When the CEO visited, she took one of my Homemade BOOKS to improve on for Teaching & Learning Tool in good faith. In November 2011 I was at LEYF A/C when Michael Gove https://www.gov.uk was the Keynote Speaker. I was told about the post of Lead Early Years Practitioner at A/C. I applied and was the only employee shortlisted but did not get the job. Because of the impacts, I decided to work for my PENSION. I have a Chronic Anxiety Diagnosis to do my www.open.ac.uk Health & Social Care Level 2 exam. This was sponsored by http://unison.org.uk that overturned Government Employment Law for employees to be charged to take employers to the ET. By 2012 LEYF CEO June O’Sullivan sent Memo for employees to join Social Media to contribute to her BLOG.
Because of my PASSION I joined https://www.linkedin.com and added my colleagues. I was not aware of the Protocols and learned by my mistakes. I recall writing a Post about TOLERANCE at the time. I joined the Nursery World FORUM and later became an INFLUENCER. Because I was the EYFS Coordinator, SENCO and Multigenerational Working Approach Facilitator at LEYF. I was a favourite because of my passion and sharing stories especially about my Homemade Books. I guess matters changed am not sure with the departure of Karen Walker Head of Children’s Services and others in quick succession. I had applied for transfer to work closer to home so I can continue working and carry out my role as carer for my husband. I was diagnosed with www.diabetes.org.uk in 2012 and done the www.desmond-project.org.uk as well as as www.slimmingworld.com with the NHS.
I had Reasonable Adjustment and Flexible Working to facilitate mine and my husband’s disabilities. On reflections I must admit that I was one of those who were targeted when LEYF decided to get rid of the employees who did not fit June O’Sullivan’s MODEL for taking over the Early Years Sector and becoming the biggest. The Discrimination was put into effect when I returned from Jamaica January 2014. I was forced to accept a transfer to HOC Nursery that I applied for when they opened in 2010. I was not accepted and when I covered there after developing Arthritis and Diabetes, I realise I would not be able to cope with my Disabilities. I refuse to transfer and was prepared to wait until Brixton was ready www.ico.org.uk SAR.
The BIB staff visited LSCN that was a BEACON of LEYF and that’s when I was told that there was vacancies. During the time of my return there were changes especially at LSCN and I noticed how I was treated differently. My time in Jamaica with my mother meant I was struggling to cope as www.dementia.org.uk robbed me of her like www.parkinsons.org.uk robbed me of my dad. When I needed support I seek NHS Professionals and was signed off sick. By June I went back to bury mum and on my return transferred to BIB. This interview was conducted by Mervelee Myers with Derek Sharkey in two (2) parts outside the TESCO at the BLUE in Bermondsey Southwark South East London.
1. Derek can you tell me how you became Homeless?
I was made redundant from my job and my Landlord evicted me because they did not want anyone who was unemployed in their property. I was an Engineer with British Airways and three years ago my life changed when I lost my job.
2. What are the impacts of being Homeless?
Homelessness comes with different impacts starting with the Disabilities of Mental and Physical Conditions. Homelessness causes Derek to be weary/nervous of some people. Because of their behaviours and attitudes towards him. He finds it harder to trust those who are quick to judge him. Homelessness makes him realise the importance of appreciating what you have. He refuses to take anything for granted.
3. Do you think Government Agencies are aware of the plights of the Homeless?
They do not fully understand and unless they have real experiences to go by, they will not understand the plight of our situations. Because each Homeless Person must be treated individually and not lumped together. The Agencies need to be doing more to address the concerns of the Homeless. Homeless People are individuals and should be treated as thus.
4. What are your views on how the Homeless are treated?
Homeless people are treated terribly by some. We are made to feel worthless and invisible. Some make us feel we are nuisance to society.
5. Do you know about “Protected Characteristics”, and would you recommend “Homelessness” be added to the “List”?
No, but you have explained it for me to understand. I suggest Homelessness be added to the List of course.
6. Where do you see yourself a few years from now?
Hoping to be back at work and owning my own place to live comfortably. I hate not working and having to depend on the generosity of others.
7. Do you have any suggestions about tackling Homelessness?
I would suggest they Open Empty Properties and give Homeless People opportunities to sort their lives. Provide Budget for Homelessness.
8. Who do you think your VIDEO must be Direct to?
The Video must be directed at all, but Government in particular.

The Background to Derek Sharkey Story about Homelessness
This Saturday I decided not to shop at the Iceland in Walworth Road, but instead to visit the BLUE in Southwark Park Road. I walked past this Homeless Person before and I might have given him some spare change before. But this time it must have been the way he greeted all that draws my attention to him and engaging in a conversation with him. Derek showed me bruises on his face and said to me that he does not know why some attack the homeless and treats them like SCUMS. That resonated with me because of https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-23000472016 making me a victim.
I asked if he would allow me to tell his story and he did not hesitate and agreed. I told him I would go to the shop and stop on my way back. I must have had another visitation from the Source that was Inspiring me. Because I left Derek and returned to get a clip of him agreeing for me to tell his story.
The Depression that has taken over my life
I do not know why but the next day Sunday I could not function. I turned to my Support-Network and knew I had to ride out the Storms.
I exhausted the HMCTS and was advised to go to CCMCC and they discriminated rejecting my CLAIMS until I was sent to County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch that continued. In the end they cooked up with the CLCC to send my CLAIMS for Civil District Judge to impose Restraint Order. Using Barrister Samantha Jones as Test Case, with her advocating on behalf of John Fenton. How did she know about my other CLAIMS? There was the case of HHJ Dight with the MISCONDUCT. He was switched with HHJ Parfitt with on Mr Bradley informed. Here is my Argument against HHJ Parfitt – You Lost The ET/EAT. As I said in previous complaints I did not lose the ET/EAT.
It has come to my attention that The Public Law Commission has published its consultation for a review into hate crime law in England and Wales. I happen to fall in 2 of the 5 Protected Characteristics that the ET/EAT conspired against me with 2 miscarriages of justice. My RACISM claims was strike out repeatedly after Judge Baron recognize me on 15/3/2016 at the ET. The Disability claims was a Case Management by Judge Elliott, which the Respondent failed to comply with. I handed my Medical Report to Judge Freer in Court on 20/12/2016. He is obviously a LIAR whose HATE CRIME in the Judgement made me a VICTIM.
Justice Simler sent my Claim to EAT re DISABILITY. So how can Judge Shanks think he can get away saying I made up Disability? That is another Hate Crime. How Can Justice Simler say Paul Kernaghan The Judicial Ombudsman deal with fact after I used http://www.ico.org.uk SAR? What fact did she deal with when sending my Claims to the EAT?
HHJ Parfitt was sent to the CLCC to continue the DISCRIMINATION and here are the fact: 1. Saying I can sit if it makes me comfortable. Why did he think sitting would benefit me if I did not have DISABILITY? 2. Saying he understands my Childhood Traumas, but the Medical Report say I was doing okay. Why did he think I needed CBT after getting a Long Service Award from LEYF? 3. Saying the email from Bar Standards Board was about a REVIEW. Is this not proof of how the Legal Systems operate and treating VULNERABLE People? 4. Saying I have no say in the matter of the Judgement to pay back my money. Ryan Clement a Member of Judiciary of England & Wales have freedom to act unprofessionally. It was Bianca Porter from Court Enforcement Services Ltd who said he is a Career Criminal. She must know who they are and expect me to pay her to abort the CLAIM.
My CASE is classic of how VULNERABLE are targets. Because after Samantha Jones made up a Contagious Disease to opt out of attending Court. She told the ET PANEL she did not prepare a CASE. She was given a REFERENCE to be on Grenfell Tower Inquiry. But the 6 Line Reference from LEYF flagging SAFEGUARDING condemn me to a life of UNEMPLOYEMENT. And Statistic 1 in 5 of all suicides associated with unemployment. This was used to make false report and sending POLICE to section me.
All of the above are HATE CRIME. HHJ Parfitt compounded the DISCRIMINATION at CLCC on 2/9/2020. How long will CLCC take to call up the other CLAIMS?
