Without Prejudice This Is Akin To Grooming By Facebook, HMCTS Miscarriages Of Justice, CCMCC Failure To Collect My Money From Ryan Clement, Police Charges Re Criminal Damage Act, HHJ Dight ECRO On Behalf Of Criminal Samantha Jones

Here is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=taA14IVIm9g proof that https://www.facebook.com is Targeting Me Mervelee Myers via emails after blocking out my posts and expecting to Benefits from my ongoing challenges with the UK government NEGLIGENCE to act despite the abuse REVIEWS about LEYF www.leyf.org.uk.

Hybrid workplace culture
Leading organizations are responding to the new reality of hybrid work by doubling down on Employee Experience. But that means more than offering new perks or better benefits, it means wholesale changes to workplace culture. MM Updates: For the person who has to invest in https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site after I was an influencer on Social Media I am appalled at Facebook audacity after targeting me from 18/9/2015 on behalf of LEYF. Most recently when I was locked out of my account on behalf of a James Jones. I am in no doubt this person is related to https://www.39essex.com/barrister/samantha-jones because of unfolding events since James Jones attempts to troll me on FB. I have since been contacted by HHJ Dight with regards to correspondence and issuing an ECRO. Let me say that http://judicialconduct.judiciary.gov.uk will be in big trouble not responding to my complaint about HHJ Parfitt although I was given a Caseworker dated 8/10/2020.

COVID-19 has accelerated two emerging business trends. First is the rise of hybrid working. A move from fixed work (full-time on location or full-time working remotely) to a fluid model comprising a mix of office-based, frontline and remote workers. MM Updates: The fact that Facebook is responsible for targeting me on behalf of LEYF and trolls for the past 7 years. Therefore FB is aware of my status that I have not had paid employment since I resigned with the second miscarriages of justice. I was made a victim by https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 and cohorts.

The second is the realization that organizations need to work harder for their employees, not just their customers or shareholders. This includes building trust and focusing on culture, both of which are bound to become even more difficult as teams spend less time together. MM Updates: How dare Facebook send me this after what they have done to ruin my Mental and Physical Impairment. My http://www.myvision.org.uk was published via www.adwords.google.com from 2012. I joined https://www.linkedin.com when LEYF CEO sent memos for employees to contribute to her BLOG. My publications were used on other websites. My Personal Experiences of Parkinson’s Disease – Updated 17/8/2017 at https://plus.google.com/100939131463790195264/posts/YoJDpGvhGMG from I know more about Parkinson’s disease than most… This was written and published on 3/4/2015 when I was sent on Medical Suspension in breach of the Contract I signed.

This is hard but necessary work. Before the pandemic, 58% of employees were unsatisfied with their day-to-day work. How do we make sure we don’t simply return to a ‘normal’ that wasn’t good enough in the first place? MM Updates: I could not even get volunteering until www.pembrokehouse.org.uk did. I had previously find things online to occupy myself after my ENTITLEMENT was denied me by the second miscarriages of justice by the Judiciary of England and Wales. I was actively involved in setting up an online BUSINESS after I was unable to get a job because of blacklisting and networking. I experienced this before at https://careers.kch.nhs.uk after the death of my brother. I had an Engagement Agreement with www.peachespublications.co.uk and was getting on with my life. Ms Winsome Duncan introduced me to her Employment Barrister https://www.ryanclement.com and at the time I was not aware of the motives. It became apparent later that Mr Clement groomed Ms Duncan to find BLACK people on the internet for him to scam. He get her to send the http://www.met.police.uk to my house to section me on 30/10/2017. This was from www.hctgroup.org statistic of 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment. As a result of volunteering at Pembroke House I was involved with www.cardboardcitizens.org.uk and became a member. I was a participant in https://www.facebook.com/PembrokeHouse/videos/302334554093821/? I did Introduction to Acting at www.morleycollege.ac.uk and was getting on with my life. The onset of COVID-19 impacted substantially on my Mental and Physical Health.

The answer to that lies in Employee Experience (EX).

Company culture and the Employee Experience
We think of EX as a systematic way of approaching employee needs that creates a meaningful experience for people at work. MM Updates: I consider this to how Facebook set about targeting me like LEYF using data from my Pages to trigger my PTSD. Refer to www.healthmanltd.com advising me to seek counselling to find out why I react the way I do to certain situations.

Critically, it’s not about changing behaviours using traditional levers like perks, benefits or general employee engagement. It’s about changing culture. It’s about putting concepts like trust, honesty, belonging and purpose at the top of the business agenda. MM Updates:  The fact that I have taken out grievances is enough to tell the READER how much FB is involved with the DISCRIMINATION against me the past seven years. I was contacted by FB and https://www.twitter.com Legal Teams on behalf of www.bwbllp.com in August 2017.

And if 2020 was about reacting to an extraordinary situation by focusing on short-term improvements to culture and working arrangements, 2021 will be about cementing these changes permanently in business strategy and operations. MM Updates: I was a FB Influencer who got 3,706 views on issues I debated in January 2018. By May https://youtu.be/kJcomeREU2Q was in my Parish addressing issues. That tells anyone how much FB Targeting affected me.

The good news is there’s an appetite for change: seventy-five percent of CEOs are ‘supporters’ of EX. The not-so-good news is that although 84% of HR leaders say EX is a priority, only 9% have a plan. MM Updates: This makes me ANGRY after how https://www.policeconduct.gov.uk treated me.

It’s time to turn support into action. MM Updates: What is this www.met.police.uk come to my house to MURDER me to say I committed SUICIDE?

EX affects every part of your company culture
But before you get started, it’s essential to note that Employee Experience isn’t just a CEO problem or an HR problem. Every major stakeholder in your business has some skin in the EX game. Building a new strategy will require executives from various departments to connect and collaborate to develop and execute scalable plans. But when you do, the benefits are clear. MM Updates: Reasons the https://www.gov.uk will be named as party to discrimination.

CEOs. Connect authentically with people in the company, listen and respond to what people have to say
HR leaders. Attract, train and keep the best talent while building a strong company culture
Comms leaders. Improve the flow of information, and get actionable insights on key messages
IT Leaders. Consolidate enterprise tools through smart integrations and easy-to-use features
So how do you go about building one? MM Updates:  Let www.moneyclaim.gov.uk be named as a Platform for Scammers for Career Criminals.

Five ways to create an Employee Experience plan for hybrid teams
EX is especially challenging for hybrid teams. They’re fluid, dispersed and harder to reach. This brings inherent risks like poor comms, classism (an ‘us vs them’ mentality), and in-office bias that require a different approach to overcome. MM Updates: Refer to www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk/ for how FB is not aware of my Mental State after 7 years of being TARGETED.

The winning EX strategy for hybrid teams will enable you to:

Communicate efficiently – reach anyone, anywhere with relevant information – and hear what everyone in your business has to say
Build community – create belonging by focusing on Diversity and Inclusion
Show care – find simple ways to support mental health and make sure knowledge is easy to find and share Refer to https://www.lambethcollege.ac.uk for my Student of Year Certificate 1997-1999.
Here are five tips to get you started.

Share the value of being connected
Let your executives know that being more active and engaging employees is worth it. In fact, tell them it’s really worth it: better EX can lead to 21% more profitability and 40% less staff turnover. Refer to www.open.ac.uk too.

Get the team together
EX affects all your key stakeholders, so don’t put all the responsibility on the CEO. Recruit from across the ranks of senior leadership because everybody has a role to play. Refer to www.resourcesforautism.org.uk I volunteered.

Empower early adopters
Some executives will get it quicker than others. They’ll be excited about the possibilities and want to effect changes straight away. Encourage them. Letting cheerleaders cheer can build momentum and speed up the process.  Refer to www.ofsted.gov.uk too.

Assign areas of expertise
Support and empower senior team members to play to their strengths. Encourage them to take the lead on the topics that matter to them and they’re passionate about. You could suggest topics like inclusion, purpose and recognition. Refer to www.smartteachers.co.uk too

Show them what good looks like
Inspire people with examples of open and authentic business communication, either from inside your own company or from the outside world. Refer to https://www.macmillan.org.uk too.

The Culturati Virtual Summit 2021 runs until April 8. The event features Desiree Motamedi discussing this very topic, and other industry thought leaders like Arianna Huffington, Tristan Walker and many more.
