The work of HCT & other Organisations must be promoted. I am giving credit where credit is due saying @LEYF was a Beacon thriving for Outstanding until the Psychopaths took over. That was when Head of Children Services bolted to save her Professional Career from being destroyed with a Bad Reference. Acting HOCS didn’t get the job. Positive Discrimination land the present HOCS the post. RIH, & I am documenting. There needs to be an Inquiry about Contract, Allegations & Reference.
