Then can the authorities explain to me why www.leyf.org.uk can get away saying they have no data for me in the letter dated 2 January 2018? the worry and distress you must feel when asked for additional medical

evidence to support your Disabled Students’ Allowances (DSA) application

for the 2021/22 academic year, without being given a clear explanation as

to why.

We are not responsible for setting student finance policy or eligibility

criteria. We were set up by the Department for Education (DfE) to

administer the Student Loan Scheme within the Regulations set by

Government. The responsibility for setting Regulations rests with

Parliament and relevant Ministers and we do not have any discretion in

The impact on my health I had a meltdown and decided I could not deal with any more of those stresses. I put myself in my work giving 100% doing 3 people’s job, working for my pension. So was it that had discretion in my application when I was treated with discrimination and yet doing the job of the CEO, June O’Sullivan using my Intellectual Property and Image Rights to build Brand LEYF in her own image?

I have completed a full investigation on your account to establish what has

gone wrong. This is so we can learn from your feedback and improve the

DSA support is intended to ensure that all students can enter higher

education on a level playing field. Students with a disability or long-term

medical conditions can apply for funding and be assessed to determine what

additional support would help them to study to the best of their ability.

When a student applies for DSA funding they must first provide medical

evidence confirming their disability or long-term health condition.

MM Updates: I provided the Medical Reports, but unfortunately some intellectual imbeciles by the name of Sassy Lazenby decided against them. The

evidence must confirm that this is long term and how it affects their

day-to-day life.

MM Updates: It is obvious those employed by SFE are illiterate and do not function to the level of the EYFS Prime and Specific areas. Once we have reviewed and accepted this, we will issue correspondence to a student confirming that they can arrange to have a

Study Needs Assessment carried out.

MM Updates: What is the qualification of the persons doing the reviews, and what training have they received about the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics? Judge Freer told me at the ET that Gill Springer did not need to know about Legislations, Laws, Codes of Practices and Conducts to teach the apprentice to take up jobs in the Early Years Sector. The Needs Assessment Centre will carry this out and then send the Needs Assessment Report to us with recommendations for support to help the student with their disability related needs.

MM Updates: I have no time-wasting my breathe my class starts on Tuesday 28 September 2021 and I have enough on my plate to be stressed by those in the pockets of LEYF. If we have not accepted medical evidence for a particular condition, we are

unable to consider any recommendations from a Needs Assessor related to

Following the review of the medical evidence submitted to support your DSA

application, we have accepted them for Anxiety and Depression, which was

also confirmed on the Disability Evidence form completed by your doctor.

MM Updates: Who the hell is SFE acting like GOD about my disabilities. By the way, the GP needs remedial via the EYFS Prime & Specific areas. How come s/he is not aware of how to fill a form. Anyway, I submitted the Medical Reports not my problem if SFE wants to make an ASS of themselves by employing ignorant like LEYF Leaders-Management who can’t string 3 words to form a sentence much less understand my Medical Reports. I must however make you aware that Anxiety and Depression were the only

medical conditions declared on the form.

Unfortunately, we have not accepted the medical evidence for Diabetes,

Arthritis and Chronic Pain.

MM Updates: As stated before SFE employs idiots who are in the pockets of LEYF paedophiles. The only evidence we have received for Diabetes is a doctors summary, which has entries from 2015 for diabetes but they say this is under “good control”. To be accepted for a disability, we need to know the condition has an adverse daily effect on your ability to carry out normal day to day activities.

MM Updates: So where is the Judge Elliott’s Court Management Order of 8 June 2016 that is 3 pages. Is SFE saying this is a Summary?

I have checked all the evidence we have received and there is no mention of

Arthritis or Chronic Pain.

MM Updates: Go look on the Report of 2020 that the GP claim s/he cannot give me a Medical Report. I don’t tell SFE to employ idiots unable to decipher codes.

I understand that you requested that your doctor completes a Disability

Evidence form after we rejected all your evidence initially.

MM Updates: Go to my YouTube to find out the hoops I had to jump through to get the form. Why did SFE reject my evidence initially? Proof of the Institutional Discrimination to cover up for PAEDOPHILES evidence to be found at www.leyf.org.uk website. We are

uncertain why your doctor only confirmed Anxiety and Depression on the form

and not your other medical conditions.

MM Updates: Because like SFE that rejected my Medical Reports initially the GP is an idiot and illiterate and unable to complete a form. Did S/he even check my FILE? As such, we contacted you by email and letter on 15 and 18 September 2021. We confirmed that we have accepted medical evidence for two conditions and rejected for three.

MM Updates: What are your qualifications to reject my Medical Reports? We requested

further medical evidence for Diabetes, Arthritis and Chronic Pain and as we

have accepted your evidence for Anxiety and Depression, we asked you to

arrange to attend a Needs Assessment Centre.

MM Updates: Please take responsibility for triggering and exacerbating my PTSD and stop the crap, or else you will be exposed as a FRAUD and CYBERBULLY. Like the HMCTS, CPS, CJS, MOPAC, IOPC, JCIO, BSB, SRA, DBS, CCMCC, Social Media covering for LEYF.

I have located the calls you made to us on 20 September 2021 and listened

to the recordings. MM Updates: Do you speak and understand English? The first person that you spoke with transferred your call to a DSA advisor. It was obvious that you were very upset that we had rejected your medical evidence. The advisor clearly explained that we would only accept evidence which confirms that the conditions have an

adverse daily effect on your ability to carry out normal day to day

activities.

MM Updates: Does SFE think they are the only ones recording? I have to safeguard myself so go to my YouTube for updates. As you were unhappy with the process, the advisor sent you an email and attached a leaflet on how to raise a formal complaint.

understand, however, in a further call that you made to us later that day,

confirmed that you could raise a formal complaint by sending us an email.

Updates 25/9/2018: I have just come from another session at wandsworthccg.expertpatients@swlondon.nhs.uk. This was worthwhile and a relief to get out of my house after the week, I have had. However there were some additional stresses to my life as I started reflecting on why I am not working and having to be part of groups or communities where I am feeling surplus to the amount. I would like to know what some of these Social Media platforms, the Print Media, the Establishment and Systems are all about? I have not worked from I was forced to resign from @leyfonline because of a Nervous Breakdown. I have been blocked by @facebook and threats issue, until I give my stories to justify my #Fight4justice campaign. The same happen with @twitter because of complaints from #bateswellsbraithwaite. Started at Bird in the Bush LEYF on 23rd July 2014, after coming back from my Mama’s funeral! They say good things come to those who wait & Patient Ratty can Ride Donkey…? 2nd time this year I have been on 2 Transitions Journeys to Jamaica & now OFSTED! Suffice it to say that I am much more contended in my Life & I am becoming a better Person 4 many similar Reasons in my Life overall.
