incidents re SAFEGUARDING to occur. I am therefore asking for the following

my consent for my wife’s relevant data to be added to my records. My wife was
introduced to my GP when she accompanied me for my Diabetes Check. She
subsequently returned the ECG results to the Surgery.

Myers) attended the Surgery for his Diabetic Checks.

I was diagnosed with diabetes and has gone through NHS Early
Intervention to participating in www.heal-d.co.uk
and other NHS Programmes to help me manage my conditions. I was invited into
the Room by Nurse Graham, who kept me informed about every aspect of the
procedures that were carried out by her. This made me feel included.

The Professionalism of Nurse Graham
I want to acknowledge Nurse Graham as a Professional who went beyond the call of duty in carrying out her role as a Diabetic Nurse for Mr Tomlinson. We were made to feel valued and respected as the persons who know more about Mr Tomlinson’s condition and our efforts to keep up the healthy lifestyle to manage our disabilities.
Nurse Graham put us at our ease empowering us, as well as
giving us the best advice in supporting each other. I was particularly
appreciative of her sharing some of her Granny’s thoughts about life. Let me
end by saying that Nurse Graham’s approach to her work has reassured me that I
can rely on the NHS to deliver.
On behalf on Mr Tomlinson and Mrs Myers, let me take this opportunity
to congratulate Nurse Graham and the NHS that have been caring for my husband.
We are grateful and appreciative.

This is not a Complaint
I would just like to put on record the events that occurred with regards to SAFEGUARDING ISSUES raised about my husband that got the www.met.police.uk involved.
I was at home when I got a call from Christina explaining
that she got my number from the Surgery. She’d called because Mr Tomlinson
missed his appointment. As far as I was concerned the matter was sorted. There
was no mention made about the Police involvement.
My Stepson Makes Contact
I was contacted by my stepson about what occurred when the
Police visited his home. I was advised
to visit the Surgery to make sure my Information was available.
Visit To The Surgery
Because of ongoing issues that are affecting my health, I
attended the Surgery with Identification inclusive of my Passport and Marriage
Certificate. I explained I’d introduced myself to the GP when I visited for Mr
Tomlinson’s Checks. Everything was going okay, until someone else came out
after a query.
Treating My Husband With Disrespect
I take exception to the fact my husband was been treated as
if he is no longer a person who can make decisions about his welfare. As soon
as I challenge the DISCRIMINATION, I was made to feel as if I was in the wrong.
I was having none of it.
I accept this was a matter of Safeguarding, but I want
lessons to be learned so there is no reoccurrence. Why did the Surgery not
contact me first? Why did the Police not stop to process the information given
by the Neighbour who spoke to them? I will attach a copy of the note.
In all good faith I would like to continue working with the Surgery who has served Mr Tomlinson well. But I have to protect myself from any further allegations after my ordeals of why I was a participant in www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers. To now for the past 6 years www.leyf.org.uk destroyed my life and ruined my career. I can’t afford for allegations to ruin my fragile state of mind www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk/, because of carelessness on the part of anyone not up to the job.

let me address the relevant sections.
I will be addressing my response as it relates to
correspondence from Pattinson & Brewer Solicitors Ground Floor,

As a Lay Person who represented myself from the time, I
attended the Disciplinary Hearing with Union Rep Darren Mahon and was abandoned
by VOICE after. I have no intention of letting VOICE use knowledge of the
triggers for my DISABILITIES to confuse me. I was advised by www.healthmanltd.com to seek CBT. Therefore,
I will disregard aspects of your letter in paragraph two. May I refer you to
the above mention Solicitors letter dated 5th February 2020 for any
clarifications needed. Because your letter is dated 6th I doubt very
much you have had much time with your client. So, I am prepared to accept the
bluff.
Since you are aware that (Pattinson & Brewer not
Pattison) acknowledged receipt of proceedings on behalf of your client, why
not liaise with them? I have had enough of being stitched up by https://www.capsticks.com and http://unison.org.uk. Then after being a
participant in www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers
it will conveniently disappear. That’s why www.leyf.org.uk
claim not to have any data for me, so I apply to www.ico.org.uk
SAR.
Since Pattinson & Brewer’s letter was asking for
extension, when did your client come to the decision that I failed to comply
with the relevant Pre-Action Protocol? Suffice it to say I have no knowledge
what this is but will do my research. Just so you are aware that I send the
Defendant copy of my claims www.moneyclaim.gov.uk.
They responded via email, but I was
unable to access it. I contacted them to send via post and was told to delete
and forget about it. Therefore, VOICE should have been preparing the defence
from that time. And making sure they clarified anything they don’t understand.
As I have said before am a Lay Person with no Legal Training
and have no understanding what’s meant by your client reserves its rights on
costs in light of this failure http://www.equalityadvisoryservice.com.
May I suggest your client think about their failure to represent me after the
disappearance of Darren Mahon. And Solicitor Arwen Makin advising me not to
appeal the Disciplinary. The behaviour of Mark Essex towards me. And Andy
Garwood turning up at the Appeal without any of the Documents VOICE had. The
fact that I am still charged fee even though I have not been in paid employment
since I resigned with a Nervous Breakdown www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk/.
How VOICE set about trying to trick me
out of my Membership is another failure.
As can be summarise from the above, I have no intention of
communicating via email and accepting service of documents. I don’t trust VOICE
to act professionally as can be evidenced from the email from Deborah Lawson
which I could not access. However, VOICE have my email because they still
contact me via email for marketing and other purposes www.nurseryworld.co.uk. But under no
circumstances will I be conducting anything with VOICE via email.
