The CCMCC Will Not Get Away With The Discrimination On LEYF Behalf 28/10/19

In response to the above-mentioned claim.
It Is Ordered That
1. I will let the CCMCC be aware of the fact that they are party to #exacerbating my disabilities and #triggering my #traumas into PTSD with their demands in this matter. I will argue my case on grounds of Equality Act, 2010: The Equality Act #prohibits discrimination against people with #disability, whether this is #physical or #mental impairment. Section 60 of the Equality Act relates to the use of health questions during recruitment exercise. In light of the fact that I have to use DATA Protection ACT 1998 – 117119 Subject Access Request from the Ministry of Justice UK. DPA Section 7 Right of Access to Personal Data after Mr #JohnFenton lied about not receiving documents sent to him that were Court Management Order. But the fact that the ET #JudgeFree lied saying there were no other Medical Reports is an indication of how the CCMCC www.moneyclaim.gov.uk continues with the Institutional Discrimination that ruin my LEYF Nurseries career and destroy Mervelee Ratty Nembhard life.
How can the CCMCC continue this #discrimination in breach of the Human Rights Act 1998 alleging there is no reasonable grounds for bringing the claim forward? Therefore, the court is breaching the #RuleofLaw in favour of the Defendant. I have no #legaltraining, but neither does Mr Fenton, who acted for the Responded as if he has.
2. I am hereby #applying for the order to be stayed and have #amended the Claim Form after the CCMCC exacerbated and triggered my traumas into PTSD. Leaving me unable to carry out normal day-to-day activities. Refer to Medical Reports in my ET Bundle and the Subject Access Request Data Protection Act – 11711 9 I applied for when #LEYF refused me access to my FILE. And claim not to have any data for me.
Once again UK Government Agencies have set out to discriminate against me with #contingent Policies & Procedures that leave me unable to #function to my full capacity. As my disabilities are triggered. So I am set deadlines to meet that’s unreasonable and in breach of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (#UNCRC) Article 14 states that it is a Basic Entitlement of Humans to enjoy their Rights and Freedoms without discrimination on any grounds.
Making the Application
The CCMCC is in breach of:
The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 which introduced the Special Needs Code of Practice.
The Education Reform Act 1988: Employers and those providing services must make reasonable adjustments to their services to ensure that they are not discriminating against disabled people. The CCMCC sent me 4 letters to be sent back in 7 days. Now I have disabilities and is a #carer.
Equality Act 2006: All registered #EYFS providers to have written SEN policy, a #SENCO and make reasonable adjustments to their services to ensure they are not discriminating against disabled people.
Special Needs & Disability Act 2001: Created #duty on authorities to promote equality of opportunity for men and women.
Once more the CCMCC is in breach of the Human Rights Act by the way they have chosen to go about treating me like my former employers and Mr John Fenton in #perverting the course of justice. Hiding my FILE and targeting me.
The ET/EAT have done the same perverting the course of justice and presiding over the second #miscarriage of justice against me.

Since time is running out, I will get this in the #post so the CCMCC don’t get away with the continued Institutional Discrimination.
This is in breach of my #entitlements under the Human Rights Act. Under #pressure I am unable to carry out normal day to day activities. My traumas are triggered into PTSD. That’s why www.healthmanltd.com advised me to get CBT.
This was done at the Maudsley Hospital www.slam-iapt.nhs.uk/southwark. But my Medical Reports were discarded as the ET perverted the course of justice.
