My name is Mervelee Myers Student ID 2193537 and I must raise concerns about Richard Harty and the manner of how I came to know him. On Monday 27/9/2021 I was just about to go out to my GP to get a new Disabled Students’ Allowances Disability Evidence Form prepared when my mobile rang. To know more listen to the recording and let me know why the UEL and Richard Harty acting the way they are doing towards me. I am preparing to give everyone their say about why I have adopted a Defensive Practice after 2 miscarriages of justice. And the journey I have been on after the death of my mother.

The fact I was once a social media influencer, to where now I have been made a voiceless, vulnerable victim to protect LEYF abusers in the reviews online. Let me say that Richard Harty strange behaviours towards me led to me doing my research and finding information linking him to LEYF Nurseries. What more is UEL and Richard Harty hiding? I am not the least bit intimidated by threats.

I am now the proud owner of a criminal record with ERT entrapment. I will make this brief as I must go to my kitchen to prepare a meal for my husband and I. But the UEL can get ready for my Fight4justice as I research if CAL brother professor Wedderburn was part of UEL.

Time to salute 1 of the 1st Independent Woman of my era from Townhead – Grung Road. The locals called her Ms Campbell & she was the wife of Mass Tat Sinanan. Sorry to say I don’t even know her other name & I am blaming this on the fact that she never resided in my Voting & Population Census areas. She was God-Mother to my breda Amly & this meant she was a person of unblemished & exemplary standards to be afforded such an accolade from my straight laced Parents?
Ms Campbell ran her Business Empire from the back of her family home and I am very sure she did give Owen aka Hurry-Hurry Sinclaire a run for his money. She travelled to town regularly to stock up on supplies to satisfy the needs of her many customer. Anyone who was anyone from far & near went to Ms Campbell for a bit of retail therapy. It was also a case of one’s name being good, so one can trust & pay later.
It was customary for us children to make pilgrimage to visit God-Parents so they can live up to the pledge they made. I usually loved accompanying my breda to visit Ms Campbell not just for the goodies we get to take home, but for other reasons too. One such was the way she would try to call my breda by his 3 names & never succeeded in saying them right, then she’d laugh out loud and say “I don’t know where Mass Ivan got these names from…”
On reflections I am thinking that Ms Campbell may have stammered, but am not sure? Ms Campbell made her mark by doing her own business & never stood by & expected her husband to support her & provided her every needs. I am sure if she had taken the decision to rely on Mass Tat, he would have complied. But she became a role model for other women by becoming 1 of the 1st women to establish herself as an entrepreneur. Ms Campbell became the fore runner for others like Bev McIntosh aka Big John’s wife & Ms Pearl Johnson. They were amongst others who were to become the back bone in supplying us with foodstuff at one time in Jamaica’s history when food did a married to all manner of things before they could get into our pots to feed the hungry masses. God blessed the Entrepreneural Spirits of the likes of Ms Campbell who was one of the beacon amongst STRONG BLACK WOMEN of her times.

OVERVIEW

Richard is an experienced early years practitioner who has teaching and managerial experience within a variety of early years settings in New Zealand, Australia, and the UK. MM Updates: Mervelee is a graduate of https://www.lambethcollege.ac.uk with a Student of the Year Certificate. I was advised by some of my tutors to go to university and to use my assignments for my first BOOK. I was unable to go to university at the time because of domestic violence. I was made homeless in September 2000 after returning from a visit home. I was saved from an untimely death because my sister-in-law came home when she did.

He has also worked as a reviewer for the National Childcare Accreditation Council in Australia. MM Updates: Please refer to Google Maps for how I set about finding ways to use my knowledge, values, and beliefs as the early years’ practitioner who developed the listening ethos when I was unable to get a job. This was after the second miscarriages of justice after bereavement and losses.

Richard’s first degree was in Psychology (Otago, NZ).

MM Updates: Listen to the video I uploaded to protect myself about how Richard dealt with the mistakes of the UEL about my qualification. He wanted me to lie that I have a degree to put his plans in place why he waited a day before the start of my course to call me.

He then qualified with a Bachelors of Education and Diploma of Teaching (Otago, NZ). MM Updates: Refer to November 2011 when I was the only member of LEYF to be shortlisted for the post of Lead Early Years Practitioner. LEYF is responsible for hindering my progress and left me a criminal seven years after I was endorsed on LinkedIn.

He also holds a MEd in Early Childhood Research (QUT, Australia).  MM Updates: LEYF did everything to keep me at the bottom of the career ladder despite my appearance in the media, press, and TV. My arguments can be verified with documentary evidence.

2. Men in ECE the costs of men being absent, and the benefits of having them there. MM Updates: Let me mention the apprentice Bryan who confided in me about his depression and the causes. His cousin was jailed for the murder of Ben Kinsella. Bryan was popular as an apprentice and I supported him as best I could and encourage him to finish the apprenticeship. He left and I tried to keep in contact when he craps up on social media. LEYF must hand over the tapes when Bryan played a key role in the annual conference.                                                     Member of the panel for open forum discussion.                                                 MM Updates: Although I was held back by LEYF I must request that my role as Cultural Ambassador be used to represent my contributions to British Values.    Early Childhood Council Annual Conference, Christchurch NZ March 2007             MM Updates: My contributions to LEYF must be accessed via Social Media. The publication to refer to is “LEYF on my Doorstep” that LinkedIn refused me access to my account.
3. What we want to see happening to encourage and involve more men.                    MM Updates: I requested a petition for an inquiry in the Early Years Sector after I was sent 3 reviews by www.peachespublications.co.uk in 2017. It is now important for this to be reopened with Richard Harty’s involvement with “Men in Childcare”. Why would the blogger about Men in Childcare jump ship to https://www.brighthorizons.co.uk and recruited others including the person who introduced me to LEYF and Tania Silva?                                                                 Chair of plenary session of the inaugural Men in Early Child Care and Teaching Summit, Christchurch, New Zealand, March 2007                                                     MM Updates: I have been denied opportunities to progress my career by the discrimination of LEYF. Let me use this opportunity to say here is my proof that the UEL is covering up something that Mervelee Myers will make public after I completed my research. Richard Harty called me one day before the start of this course. Here is a history of how much I have been affected by the discrimination after my mum’s death and what I endured because of the Judiciary Of England And Wales & Criminal Justice System & Crown Prosecution Service. I booked an outing with the Elephant & Castle HUB Choir but when I got to the place I was unable to get off the bus. That is why although the course was online I went to the university to prepare myself for going back in the company of others. The 2 tutors who helped me should be able to verify how they helped me. After a short period, I was asked by the tutor to stay behind so she could transfer me to another module if I agree. She said the module I have chosen I was too advanced for.  I have verification in writing to prove my arguments. That is why I must challenge the UEL and Richard Harty for what was done to me.

I was targeted outside the plaque dedicated to Black Lives Matter by the Indian Security guard who came out to speak to me. I asked him to go back and get someone to speak with me. One of the 2 females identified herself as Tanya Cotier.  When I challenged the behaviours of the 2 persons towards me and it is Black History Month, the Indian Security said he was born in Africa.

I was rescued by the Security Guard who noticed what was happening outside. He gave me his number saying he was willing to be in a meeting with me.

I have to become more ingenious in providing for my #HusbandNeeds. All I have to make sure that there is #FreshFood daily. The bedclothes are clean, I don’t spend off the shopping money & whatever he says is for #TPB goes in. Luckily I have good practice from my #GrannyGanGan & #Mama b4? I am one for #Learning because one day it will #Benefit me in the long run. I am learning to cook small portions or else I will have trouble managing & controlling my #Disabilities. Oh how I wish to go on a visit to mi #Yard. But having to prioritise!
