I will be doing my report and publishing online at https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site for how I am a victim of the Judiciary of England and Wales and Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Services colluding with LEYF and cohorts… The Nationwide Building Society and Santander are colluding to defraud me of mine and Husband’s Money. This is not the first time I am the victim of SCAMMERS with the Bank and Financial Ombudsman Services involved.
I am establishing my Publications Business from home. Up for SCRUTINY is the information that was put in the report that I corrected.
Thanks for your help, that wasn’t much of a help.
I am in contact with Nigel Pearce and Sir Mark Rowley.

| View in browser Hi Mervelee, If you spotted our email last week, you will have seen that this month is World Alzheimer’s Month. This year’s theme is ‘Never too early, never too late’, so today, some of our dementia specialist Admiral Nurses are sharing some things that it’s never too early to do if you or someone you care for have a diagnosis of dementia. It’s never too early to create a life story Rachel, Admiral Nurse A life story is a record of someone’s past and present life and wishes for the future. It helps other people get to know the person better, such as their likes and dislikes, who is important to them and key moments from their life. It’s never too early to look after your physical health Stuart, Admiral Nurse Eat a healthy, balanced diet and if you drink alcohol, stick to small amounts. Including some exercise in your routine and having regular checkups, such as health, hearing and eyesight, are all beneficial after a diagnosis of dementia. It’s never too early to create a lasting power of attorney Sarah, Admiral Nurse Many people with dementia will eventually lose the ability to make important decisions about their health, welfare and finances. A lasting power of attorney is a legal process that appoints someone to make decisions on behalf of the person with dementia, in their best interests. Watch our full video on our YouTube channel: And finally, we want you to know that it’s never too early to speak to an Admiral Nurse. Whatever stage of dementia you are facing, we are here to help. Subject: Parkinson’s UK – AGM 2023
Parkinson’s UK 2023 Annual General Meeting Saturday 14 October 2023, 10:00am Dear Mrs Myers, I am pleased to share with you papers and guidance notes for the charity’s 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) and to invite you to join in. Trustee elections 2023 We’re holding a ballot to elect two trustees in England and one trustee in Scotland. I would like to thank those who have come forward to serve the Parkinson’s community as trustees. We have a very good field of candidates standing and I would like to encourage those of you registered in either England or Scotland to vote. You will only be able to vote in those elections if you are in one of these two countries. Kyle Alexander stood unopposed for re-election in Northern Ireland and so has been elected as the Northern Ireland trustee from the end of the AGM on 14 October 2023. I would like to thank Kyle for his exemplary service to date and for agreeing to stand again. The deadline for voting in the ballots for the England and Scotland trustee positions is Thursday 12 October 2023 at 10:00am, and the results will be announced at the AGM. I look forward to welcoming the successful elected trustees to the board. For your information: re-appointment of Honorary Officers of the Board of Trustees From within the Board of Trustees, we select individuals to take on specific roles (honorary officers). In May 2023 the Trustees re-appointed me as Chair of the board, Matthew Durdy as Vice Chair and Katrina Green as Finance Trustee for further two year terms in these positions, beginning at the end of this year’s AGM. I am extremely proud to serve the charity and its members in this way and I know that Matthew and Katrina feel the same. Annual General Meeting (AGM) This year’s AGM is on Saturday 14 October 2023 and will be both in-person and virtual. As well as the AGM, the in-person event will feature Community Awards and community events. The community events will feature a community showcase event and a marketplace with demonstrations. Dance and movement, and research will all feature. The West Midlands team will be showcasing local community activities, and we are delighted that there will be a Movers and Shakers live event. This is an important day in the life of the charity, providing members with the chance to meet and interact across the Parkinson’s UK community, as well as to question the board on the charity’s activities. Virtual event 10:00am – 1:00pm (AGM and Community Awards only) In-person event 10:00am – 4:00pm (AGM, Community Awards and workshops) The in-person venue is the Hilton Birmingham Metropole, National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham, B40 1PP. We’ll have support available to make the meeting as accessible as possible. If you wish, you can pre-register at PUK AGM pre-registration. I would particularly like to recognise Peter Miller, who will retire from his role as elected trustee for England at this AGM. On behalf of the board, I’d like to extend our deep thanks to Peter for the considerable time and energy he has contributed to the life of charity during his term of office since 2019. Peter has been a driving force through his work on the board and I will miss his challenge and support. Changes to consider We’re proposing some amendments to the Articles of Association of the charity (the charity’s governing document) at this year’s AGM. Please take the time to consider these as there will be a vote on these proposals at the AGM. More information can be found here. The AGM is a chance to have your voice heard. We’ll be listening to your views on the areas most important to you. We may not be able to cover all questions live at the AGM, but we’ll ensure anyone who submits a question receives a response. You can submit advance questions by emailing agm@parkinsons.org.uk, or by writing to me as the Chair of the Board, c/o the Company Secretary, 215 Vauxhall Bridge Road, London SW1V 1EJ. Please find enclosed and below: A voting link for completion if you are unable to attend the AGM either in-person on online. For registered members in England and Scotland this link will also allow you to vote for the election of trustees. The voting website provides you with more detailed information about the election candidates standing and instructions on how you can cast your vote in the ballot. Formal notice and explanatory notes for the 2023 AGM. Information about how you can participate in the AGM and community events. I look forward to sharing our thoughts on the future of the charity and celebrating the continued commitment of supporters, volunteers, employees and trustees with you. Best wishes Gary Shaughnessy CBE Chair of the Board of Trustees Please click on the button below to vote by proxy on the resolution and to cast your vote in the election of trustees if applicable.
