Valentine’s Day 2016 & there is just so much to ponder about my life. Let me start with the current situation. Been up since the crack of dawn again tending to my TOM. I help him to care for himself, but we have a limit & there are certain matters over which we have no control. If Money could cure some of the ailments then we’d probably big, borrow, mortgage or even steal to address the matters. Recalled TOM saying recently that he is going to Rob a Bank to buy a House. I jokingly say when U were Superman U never think of robbing no bank. But now U can hardly put 1 foot b4 the other U are thinking that? Its not been easy this past year, especially since I was pushed over the edge by those Psychopaths. But my Counsellor Laura Tinsley of the NHS has supported my recovery. She told me I am a different person from the 1 who she saw when I 1st started. She acknowledged I am a FIGHTER, who did not let anything stand in my way. I intend to go on the same way forward. My duty is towards my husband TOM & I’ll be there for him God’s willing. 14.2.2016 I dedicate my life to him like when we got together August 2001. Got up yesterday getting ready for classes. Prepared breakfast, ate and commented about the sourness of the last Satsuma I sucked. I was stood over the sink washing up when I felt this sharp PAIN between my breast. I was alerted when there was another in quick succession & I was doubled over the sink. Told Tom & he said to take deep breathes in/out. Contemplating whether to call the GP or go classes. Felt some relief so went to classes. Was aware of the niggling pains in the pit of my stomach so decided to visit A&E. Called Tom to let him know what was happening. Got assessed & had to do ECG, which was done by a Trainee Nurse from Manchester. Such show of professionalism, making me reassured the NHS is in the same hands of the Future Generations of Health Care Professionals. I waited & waited… Tom showed up & I keep asking when is my turn. I was 2nd in line for hours & then I was 1st… I waited & waited… When I am ANXIOUS there are certain functions I can’t do – eating is one such. Luckily I have Foodstuff in my bag because TOM came out without eating anything much. He admonished me for saying he didn’t have to come out… I was just about to go back to the Nurse who thanked me for my patience – Yes for the Psychopaths at that Organisation that labelled Mervelee Myers, I do know when to wear my many Hats – Corporative, Professional, Assertive, etc., etc… The doctor came to get me as I got up to go back to the Nurse. Maybe 1 of my son’s age Kevin Murray & Valdin Legister , but I did not cross those boundaries by asking. He was surprised at the long wait, by this time I was doing 5+ hours. He told me to blame Jeremy Hunt. So now I’ll have to go back to the drawing board writing more Open Letters to government, etc, etc… As I told the doctor I am a Social Media Advocate to change the SYSTEMS that are making the vulnerable Scapegoats & Victims. My tests are positive & doctor was surprised at my Healthy Status despite my Deficits & Limitations. Note to RN, please pay more attentions to the Health Signals the Body is sending out. I’ve been having Reflux for a while. That Sour Satsuma stirred up the Acid in my Stomach & I’ve been on Ulcer Watch from my 20’s. Remember I told you as an Only Daughter, I picked up everything from both sides of the Family DNA. But I am hoping to match Mama Lou if I am in relatively good health & don’t have to rely too much on any1? Sometimes I love my own Space & to be Independent! Remember JA go to the Poll on the 25th. I’ve been up doing my PW. Blinking hell can’t get to sign up for Race4Life in honour of my next door neighbour TESS. Can’t forget the amount she gave me last year. I still need to go & find out what’s going down with her funeral. I hope they just don’t bury her like TOM say they might, if no1 comes forward. Pat Hennessy was 1 of the Youngest Social Worker in South London. She is a Pioneer who worked miracles at BIB Peckham. Pat H. brought in 1 Young Lady when she was experiencing what some of us have the misfortune to go through in life. The rest is history as PH did all she could to Empower that woman. What did the woman do…? Well she thinks she is going to get away with seeing me as the Margaret whom she claimed ABUSED CHILDREN…! She is making a Sad Mistake, because she don’t know nutn bout me when I started at BIB 23.07.2014. Weeks after coming back from JA to bury my MOTHER. Have to make sure I look after myself to continue my F4J. So some1 think they have the rights to take bread out of my mouth, push me over the edge to die a terrible death… But most galling stopping me from keeping the promise I made to my breda BYRON on his death bed when CANCER didn’t give him a chance. I promised BYRON to help with his Youngest Daughter Sara-Kay NEMBHARD. It’s not fair I can’t fulfil that promise. The Professionalism of Nurse Graham
I want to acknowledge Nurse Graham as a Professional who went beyond the call of duty in carrying out her role as a Diabetic Nurse for Mr Tomlinson. We were made to feel valued and respected as the persons who know more about Mr Tomlinson’s condition and our efforts to keep up the healthy lifestyle to manage our disabilities.
Nurse Graham put us at our ease empowering us, as well as
giving us the best advice in supporting each other. I was particularly
appreciative of her sharing some of her Granny’s thoughts about life. Let me
end by saying that Nurse Graham’s approach to her work has reassured me that I
can rely on the NHS to deliver.
On behalf on Mr Tomlinson and Mrs Myers, let me take this opportunity
to congratulate Nurse Graham and the NHS that have been caring for my husband.

This is not a Complaint
I would just like to put on record the events that occurred with regards to SAFEGUARDING ISSUES raised about my husband that got the www.met.police.uk involved.
I was at home when I got a call from Christina explaining
that she got my number from the Surgery. She’d called because Mr Tomlinson
missed his appointment. As far as I was concerned the matter was sorted. There
was no mention made about the Police involvement.
My Stepson Makes Contact
I was contacted by my stepson about what occurred when the
Police visited his home. I was advised
to visit the Surgery to make sure my Information was available.
Visit To The Surgery
Because of ongoing issues that are affecting my health, I
attended the Surgery with Identification inclusive of my Passport and Marriage
Certificate. I explained I’d introduced myself to the GP when I visited for Mr
Tomlinson’s Checks. Everything was going okay, until someone else came out
after a query.
Treating My Husband With Disrespect
I take exception to the fact my husband was been treated as
if he is no longer a person who can make decisions about his welfare. As soon
as I challenge the DISCRIMINATION, I was made to feel as if I was in the wrong.
I was having none of it.
I accept this was a matter of Safeguarding, but I want
lessons to be learned so there is no reoccurrence. Why did the Surgery not
contact me first? Why did the Police not stop to process the information given
by the Neighbour who spoke to them? I will attach a copy of the note.
In all good faith I would like to continue working with the Surgery who has served Mr Tomlinson well. But I have to protect myself from any further allegations after my ordeals of why I was a participant in www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers. To now for the past 6 years www.leyf.org.uk destroyed my life and ruined my career. As a Lay Person who represented myself from the time, I
attended the Disciplinary Hearing with Union Rep Darren Mahon and was abandoned
by VOICE after. I have no intention of letting VOICE use knowledge of the
triggers for my DISABILITIES to confuse me. I was advised by www.healthmanltd.com to seek CBT. Therefore,
I will disregard aspects of your letter in paragraph two. May I refer you to
the above mention Solicitors letter dated 5th February 2020 for any
clarifications needed. Because your letter is dated 6th I doubt very
much you have had much time with your client. So, I am prepared to accept the
bluff.
Since you are aware that (Pattinson & Brewer not
Pattison) acknowledged receipt of proceedings on behalf of your client, why
not liaise with them? I have had enough of being stitched up by https://www.capsticks.com and http://unison.org.uk. Then after being a
participant in www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers
it will conveniently disappear. That’s why www.leyf.org.uk
claim not to have any data for me, so I apply to www.ico.org.uk

Since Pattinson & Brewer’s letter was asking for
extension, when did your client come to the decision that I failed to comply
with the relevant Pre-Action Protocol? Suffice it to say I have no knowledge
what this is but will do my research. Just so you are aware that I send the
Defendant copy of my claims www.moneyclaim.gov.uk.
They responded via email, but I was
unable to access it. I contacted them to send via post and was told to delete
and forget about it. Therefore, VOICE should have been preparing the defence
from that time. And making sure they clarified anything they don’t understand.
As I have said before am a Lay Person with no Legal Training
and have no understanding what’s meant by your client reserves its rights on
costs in light of this failure http://www.equalityadvisoryservice.com.
May I suggest your client think about their failure to represent me after the
disappearance of Darren Mahon. And Solicitor Arwen Makin advising me not to
appeal the Disciplinary. The behaviour of Mark Essex towards me. And Andy
Garwood turning up at the Appeal without any of the Documents VOICE had. The
fact that I am still charged fee even though I have not been in paid employment
since I resigned with a Nervous Breakdown www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk/.
How VOICE set about trying to trick me
out of my Membership is another failure.
As can be summarise from the above, I have no intention of
communicating via email and accepting service of documents. I don’t trust VOICE
to act professionally as can be evidenced from the email from Deborah Lawson
which I could not access. However, VOICE have my email because they still
contact me via email for marketing and other purposes www.nurseryworld.co.uk. But under no
circumstances will I be conducting anything with VOICE via email.
