Mervelee Myers is an “Expert Authority on Subjects from the Cradle to the Grave

Women’s Pioneer Housing – MM Updates: Mervelee Myers challenges Housing for Women TERRORISM of Tenants in Southwark and Lewisham based on the trial in Court behind my back on 1st August 2023 and I was labelled a VIOLENT NUISANCE by District Judge Sterlini who was involved with striking out my case with Winsome Duncan.

Safeguarding Policy – MM Updates: As a Preschool Leader I had to do training with Ofsted to develop the “Policies and Procedures.

Title Safeguarding Policy

Issue Date 31 October 2023 – MM Updates: This was issued a day before Housing For Women, Devonshires Solicitors and District Judge Sterlini DEFAMED my name and labelled me a VIOLENT NUISANCE

Effective date 31 October 2023

Document Owner Judith During – MM Updates: Mervelee Myers wants to know the qualifications and experiences of this person.

Post of Document Owner Interim Director of Housing

Date approved by EMT 19 May 2023 – MM Updates: How very interesting that this is my birthday. HHJ Dight was advised by Robert Buckland Justice Secretary for his misconduct.

Version number 2

Date of next review October 2026

1. Purpose of this Policy – MM Updates: Based on my qualifications, experiences and trainings Mervelee Myers will go through this Policy and point out how Housing For Women changed from when I was rescued from Domestic Violence and provided with a HOME in December 2000 to coercing Ms. Deborah Agnes Gilchrist to terrorising me and my husband.

1.1. The purpose of this policy details how Women’s Pioneer Housing (WPH) will seek to

safeguard adults and children at risk.  – MM Updates: Mervelee Myers will prove otherwise.

2. Our commitment – MM Updates: Mervelee Myers is committed to sharing with the world that H4W is now a TERROR CELL of women who abuse the tenants.

2.1. Women’s Pioneer is committed to ensuring that concerns about safeguarding

residents are reported to designate officers and acted on effectively. – MM Updates: Why has H4W wiped my Portal of all DATA after they accepted the complaints from the Housing Ombudsman Service? Complaint 202209405 – Housing For Women 13th October 2022. Housing Ombudsman Service Tele: 0300 111 3000 Email: info@housing-ombudsman.org.uk Web: www.housing-ombudsman.org.uk that is party to H4W terrorism.

2.2. Concerns about the actions of a colleague must be raised with the relevant line

manager or a designated safeguarding lead. MM Updates: Mervelee Myers have issues with H4W cowardly women who discriminated against me and they will be named and exposed at the highest levels, starting with Samantha Gibbs.

2.3. We will take preventative action where possible. This includes, but is not limited to

identifying abuse, acting on our own concerns and reports from others, and liaising

with the relevant agencies. MM Updates: Mervelee Myers will take H4W to court for compensation. I will call on the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin who I meet in April 2014 at the AGM to mediate. I have contacted her office already and she claimed she is unable to help. But am sure next time she will be eager to help or she will be known for her reluctance to resolve matters affecting the BAME Community.

2.4. All employees have a duty to be alert to any signs of abuse or potential abuse and to

act, immediately, by escalating their concern to one of the designated safeguarding

leads. Safeguarding is everyone’s business. MM Updates: How very interesting when Mervelee Myers present evidence of H4W reign of terror against TENANTS.

2.5. We expect external partners and contractors to have appropriate safeguarding

procedures of their own in place. MM Updates: Mervelee Myers will relish exposing H4W and some of their contractors. Like preventing a Grenfell Tower for me and my neighbour at 18 Alma Grove advocating on her behalf.  Now H4W can restore my DATA to the Portal.

2

3. Legal framework – MM Updates: Mervelee Myers represented myself at 2 Employment Tribunals where I gained the knowledge to challenge H4W Systemic Discrimination and allowing contractors and Devonshires Solicitors to TERRORISE me.

3.1. As a registered provider of social housing, we are required under the terms of the

Care Act to co-operate with local authorities in matters regarding safeguarding.  MM Updates: Southwark Council will be charged with H4W discrimination based on the 300+ pages of SAR. Along with Southwark Adult Social Care and other organisations involved in the hate crimes against me and my husband.

Legislation and best practice include:

 The Care Act, 2014 (Designed to place the safeguarding of adults at risk on a

statutory footing for the first time, with local authorities given clearly defined

responsibilities). MM Updates: Refer to the following Capability for Work Assessment Refer to https://www.youtube.com/live/BbAH427dpsE?si=hiWPa8Thf1rAulmf

Refer to https://www.youtube.com/live/pVqNAHIpn6I?si=-urALO7PbAgfRxE3

 Working Together to Safeguard Children, 2015 (Department of Education

statutory guidance). MM Updates: Mervelee Myers did “Understanding Statutory Assessment” working at www.leyf.org.uk in 2009. Now https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 for why Mervelee Myers is going global with my stories.

 Children Act, 2004 and Every Child Matters, 2003 (Issued following the

Victoria Climbié case to ensure that local government functions regarding

children’s welfare are unified under Directors of Children’s Services and that

there is co-operation between multiple official entities to improve the overall

well-being of children). MM Updates: Mervelee Myers will take H4W to the cleaners based on my experiences relating to the above mentioned ACTS. In 20003 I was a Preschool Leader who changed job to work in the NHS at Mapother House Day Nursery. After the death of my brother aged 56 with colon cancer, in 2008 my life was turned upside down. I will make H4W an example to the world along with those involved me causing me to have the first nervous breakdown. I have references from parents at KINGS to back my story. I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson’s the “Experience of Multiple Discrimination” for the Policy Studies Institute” recommended to ACAS www.org.uk/researchpapers.    In August 2010 I conducted the “A Voice of a Child” research for LEYF CEO June O’Sullivan. In 2021 Richard Harty panicked and called my mobile and the rest is history. My research provides evidence that Richard Harty https://youtu.be/6-Znc7l7ixc is the mastermind of LEYF Men in Childcare operating out of HOC Nursery since 2010. Since Social Media cyberbullies target me let me put another URL https://youtu.be/P_mKKSiG0M4 for more.

2004 at KINGS

This was a pivotal year for me when I had to make decisions about safeguarding children by: 1. Contacting CRB/DBS about the manager Glendalyn Aboayge.

2. I experience a cancer scare and

3. Begged the South London Press to publish my story when Barclays defrauded me.

4. I started studies with the Open University 2004-2010.

 What to do if you’re worried a child is being abused: Advice for practitioners,

2015 (Department of Education guidance). MM Updates: Mervelee Myers letter to Dilys Epton LEYF Senior HR on the eve of Mothering Sunday will be the template of how June O’Sullivan the former Mental Health Nurse kept my FILE and claimed LEYF did not have any data for me when I made a Subject Access Request. Reasons H4W will be charged for wiping the Portal of all data from 2000 when I moved into H4W premises.

Concerns about KEYS to Communal Area

 Sexual Offences act- 2003 – MM Updates: Samantha Gibbs bring a man to my door to introduce as my “Housing Officer” on 12/1/2023. Gaining entry with the keys I was asked for by H4W Mark Murphy to use to do maintenance work. The man tried to ASSAULT me when Samantha Gibbs started verbally abusing me. I never had a MALE Housing Officer before and none of my H/O was introduced to me on my doorstep before. The Police who came terrorised me as is/was the norm.  All Contactors have keys to enter and come to my door. Of biggest concerns is the person who started leaving letters on the MATS about the mats that have been at the door since 2001. Someone sneaked in and removed them in October 2023. After I was tried behind my back and Devonshires Solicitors said ALL should gain entrance. The MATS were to prevent substances walked on shoes into the house.

Based on the TERRORISM of Housing for Women, Devonshires Solicitors should not get away with adding to the discrimination. As for threats of imprisonment H4W and the terrorists should be charged.

Hi Tayo,

My name is Mervelee Myers and I have seen your advert in the Windrush Playback Theatre Group. I have applied for the post, but I think if I contact you directly and have you hear my story and that of my 100 year old husband, you will help me with using our experiences to heal. I consider myself an “Expert Authority on Subjects from the Cradle to the Grave”.

I have not worked coming up 10 years and the money is not the main reasons I am applying. This opportunity will help me and my husband to heal from the TRAUMAS of 10 years. The old saying “Once a Man twice a Child” is relevant to my situation. If you can find it in your heart to help me, get on the “Panel” this will help me to support others.

I am hoping to incorporate my experiences of being TRAUMATISED from my father was stricken with Parkinson’s and the impact of disabilities on my life and that of my family. I was a teenage mother with a son who did not talk early. My father reassured me his condition was family related. He was misdiagnosed as deaf and dumb. I had to deal with the labelling and stigmas.

My work as a graduate of Lambeth College and the Open University as well as being a Basic School Teacher in Jamaica empowered me to use my knowledge and experiences in helping children and their families.

My grandson is 2+ years old and not talking, same as his father. I am trying to set up online to help him and others. I will be grateful if you can include me on the Parent Panel. I come with a wealth of personal experiences and additional knowledge as an EYFS coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator.

I believe if I reach out to you personally, you will understand better than if I just applied.

Thanks!

We held a social event for the members of our Cancer Insights Panels and from the positive feedback, and building on last years social meetup at The Crick Institute, were looking to make this an annual event. Find out what happened on the day.

Three members of our team went along to this years Early Detection of Cancer Conference. This was also attended by network members who were invited to co-create a session that focused on the impact and importance of involving people affected by cancer in research and to have this conversation as early as possible. November is Lung Cancer Awareness Month and were continuing to make progress thanks to our supporters, researchers, and clinicians. Our updated article highlights our impact in this area and the ways weve influenced progress in lung cancer.

It was organised to recognise their contributions and provide an opportunity to meet and connect with other panel members and staff in person. We were delighted to welcome 21 members in person and 13 attending the event online. The agenda included both interactive elements as well as opportunities for the panel members to hear directly from heads and directors working in different areas of Cancer Research UK. Most in-person attendees were able to join us for an evening meal which gave a further opportunity to informally socialise. Feedback from panel members included saying that the day had made them more motivated. They valued the experience of meeting people also affected by cancer, it felt supportive because everyone talked openly about their experiences.

You are receiving this update as you previously registered for a ‘Cost of living signposting webinar’ with Southwark Council and partners. If you no longer wish to receive these emails please let me know and I will remove you from the mailing list.

Winter signposting webinar – for public facing staff and volunteers

With the ongoing cost of living crisis; the potential for cold weather, and the ongoing threat from COVID-19 and flu, we know that this winter will be challenging for many of our residents.

Join colleagues from Public Health, Exchequer Services and partner organisations for a webinar which will showcase available cost of living and energy efficiency support available for Southwark residents this winter, and how staff can support residents to access it. We will also share up to date data to help you identify people you work with who are most at risk this winter, and highlight some ways staff can help residents keep healthy this winter.

The webinar will take place on Thursday 23rd November, between 12 and 1pm and is open to all Southwark Council staff, as well as frontline staff from partner organisations, including the voluntary & community sector. Further webinars will be organised if there is demand from staff. Please click here to register for the webinar.

If you have any questions about the webinar, please email marek.zmroczek-sterenberg@southwark.gov.uk

Dear MR. ARNOLD E TOMLINSON You are a priority for seasonal flu and COVID-19 vaccinations. This is because you are aged 65 or over (by 31 March 2024). Having both vaccinations will reduce your risk of serious illness and help you recover more quickly if you catch flu or COVID-19. How to get your COVID-19 vaccination Book online at http://www.nhs.uk/book-covid (you may be asked if you want a flu vaccination at the same appointment) Use the NHS App Visit http://www.nhs.uk/covid-walk-in to find your nearest COVID-19 vaccination walk-in site. The last date you will be able to get your COVID-19 vaccination is 15 December 2023. How to get your flu vaccination Contact your GP surgery Visit http://www.nhs.uk/flu-pharmacy to find your nearest pharmacy offering the vaccine Some pharmacies are offering appointments online at http://www.nhs.uk/book-a-flu-vaccination or on the NHS App. You will be able to get your flu vaccine after 15 December, but you are encouraged to get vaccinated as soon as you can ahead of the colder months. If you need support If you can’t get online, phone 119 for help arranging your vaccinations. If you usually get your care at home, please contact your GP surgery to arrange a home visit with a local NHS service. Go to http://www.england.nhs.uk/local-covid-19-vaccination-contacts if your GP surgery is unable to help. More information  Seasonal vaccinations have proven safety records. They give additional protection to any immunity you may have from previous infections.   Flu and COVID-19 spread more easily in winter. Even if you’ve been vaccinated before, it’s important you get the protection you need because viruses change, and protection fades over time. The roles of the Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Service will be highlighted because Met Police Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley is on record signing my BOOK.

The Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin who I meet at Housing For Women AGM in 2014 will be called to mediate.

Fact the Police failed to contact me after Santander set us up to be robbed is of grave concerns. But they came to my house after another malicious report and leave my husband dying. If I did not get home when I did on the 25/11/2023 my husband would have died home alone from a HYPO.

Can someone please act NOW?

I recently learnt why my husband is TRAUMATISED by the TERRORISM of those colluding with http://www.leyf.org.uk in their plots to make me be the victim of HCT Impact Report 2016 of 1 in 5 of all SUICIDES are associated with unemployment. When I did not commit SUE-DECIDE my husband and I are 600,000 older people in the UK say they leave their home once per week or less.

Arnold Ebenezer Tomlinson was at his job working for Southwark Council in East Street when a black man beat upa white man’s wife. The White man stabbed the black man dead. Another White man targeted Mr Tomlinson and broke his jaw.

Another interesting story is Mr Tomlinson has a small illusion of one day becoming a property tycoon. Can you imagine when I get a TEAM to help me produce “OUR STORY” the impact this will make.

Met Police Commissioner Sir Mark Rowley signed my BOOK. Make of this what you will.

The Role of the NHS 19th October 2023

We visited the GP at DMC Healthcare Chadwick Road and the Report by Miss Shreeya CHAUDHARI is nothing short of

  1. DEFAMATION and accusing me of not caring for my husband.
  2. 2. Dr. Ravi GUPTA called the next day and was very INSENTIVE about the incident in Peckham
  3. It is evident that these PROFESSIONALS with EAD are not aware of the NEEDS of a person who is 100 years old.
  4. We went into Santander after the visit to my Husband’s GP Surgery and I have VIDEO evidence of what occurred inside and outside the bank. Yet the Met Police failed to contact me about the INVESTIGATION after they collected relevant information.
  5. NHS London Ambulance Service Called for Help 14/10/2023. Recorded for Safeguarding

This is just a SUMMARY of my experiences of HATE CRIMES from the above mentioned after Deborah Agnes Gilchrist broke the glass to the Communal Door on the 13th December 2021. The HORRORS played out from then until I was visited at home on 26th January 2023 whilst celebrating my mother’s 99th birthday.

Since I started keeping a DEFENSIVE PRACTICE I have been recording and doing LIVE whenever possible. Let the world see who is/are the CRIMINALS needing ERT and the VIOLENT NUISANCE.

Dear Parent,
Thank you for applying to join the Parent Panel, a pilot project with Hello Brave and Impact on Urban Health.

Due to the high number of applications, we’ve had to make some very difficult decisions about who to select. And so unfortunately we’re not able to invite you onto the panel at this time.

We know opportunities like this don’t come around that often and that this will be disappointing. We’ve put you on the waitlist and if anyone drops out we’ll let you know.

Also, if you asked to stay updated about the Parent Panel, we’ll be in touch with you about any other ways to get involved as the work progresses.

Thanks again for taking the time to apply – we really appreciate it. We hope to connect again soon.
