Judge was called for jury duty in the www.express.co.uk the Daily Express Wednesday, April 17, 2019.

A JUDGE has revealed he was called for jury service – at a trial he was about to oversee.

Judge Keith Cutler told Salisbury Crown Court that even though he replied to the summons stating that he was the judge in the pending trial, his reason was rejected. He had to contact the Jury Central Summoning Bureau directly, he said.

He added: “I was selected for jury service here at Salisbury Crown Court for a trial starting April 23.

“I told the Jury Central Summoning Bureau that I thought I would be inappropriate seeing I happened to be the judge and knew all the papers.

“They wrote back to me saying ‘Your appeal for refusal has been rejected but you could apply to the resident judge’. But ‘I told them I am the resident judge’.

“I would have liked to have done the jury service to see what it was like – and whether I would have liked the judge’, he added.

The rest is history and I will make sure these Judges are taken down a peg or two off their pumps and pride.

Paragraph 5: I have been stitched up with APPEALS that I no longer waste my time on these intellectual imbeciles failing to adhere to the Rule of Law as can be witnessed from my Subject Access Request – Data Protection Act – 117119 from data.access@justice.gsi.gov.uk and  www.ico.org.uk.

Paragraph 6: I can smell a rat as a result of the above mention JUDGES making a fool of themselves with my case.
