Subject: Will you back the 1 in 6?

Hello MERVELEE, Parkinson’s UK is supporting the Neurological Alliance a#BackThe1in6 campaign. We’re calling on governments across the UK to prioritise services for the 1 in 6 people living with a neurological condition and establish a Neuro Taskforce.   You can help by signing the #BackThe1in6 petition.

Last year, we asked you and thousands of people across the UK with neurological conditions to take part in My Neuro Survey.  Over 8,500 people shared their experiences, including significant numbers of people with Parkinson’s. Now the results are in and they make for troubling reading. People are experiencing: delays to life-changing treatment and care; a lack of mental health support for their conditions; and feeling that they don’t have enough information to manage their condition. It is clear that urgent action needs to be taken to help the 1 in 6. Sign the petition As a member of the Neurological Alliance: a coalition of organisations who campaign to transform the quality of health and care services for people who live with a neurological condition. We’re calling for a Neuro Taskforce to be established by governments across the UK.   We want the Neuro Taskforce to create a fully-funded plan for a radical transformation of services for people with neurological conditions, and provide healthcare professionals with the support needed to deliver this.    We want  to make sure that the next My Neuro Survey results find a vastly improved picture of high quality neuro health and care services.   Please sign the petition and share with your family and friends where you can.   Thanks,    Rini Parkinson’s UK policy and campaigns team   PS. We’ll soon have a new Prime Minister.Tell us what you think their priorities should be.   If you’d like to stop being a part of our Campaigns Network and no longer receive our emails, you can unsubscribe hereView this email in your browser | Read our privacy policy

A ROYAL VISIT BY THE DUCHESS OF CAMBRIDGE

The Duchess of Cambridge highlights the importance of early childhood experiences at our Stockwell Gardens Nursery & Pre-School.

Refer to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=taA14IVIm9g for more of why #JuneOSullivan the #paedophile will pay me for #pedagogy my #intellectualproperty she took in my #homemade BOOK when Sky News visited LSCN on 5/9/2011.

The Duchess of Cambridge visited LEYF’s Stockwell Gardens Nursery & Pre School to discuss her landmark survey ‘5 Big Questions on the Under Fives’. This survey was launched last week and aims to spark a nationwide conversation on early childhood

During her visit, Her Royal Highness helped our nursery teachers serve breakfast to the children, highlighting the importance of nutritious food for a child’s development. She also spoke to the apprentices at the LEYF Early Years Chef Academy, which is also based at Stockwell Gardens Nursery & Pre School, and offers the first specialist qualification for chefs either working or keen to work with children up to the age of eight.

As part of The Duchess’s firm commitment to her work on Early Years, this landmark survey will give people across the UK an opportunity to provide their view on raising the next generation. Click here to join the conversation.

The survey contains just five short questions and ultimately aims to help bring about lasting change for children, families and communities in the UK. It is designed to bring together the thoughts of as many individuals, organisations and businesses as possible – recognising that everyone has a role to play in ensuring that children have the best possible start in life.

The findings will be a vital source of information for the Early Years sector, helping it to better understand public perceptions of the importance of the early years, and the first-hand experiences of parents, families and carers. This public feedback will also help to focus Her Royal Highness’ work through The Royal Foundation as she endeavors to provide children across the UK with the best foundations to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.

I will make sure you are listed as part of the Multiplel Discrimination I experience working at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust 2003-2008. When I have the first nervous breakdown after bereavement and losses.

Make sure to put MERVELEE MYERS into Google to find me as a participant in http://www.acas.org.uk/researchpapers Dr Maria Hudson “The Experiences of Multiple Discrimination”. On King’s College website with RADAR-CNS in Mental Health Research and with HEAL-D Diabetes Research.

Then check https://fight4justiceadvocacy.business.site and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=taA14IVIm9g for my investment to share my stories about miscarriages of justice by HMCTS and CJS and CPS colluding with http://www.leyf.org.uk the Paedophiles RINGS.

Go back to 2007 UNICEF report UK ranked bottom of industrialised countries for child wellbeing assessment. I have my letters from the parents at KING’S. They are in same vicinity as the Maudsley where I have CBT after the death of my mother with dementia and the second miscarriages of justice happened.

I will make sure you are name with the Police Officers led by PC Holly SWEENEY P255654 and Nikki Wright P240060 and Harry Stack P255641 and Ben Godfrey P255842 tried to murder me on behalf of LEYF Margaret Horn Lecture. Whenever I called for support they sent Police to try Section me under the Mental Health Act.

They said I am a Criminal needing Emotional Regulation Treatment which is Entrapment to cover for London Early Years Foundation and the Metropolitan Police the Judiciary of England and Wales and Criminal Justice System and Crown Prosecution Services. Be careful what you wish for when you continue to Discriminate against me.

Subject: Join a ‘Qualitative Measures’ workshop – Today or Thursday

Still time to join a workshop!  We are co-producing ‘Qualitative Measures’ for our Trust strategy

Last year, you said the Trust needed to measure the success of our strategy, Aiming High; Changing Lives 2021 – 2026 by collecting service user experience of our services.

In March, we held our first round of workshops to gather views on the suggested areas of focus and ways we could collect this information.

In May, at the second round, we asked for your ideas on the questions we should ask to understand someone’s experience of co-production, quality of care, stigma, trust, equality, diversity and inclusion.

Now in July, you are invited to join service users, carers, Trust staff, external professionals and members of the general public to agree the practicalities for collecting the experience measures for our Trust strategy.

Watch this short video for the ‘story so far’ on this work and register for a workshop via Eventbrite

Dates:

Friday 22 July, 1.30pm-3.30pm (complete!)

Tuesday 26 July, 4pm-6pm

Thursday 28 July, 10am-12pm

Don’t worry if you cannot attend a workshop, we have an online survey to collect your views too.

Help circulate this information by forwarding on to your networks #HelpShapeOurStrategy #PartnershipEvent @MaudsleyNHS

Best wishes,

Qualitative Measures Working Group (of service users, carers and Trust staff)
