Complaint against the Judiciary of England & Wales Employment Tribunals

This Complaint arises from the fact that I must represent myself two (2) times at the Employment Tribunals despite the union’s involvement. Both times I was let down, but where I’d become frustrated the first time and resign. This time I was advised that you must be in in to get somewhere. The County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch, 29-41 Gee Street, London EC1V 3RE is the main reason for the complaint. However, CCMCC has caused me lots of aggravation until I filed a complaint and was given Reasonable Adjustment. But this doesn’t seem to make much difference to the MORON at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch. With the latest District Judge Manners, the CULPRIT.

This is an official complaint about the above after I have reached the “final straw” resulting from the letter dated 17 February 2020.

Upon reading the court file

IT IS ORDERED THAT

Claim struck out as being totally without merit their being any discernible cause of action against the

Defendant.

What Court FILE did that INTELLECTUAL IMBECILE read? The Defendant had accepted the Claim and agreed to defend it. So, I don’t know which Court FILE District Judge MANNERS read.

Case of Winsome Duncan

Before knowing I was entitled to help to make a Claim, I saved up the fee to get my Claim with Ms Duncan www.peachespublications.co.uk to CCMCC. This reached Telephone Mediation and I thought the matter was being dealt with until it was sent to the above. There are the Judges involved in what is clearly INSTITUTIONAL DISCRIMINATION against a person with DISABILITIES and for whom Ms Duncan and her Barrister https://www.ryanclement.com in SCAMMING are responsible for triggering my TRAUMAS into PTSD. Then she sent the www.met.police.uk to section me. Because I was unable to be at her 40^th birthday party for her to carry out her plans to HARM me and said I committed SUICIDE. This plot was hatched by Barrister https://www.ryanclement.com who groomed Ms Duncan online to find VULNERABLE persons for him to target. The fact I’d shown Mr Clement www.hctgroup.org.uk Impact Report 2016 where my photo was across from the statistic: 1 in 5 of all suicides are associated with unemployment led to the plot to get me SECTION from https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 left me a VICTIM.  I want note to be taken of the fact that I used https://www.facebook.com and https://www.linkedin.com and www.adwords.google.com as part of http://www.myvision.org.uk to document my stories. They are my DEFENSIVE PRACTICES that will be used in evidence to reclaim my life before too late and I am pushed over the edge like CAROLINE FLACK www.express.co.uk.

Because of the actions of the above, I have taken out a Claim: F21YM001 to safeguard me from DISCRIMINATION coming out of been made a VICTIM by https://employmenttribunal.claims the second time.

Contacted by VOICE THE UNION FOR EDUCATION PROFESSIONALS

Since I was contacted by Solicitors on behalf of the Defendant defending the Claim my understanding is, I would be contacted about the matter from the Court. My question is, is this another BUNGLE by those IDIOTS who done the same after Ms Duncan and I went through Telephone Mediation. I have not had any response from www.kennedyslaw.com that taken over from ebradshaw@pattinsonbrewer.co.uk & www.pattinsonbrewer.co.uk who withdraw their services. The Defendant stated they are defending the Claim. So, when did STUPID District Judge MANNERS decided to strike out my Claim and on what Grounds?

Case of Barrister Ryan Clement

I have had much the same kind of discrimination from CCMCC with Ryan Clement. They set out to trigger my TRUAMAS over an extended period. Now that judgement is passed after I had to go online to track the SCAMMER down. Months later I am no closer to getting my money, whilst Ryan Clement is aided and abetted by the NEGLIGENCE of the CCMCC to act on behalf of US who they help to make VICTIMS.

I have come to the end of my tether after 6 years. Now https://www.39essex.com/barrister/samantha-jones got www.moneyclaim.gov.uk involved in her DISCRIMINATION sending my Claim to Central London County Court to get Designated Judge to make RESTRAINT ORDER. If this is the way they want it as she is advocating on behalf of www.personnelconsultancy.com to cover up their CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES. I will take to my various websites to name all those perverting the course of justice.

Can the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch Please Issue the Following Claims?

Winsome Duncan – Claim Number: F22YM276. Acknowledgement of Service filed on 21 October 2019. Defendant responded to the Claim indicating intention to defend all the claim on 8 November 2019.

Why has the above Court failed to carry out their DUTY? It happened before why I had to include the Court in my Claims.

Claim Number: F21YM001 – County Court Clerkenwell & Shoreditch

I am challenging Deputy District Judge Edden of CCMCC that this is yet another example of the DISCRIMINATION I encountered why they have sent my Claims to Central London County Court as a Test Case to get a RESTRAINT ORDER to cover up for the failings of the Judiciary of England & Wales in the Employment Tribunals. So, they use the Legalities of the Law to CONFUSE a person with DISABILITIES in a perpetual state of dealing with the TRAUMAS of my CHRONIC ANXIETY. Rendering me unable to carry out normal day-to-day activities for the past year to carry out my duties as CARER for my 97-year-old husband. In breach of the Equality Act Section 60 http://www.equalityadvisoryservice.com.

Ms Vinette Julie Powell – Claim Number: F21YM003

 The same challenge applies to Deputy District Judge Edden. I addressed the matter and is yet to hear from the Court. Because they are so BUSY finding my Claims to STRIKE out, even the ones that the Defendants are defending.

In colluding with SCAMMERS against those of US who are VULNERABLE and made VICTIMS by the Judiciary of England & Wales, the CCMCC is party to breaching the Rule of Law.

The Independent Office For Police Conduct – Claim Number: F21YM135

Now what is the Court waiting for to deal with the Claim? I have had the Defendant’s Solicitors contacting me. So, is the Court going to handle this matter the same way they did with Winsome Duncan?

The Metropolitan Police Services – Claim Number: F45YM082 – 29 November 2019

I guess the Police is treating this matter the way they have DISCRIMINATED against me, hoping the Court will brush the Claim out of sight and it’s no longer relevant. The Court has a duty to act now, instead of TRIGGERING my TRAUMAS to PTSD by issuing STRIKE OUT re a CLAIM that’s been defended.

London Early Years Foundation LEYF – Claim Number: F09YM907 – 19 December 2019.

Why is the Court failing to act? It’s been 6 years gone out of my life. My husband will be 97 in March. The toll on him is enormous. He was told by a Bank Manager “Mr Tomlinson you have a small illusion of one day becoming a property tycoon”. Imagine what he’s been going through on my behalf. He’s a VICTIM of the CCMCC failure to act.

FAILURE TO ACCEPT MORE CLAIMS RE LEYF

I put in other Claims against LEYF but CCMCC is playing God and failed to issue them. This why they are colluding with Barrister Samantha Jones. And Clerkenwell & Shoreditch County Court acting like the INTELLECTUAL IMBECILES the District Judges are.

Can someone, please help me with this?

When I call Clerkenwell & Shoreditch County Court, I get no response. If I send emails, they are not acknowledged. Until someone get off their lazy backside and decide to strike out a Claim the Defendant is defending.

This is one of the Claims that https://www.39essex.com/barrister/samantha-jones is advocating to get RESTRAINT order. Because www.moneyclaim.gov.uk is pondering to CRIMINALS who prey on the VULNERABLE they make VICTIMS.
