 I decided to develop on this as a writer using my https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site  campaign based on my personal experiences of two  miscarriages of justice in the past 28+ years living in the UK. I will reflect, sharing information in  reverse to keep my story current. Let me deal with the verdict in the George Floyd murder and the impact on me. Because I was at the Croydon Magistrates Court Code 2576 on the 16/4/2016 for Criminal Damage charges. However, despite correcting the false information on  30/11/2020 when I was arrested unlawfully  and beaten up in my house. That I was not at BIB on the 15/11/2020, I done the same again on 8/12/2020 and when the Solicitor who addressed the matter did not get it across to my understanding. I ask the Judge to let me address the matter, but the Notice of grant of bail conditions failed to reflect my asking the Judge to address my concerns. What that tells me is Croydon Magistrates Court continues to treat me like a Criminal by not correcting the misrepresentation against me. 

I therefore take exceptions to the Bail Conditions: 1. You must not enter BIB Community Centre. I asked the Judge to change the date from 15/11/2020 to 11/11/2020 because I did not damage BIB on that date and admitted the date I was there. The fact that I walked past going about my legitimate business and a total stranger can be allowed to make a Witness Statement that I was there on the date. Is the continuation of the discrimination started when the CEO sanction it from before I transferred to BIB. But she visited on 29 January 2015 to try trap  me to write a piece for the Bulletin Board and get in the photo with me. I can verify  that I write LEYF On My Doorstep in January on https://www.linkedin.com and Hilda Miller asked me to remove it. Where is Hilda Miller and others who “Without Prejudice” were part of the “Abuse Ring” in the reviews online.

When I got hold of three of the reviews from www.peachespublications.co.uk because I did not have access to LEYF website. I submitted Additional Witness Statement and the pattern of rejection and strike continued from when I was told by DWP and HMRC that they did not know about me. I was threatened with Criminal Record because www.leyf.org.uk six line reference flagging safeguarding. Despite my qualifications and experiences I have not had paid employment since I was forced to resign with the second nervous breakdown after bereavement and losses. I was a participant in Dr Maria Hudson www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers “The Experience of Multiple Discrimination.”

Here is my list of those responsible for discrimination against me after the death of my  mother with the www.dementia.org.uk I diagnosed her with because of www.open.ac.uk 2004-2010.  I write Open Letters but my  https://petition.parliament.uk/help#standards was rejected by Theresa May Government. Yet in 2019 Theresa May announced Stephen Lawrence Day. This year I am taking my Fight4justice to www.voicetheunion.org.uk that have been taking fee despite selling me out to LEYF. Because they are using Stephen Lawrence name to benefit themselves and have nothing to do with helping employees they representing. But http://unison.org.uk done the same to me at https://careers.kch.nhs.uk and https://www.jobs.nhs.uk 2003-2008.  In 2017 when UNISON overturned the Government Employment Laws for employees to pay  to take employers to  the Employment Tribunal, I contacted them. They claim the case was closed.

Please refer to https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 for more.  The http://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk and https://www.policeconduct.gov.uk and www.moneyclaim.gov.uk are some of the Government Departments involved in the discrimination  against me. How can those involved pretending they are not aware of LEYF Modern Slavery with the reviews online? When the www.met.police.uk can refuse to act on my concerns but come to section me from a malicious report. Then come back  three years later to murder me to say I commit suicide, whilst LEYF using the Margaret Horn Lecture to cover up. I will be back.

So back in college we wanted to find out the effectiveness of the Student Council Body in dealing with certain situations. As a class with the guidance of a lecturer, we decided to stage a fight.
A considerable amount of thought went into planning this event and everyone knew exactly the role they would play. We had the fighters and yours truly was the instigator. Some played the role of parting the fight while others were on hand to draw attention to the fight. Things went exactly as planned, so much so that even to this day we have not managed to convince some people that the fight was actually staged.
History has proven that events are designed with a certain intention in mind. Are we at the mercy of the powers that be? Has our fate been already decided? Is Covid 19 a planned event 🤔???? If we could execute an experiment for our own agenda and to prove a point, imagine what people in power could do. Conspiracy or Conspiracy Theory??? Your guess is as good as mine….think on these things…

Here is an example of the Fruits of my Labour, persevering in the Face of adversities. Even when I was kept at the bottom of the Career Ladder, prevented from using the knowledge & expertise gained from studying to become a GRADUATE b4 my 50th BD www.open.ac.uk. I empowered MERVELEE MYERS doing their work for them to take the accolades.
I never complain & just got on with what I accept was paying my dues for using my enhance knowledge to promote best inclusive practice.
Results were I was Blacklisted & Networked against by an unjust prejudice & biased society.
What did @LEYF do but discriminate against me using me to do their work, promoting the organisation…
The biggest blow which destroy my self confidence came in 2011 when I was only 1 shortlisted for a Lead Practitioner’s Post. My records at @LEYF www.leyf.org.uk should have been enough. But I did not get the post & after I was used, abused & later abandoned.
But I learned from my experience at King’s https://careers.kch.nhs.uk & never dropped my guard. My DEFENSIVE PRACTICE was always Paramount.
The Empowerment Conference I attended at STORM inspired me to get the Ball Rolling as I have many BOOKS in me to be Written.
I will seek to do a Writing Course as part of CPPDP.
I am determined to give all those who affected my Mental Health www.met.police.uk work to do to Examine their CONSCIENCES.
I will not hold back or spare anyone. I might make recommendations & accept Apologies if offered?
