MM Response: I have to acknowledge the prompt response and I will elaborate in terms of MOPAC and the 6 months wait from the attempted murder on me by www.met.police.uk at my home on 30/11/2020.
Before responding to your email, it might be helpful if I first explained a little about the role of the PCC. MM Response: I must mention the role of John Armstrong of www.armstrongsol.com, the Solicitors that represented me at the interviews with the Police. I have to record Mr Armstrong and post his email to the Public Domain as I have concluded that he is unscrupulous in his dealing with me. Mr Armstrong introduced me to Tuckers Solicitors http://www.tuckerssolicitors.com another of the Legal Entity that wants use my vulnerability against me. My mistrust of solicitors started with https://www.capsticks.com that represented King’s College NHS Foundation Trust https://careers.kch.nhs.uk from 2003-2008.
The Office of the PCC (OPCC) and Warwickshire Police are two separate and independent organisations. The PCC is a directly elected representative of the communities of Warwickshire. His role is to be the voice of those communities, effectively making the police answerable to those they serve. He ensures that community needs are met as effectively and efficiently as possible, and improves local relationships through building confidence and restoring trust. He works in partnership across a range of agencies at a local and national level to ensure there is a unified approach to preventing and reducing crime. MM Response: How come I do not get this service from https://www.policeconduct.gov.uk that I have Claims against them and the Metropolitan Police for Hate Crimes against me from 2017 when they came to section me from a malicious report.
Whilst a key aspect of the role of the PCC includes funding Warwickshire Police and holding the Chief Constable to account, legislation protects the operational independence of the force by making it clear that the Chief Constable retains direction and control of its officers and staff. Consequently, at all times the PCC must refrain from interfering with that independence to ensure that the operations of the police will not be politicised and decisions about responding to incidents, making arrests and carrying out investigations, do not become political ones. Turning to your email, I am a little unclear what particular support it is you seek from the PCC for Warwickshire? I note you have written jointly to the Mayor of London and it is perhaps helpful for me to explain that the PCC for Warwickshire has no jurisdiction on any matters outside of this county. MM Response: As can be seen I have been trying everywhere to get support. This is the best response I have gotten. Within democratic societies, counter-terrorism is almost exclusively about crime prevention.
MM Arguments: Here is the reason I am challenging Croydon Magistrates Court Code 2576 012100141645/1 – 15/11/2020 Criminal damage to property valued under £5000. I have admitted to committing the acts at BIB on the 11/11/2020 and 28/11/2020 from the 30/11/2020 when I was arrested unlawfully. I asked the Judge to give me a voice when the Solicitor did not get the Court to amend the date as he told me. I explained I was not pleading guilty for damaging BIB on the date when I walked past going about my legitimate business. The experiences from the time I realised the CEO sanctioned the discrimination at BIB to where I have been reduced to having SUICIDAL thoughts. Came about because of the envy of June O’Sullivan, who used my Intellectual Property “A Voice of a Child” research in August 2010. I recently discovered that June O’Sullivan was a Mental Health Nurse. LEYF refused to give me my FILE and still using DISCLOSURES in the FILE to target me. For a stranger to witness I was at BIB on 15/11/2020 is part of LEYF plot that is aided and abetted by the Judiciary of England And Wales & Criminal Justice System that have too much to lose to admit they are perverting the course of justice. My presence online from the time I joined Facebook will prove that June O’Sullivan “Mask Of Sanity” started slipping once she was given the MBE. On reflection that was when she started showing her psychopathic tendencies.
A broad and holistic approach to preventing terrorism can be based on nine preventative mechanisms:

But to compound matter coming to my home to MURDER me to say I committed SUICIDE on behalf of LEYF undercover of Margaret Horn Lecture add to the REVIEWS online. When http://www.peachespublications.co.uk sent me the Reviews, my Additional Witness Statement was rejected by the https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 that takes 5 months to give the judgement making me a victim.
2. Reducing radicalisation and recruitment, MM Arguments: I am the VICTIM of LEYF and cohorts from the time Facebook gave LEYF access to my account on 18/9/2015. However, I was targeted by Hilda Miller in January 2015 who asked me to remove my publications “LEYF on My Doorstep” and not to say I work with LEYF from https://www.linkedin.com. I was an INFLUENCER on the Nursery World FORUM and I have the evidence of how www.nurseryworld.co.uk editor Liz Roberts did to radicalise me in the email. I have since had my account taken away by LinkedIn, who is benefitting from my Intellectual Property and Image Rights? If you look at the patterns you will find out how LEYF and the Judiciary Of England And Wales & Criminal Justice System set out to radicalise me. I exhausted the ET/EAT defending myself. I was advised to go to the CCMCC www.moneyclaim.gov.uk and they have joined in the discrimination. I have my claims struck out and when I reapplied sent to CLCC for Designated Civil Judge to impose Restraint Order. So HMCTS issued me with Hearing for Claims with https://www.39essex.com/barrister/samantha-jones that was concluded on 2/9/2020. At the same time the Police push through Criminal Damage Charges after I was arrested unlawfully. Beaten and taken from my home half naked. At the Walworth Police Station, One PC asked me to bend over when I tried to get help regarding the handcuffs hurting me. I am positive he was asked to do that so colleagues who gathered when he provoke me could get photos of my bottom “Without Prejudice”. Later Inspector Patel using Racial Profiling about how “FIT I Am & if I Have British Passport?”
3. Deterrence, MM Arguments: Read the Reviews online about LEYF abuses and my first email on the eve of Mothering Sunday 14/3/2015 to realise how LEYF having friends in high places have colluded to deter me from getting justice and joining in to make me a CRIMINAL. 4. Disruption, MM Arguments: The impact of discrimination on my husband and I have disrupted our lives and instead of adhering to the Rules Of Law WE are treated like CRIMINALS. My husband was with me at the EAT when HHJ Shanks claimed I made up DISABILITIES. After allowing Barrister to argue the Case about Parkinson’s disease. 5. Incapacitation, MM Arguments: LEYF with friends in high places at the Judiciary Of England And Wales & Criminal Justice System, Early Years Sector have managed to deny me my ENTITLEMENT in 7 years. I am in constant fear for my husband and as I am no longer able to care for him and he is caring for me most of the time. I have developed an Eating Disorder and with my Health Conditions I am worried.
6. Protecting vulnerable targets, MM Arguments: For anyone to understand the extent of the dangers I have been in and how lucky I am to be alive and not be another George Floyd, they have to read “Our Decision to Your Complaint”. But to compound matters, MOPAC is taking 6 months to give me the Review. I believe they hoping by then I will be DEPORTED to Jamaica, because of the question I was asked on the 8/2/2021. Therefore, I recorded the rest of the conversation with consent in line with GDPR to safeguard myself. Am tired of the Police treating me like a CRIMINAL and the Hate Crimes I experienced from they came to section me on a malicious report. Then come back 3 years later to murder me. But to write a REPORT like they did proves how IGNORANT they are about DISABILITY.
7. Reducing benefits to to terrorists, MM Arguments: LEYF denied me my RIGHTS and have support to terrorise me. I was attending the Nursery World Show before LEYF realised it can be used for making money. The CEO June O’Sullivan have used my Intellectual Property and Image Rights making money. She took one of my Homemade Books to improve on as Teaching & Learning Tool when http://skynews.co.uk visited Luton Street on 5/9/2011.
8. Reducing harm, MM Arguments: Refer to my Websites and YouTube for why I have to take up ADVOCACY to warn about LEYF and cohorts DISCRIMINATION.
9. Facilitating disengagement from terrorism. MM Arguments: Refer to the DISCRIMINATION of 2 miscarriages of justice and the way the Judiciary Of England And Wales & Criminal Justice System colluding with LEYF to cover up ABUSE in the REVIEWS online. The question is were there paedophiles working at LEYF?
Counter-terrorist policies which are only based on a narrow range of repressive mechanisms and military measures tend to become overly heavy-handed, producing serious negative side effects which serve to enhance the problem rather than reducing it. A more holistic approach, making use of the entire range of preventive mechanism, may lighten the impact of the “hard” measures by relying more on the impact of the “softer” and more positive measures to build moral barriers, reduce recruitment, and facilitate exit from terrorist movements.
If you are able to elaborate on how the PCC for Warwickshire might help you, I would be happy to advise you further. MM Response: I have written this from my experiences the past 7 years. My name is Mervelee Myers and I was given your email when I called explaining to the person about needing support to share my story.
Background to my story: I was introduced to the Daily Express when I meet my husband in 2001, and what is of importance is he is 98 years old. I was inspired to call after reading all the stories, but that of Ian Wright in particular. Because both my husband and I are Arsenal fans. I became an Arsenal fan because of Ian Wright and I named my first son Kevin after Kevin Keagan the footballer and my youngest son was a FIFA Referee.
The reason am seeking help to share stories is am at a place in my life where am having suicidal thoughts because of the discrimination affecting me and my husband the past 7 years. I was once a Social Media influencer until I was targeted by Facebook on the 18/9/2015. I have lost access to my LinkedIn and Twitter account. At present am BLOCKED out by Facebook despite having 16 Pages 1 of which is my Fight4justice that I advertised until taking a Google-My-Business account.
My Facebook was once the Community Hub where I debated issues in my Country. One of which was the murder of my sister-in-law’s grandniece in January 2018 and got 3,706 views. By May the Prime Minister and TVJ done and if I had support from the time I did the “A Voice of a Child” research for the CEO in 2010, I could be a reporter instead of facing a Criminal Record at the hands of my former employers.
I contributed to the Mental Health CRUSADE with Ted Jeory when I had my own signing for the Daily. Am positive getting support to reshare that letter about sharing information about your Mental Health with employers would reflect on the Charter Of Rights 12 Codes. My stories are inclusive of meeting the Rev Rose Hudson-Wilkin at Housing For Women Annual AGM in March 2014 after returning from Jamaica, hearing mum’s story for the first time and saying my final goodbyes. Knowing the dementia that robbed me of her had returned her memory long enough for our final goodbyes, and I would not see her in the mortal flesh again. Parkinson’s disease robbed me of my father and that was how I developed Childhood Traumas helping my mother with the caring and responsibilities.
My stories are shared in cyberspace, but once again my Childhood Traumas was used against me after bereavement and losses. Am a prisoner of discrimination and developed an Eating Disorder. Instead of me caring for my husband, he is caring for me during those periods when DEPRESSION controls my life.
All am asking is support to share my story, like how others are given a voice. Am not expecting any financial gains excepting contributions to my Fight4justice campaign as I have not worked the past 5+ years. I was offered a job as SENCO for £46-55,000.00 and because of the past 7 years did not get the chance to gain my SEND Teacher qualification.
Am prepared to give the Daily Express Publication Rights to mine and my husband’s story with the condition that I retain Copyrights. Because I am all over the internet, but am not benefiting from my Intellectual Property or Image Rights.
