Without Prejudice Richard Harty Of UEL Made The Decision To Deny Me My Rights To Study To Get My Mental Health Back

Without Prejudice Mervelee Myers Is A Survivor Of PTSD But It Is Not About Abuse So My Vulnerability Used To Make Me A Victim Of ERT Entrapment By UK Government Systemsy

Just wants to say #thanks to the Barclays UK team at the Walworth Road branch on their excellent “Customer Service” to users throughout the time I have been in their branch to conduct business. I have had staff who went beyond the call of duty to help me especially when am experiencing any forms of distress that affected me the past 7 years after the death of my #mother.

That’s why I will not allow the blips of what happened on Monday 27th September and Friday 1st October 2021 to cloud my judgments in allowing Barclays to conduct their investigations and resolve the issues that came out. First and foremost I want to congratulate the males in the bank who remained neutral, acting professionals during the time the decisions were made to send customers out, lock the bank because I refused to give up my #rights not to be treated like a #criminal like what the Judiciary Of England has doone after presiding over the 2 miscarriages of justice in the 29 years am in the UK.

As if that was not enough the Crown Prosecution Service joined in to charge me for criminal damage to BIB to cover up the fact I was held hostage at BIB from 23 July 2014 to when I wrote the letter to Senior HR Dylis Epton on 14 March 2015 the eve of Mothering Sunday about needing support for my Mental Health. That’s when Hilda Miller came to send me to the #prestigious HOC Nursery to be colonise. Refer to https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 for why am waiting on Barclays to act. Because the ET Panel refused my Additional Witness Statement and Theresa May and the UK government my petition for an inquiry in the Early Years Sector. I was targeted by 2 white men at the Nurseryworld Exhibition, London Design Centre 2017 the day after the ET ended. On behalf of #LizRoberts the editor of the Nursery World Magazine. In 2018 I was assaulted by a white girl wearing a LEYF shirt. The next day June O’Sullivan’s plot to get me detained was revealed. Only the HMCTS, CPS, CJS, CCMCC, MOPAC, BSB, SRA, CLCC, IOPC, JCI0 could be so ignorant as to underestimate Mervelee Ratty Nembhard after I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson’ Research Paper “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination”.

So the Criminal Justice System was reviewed by David Lammy and I followed suit reviewing the Employment Tribunal Service. So #oie_uel and #ProudToBe please link me at Fight4justice as am at the University of East London and am going to make sure #RichardHarty understands the real Mervelee Ionie Nembhard-Myers-Tomlinson during my tenure studying. I might even decide to be a PROFESSIONAL STUDENT as a hobby?

So whilst we are waiting for Barclays and it is #BlackHistoryMonth I want to put on record that the BLACK Teller might have been a VICTIM the same way I was made a victim with Emotional Regulation Treatment. Stay tuned as it will not end here. Why did all the WOMEN decided to treat me the way they did and hold me PRISONER for the POLICE to come d

Without Prejudice Another Reason Am About Decolonising The British Empire Treating Black People Like Criminals

This is for #LovenaBrown and the #brainwashed and #braindead from Frome Technical High School Alumni Association and Townhead & Adjacent Districts Of Westmoreland who think they get away from Mervelee Ratty Nembhard as Lambeth College and The Open University and Morley College London and HCT Group are on my #CVs and am not #enrolled at University of East London but have a PASS to #access the campus. Do they get it yet if Mervelee Myers life was not interrupted by PTSD and #discrimination I could be heading for #NannyofMaroons status and I quote Nelson Mandela too
So http://www.jbsf.org.uk must be my #focus in #BlackHistoryMonth ON THIS DAY

Let me see how many of my Class of 1972 from Frome Technical High Sch. Past Students & grade 7b, I can link on Facebook. This is 5 years after I wrote this. Believe me, my memory is slowing fading that I couldn’t have done this now. Remember that this is Grade 7B and the Class Teacher was #FayEllington! No not of #Radio_TV fame in Jamaica, but I understand she was from St Elizabeth. Now this is giving away my age, as well as I have my sons Kevin Murray and Valdin Legister on here. But I can be whatever age I want to be at any given time?
Sorry if I miss U! Where are they now? Writing at random because I (cawn even bodda wid di) can’t even bother with the Aphabetical Order! Allan Martin & (breda), brother, Dorset Wright, Donovan Lawrence, McPherson, CarolAnn Campbell – Hanover. Janet Sortie, Joylyn Brown – Jehovah’s Witness. Yvonne Hall, Yvonne Mitto aka Taylor – Holiness Street, Burnt Savannah. Marie Vickers, have a sister wasn’t in our class, but mistake me for June Taylor once. Romeo Allen, I think this boy was the most hansome guy I have the privilege of knowing. No wonder his parents given him that name.
Steven (Stephen) & Jennifer Linton, I am positive they were not siblings? Pauline Reid, was dark skin Indian. Marlene Tardiel now I am not sure if Marlene was in 7B, because I was in class with 3 Tardiels, during my time at Frome. Carol Johnson, Steadman & Lancelot Gopaul, these 2 were cousins, and Steadman and I were best of friends. We kept int touch whenever I visited home. Steadman has been #deceased. Hopeton Kerr, my brother Dostan Nembhard was his taylor. Edna Robinson, Joy Scott & friend, she was either mixed race or Indian – Red Hill.
Ophelia Pringle, Jean & Janet McLeod – are twins. I saw them at Mr Dunkley funeral about 7 years ago. I have photos ot them. Aubrey Wright, Indian, I think from Georges Plain. Berrisford Lewis of course from Townhead Primary School. Donatt Suckra & Grant, Indians from GP. Pearl Nelson, Dahlian Miller, Delroy Essue & Marjorie Essue – from GP or Sav. Delroy Essue used to ride his bicycle to school. Judith Jones, Selma aka Rosie Walters – from Ricketts River. Donovan Morrison, from Burnt Savannah and now I am thinking there was an Indian from round that side and his name might be King?
Linval Forrester, met an accident on his bike out by Hendon Roundabout. Glendon Blair, from Grange Hill. There was a whole family attending Frome in my time. Now I am wondering if Yvonne Heaven was in 7B or another class? Her brother Mr Heaven, was the teacher, I think he might have been going out with Ms Witter? Hey, nothing pass my harbour then, but I am getting long in the tooth for paying attention to details these days. Marcia Whitelocke, I am not sure if I hear that MW is no longer with us, or suffering Mental Health Issues?
Patricia Dunkley, we were pregnant at the same time. But I didn’t graduate, because of baby sickness. This continued up to just before Kevin was born. Michael Myrie, Indian and he later was operating business and I can’t remember the name of the place now? Levi Gooden, aka #Bishop wnt on to be a Police. I saw him at #CourtneyTurner dad’s Mass Eric’s wake yard. Thorkur, Napier, Annette Thompson, Jean Mullings, from back that side going GP or Sav. Heather aka Rose Brown, has since been deceased.
Deloris aka June Kerr, is part of Marcia Murray Royal family. Seen her in 2009 at my #FamilyReunion. Sonia Spence, Marva Richardson, from down Burnt Savannah to Truro end. Juliet Ferguson, is cousin to Everol Blake. Just wondering where she is at these days? Ezra Beharie, from Truro, I am sure he is also deceased? Dorothy Spence, seen her at Ms Connie funeral lately. Joan aka Junie-Marchie Clarke, has been deceased. Geraldine Forbes, was this petite girl, I believe from Grange Hill? Andrea Porteous, got a scholarship to Manning’s School from grade 8A.
Ullett Campbell, and Wilson, one from Truro and other from Frome. Yvonne Gordon, she used to be living at Ms Sam Dwayne Samuels, granny. See her at Mr #ErvingGreen funeral, but doubt she remember me? Grace Romans & Collins, from Sav. May Jackson, is a Basic School Teacher. Now was Ainsley March, in 7B or is this because I had a #crush on him? I am beginning to lose reasoning after all these years, so I am trying to remember if I have gotten some of these names mixed up? Anyway, I know that they were/are part of my school days either at Townhead or Frome? So I will let them stay.
John Rodduck, Bowlin, Donald Duncan, Barkie Dixon, Clive Mullings, Leshow Bernard, Marva McPherson. Maybe Rosemarie Evans can remind me which class we were in? But I remember she was the first girl to wear wash & wear uniform to school. You can imagine how I envy that girl. She didn’t have to be ironing no uniform with #starch, especially during the time when breeze dry it out. Vie Gordon, she was my Uncle Terah wife Zilla Mellis daughter. Maybe that’s why she sticks in my head. Vets & Zetella, Beverley Reid, #BeverleyParchment, Kennedy, Ewin, et al…
See I did not have Mertie Bernard in this list. there are sum other names coming to the surface & we may not all have been in 7b, but meet up on campus throughout my time at Frome? This just proves am getting OLD! And now some of them add #mad to the labelling?

Ah Panyah Jar Claudie Boy?
Time to salute my Grand Father CLADIUS CHAMBERS who was instrumental in providing US with the indomitable Woman who is Our Mother. Although I was not lucky enough to have known grandpa Claudie I’ve heard so much about his exploits that it does not matter. He was unfortunate to be amongst the male members of my family to depart this world early, but from all accounts he packed plenty into his life.
He was 1 of twin who survived and ended up marrying my grandma. They ended up having a couple of children of whom only Mama and her brother Terah survived childhood. Grandpa had another girl Claris who married Dixon and lived in Hanover.
Granddad’s most memorable exploits was said to be that with the Spanish Jar aka Panyah Jar with his cousin Mr Banny Bernard. Suffice it to say they never got the treasure as pure excitement caused them to call out the name and the blinking SIN-ting tun back wid all de Gold intact.
Grandpa had several relatives from Grange Hill -(Raymond Hall & Co) all the way to the USA. However I have lost track of grandpa’s family and would dearly love to link, if anyone knows them.
Those of the Family who are lucky to inherit grandpa’s Genes are as Tall as a Coconut Tree in the air? Give thanks and praises to Jah for grandpa Cladius Chambers whose DNA & Roots are flowing through my veins and am proud to say I am a Product of the CHAMBERS Dynasty!

Saluting Ms Una Perry from Grung Road – The teacher who influenced me at the beginning of my Journey!
Today I must salute my class Teacher at Townhead Primary School, Ms Una Perry. Ms Perry was the first person to empower me to have belief in myself and to realised that most things are achievable even when the odds are stacked up against one. I could not be more than about 9 years old when I encountered one of the many obstacles that were to confront me throughout my life. However Ms Perry was there with the perfect solutions which helped me overcome the deprivations commonly called being POOR.
As it was coming up to the time for the annual Christmas Concert at the TBC, all the classes were practising for their minute of fame inside the big community monument. It was an honour to go on stage to perform, so I was more than happy to be selected amongst the chosen few. After practising with my class and preparing myself for the big day, my hopes were dashed and my confidence dented when mum said she did not have any money to buy new shoes for me to go to church.
So with my face screwed up & me chin almost reaching the ground I have to stop practising. But I did not recon with the astuteness of my dear teacher who quickly got to the heart of the matter, when she realised I’d stop practising.
When I told her the reasons which goes as follows: Mama could not afford to buy me a pair of shoes and all I had to my foot/name was the old bugga/crepe wid me big toes peeping out ina me face. Ms Perry told me to stop wearing the crepes to school and wash them put down for the big day. I heeded her advice and carry on practice, but tun up to school wid me platter every day. Low and behold I get fi guh up pon rostrum at TBC wid me class mates dem guh recite, sing and do Carole Speaking to my heart’s content.
So God bless Ms Una for her ingenuity & being aware of my needs when I was at my most Vulnerable. She restored my self-confidence and self-esteem to overcome constraints and barriers which maybe placed in your ways. I am sure coming from the same community where everyone knows everyone else’s business in a goodly way was instrumental in her solving my immediate dilemmas.
