To Whom It May Concern
This is Mervelee Myers raising my concerns about Parole Officer Sarah Lawson who is treating me like how my Ancestors were treated during the Middle Passage when my fore parents were thrown overboard in Jamaica and it was every man and woman for themselves. If Mervelee Ratty Nembhard was around that time, I would not survive because one of my phobias is, I cannot swim. Therefore, let me take you on my journey of discovery telling you about the way the UK Government is responsible for the Institutional Discrimination of the Windrush Generation with a brainwashed Sarah Lawson acting like the Backra Mistress LEYF turned out to be after I returned from burying my mother and was labelled Unprofessional, Uncooperative, Rude, Intimidating, Confrontational, Aggressive and Lacking Empathy. My Complaint is in reverse order as follows
Monday 13 September 2021 I call the Telephone Number: 02078674000 to speak to Sarah Lawson. I went through the procedures required of me and was on hold waiting to speak to the Parole Officer. The phone was deliberately hung up on me. This is the tactics am used and must name Ratna Khanam of https://www.policeconduct.gov.uk as one such culprit. Let me in line with GDPR 2018 and Charter Of Rights 2021 state that I have resorted to recording any interactions I am having with HMCTS, CPS, CJS and MOPAC as matter of self-preservations for my husband and I because of attempts on my life in my home by the Metropolitan Police when they came to section me on a malicious report by Winsome Duncan of www.peachespublications.co.uk and her groomer https://www.ryanclement.com on 30/10/2017. They came back again under cover of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture on 30/11/2020.
I called again and went through the same procedures but this time the person said he would leave notes for Sarah and her Supervisor. So, let her superior deal with the matter since she is unable to. I told her when she called me on the 8/9/2021 to visit my websites and YouTube for helpful advice, pity she failed to take up the offer.
Friday 10 September 2021, I went through similar procedures, 3 times after receiving a letter from Sarah Lawson. As a graduate of Educational Institutions in the UK the letter seem as if it was being written to Mervelee Myers in the format of a superior to a slave. The fact Sarah Lawson called me on 8/9/2021 and I told her of my plans for attending university again should be enough proof that the letter is to continue the discrimination. I did not become the www.gctgroup.org HCT Group Impact Report 2016 of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated during 7 years of targeting me, I am now to be 600,000 elderly people say they leave their homes once per week or less.
I spoken to 3 persons on Friday and each time I asked to be put in contact with Sarah Lawson to clear up the matter of the letter. The straw that breaks the camel’s back is the text message sent by Sarah Lawson HMPPS Friday 10 September 2021 at 15:21 Hi Mervelee I am on duty today and am not in a position to call back. You can attend the office next Friday to discuss this further at 11am when am available if you wish. My conversations are recorded.
Calling the Ambulance for Support
By this time, I was so distraught and concerns for my husband and myself left me with no alternatives but to call for help. I must confess that the Ambulance Personnel Frank and Ricky must be recommended for the way they acted professionally in supporting me and my husband, once they moved past the barriers that can be identified. Therefore, I want to make mention of Tonye and her team from Southwark Hub who in passing the negative narratives that Sarah Lawson must have pass on about me, are identifying the Mervelee Myers before discrimination take away my identity.
My Concerns about Sarah Lawson
From the first initial conversation with Sarah Lawson, I identified she does not have a clue. I took up her invitation for a face-to-face next time hoping things would be different. In the space of a few minutes, I was asked if am okay? I had to explain to her when she asked me again if am okay and said I did not seem okay about the many times I was told by strangers that it is not the end of the world. I even explained how I would joke I would not get a front desk/receptionist job because of my personality.
I told Sarah Lawson the Emotional Regulation Treatment is an entrapment she is presiding over. When I asked her about instructions in letters, she does not have a clue and moreover, she expects me to know the answers to matters that is not my responsibility.
