My Mom Phylis Nembhard Salmon one of God’s beautiful flower was born on April 5, 1938, who has lived a life full of ups and down but through it all she made sure all 7 of her children know that their is a God to fear and his name is Jesus Christ. She has worked tirelessly in her community raised many children but this day the May 3rd, 2018 she is gone home to be with her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, no more pain or sorrow. So I get the good news so I share. My niece Sara-Kay NEMBHARD is on the Deans List at UTEC in her 1st year. My breda BYRON must be looking down from Heaven with such pride & joy.
Remember the promise I made to him on his Death Bed when his Faculties were shutting down in 2008.
Despite the challenges I am trying to stick to the promise.
At this time I also want to acknowledge the contributions of Trevor Hutchins aka Cecil Gillette cuz of my #2son Valdin Legister. Haven’t had time since Mama’s death but am back on the road to recovery.

I am a oh so sad woman. My life is directed by the #Horoscope! Before the wedding of my #2Son Valdin Legister, I read the thing with scepticism. Then I met #BREDA_KEN at my #Auntie_Mellie home in #StCatherine.
My life has not been the same since I return to the UK on the 22nd January 2014.
Only mistake I make was missing all the clues. Some went on before, culminating in the loss of my job and health.
More was in store with the dredging up of my past… But you know what I was prepared for whatever was to confront me in my future. That’s why LEYF Nurseries will not be allowed to get away with the #DISCRIMINATION.
After that I will decide to deal with the others.
Right now I’m trying to find out how not to make an #Arsehole of myself. So I am going to carry on pretending “I Don’t Give a Toss What Anyone Do?” But that’s a damn #LIE.
I am planning to celebrate my birthday here…? Anyone care to join me, you can’t miss #MAMALOU?
Now I put in some hours work before hitting the road… I have to keep in shape. I am tempted to do a Loose Women, but keep #Dreaming.

Have to offer my heartfelt condolences to the #ANGLINFAMILY who used to live behind the #BurntSavannahNewTestamentChurch on the passing of #ROYANGLIN. The family now reside in #Truro. Next I spend some time linking with Friends U might not even have Appreciated b4. It’s definitely good to Talk & my Friend wasn’t Rolling A Spliff, but having a Mug of Chocolate Tea that he said he made himself.
Should have asked if he put any of the Good Stuff in it like how my Granny used to?
My Granny used to Soak everything in RUM including the Ganja LEAF. A little of wat U fancy is Good for U. As my Papa would have said everything in Moderation. So even though he had no Known Vices, he would use whatever in Medicinal Proportions…? Bay Rum, etc, etc…
There was only 1 Woman for him after he left his Suitcase in Manchester, walk to Westmoreland to set up home. He met my Mama & the rest is History.
My claim to Fame is I pick up some of the Stubborn Traits from Mama & Papa which mean Ratty not gwine Budge an Inch.
So Mr Spence I am hoping We Can Keep the Positive Vibes Strong? Keep the Faith & all things will become clear eventually!

First I must say congratulations to Winnie E Jakes on being blessed as a New Grandmother to her Little Putus – Terri-Lisa Baby Daughter. Have to pay a visit to Luton to share in the Brown’s joy of having their own little Family. However I have to return to London for my own Big Old Bay – Tom.
Thanks again Winnie for taking time out of ur busy schedule to chat with e for early 2 hours. At least I have someone to unburden myself to & take away some of the Fears.

In Memory of my MOTHER I’d just like to take this opportunity to give credit where credit is due & salute one of those Persons who rallied around y Mum during the times she was experiencing her many challenges. I have memories of the times when the Persons like Mr Will Coote from Bull-Head used to come visiting PAPA, Mama would hurry up to Tidy up to make the place a little bit more presentable for strangers.
Why…? Because Papa was Bedridden & it takes lots of hard work to keep things going. But not only that Mama’s Mother – Gan-Gan was also SICK! But I recalled Mama wasn’t that bothered when this Person dropped in to look for my Papa. Maybe it was because my Mum considered him to be in the same League as one of her Sons…? Mum never chat much & I missed a lot.
So today I’d like to take this opportunity to say “Happy 68th Birthday to Mr Spence”! Mama saw something in U which caused her to be able to Talk, Trust & Feel Comfortable & Relaxed in Ur Presence. Sorry I was too Rapped up with my Challenges to take much Notice…? Pity U never kept the link & stayed in touch with Mum, but that’s life & sometimes that’s how it is meant to be…?
Doston told me U are a Big Belly Man, & despite me trying to visualise the Mr Spence I knew back then I can’t?
Have a blessed day & who knows what the future holds? We definitely need to renew acquaintances id only to celebrate that aspects of Mama’s Life & Ur involvement.

Start of my MAY month and Mervelee Myers is just telling it like it is. I don’t necessarily give a toss about another’s opinion as I intend to go on as I started. Probably if I wasn’t documenting some of my Innermost Thoughts I would not have legs to stand on with those CRIMINALS & their Cohorts in Crime against Humanity.
God bless The Open University for my Empowerment & reinforcing my “Defensive Practice”. I was taught that a Good Practitioner Must avail ourselves of a Camera, Computer/Laptop and a Laminator. The only one I never got is the Laminator. Therefore I am well equipped to continue with my Pleasures in Life- WRITING!
I have to make some changes in my life and make my HUSBAND my Priority. He was so relieved when I got in Friday night because he thought I was staying over. I told him no I will never go any where, where I can’t get home. Luckily I got home because he had a torrid night. Everything is taking their toll on me, but like y MAMA did, I just have to carry on. That’s why I reflect on those who supported my MOTHER back in the days.
So today as I struggle to cope with the Challenges coming my way I am grateful. I think back to my Carefree Days when MAMA was furious with some of my Antics & tell me off… So I have a SMILE & think of Mum when I have to strip down & have my 2 Long Tit-Ties (Breast) hanging loose just so I can get rid of the discomfort of having the Heater on Full-Blast because Tom is Cold.
I know it will get worse before getting better! But I am here for the Long-Haul. It is reassuring to know that Tom’s biggest Concern is that I am ok. And he don’t want to become a Burden to me…? When a person has been Independent & Self-Reliant all their life, it’s difficult to be where Tom is in his Transitions. I kind of knows how he is feeling because I have experiences of my Transitions to make comparisons.
