Now HMCTS must account for the £58,000.00 NDA offer by Judge Hildebrand during the Telephone Mediation with www.personnelconsultant.com John Fenton who turns out to be a conman. He represented LEYF pretending to be a lawyer coerced by https://www.39essex.com/barrister/samantha-jones who manufactured a contagious disease after telling the ET Panel she did not prepare a case.

I will leave this here as I think there is enough information showing how after 7 years Mervelee Myers became another victim of COVID-19 when LEYF with friends in high places at the HMCTS and CPS and CJS and SRA and BSB and CCMCC and IOPC and JCIO and MOPAC and DBS and CLCC pushed me over the edge to make me a criminal needing Emotional Regulation Treatment. If LEYF CEO June O’Sullivan did not sanction the discrimination after I meet Dr Chris Pascal OBE www.crec.co.uk and Professor Tony Bertram – EECERA https://www.eecera.org at LEYF Big Childcare Conversation at Middlesex University on 19/9/2015. I could have completed my studies to get my SEND Teacher Qualification. The fact I was endorsed on https://www.linked.com is my defensive practice about the roles of www.nurseryworld.co.uk and www.ofsted.gov.uk and others covering for LEYF in putting children, young people and vulnerable adults at risk of safeguarding.

I will wear my “Criminal Record Status” with pride as this will be the basis for another BOOK that I was advised to use my assignments to write when I studied at https://www.lambethcollege.ac.uk from 1997-1999. In the words of Nelson Mandela “The Purpose of Freedom is to Create for Others”. I have been made a criminal by the HMCTS and CPS and CJS to cover LEYF and cohorts abuse rings.

I spoke to my Mama’s sister Ms Connie, the only Survivor in this photo! She was so full of beans, chatting away about life with me! I told her I am writing a tribute to her for all she has done for my Family & Mama in particular! Ms Connie told me “I am so glad when Joyo Mertie Bernard was born…” Being an only Girl & having a brother who was my Mama’s favourite makes it easier to understand where Ms Connie is coming from…? This doesn’t mean Joyo was the favourite, but because she is the 1 who is around Ms Connie 24/7 these days! Our Family go way back & Joy & I share lots in common especially been born a month + apart! Yes I am the elder & Joy has more or less taken on some of the Caring Roles like my Mama in the Community>>> So lets join hands & heart & cherish our Elderly Folks with All they can have, until they are no more! Long may Ms Connie continue to enjoy good health, even thou she said she is getting weak! XXX U Ms C!

• Jill – Having a phone conversation about MM about her availability (MM does not want to have anything trigger her past trauma)

Action Plan 

• We will have a number of 15 sessions (subject to review)
• MM will occasionally submit content for our wellbeing packs (SLWS will let MM know topics ahead of time)
• TB will check in on MM Book of poems submission/process
• Wellbeing check-ins every 2 weeks at Peckham Hub
• Discuss developing MM as a motivational speaker
• MM plans to attend workshops at the Peckham (Storytelling)
