I am still walking up to an hour both ways every chance I get to keep fit. The only exercise I’m getting these days.
But LEYF Nurseries & #3Judges from the #EmploymentTribunals decided to penalised me for managing and controlling my DISABILITIES.
I have to let my Fight4justice & OCD get rid of the ANGST. Until then, they will have to accept I’m suffering from loss & bereavement due to DISCRIMINATION: Conscious & Subconscious, Premeditated & Wilful Modern SLAVERY Practices of treating a human less favourable than animals.

I was looking at some paperwork and its contents begin to shed some light on when the rot sets in at LEYF Nurseries. I learned about it at the #OpenUniversity. All to do with meeting #ManagerialTargets. So they sold out quality for quantity.
Just an insight, as stated in the Reviews of #JyotiBhardwaj and 2 others. They keep taking over all the New Settings, like BIB. They get rid of the staff like #MarionBreslin who was on #MERVELEEMYERS interview panel.
They then put #Leaders_Management in place that can be manipulated and sanction to discriminate and force those they view as threats out…
Now I am hit by another great idea, how a once great BRAND lost its shine because of Modern SLAVERY practice

I have been sharing my concerns about the way some in the Early Years Sector get away with abusing the power of their #Authority. But what do you expect with the #Establishment and #Systems that colluded with the #ModernDaySlaveMasters_Mistresses to affirm DISCRIMINATION? Then they make excuses by blaming their prejudices and biases towards #Eugenics on lack of resources and heavy workloads. But how will it be different when you have Human Resources Management faking as Solicitors? Judges who don’t know about Disabilities Legislations? Barristers who don’t prepare cases and cop out with a SICKIE. Solicitors who act unprofessionally. Unions that take fees and give wrong advice. Employers that don’t operate as #LegalEntity.
And a Government System that don’t act when concerns are raised. But spend Taxpayers money to fund Inquiry when matters should have been dealt with?

Even at this date a year ago I was still showing the Real me…? Happy-Go-Lucky, I don’t give a Damn! Despite the DISCRIMINATION at LEYF Nurseries I was still trying to get on with my Life. That’s why those Bastards & Bitches must pay for the Narratives & Discourses, the Terrorism & RACISM that caused me to nearly become a Paranoid Skit-So-Fren-NICK? Despite putting my Concerns in Writings, Preaching like the Prophets from the Bible b4 taking my #Case to Facebook & Social Media, they would not listen. In another 2 days will be the date that the Bully Bwoy King Kong called me to CO… I was so fearful of the EVIL they were capable of, I stopped on my way home to warn TOM where I was going… So if I didn’t show up, he could put out the Warnings. No one should have such Powers over another person’s life.
