraging me to learn to drive to buy me a car, etc, etc… But I could do none of those things because of my DNA and the childhood traumas that affected my transitional developments from the time my Father was struck down with Parkinson’s Disease. So yes there are lots of things I will never be able to do that others take as the norms. Throughout my ordeals at BIB, HOC and New Cross LEYF Nurseries, the incident that affected me the most was what #MarionBreslin done to me one day. When I was at Luton Street I have a Contingency Plan, part of the Reasonable adjustments to help me carry out normal day to day activities. That means I asked for flexible working to help me to be able to work full time and being my husband’s carer. All this was removed with my transfer. During the height of the time when my childhood traumas was triggered into PTSD, Tom was having hypos every day. This morning in particylar, I was on the early shift and I just manged to get Tom out of the hypo and give him his breakfast. I rushed out to get to work on time, because already the noose was tightening around my neck. I could not even get time out to attend NHS Appointments. I asked the stupid idiot if I could be allowed to call my husband to check and find out if he was ok. She pretended as if she didn’t hear me. Knowing that she might miscontrued the check to mean going home, I rephrase the narratives. Believe me that gal didn’t allow me to call my husband until I went on my break. So I was working and worrying what if…? Thats why the judgement at https://www.gov.uk/…/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years… will have to be looked at to see how the judges were influenced via terrorism to make such a mistake after 5 m,onths of deliberation. Now the seriousness has been taken out of the matter, Mr Tom is home and he is eating his food. Knowing what my duties of care that are paramount is, I know I have to be on my guard so no one can claim that I am taking the Department for Work and Pensions – DWP Carer’s Allowance under false pretense. Already today, I have been having word with the Jobsworths. The MF will use anything to tie you up and as I tell Tom, I have to be careful that nothing untowards don’t happen because they will come and haul and pull me. I know lots of them are out there watching and waiting for me to trip up. And I am staying one step ahead, because I am continuing to enhance my knowledge and updating my satelight. In case you don’t know, how to get ready in a hurry, when you are worried about your loved ones. Here are the essential tips: 1. Don’t waste time, make sure you only do the essential parts. Certainly I don’t need to spell that out? 2. My breda Mass Balis say Ms LW was good at doing the British style, spit pon your finger and wipe out the eyes – matta-matta comes to mind. Well there is wet wipes if all else fails. 3. Make sure you don’t use your old knickers to tie your head and turn up the crotch. Because they will certainly think you are MAD. If you are like me, you will have to make sure to double check you have everything before you leave the house. Keys, bus pass, etc… Then when you go through the door, you wondering if by chance the cooker is on and you come back to check and it continues for a few minutes well as you start turn idiot. But the mighty name of JESUS be praised, I get dressed and before I could start the masquarade I hear the key in the door. What a relief. Poopa JESUS mi a beg you fi protect me from the evils that are LEYF Nurseries, the Employment Tribunals, Winsome Duncan: Author & Public Speaker, the establishments and systems and #JuliePowell. The counselling I get at the Maudsley Hospital say everything that I have always done, even the Bad Wuds Cussing is called therapy. I am the spitting image of my granny and mother put together. In response to this, I’ll have to acknowledge my changes of Fortune since the biggest bust up with my #Husband. He was proper having a meltdown after what LEYF Nurseries, the establishment and systems done to me. To compound matters the #EmploymentTribunals affirm the Discrimination and presided over another miscarriage of justice.
So I have #JuliePowell who was trying to use the fact that I am vulnerable and need reassurance…. She got this Turkish to plot with her to scam me. By the time I realised what was happening, my #Coach_WinsomeDuncan was scheming another plots with her Employment Barrister Ryan Clement.
Then when I realised what was happening, I was already stuff up like the proverbial turkey. I am trying to extricate myself and end up out of the frying pan into the fire.
But I carry out, still believing in human nature. I got knocked down each time I try getting back up. I realise my brand of work was play Jah rise in the making of CAught in the Act. But the biggest shock was being told that my grammar is so bad and my Manuscript was shelved and #WinsomeDuncan want to write her story as my book.
The rest is history and I’m not waiting to publish any books. However I am using Social Media to share my experiences, writing my stories. Here I am on my son’s 38th birthday, pondering my future. LEYF Nurseries strip me of my dignity from the time I get back from burying my MOTHER. My Mental Health Conditions have been affected. I am a shadow of my former self.

My parents blessings are keeping me going every step of the way. GOD provide me with 2 husbands who have given me the opportunities, I couldn’t have had in JA. Mr Malachi Myers and Mr Arnold Tomlinson. For the 2 Baby Fathers Lloyd Anthony aka Natchie Murray and ALVERIE @michaellegister, I have to say thanks for my sons @c.u.p2016 and #valdinlegister. The moral of the story is I will never change despite the way I have been treated unfairly by some. @leyfonline will have to be careful to accept their responsibility in destroying my life. I might reconsider because of the 5+ good years.

My Petition for there to be an Inquiry in the Early Years was rejected by the Jobsworth about breach of confidentiality. But who posted the judgement online? I was treated less favourable than an animal at BIB, HOC and New Cross after returning from burying my MOTHER. What is the role of the #EmploymentTribunals?

King Man Sir Hum-Bug Michael Legister called to chat bout Our #2Son Legendary Pickney Boy Webster. Must confess it’s must being more than a year since I chat to the Boss Mon.
Now I get certain things off my head I can start to relax a bit. But can’t take my feet off the Pedal,
On the day WE celebrate our #2Son‘s BD. I want to say a BTU to Master Alverie @Michael Legister for being 1 of the Best Father baring none to my Wash Belly!
