Although I acted as if I did not know who the person was who made the allegations was, because I did not hear her and #hearsay cannot go the court http://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk. However I can assume who the person is based on the adults who were in the room at the time, who left and entered as well www.met.police.uk.
I have since noticed that I am been given instructions by way of a #3rdPartyon important Matters to do with work www.jbsf.org.uk. However I was not unduly bothered before because I now, know not to override my authority in any of these matters. Since I resumed work after the 2 months #MedicalSuspension www.healthmanltd.com on the 2nd June 2015, I’ve informed the 2 Deputies about my #CRB_DBSexpiring www.gov.uk/dbs in July. I kept on and on expecting to be contacted by Central Office to get it done. During my #1stsupervision on Friday 28th August with Marion the manager I informed her about it for the first time. She told me she’d contact CO and after a week I put my request in writing. Ensuring I am #adhering to www.ofsted.gov.uk & LEYF Nurseries – #LEYF Welfare Requirements for safeguarding children in line with Suitability and Disqualification Checks.
That’s why I felt #demoralised today when after I worked carrying out normal day-to-day activities from the start of my shift at 8.00 am – 2.50. Then when 1 of my colleagues mentioned that a child needs changing and I offered, I was hit like a bolt of lightning out of the blue www.acas.org.uk/researchppers.org.uk. #Criscella told me I could not change the child’s nappy, she has to do it. When I enquired why, I was told that I don’t have a CRB www.resourcesforautism.org.uk makes 2 in 2015. Emma informed Criscella yesterday that I was not allowed to do nappy. I can reassure you that I am not raising concerns because I have nothing better to do with my time.
However because of the SANCTION I have on my RECORDS resulting from what was done to me at BIB over a prolonged period of time. I prefer that if Manager/Deputy have any concerns about my work and me on a whole. They should go about dealing with the matter in a #professional manner http://www.myvision.org.uk. She kept on rambling on about mistakes being made, etc… Later when Criscella asked me about the matter I explained as best as I could. My arguments on this issue where information is being passed to me by the 3rd Party who is Criscella. But I think it would have been more professional if Emma could have told me at the same time she addressed the Hospital Appointment that I should not change the children until my CRB came through.
Louise told me in the morning that she Emailed CO to get the matter of my CRB sorted and later she phoned down to enquire about my email address www.bwbllp.com must say about their roles in the TERRORISM. Up until that time nothing was said to be about not changing the children or anything else for that matter to do with the #expired CRB. I was still waiting to sign in when Emma insisted that I go ahead and she’d sign me in so I asked her to sign me out for the day before because I remembered when I got through the gate. She told me she’d done it yesterday. I was in the Baby Room when Marion comes to the door and asked if I’d sign in. I explained about Emma asking me to start early and she’d sign me in. Marion wasn’t satisfied with my answer so I had to #defend myself saying I was not at fault, I was only #obeying the instructions given to me by the Deputy Emma and expected her to be responsible and accountable in doing her part www.melissashabani.com is/was my key child at Luton Street. Marion then take a different tact asking if I’d come in before or after the Apprentice. Marion claimed the gate was left unlocked. I can #swear on my Dead Parents Graves that the gate was not left unlocked because of my Obsessive Compulsives Disorder (OCD) http://www.radar-cns.org. When Emma comes back from the office I asked if she’d signed me in and she said she forgot. I told her because she forgot, Marion was picking on me. Emma said Marion was picking on me because I left the gate opened and not because she’d not sign me in. Well I did not bother to stretch the argument https://www.policeconduct.gov.uk.
Since I am the one who has been #proactive acting professionally ensuring I abide by OFSTED Welfare Requirements & LEYF Safeguarding Policy and Procedures because no one bothered to act on the fact I’d informed them from as far back as 2nd June 2015 that my CRB would expire in July. Until my CRB comes through I will not be changing any nappy as Emma told Criscella to relay to me yesterday. I will not be left on my own with any child/children. From past experiences I know that 3rd Party sharing of information can turn out like CHINESE WHISPERS. Where by, the time it reaches to me, it is taken out of all context and loses its content entirely.
As of now I’d like to be spoken to verbally by the Manager/Deputies, emails – addresses that I supplied, text messages – Mobile number supplied, Messages on my Home Telephone number supplied, or letter to my Home Address that I will remind you: 16 Alma Grove Bermondsey London SE1 5PY and not 16A – 16B that it has been changed to recently https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1984/60/ssection/24.
If it is of any relevance I’ve recently being married to my Long Term Partner Mr Arnold TOMLINSON.

Apart from the trumped up allegations that they cooked up in BIB resulting in the Sanctions on my Records/File that seem to have #dropped off the face of the Earth, I know of no other reasons why I can’t work with Vulnerable Children and Adults https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1967/section/3.

I have exhausted the ET/EAT https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 and turned to the CCMCC www.moneyclaim.gov.uk after getting advice. Instead of getting the support needed am at the end of my tether where am sitting writing on my wedding anniversary as a means to keep busy so I don’t end up becoming the statistic of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment in HCT Group Impact Report 2016 www.hctgroup.org. I was advised to volunteer after I done the training when I wrote an Open Letter to Prime Minister David Cameron https://www.gov.uk and put in touch with the Department for Education.
I studied to gain LSA qualifications because I had the 2nd nervous breakdown after experiencing bereavement and losses https://careers.kch.nhs.uk. Because of the blacklisting and networking I could not even get to do volunteering as part of the placement. When I was advised to do volunteering with HCT Group so I could train as a teacher I jumped at the opportunity and that was how my photo was opposite the statistic that was used to send Police www.met.police.uk to section me from a malicious report in 2017.
The person who groomed the young lady to find vulnerable Black people for him to scam is the person with whom I had an Engagement Agreement www.peachespublications.co.uk. She introduced me to her Barrister https://www.ryanclement.com who prepared my EAT case. In the end I was advised by Barrister Sally Robertson who represented me at the EAT to report him to the BSB www.barstandardsboard.org.uk. Nothing was done like all the other complaints to SRA www.sra.org.uk and JCIO. Now I am waiting on MOPAC to get back to me after I endured the IOPC https://www.policeconduct.gov.uk acting unprofessionally about the roles they played in coming to section me from Ms Duncan Malicious Report. 3 years later the Police returned to my home, assaulted me, arrested me unlawfully and take me from my home half naked.
I have since been charged with a criminal offence on the 15/11/2020 when I was not at the place in question. Despite telling the Police at the interview on 30/11/2020 they refused to change the date. I discussed this with the Solicitor. At the Croydon Magistrates Court I asked permission of the judge to amend the date. The witness lied and have ulterior motives for this. Despite my unblemished record, I am now a convict with a DBS www.gov.uk/dbs bar. I have not worked since I resigned and only managed to get volunteering at Pembroke House www.pembrokehouse.org.uk. COVID-19 caused my Mental & Physical Health to be impacted. I was hoping to get back out but this DBS bar will affect me. Am more concerned because am carer for my 98 year old husband and the implications with allegations.
I have endured 7 years of hell coming to where am having SUICIDAL thoughts http://www.radar-cns.org. I developed an eating disorder and am worried the problems will be the death of my husband and myself. My DISCLOSURES in my FILE is used by my former employers to continue the DISCRIMINATION and am targeted by the Judiciary of England & Wales and Criminal Justice System on behalf of LEYF for challenging discrimination.
I am asking that I be given a VOICE under the Charter Of Rights to have my story told as the ET/EAT failed me. The BSB have reviews 2 years and CCMCC is allowing https://www.39essex.com/barrister/samantha-jones to continue manipulating the SYSTEM. Judgment was passed in the claim against Barrister Ryan Clement but the Court Enforcement failed to collect my money and expected me to pay to abort the claim. But the strangest thing is this Claim sent with others to CLCC for Designated Civil District Judge to impose Restraint Order. HHJ Dight who I was told did not conduct the Claim on 2/9/2020, but HHJ Parfitt did. I was wondering if it had anything to do with the misconduct I discovered online.
I since put in a complaint against HHJ Parfitt, was given a caseworker 8/10/2020 and is still waiting to be contacted. At the same time after a James Jones targeted me on https://www.facebook.com and my account was locked and I realised the game being played I did not allow FB to get the better of me. Because https://www.linkedin.com where I was an INFLUENCER stolen my account. Then https://www.twitter.com suspended. After collected information about James Jones and decided not to let FB close my account that’s when I was contacted by HHJ Dight about ECRO.
I must thank the Judge who conducted the T/H on 20/5/2021 for giving me a voice. However, my argument remains that Barrister Samantha Jones is using her friends in High Places she bragged about to BSB to discriminate against me. She is given preferential treatment. Winsome Duncan was the 1st case after she refused to go on Judge Rinder and I was advised to take her to CCMCC. Case reached T/M and struck out. This was to be the pattern with cases defended strike out.
Where do I go from here, as my 98 year old husband is suffering. He has to be caring for most of the time because am DEPRESSED.
