I hope the H4W team who have made mine and my husband’s life the living hell it has become the past 23 years are well. Because by the time I am finished the world will know about those involved in the horrendous hate crimes impacting on our health and well-being.
How very insensitive of H4W sending me an email that it has been brought to their attention via email sent to their legal team, Devonshires, on 3rd December 2023 of a video, where I complained of excessive noise from my neighbour.
Considering all that has been happening from the time I contacted Narin Masera about the letter she sent to me when my intentions were to mediate about the matter. I am finding it strange that H4W can be behaving this way. Let me put on record that H4W is responsible for Ms Gilchrist’s unreasonable behaviour and the deterioration in her MENTAL HEALTH. Each time there is an incident, I tried getting help for my neighbour who is VULNERABLE. Instead H4W continue the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION against me. Who is the VIOLENT NUISANCE?
I spent the past 10 years defending myself from my former employers https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 only to be targeted for my VULNERABILITIES because of the corruption by the HMCTS in covering up the miscarriages of justice.
I will not be wasting too much of my time with H4W and Devonshires Solicitors because my husband’s health is in slow decline and as I wrote to LEYF Dilys Epton on the eve of Mothering Sunday 2015 am DEPRESSED and DYING slowly of TORTURE. On Christmas eve 2022 I had to barricade myself in my home because of my neighbour.
The role of the Metropolitan Police, Southwark Council and Adult Social Care, The Maudsley NHS, my GP Surgery, Southwark Library, Barclays, Nationwide, Santander, CJS, CPS, IOPC, JCIO, MOPAC, HMPPS, CLCC, CCMCC, will be made clear.
I find this email very disrespectful after H4W wiped my JOURNAL of all DATA from 2000. Blocked me from sending emails. Coerced my neighbour to wage a campaign of HATE against me with the neighbours in Alma Grove. Colluded with Deborah Agnes Gilchrist to target me and trying an UNLAWFUL case behind my back when I was having another CRISIS. The injunction came with threats of IMPRISONMENT. But the straw that breaks the Camel’s back is using Mimi Owusu as witness after she scammed me of £10,000.00. The BUNDLE Narin Masera sent to me and then asking the Solicitor to destroy will seal the faith of Housing for Women and all those who allowed me to almost become the victim of Ms Gilchrist like 4 members of the same family who died in Bermondsey by someone they know with MENTAL HEALTH issues.
For clarity here is the CAD 4186/12Dec23 for the visit of the Police yesterday. I have a FILE on H4W TERRORISM that will open the cans of worms about how MERVELEE IONIE RATTY NEMBHARD-MYERS-TOMLINSON take a stance against HATE CRIMES.
As always am still prepare to have an amicable resolution to this matter. However, in order for this to happen H4W must join with me in getting those involved to CHANGING the STORY by JOINING the CONVERSATION. Then H4W and Devonshires Solicitors LLP can start preparing the COMPENSATION for the DEFAMATION colluding with Southwark Council 300+ pages of SAR.
