Good morning Susan
Can you please contact me ASAP as I feel as if am being under siege from the time I was called by a male claiming to be from UEL. The same day I went to my bank to do a transfer for my daughter-in-law’s university fee and was scammed by those in the bank.
I went back on Friday and £1000.00 of my money was gone. They called the Police who came to usher me out until I shared my arguments.
My laptop is out of space and I am worried it might cash, preventing me from accomplishing what I set out to do so I become the “Self-fulfilling Prophecy” of the male who called saying I am going to fail. I feel that someone will try to use my vulnerability against me again like why https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunals-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 that deny me my entitlements.
I have Teaching & Learning Support Requirements so why is the UEL waiting until the last minute to stress me out about enrolment?
Without Prejudice, I must put in writing as my defensive Practice that I feel targeted about the time I applied to university and why I am being made to feel as if I am at fault for why I am not enrolled. This is adding to my PTSD with the person who called me on the 27th September 2021 telling me am expected to fail and I cannot do the course with a “Criminal Record”.
Just so the UEL knows that I recorded the conversation to safeguard myself.
Kindest regards
Mervelee Myers
