So who is there from the changing agency staff @Connex-Education to form the secure #SecondaryAttachment that the #KeyPerson does from working in partnership with #ParentsCarers? LEYF Nurseries need to wake up & deal with the realities of delivering the balanced @EYFS #WelfareRequirements & Ofsted Standards. But until successive #Governments stop being hoodwinked, tax payers will be paying for more #Enquiries.
