That’s the time when UNISON and the London Borough of Southwark SEND Section, with involvement from the #LocalSafeguardingBoard and Ofsted colluded to exacerbate and trigger my Posttraumatic stress disorder into Mental Health Conditions. So they employed Capsticks, Wimbledon to act unprofessionally in confusing me, because I have no Legal Knowledge and know absolutely nothing about Employment legislation. But I was determind to defend myself. In the end after the ACAS offer which I refused to accept, KINGS Solicitors used delaying tactics, saying they did not get documents, asking for extra time because they did not have Solicitors. I was resolute despite not getting any support from even the Citizen Advice Bureau. The Solicitors made an offer of £4,000.00 to reach me the night before I was due at the ET. Strangely enough I was working with LEYF Nurseries, where I was under pressures with the triggering of my disabilities by then Interim Manager #MariaGonvalves, assisted by Area Manager #MariaFreeman www.leyf.org.uk. I opened the letter with the offer at the ET in Croydon.
I was only rescued because my professional conduct working in the Early Years Sector as a collaborative Team Member meant I had left a #Legacy that would save me from certain #Poverty without Employment when #JoelleLax remembered me from my time working at William Wilberforce, Lamabeth Walk Day Nursery, Kennington and put in a good word for me. I was transferred to Luton Street and the rest of that story is history documented over Social Media on Google, Google AdWords, LinkedIn and Facebook, that became my confidante when I have no one else to talk to. FACEBOOK, became my THERAPIST from I joined officially in February 2010, just before my transfer to Luton Street. But I had actually signed up in 2009 with my AOL account.
At LS, I was empowered to develop my CPPDP and use my Intellectual property to make LEYF a #Beacon across the world. Then in July 2014, I transferred to BIB after getting back from burying my MOTHER. Here is a brief Summary of what I called Modern SLAVERY. In her Statements from 23rd July 2014, #LynneKelly called me & the BIB Team “My Staff” – breach of the Equality Act 2010 Section 10 http://www.equalityadvisoryservice.com & LEYF Contract Sections. Or maybe that’s why the 3 Judges claim LEYF Contract stated they can send me anywhere to work and I was sent to the PRESTIGIOUS HOC. Which would be breach of the British values & Modern Slavery Act 2014. LK claimed in parts that when I visited BIB on my initial visit I did not give her eye contact, etc, etc and that could be because of me being NERVOUS or signs of what to come.
She had to ask me to turn around and look at her because I turned my back on her… breach of the Security & Counter Terrorism Act 2015 & Contract Sections Equal Opportunity & Harassmeent & Bullying. At the same time, why did LEYF not act upon the email I sent to Senior HR #DilysEpton on 14.3.2015 & letters of concerns to LK re Jyoti Bhardwaj & Benedicte Siewe? Now all these are in my BUNDLE, so how come the 3 JUDGES: See no Discrimination, Hear no Discrimination, Do nothing to stop Discrimination of the VULNERABLE not see any of those factual evidence? See www.barstandardsboard.org.uk & www.sra.org.uk & www.gov.uk that’s burying its head in the sand.
That’s why I want an Independent enquiry about the operations at the CROYDON Employment Tribunal Service why MERVELEE MYERS have to face miscariages of justices because of stereotypes. It’s evident that LEYF intended to turn me into a #LoneWolf to get me to act unprofessionally as was the outcome of the Disciplinary/Appeal Hearings, hence I was sent on Medical Suspensions.
I will be telling my stories because thats how MQ: Transforming mental health came across what I wrote in April 2015 when I was on Medical Suspension and #LEYF tighten the screws to exacerbate the DISABILITIES, leaving me unable to carry out normal day to day activities in my role as Carer for my elderly husband. That is after they nearly killed us both off when #MarionBreslin stopped me calling my husband to find out if he recovered from the HYPO www.diabetes.org.uk.
