Here is my response to the following communication from YouTube Legal Team that breaches my Human Rights and the Equality Act 2010 Protected Characteristics and the GDPR 2018 and the Charter of Rights 12 Codes. I will address the issues in the body of the letter for YouTube Legal Team to understand I am exercising my rights as a Disabled Black  Woman who has been discriminated against by the person who filed the privacy complaint regarding my content. Therefore, the YouTube Legal Team has a duty to protect me from any such hate crimes in the future.

Hi Mervelee Myers,

This is to notify you that we have received a privacy complaint from an individual regarding your content: MM Arguments: The individual involved is Emma Martin-Hamilton whose solicitor David Northfield sent me a letter re threats under the umbrella of the FOS. Here is an example of correspondence with the FOS:

MM Arguments: Since this is the second time I have to involve the FOS in Barclays defrauding and scamming me, how is it that Emma Martin-Hamilton can lodge a private complaint to YouTube and I am discriminated against about my content?

Please note that the violation may also occur in the title, video description, channel image or background. MM Arguments: Can I now say that I did not violate Emma Martin-Hamilton in any of my content because as an investigator for the FOS she colluded with Barclays to defraud me. I could accept losing a £1000.00 but the closure of my account on the day I was locked in the bank for over an hour waiting for the Police to come MURDER me. My account was closed, resulting in discrimination that impacted on my mental and physical impairment. Considering I have content about the breaching of my RIGHTS on YouTube. How can Barclays and the FOS colluded to destroy the CCTV and turn around lied about their MISTREATMENT of me and use reverse psychology against me.

We would like to give you an opportunity to remove or edit the private information that might be presentwithin the content reported. After 48 hours of this notice, we will review the complaint for violations of our Privacy Guidelines and consider restricting the content. MM Arguments: I am challenging YouTube about this privacy complaint and reverse the complaint to be in breach of my Human Rights based on content on my YouTube channel proving MERVELEE MYERS is the VICTIM of SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION. And Barclays used the CARE PLAN on my FILE to target me on the date I made a recording of a telephone call from Richard Harty of the www.uel.ac.uk who panicked and acted unprofessionally. I received threats from the UEL Legal Team of Mary Mitchison to remove the video. I guess they are waiting in the pipeline to send a complaint since YouTube allowed Emma Martin-Hamilton to get away with colluding with Barclays to SCAM me under the umbrella of the FOS and then launch a private complaint.

Please note that you may not need to remove the content entirely in order to resolve the issue. YouTube offers a Custom Blurring tool, which allows you to blur anything in your video, including individuals or information. For more information on the blurring feature, visit this Help Center article. Please also check the title, description, video tags, channel image or background for relevant personal information. YouTube offers metadata editing tools which you can access by going to My Videos and clicking the Edit button on the reported video. MM Arguments: I will give the YouTube Legal Team the benefit of the doubt that they were used by Emma Martin-Hamilton and David Northfield of the FOS to target me and compromise YouTube Privacy Guidelines.

We’re committed to protecting our users, and we hope you understand the importance of respecting others’ privacy. MM Arguments: How about the YouTube Legal Team review all of my content to understand that MERVELEE MYERS is the person in this case needing protection. Because I was pushed over the edge, made a CRIMINAL needing ERT. Therefore, when Barclays targeted me for the second time, after I begged the South London Press to publish my story on the 28 May 2004. Is an indication that my privacy not to be discriminated against has not been respected? When uploading videos in the future, please remember not to post someone’s personal information without their consent. MM Arguments: Did the YouTube Legal Team do a check about the content of my videos, or did they accept the hearsay from Emma Martin-Hamilton I posted her personal information? Because if YouTube Legal Team check my videos with Housing for women, they will see I was accused of the same thing in a visit to my home on 20/06/2022. I am still waiting for the matter to be resolved.     For more information, please review our Privacy Guidelines. MM Arguments: I would be grateful if the YouTube Legal Team address this matter with the URGENCY it deserves. Because in 2017 after https://www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions/ms-m-myers-v-london-early-years-foundation-2300047-2016 was posted online. I was contacted by Facebook and Twitter Legal Teams. I am positive YouTube does not want to be a party to making MERVELEE MYERS the voiceless, vulnerable victim of LEYF and the Judiciary of England and Wales and the Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Service by playing in the hands of Emma Martin-Hamilton of the FOS.   

MM Arguments: In case the YouTube Legal Team need more clarifications of how MERVELEE MYERS became the victim of the SYSTEMIC DISCRIMINATION, type my name into Google, please.  

I am looking forward to working with YouTube to advocate on behalf of those made VOICELESS VULNERABLE VICTIMS. Some are still working in Modern Slavery thriving in the UK. I sent a REPORT to the www.theguardian.com in 2018 after I was page one of ITV News for Windrush 70. Imagine the content I am creating coming up to my husband’s 100^th birthday. The fact that he is TRAUMATISED will say much about how YouTube go about helping me to protect him from ELDER ABUSE in the Mother Country that he came to in 1956.
