Dear Mervelee,

Thank you for your continued membership of the NIHR BioResource.

We would like to invite you to take part in a new health research programme called Our Future Health. This email explains what is involved and what to do next.

Our Future Health is collecting information from millions of people across the UK, in a giant digital library. Researchers will use this library to make new discoveries about human health and disease.

We hope that from these discoveries new ways to predict, prevent, detect and treat diseases earlier will emerge.  Diseases like dementia, cancer, diabetes, heart disease and stroke.

People over the age of 18 in the UK are eligible to take part in Our Future Health and you are among the first to be invited.

Taking part in Our Future Health involves answering some questions about yourself and your health and lifestyle. You will also be sent a kit to collect small samples of your saliva to send to us.

Please click here for more information. You will also be able to register and consent to take part here.

You may receive more than one invitation to join Our Future Health (from an organisation other than the BioResource). If you wish to take part, you only need to register once.

If you have any questions about Our Future Health,  please call 0808 501 5634 or email support@ourfuturehealth.org.uk.

If you have any questions about your involvement with the BioResource then please contact us at nbr@bioresource.nihr.ac.uk.

If you do not wish to take part in this research, we would be grateful if you could let us know by replying to this email.

Yours sincerely,

Hannah Stark
