Official Complaint against the Criminals who strike out my claims against Ms. Winsome Duncan: Author, Artist & Book Confidence Coach the scammer.

I am hereby #logging a complaint against District Judge #Sterlini and District Judge #Rand for perverting the course of justice and #abusing their power of authority in handling my claim in the above-named court. Upon receipt of my claim form to Ms Winsome Duncan of 17 Avondale Square, London, SE1 5NY. I have no other alternative but to conclude that this is/was a well-orchestrated #plot by www.moneyclaim.gov.uk to collude with www.peachespublications.co.uk in continuing the #institutional discrimination started by www.leyf.org.uk LEYF Nurseries & #LEYF at LEYF Careers after the death of my mother. Because the UK Government continue to discriminate against #black people and the Windrush Generation, we end up with this situation.

A complaint of Perversion by District Judge Sterlini
I received a letter from the above name court and as for there to be no #ambiguity about the lengths I am prepared to go through to get the justice I will reproduce the relevant bits.

Upon reading the court file
IT IS ORDERED THAT
1. The Claim shall stand #struck out without further order UNLESS by 4pm 24 May 2019 an #amended Particulars of Claim is filed at Court and served on the Defendant that sets out:

(a) A proper cause of action, and

(b) An explanation of how the sum claimed has been calculated.

2. Because this Order has been made of the court’s own #initiative, any party may apply to have the order set aside or varied, within 7 days of this Order.

Let me try and address each point with my #limited knowledge representing myself at 2 Employment Tribunal when the www.judicialombudsman.gov.ukpresided over the 2 #miscarriages of justices and now shielding the terrorist criminals in the Judiciary of England & Wales calling themselves #judges.

ORDER
Why was there an Order for my Claim to be struck out? When was this Order made and by whom?

GDPR 2018
The Court is in #breach of the GDPR by making such an Order without my #knowledge. And failing to #instruct me accordingly about how to go about carrying out the Order.

Consent & New Rights – Obtaining consent for processing personal data must be clear and must seek an #affirmative response.
The Court failed to obtain my consent for processing my personal data after I went through the Telephone Mediation. The Telephone Mediator did not give me any chance to #clarify my side of the claim but keep #interrupting and cutting me off. Because #without prejudice he allowed Ms. Duncan to #influence him. This is nothing new to me because the same thing happened with the Telephone Conciliation and I have to use www.ico.org.uk Subject Access Request to get my data. From data.access@justice.gsi.gov.uk as a result of the discrimination that caused me to be in this situation with Ms. Duncan.

Data subjects have the right to be forgotten and #erased from records.
I did not tell District Judge Sterlini I wished to be #forgotten as a Data Subject who paid my £205.00 to the Court to get my money from Ms. Duncan. Therefore, I will be putting my records at https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site to be scrutinized so the world knows that District Judge Sterlini is #corrupt and discriminating against me because I #refuse to give in to exploiters like s/he.

Users may #request a copy of personal data in a #portable format. Despite using different media to access the instructions for completing the amendment to the Claim Form, this arrived at the last minute. It is a known fact that I have #diagnosed disabilities. And District Judge Sterlini is in breach of the Equality Act 2010 “Protected Characteristics”. Ms. Duncan claimed in her defense that I have no Medical Reports saying I have disabilities. Ms. Duncan is continuing the exploitations resulting from #confiscating my #manuscript and using my confidential data to discriminate against me. She called the Police to #section me after I was unable to attend her birthday party where she planned to #harm me. This was a #premeditated, #malicious act as she sent the threats in an email. All this information is in the Claims. So how come District Judge Sterlini did not see it upon reading the Claim? I will tell the Court why, because s/he is an #intellectual imbecile who is as #crooked as Ms. Duncan.

Maybe District Judge Sterlini can explain why Ms. Duncan refuses to #accept the amended claims. Because it came back to me in the mail today.

Ms. Duncan is just carrying out the instructions of her #groomer Barrister Ryan Clement https://www.ryanclement.com/ who she set up to scam my husband of £9000.00 in #cash to prepare my EAT. She claims Mr. Clement advised her not to take legal actions against me because I am #mentally #unstable. Ms. Duncan was groomed to find vulnerable people for Mr. Clement to scam. So when I showed him my photo in www.hctgroup.org.ukthe #statistic of 1 in 5 #suicides are associated with unemployment. He planned to use that against me. Now District Judge Sterlini you have become a #pawn in Ms. Duncan’s exploitations the same way the Police have done. That’s why I was at a meeting at Southwark Police Station getting #abused by 2 PC. All of a sudden www.policeconduct.gov.uk can #appoint ratna.khanam@policeconduct.gov.uk as Casework Manager. Well, District Judge Sterlini you won’t hear the last of what you have done by #denying me my entitlements as a vulnerable woman who was victimized by Ms. Duncan with intentions to do me harm or even #murder me. You are a #party to that after the fact.

As for the proper cause of action District Judge Sterlini better go back to look at my claims with the #evidence. And #consult the stupid Telephone Mediator Mr Richard about why Ms. Duncan offered to pay me £400.00 stretched over the next 40 years?

Calculation: I am sure if DJS is not a maths #dunce and #dyslexic like me s/he will see that the #calculations were done by Ms Duncan. Otherwise, I could not have taken my claims to court.

As for Number 2: I would like an explanation of what is meant by the Order is made of the court’s own initiative?

Since Ms. Duncan was in the #Gambia scamming people when did she apply to have the order set aside? Or did Mr. Richard and District Judge Sterlini do this on her behalf? And is that why she failed to collect the Amended Particulars, because she was given the assurance of the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch that the claims would be stuck out?

My Claims went to Telephone Mediation
Since the Defendant filed a defense and my claims went to Telephone Mediation why this #stupid District Judge Sterlini did make the above Order? It’s obvious that www.moneyclaim.gov.uk is acting in #conflict. That has had a #detriment on my health and emotional wellbeing as this is continuing the discrimination at https://www.gov.uk/…/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-founda… where I was made a victim to be #targeted by criminals at the www.gov.uk Departments. The evidence is clear that Ms. Duncan was #aided and #abetted to continue as a terrorist by the District Judge Sterlini.

On the matter of District Judge Rand
I will be just as #brief as he is/was in Upon application of Claimant

IT IS ORDERED THAT
The claim is struck out.

Reason: The new claim form is #neither amended nor #compliant with CPR 16.

My #verdict on District Judge Rand, s/he is nothing but an arse licker playing true to #type. And if s/he wants to hear more they can book an #appointment to get lessons in how not to discriminate and abuse their power of authority. Both District Judges Sterlini and Rand are #losers and #failures looking to make their marks. But I will show them. END.
