This is a complaint in response to the letter dated: 18 September 2021. I had a consultation over the telephone and was sent an email but unfortunately the attachment with the Complaint Form is not available. Because I have spoken to an advisor over the telephone, I will draft my complaint in line with my experiences representing myself with the two miscarriages of justice. And countless other correspondences relating from the discrimination of the past seven years. Why did Student Finance England decided to treat me like https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 leaving me a victim of the second miscarriages of justice by HMCTS?
Let me challenge SFE with regards to the conclusions that my Medical Evidence for diabetes, arthritis and chronic pain does not confirm how my condition is long term. Since I submitted all the Medical Reports I have in my possession from July 2006 to December 2020 when the Police came to murder me on behalf of LEYF to say I committed suicide. I cannot understand how SFE continue with the discrimination started after I came back from burying my mother.
I do not understand why the GP failed to put all of my disabilities on the form and I have no intention of stressing myself after the way I was treated getting the form prepared. If SFE look at the report from the GP about the assaults on me by the Police on 30/11/2020 in my home. It is noticed the GP put in writing I could not be given a Medical Report. Well, this is not the first time am refused Medical Report. It happened in 2008 after the first nervous I had in a toxic work environment after the death of my brother with colon cancer. I was a participant in Dr. Maria Hudson’s “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination” www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers. I was interviewed in my home in 2010 during my employment with LEYF. LEYF claimed when I applied for Subject Access Request www.ico.org.uk they have no data for me.
Who made the decision not to accept my Medical Report about diabetes, arthritis, and chronic pain? This is trigger to my PTSD lasting 7 years after HMCTS made me a victim hiding my Medical Reports I handed to Judge Freer because they were left out of the Bundles. Since SFE joins the list of HMCTS, CJS, CPS, MOPAC discrimination here is fact about how my condition is long term and affects me daily. My disabilities are interrelated and must be treated as such in line with the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. Therefore, SFE must take into account the deteriorations in my mental and physical health despite I adopted a holistic approach to manage my disabilities from studies with the OU www.open.ac.uk from 2004-2010. The impact of discrimination is I have to seek support because I am the victim of HCT Group Impact Report 2016 of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment. I have to call out the Ambulance whenever I believe am unable to control the suicidal thoughts the result of the ongoing discrimination by http://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk and https://www.policeconduct.gov.uk after 2 attempts by Police to section and murder me.
I have been a victim of Stockholm Syndrome for 7 years. Here is the fact about how I developed an Eating Disorder causing me to lose my skills and having to start over like a baby on liquids or smoothies. I have an appointment with a Gum Disease Specialist that I paid for. The Dentist advised me not to wait for the NHS as it might be too late to save what left of my teeth. Most of my teeth are gone, those remaining, some are not sound. Eating is painful as am gradually eating when my PTSD is not triggered with emails with decisions leaving me feeling abused because of my disabilities. Once more am to suffer the indignity of doing the jobs of the NHS professionals and Government Agencies to cover for LEYF.
Like the letter from HM Prison & Probation Service SFE failed to advise me correctly and instead made decisions judging and labelling me like LEYF to trigger my PTSD. I should not have to be justifying my disabilities if SFE failed to communicate what was needed of me after I sent Medical Reports spanning 2006 to 2020. Maybe SFE is acting on behalf of the Judiciary Of England And Wales & Criminal Justice System & Crown Prosecution Service to cover for LEYF abusers and those covering up Government NEGLIGENCE of addressing the Windrush Generation Story. I am carer for my 98 year old husband, but the past 7 years we experienced so much discrimination. It is a wonder both of us are still alive.
I will end saying SFE is just another on the list of discriminators and the world will know about the discrimination that have changed my husband and my life.
The Court Management Order by Judge Elliott means I produce 3 Medical Reports detailed about the disabilities affecting me from 2006 Chronic Anxiety diagnosis. This letter is in breach of my Human Rights, the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics. Why has the UK Government failed to act about the abuse reviews online? The ET Panel refused my Additional Witness Statement. Theresa May Government my petition for an inquiry in the Early Years Sector. I can be found on the WWW and internet and don’t need Emotional Regulation Treatment the entrapment to keep me a prisoner so www.leyf.org.uk can get away with Modern Slavery thriving in the UK report sent to www.theguardian.com in 2018.
I have enough of the discrimination and am taking actions, so no other human being has to experience such oppression.
