23 Years of Systemic Discrimination in Reverse & Police Racism in Southwark
A New Met For London
“You said, we did”
The full New Met for London https://www.met.police.uk/notices/met/a-new-met-for-london/ can verify that the METROPOLITAN POLICE and IOPC and MOPAC are party to the breaches of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics from my concerns about verbal abuse by Winsome Duncan and Barrister Ryan Clement were not addressed. But Police Officers and the NHS Ambulance Service came to SECTION me from the malicious report I wrote on Facebook I was feeling SUICIDAL. My Application for REVIEW will document the role of the METROPOLITAN POLICE in the Systemic Discrimination against me and my HUSBAND.
Progress Updates
- “Police officers must make efforts to understand the communities they work in, the problems they face, and the wider cultural and historic context of their wards/boroughs – training of new officers should reflect this”.
Application for a REVIEW
Mervelee Myers ask for a REVIEW on the basis that R Quinn in continuing the Systemic Discrimination failed to take into account the information sent and focused on the Police coming to MURDER me on the 20/11/2020 and MOPAC decision colluded to make me a victim in breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics.
Since R Quinn needs Mervelee Myers to teach Him/Her about the Equality Act 2010, the GDPR 2018 and the Charter of Rights 12 Codes, I will apply his response for why the Police is Party to the HATE CRIMES to cover up their part in the breaches.
Here is the proof why the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority will be EXPOSED.
The SCHEME Crime of Violence is defined (1) A crime of violence which involves:
(a) a physical attack
(b) any other act or omission of a violent nature which causes physical injury to a person
(d) a sexual assault to which a person did not in fact consent or
(e ) arson or fire-raising
Since EVIDENCE from the POLICE was used to confirm Mervelee Myers was a VICTIM of CRIME or VIOLENCE let me make this PUBLIC.
Please refer to https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 for when it started. Then https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site for why the MET POLICE will be charged for breaches of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. I gave the Police HOPE Having Opportunity Promote Empowerment.
The NEGLIGENCE of the Metropolitan Police
Petition for an Inquiry in the Early Years Sector rejected.
Mervelee Myers Made a Criminal needing Emotional Regulation Treatment to cover LEYF & Richard Harty MIC operating out of HOC Nursery. Richard Harty must be investigated for the ABUSE REVIEWS online during the ET/EAT in 2017. A Physical Attack occurred against me by white girl wearing LEYF shirt at the Nursery World Show 2018. (a) a physical attack
Criminal Offence: CAD 3639/03Dec23 – 1730 AS PC Briton The Officer who was sent is 22 years old, born after I came to live at Alma Grove. I was abused and threatened at my door because of what the 2 Officers who came to the incident on Sunday 3rd December 2023 went up and said to my neighbour. All visits to my home by Police are recorded after the visit on 30/11/2020 when PC Holly Sweeney led her team to my home to MURDER me to say I commit SUICIDE under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture. Refer to Judgement. What was done about threats to my life after visit of 22-year-old Scott to my home? I would have been a keyworker to Scott as an EYFS Coordinator, SENCO, and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator. Let R Quinn take notes if he/she thinks there was no criminal offence committed against me.
Police CAD 2127/03Dec23 The 2 Police Officers are captured LIVE discriminating against me. Whatever they said to my neighbour and her partner caused him to come to my door to ABUSE me. (c) a threat against a person, causing fear of immediate violence in circumstances which would cause a person of reasonable firmness to be put in such fear

Communities must be involved in police decision-making and given a consistent role in overseeing plans. This process must be made public and widely available to enable transparency.
Dear Mrs Myers
Thank you for your response. I have asked one of our team to contact you tomorrow, so they can make arrangements for the statements to be signed.

Subject: RE: Met Police – Draft Statements – Incident 19/10/23
Hi PC Herman
Thanks again for your conclusion to the investigations. Appreciate. In my role as Mental Health & SEND Advocate turn Activist, I have to edit the “Witness Statement” in line with the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics, GDPR 2018 and the Charter of Rights 12 Codes after I was made a Criminal needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. Now I was made a Violent Nuisance and issued with an INJUNCTION to be WHITER than WHITE as they SILENCE me and to be evicted. I am asking ALL to “Join the Conversation” in making “A New Met for London” reflective of the BAME Community and Windrush Generation. So, my 100 year old husband can regain some of his DIGNITY after being TRAUMATISED past 9+ years. Refer to https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site for more because am more SCARED at home than on the STREETS.

Draft Statement of:
Mr Arnold Tomlinson
I am the above named person and my address is known to Police. This statement refers to an incident, whereby £2000 cash, x3 passports and a marriage certificate and (MM Updates: other documents and cash) were stolen from my wife’s rucksack. I do not know the person responsible and I confirm no one was given permission to take our property. (MM Update: Since I do not understand the meaning of this statement, I am at a loss to see the reasons for it’s inclusion, therefore, I must make clarifications without going into details about issues with Santander. Based on the fact that Santander’s negligence in their “Duty of Care” to my husband resulted in the fact we were travelling around with the above mentioned items. As discussed with PC Herman, I am aware the Police Investigations is separate from any personal matters between Santander and Mervelee Myers and Mr. Tomlinson dating back to 2019. When the Financial Ombudsman Service was involved).
On Thursday 19th October 2023, at approximately 12:30 hours, I attended Santander Bank, 97 Rye Lane, London, SE15 4TG in company with my wife who waited outside the bank. (MM Updates: My wife was outside because she was STRESSED and did not want to go into the bank where she could be accused of Anti-Social-Behaviours). I queued for some time but eventually got to the front of the line, where I withdrew £2000 from my account from cashier. (MM Updates: I consider the queuing was unnecessary based on the fact I had taken my wife into the bank to add her name to the account and Santander failed me with their NEGLIGENCE and “Duty of Care” towards me. We were in the Bank on the 17th and was refused access to the money. My WIFE advised them we would be back with proof of identity). The money was placed inside an envelope. (MM Updates: The money was given to me in an a plastic and into a white envelope). As I left the bank, I met my wife directly outside and handed her the envelope to keep the money safe. (MM Updates: My wife was standing outside and I handed her the envelope, and she asked me for the Passport. I take it out of my pocket and handed it to her. My wife placed the Passport in the plastic with her British Passport and Jamaican Passport. Put the envelope with the money in the clear plastic wallet along with the plastic wallet and the marriage certificate and cash in an envelope and other documents from Nationwide). She placed it into her black rucksack, which she then closed. (MM Update: Because of my Wife’s Chronic Anxiety she does things to make life easier to manage. Both of us were STRESSED as we were coming from my GP, the second time in the same week).
We crossed the road to wait for the route 78 bus. The bus stop is located diagonally opposite the bank. (MM Updates: We crossed in front of the bank across the bus stop because the road was clear of traffic). The route 78 bus arrived shortly (MM Updates: 3 minutes after and we both boarded the route heading towards the Old Kent Road SE1. (MM Updates: I used my Bank Card to pay instead of my Bus Pass and my wife realised and watched as I put it away safely in my wallet). Throughout the journey I did not noticed anyone interfere with my bag. (MM Updates: My wife had her bag in front of her from we sat on the BUS).
When we arrived home my wife discovered the envelope containing the money was missing, along with the passports and the marriage certificate. I do not know when the property was taken but I can only assume it would have been from leaving the bank and travelling on the bus home.
For the purpose of CCTV I would describe myself as a black male, 100 years old, medium build, wearing a navy jacket, a navy hat with grey fur around the side.
The incident has made me feel very anxious and stressed, knowing that someone has targeted me and my wife to steal our money. (MM Updates: Here is where I have to mention the role of SANTANDER, even if the Metropolitan Police will not play any further roles in the evidence we will be using to share “Our Stories”. The fact that the incident took place after my wife was in a MEETING where I asked First Black Commander for Lambeth & Southwark of the Metropolitan Police about my request to volunteer when I attended “A New Met for London” and Sir Mark Rowley signed her BOOK will be used along with anything else she gathers at the even on the 5th December). I am now fearful when going out and travelling on the bus network in case I am being followed. (MM Updates: The issues are with Santander). I am concerned that something similar could happen again. (MM Updates: My wife has been collecting evidence about the ELDER ABUSE). I have not been able to retrieve any of the money, leaving me at a financial loss.

(MM Updates: The money was given to my husband in an a plastic and into a white envelope as is/was the norms). He then came outside, handed me the money and I placed it inside my black backpack, which I then shut and placed both straps over my shoulders. (MM Updates: I was standing outside and my husband handed me the envelope, and asked him for the Passport. He take it out of his pocket and handed it to me. For the purpose of CCTV I would describe myself as a black female, 64 years old, wearing a distinctive red hat, black coat, orange t-shirt, green trousers and carrying a black backpack.
The incident has made me feel very upset and stressed, knowing that someone has entered my private space and targeted me for my money and belongings. (MM Updates: Here is where I have to mention the role of SANTANDER, even if the Metropolitan Police will not play any further roles in the evidence we will be using to share “Our Stories”. I now feel anxious when attending the bank and travelling on the bus network incase I am being followed. (MM Updates: The issues are with Santander and matters about SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION affecting me and my husband). I am concerned that something similar could happen again. (MM Updates: MAPS is my Live Broadcasting along with YouTube, Google My Business and other Social Media platforms that will be used in “Changing the Story” about Gender Based Violence against Children Young People and Adults made VULNERABLE and I have been collecting evidence about the ELDER ABUSE). It made me feel emotional hurt and I have not been able to retrieve any of the money, leaving me at a financial loss.
MM Updates: Am still waiting to SIGN!
Housing For Women get Contractors to TERRORISE me Monday 13/11/2023
- Claim Number: K05EC530 Housing for Women & Devonshires Solicitors LLP continue TERRORISM against me after I was made a VIOLENT CRIMINAL during a Hearing on 1st August 2023. The circumstances of my absence to the MALICIOUS REPORTS by Deborah Agnes Gilchrist & Housing for Women & Devonshires Solicitors must be considered. I was in the Solicitors office when Narin Masera called asking him to destroy the bundle sent to me that he copied. (c) a threat against a person, causing fear of immediate violence in circumstances which would cause a person of reasonable firmness to be put in such fear. The INJUNCTION is cause for concerns that my husband and I are not safe at Alma Grove based on visitors using the key that I was asked to gain access to the “Communal Area”.
- The INJUNCTION case on 22/11/2023 breaches my RIGHTS not to be discriminated against. No consideration was given to the circumstances making me unable to attend COURT to answer to the UNLAWFUL injunction the results of the MALICIOUS reports of Deborah Agnes Gilchrist and the HATE CRIMES of POLICE who visited whenever I called for support.
- The Contractor who visited on 21/11/2023 carried out a thorough job. Why did a Contractor came to my home on the 13/11/2023 if not to TRIGGER me to behave as how I was labelled?
- 19/11/2023 Event in Peckham
- Contractor turned up at my home, gained entrance to the Communal Door with keys I was asked to give H4W to knock on my door to do work inside my house on Monday 13/11/2023. I explained to the Contractor the reasons I was recording for Safeguarding. I expressed concerns about persons using the key I provided for Housing for Women to have copy used to TERRORISE me by persons entering the “COMMUNAL AREA”. I and visitors to my home are monitored by persons unknown to me. (c) a threat against a person, causing fear of immediate violence in circumstances which would cause a person of reasonable firmness to be put in such fear
- Refer to email customer.service@h4w.co.uk on the 10/11/2023 at 11:51. Based on the Injunction that I am to give access to ALL who H4W think fit to come to my home to carry out TERRORISM against me. I have raised concerns am not SAFE in my home after I was beaten by the Police on 30/11/2020 and thereafter made a CRIMINAL needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. Hence the reason set out to treat me as a CRIMINAL to cover their tracks. (c) a threat against a person, causing fear of immediate violence in circumstances which would cause a person of reasonable firmness to be put in such fear
- I was visited by Samantha Gibbs on the 12/01/2023 with a MAN who tried to ASSAULT me at my door. The Police took ages to turn up and accused me. (c) a threat against a person, causing fear of immediate violence in circumstances which would cause a person of reasonable firmness to be put in such fear
- A malicious report was made to the Police about an incident happened at Alma Grove on 10/01/2023. I will add the information about that. (c) a threat against a person, causing fear of immediate violence in circumstances which would cause a person of reasonable firmness to be put in such fear
- 22/8/23 KEYSTONE Fire Safety LTD 01234854014. I was at home when this was left outside my door. Part of the TERRORISM label me VIOLENT NUISANCE. I prevented a Grenfell at Alma Grove. If the Met Police acted on the CONCERNS of Mervelee Myers & Arnold Tomlinson the way they did about the MALICIOUS Reports of Housing for Women & Deborah Agnes Gilchrist we would not be here where I will have my LIVE BROADCASTING telling the world about the A-Z of hate crimes against me and my husband and those involved.

Officers that have been found to be engaging in criminal conduct resulting in dismissal, should also be prosecuted criminally instead of being protected.
Refer to the HMCTS, CPS, CJS, IOPC, JCIO, BSB, SRA, MOPAC, DBS, CCMCC, CLCC HMPPS involved in 10 years of PTSD of me and my husband. The miscarriages of justice. Police sent to SECTION me on malicious report of Winsome Duncan and Barrister Ryan Clement. Judgement passed for Ryan Clement to pay back husband money. 4 years later am contacted by Court Enforcement Services LTD for £90.00. Holly Sweeney led TERRORIST to MURDER me to say I commit SUICIDE. I was beaten up and MOPAC decision by Neil Solliss and Nikki Babb is confirming I could have been murdered and they get away with it. Because I was judge on my reactions re my DISABILITIES that are evident in the DECISION. I was advised by Dr. Laura Crawford to seek CBT to find out why I react the way I do to certain situation. Whenever I call for support 2 Police vehicles turn up at my home trying to TRICK me to SECTION me. The Criminal Compensation Authority can find DATA for my CLAIMS. I applied to Southwark Council for Subject Access Request. It contains 300+ pages of DEFAMATION. Housing for Women wiped portal of all DATA from 2000.

Complaints process must be overhauled – complaints are taking too long, accountability not being taken, with rates of success consistently low. The number of complaints based on unfair treatment must be monitored as a measure of trust and confidence.
The roles of the IOPC and MOPAC will be scrutinised

- The Met Police continuing the RACISM identified in MPS Crime Reference Number: 3034363/23 Date: 20 October 2023 Addressed to Mr. Arnold Tomlinson 16a-16b Alma Grove London SE1 5PY is clear case of DISCRIMINATION. Mr. Tomlinson is not registered at my address.
- The Met Police has not contacted me via letters as was done with Mr. Tomlinson.
- The Met Police contacted me via telephone to provide information about the incident on the 19th October 2023. I am still waiting to hear from the Police.

- The actions by Members of the Met Police must be equated to TERRORISM that can be proven online.
- Does the Met Police expect Mr. Tomlinson to access SUPPORT based on information in the letter Dated: 20th October 2023?
Fact is clear that the Met Police is involved in a case of VENDETTA and HATE CRIMES against Mervelee Myers and Arnold Tomlinson in breach of the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. The Role of the NHS 19th October 2023
We visited the GP at DMC Healthcare Chadwick Road and the Report by Miss Shreeya CHAUDHARI is nothing short of
- DEFAMATION and accusing me of not caring for my husband.
- 2. Dr. Ravi GUPTA called the next day and was very INSENTIVE about the incident in Peckham
- It is evident that these PROFESSIONALS with EAD are not aware of the NEEDS of a person who is 100 years old.
- We went into Santander after the visit to my Husband’s GP Surgery and I have VIDEO evidence of what occurred inside and outside the bank. Yet the Met Police failed to contact me about the INVESTIGATION after they collected relevant information.
- NHS London Ambulance Service Called for Help 14/10/2023. Recorded for Safeguarding
This is just a SUMMARY of my experiences of HATE CRIMES from the above mentioned after Deborah Agnes Gilchrist broke the glass to the Communal Door on the 13th December 2021. The HORRORS played out from then until I was visited at home on 26th January 2023 whilst celebrating my mother’s 99th birthday.
Since I started keeping a DEFENSIVE PRACTICE I have been recording and doing LIVE whenever possible. Let the world see who is/are the CRIMINALS needing ERT and the VIOLENT NUISANCE.

Dear Parent,
Thank you for applying to join the Parent Panel, a pilot project with Hello Brave and Impact on Urban Health.
Due to the high number of applications, we’ve had to make some very difficult decisions about who to select. And so unfortunately we’re not able to invite you onto the panel at this time.
We know opportunities like this don’t come around that often and that this will be disappointing. We’ve put you on the waitlist and if anyone drops out we’ll let you know.
Also, if you asked to stay updated about the Parent Panel, we’ll be in touch with you about any other ways to get involved as the work progresses.
Thanks again for taking the time to apply – we really appreciate it. We hope to connect again soon.
